Dream come true! I’ve wanted a Volvo since I was 16 and TODAY the time was finally right! Rico couldn’t have picked a more perfect car to suit me! Sassy is back! Along with panoramic roof, rubber floor mats, and cream interior! Also, it’s absolutely amazing how technologically advanced my car is! My family was in need of a vehicle at the last minute and Principle delivered every step of the way! I can’t thank everyone at Principle enough!!!!!

I had a follow-up appointment with Cody. Upon arrival the valet team assisted me with turning in my car, and getting checked in. Cody was with another customer so David C assisted me. David was very professional and courteous. I left with a loaner car, and a few hours later the service tech sent me a video showing me the old part that was removed and the replaced part that was put in. The videos are a plus in reassuring customers of what is being done to their vehicle. When I returned to pick up my vehicle, Cody assisted me and explained what would need to be done at the next service appointment. He was also very professional and courteous. Overall this appointment was a 5-star experience.

June 2021 update: great service and communication. All questions answered first time. Easy to schedule and work completed to satisfaction. David was service provider and recommended. Previous: Friendly greeting, quick and thorough response to questions, service completed before estimate and full explanation of repairs. No complaints only compliments. I will be back. Dropping my rating from 5 stars to 3 stars I love the car, but am frustrated with dealership communications. This dealership ranks equal to previous service quality experiences, but low in communications. All advisors are pleasant and well intentioned; however, rarely is a call returned on my original request. I usually must call back once or twice (possibly three times) to get an answer. I am unsure if it is lack of training or time or knowledge. I eventually get an answer which is appropriate or helpful. This is my first Volvo purchase and service experience with a Volvo dealership. I have previous new car experiences and service with several San Antonio/Austin Dealerships which include Saab, Mazda, Honda, Pontiac, Cadillac, etc.

I came to Volvo looking to downsize to a smaller SUV that would be safe and comfortable for my children and me. Billy, our salesperson, was wonderfully helpful and patient. He listened to my needs and expertly explained all the features and decision points with each vehicle. He also helped me think through trade offs between leasing and purchasing as well as managing my trade in as a thought partner and a resource, which helped me make a decision I felt really matched my needs and priorities.

Extremely disappointed in the last several visit with this service department. I've been back now several times for the same issue and it only seems to get worse each time they mess with it. I've given them several opportunities and they can't seem to improve on their work or customer service. I've had several bad experiences on different issues but the cherry on top after this last visit were the ants crawling all throughout my interior when they handed me the keys. They spent about twenty minutes trying to vacuum them to then try and blame me for the problem. It made for a fun ride when my toddler then got an ant bite and cried the entire way home. It took me another two vacuum sessions to get them all out and I'm still finding the occasional one crawling around. I log about 40k miles a year and not once have I ever had ants in my vehicles. Customer service seems to not be a priority for this team. My recommendation, save your time and money and go somewhere else for your work.
