Tony and his dad were super nice and super low pressure sales men. Tony was so friendly to my very talkative 8 year old son. 😂 I love my new VW Golf. Low mileage, good condition and good price. I would definitely recommend Prime Auto Imports!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I want to recommend this dealership to everyone. They truly care about their customers and go above and beyond to make sure that their customers are happy. Fred worked with me and he’s the sweetest. I would go back again and again, although I don’t think I’ll need to because the car I bought from them is absolutely amazing. I could rave all day about this company and their employees but go find out for yourself and you won’t regret it!

This place is amazing! I went in to this place with very low hopes of getting a new car. Fred walked me through every step and worked with me for hours until we found something right for me. I am so pleased with my experience, everyone should go here!!

I went to get a vehicle I saw online. The salesman was the owners son and was very polite, informative, sociable, and gave a no pressure approach to the car buying process. I waited a few weeks before posting and I'm satisfied with my purchase. They keep their word if they make any promises and definitely seem customer oriented.

My husband and I drove down to San Diego today looking for a truck we saw on Auto Trader. We inquired about the truck and Tony showed us the truck and gave us the keys. Fred came over and told us to take our time and if we have any question, he would be available. We asked to take a test drive and there was no hesitation. He made a copy of our license and we were on our way. We were in love with the truck. It was clean and drove like a new truck, (it is a 2005 Ford 150). We returned from our test drive and made an offer. There was no pressure and a bit of haggling back and forth. Both Tony and Fred were honest and extremely professional. We made a deal that we were both happy with and we were on our way home with our new truck in 1 hour and a few great recipes, Fred is an amazing chef. We had a great experience at Prime Auto and will be recommending all our friends and family to this dealership. Thanks, guys! We are super happy! Heidi & Andy

A reasonable down to hold the vehicle until I had the cash to buy it, and the time to do so. All paper work was ready when I was ready to purchase and the sale process was painless. J.
