Had a really great sales team working with me to get me in the truck I wanted. Finance department really did a great job getting to the price point I needed to be at the payment I wanted. Aftermarket was very helpful in selecting the extras that really made the truck mine. Highly recommend Prince Frederick Chrysler Jeep and Dodge to anyone looking for a great buying experience for their next vehicle. Just had my first service done and it couldn't have been any smoother. Even with all the COVID precautions in place I left very satisfied with the the staff. Truck was just as clean as it went in and none of my seats or mirrors were moved. I'm very happy with the service department and the way they got me in quickly and easily worked with my schedule.

I came here to purchase a car with cash. I walked the entire lot and not one person said hello how are but instead they were talking to each other, they even watched me get out the car. However more than one person did greet another person who was (white) but no one said anything the entire time I walked the lot. I am glad to report I took my cash else where to a place that welcomed me. Teach your employees to treat everyone fairly regardless of skin color and never judge a book by its cover !

GREAT customer service. Joey was very accommodating and friendly, no high pressure sales techniques. The rest of the staff that we dealt with shared that friendly nature that we experienced with our sales person. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle. If they gave 10 stars I would give that.

Excellent service, very professional. Great work at a fair price on our 300C. And our 200C too. Tori is the best! And also really appreciate their top notch mechanics who keep my 300C Hemi (with over 225k miles) running as smooth and quiet as the day I rolled off the lot with 7 miles on the odometer.

As a first time buyer at Prince Frederick my experience was excellent. The customer care from the salesman Mr. Gains to management and financial was accommodating, easygoing, quick and professional. I truly felt like I was apart of their team as they sold me an SUV. If you are looking for a great team with great priced vehicles this is the place to go! Buyer beware when you go to Prince Frederick Dodge. The warranties they are selling are sketchy. And good luck getting money back from them that you have paid out. The will dodge you every chance they get.

We bought a RAM 3 years ago from PF Auto. The service manager recently helped my wife with a tire sensor problem. He went beyond the call of duty and had her back on the road in less than 2 hours. I was seven hours from home, hit a pothole, and broke down on a friday. I went to the dealership figuring they would have to schedule me for the following week. Without any delay the service department got me right in and replaced the rear axle seal and had me out the door four hours later. No problems driving home. Great people to take care of an out of state traveller. A big thank you!!!!!

Service Manager Dave made sure my problem was fixed to my satisfaction. He test drove my Jeep with me and when he found the problem wasn't fixed, he told me "We're going to find out what the problem is and fix it". He then took me back to the service department and continued to work on my Jeep until it was fixed. He then took the time to test drive it with me again and the problem was definitely fixed that time. He never once made me feel like I wasn't important. My vehicle is the 2014 Jeep Cherokee.
