Service dept worked hard to track down and correct a shifting problem with my transmission.. Gave me a nice loaner car.. Attentive and courteous as always. Highly recommend this dealer

I had heard that ugly sound under the hood of my 2008 F-150 that said my power steering was shot. I made my appointment and held off on previously identified work until the technician could figure out how much the new problem would cost to correct. Got the call back from Stacy that told me how much the whole package would cost so I could make an informed decision. I appreciate the professionalism displayed to give me quick and quality service on an unexpected (and unwanted) service issue. My thanks to the maintenance crew at Prince Frederick Ford.

My husband and I decided to put in a reservation for the new '21 Ford Bronco Sport back in June. We picked Prince Frederick Ford as the delivery dealership. When it came in this week we went to take a look at it. These folks couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. We had a great experience doing business with them. We now own a Bronco!
