Best Dealership Service Experience Ever!!! I realized that my BMW was due for an oil change and I have been unhappy with my previous dealership and decided to schedule service with Princeton BMW online. To my surprise, they offer complementary valet service. It was so convenient and they kept me informed by text every step of the way, including providing me with a detailed video report of the status of my vehicle. I highly recommend Princeton BMW!

I had a great experience at Princeton BMW. My sales agent (Rich) was straightforward and seemed genuinely interested in giving me the best advice on converting my previous lease into a new BMW 330i. The financial consultant (John) was very helpful and did not try to sell me anything I did not want or need. My car consultant (Gregor) was very knowledgeable and showed me how to use all the toys in my new car. I went back a second time and he was able to answer all my questions. He even offered to try and pull all my music from the hard drive of my previous car! All and all I love my new BMW and look forward to working with this dealership in the coming years.

Terrific BMW dealership. The dealership is relatively new and is one of the nicer BMW dealerships I have been to. Had an appointment, the Sales Rep was timely and was willing to deal with my high degree annoyance, which I greatly appreciated. The sales manager and the finance team were also extremely helpful. Ended up picking up an M340 which is a terrific daily driver. I highly recommend you check out BMW Princeton for all of your BMW needs.

Horrible Service Experience for 2016 X5. I went in for a regular Oil change. The service advisor Glenn Ditta said rear tires are leaking and differential seal is leaking. Agreed to the repairs. The video didn't show clearly evidence of differential seal leak. Paid more than $2000, picked my X5 and was driving back home. After a couple of miles of driving I noticed a noise coming from rear. Took my X5 back to the dealership. Glenn told me that the differential is broken and it must be replaced. Charged me another $3000+ to install a new differential. When asked how can the differential break, I was told that its a mechanical part and will break. With their flawed logic, we cannot drive any car because the car is mechanical. What happened I suspect that the oil was not filled in the Differential. In total I spent $5k+ for no fault of mine. This is a rip off. Called customer service and they promised to investigate and will let me know. I called them back multiple times to find out what really happened but they never answered me. Left them a voice mail also. Please stay away from this dealership service. I will go to some other honest mechanic and avoid Princeton BMW.
