I was happy with service very professional. The only problem that I had is that there was oil spilled in the catch pan underneath the engine made it look like I had a leak but it was just excess that was not cleaned up.

If you value honesty, integrity, or ethics you should definitely avoid this dealership! They define the negative connotation that comes with used car salesperson. They will act like they care about you but use this information to exploit anything to squeeze a single dollar from you. My overall experience with this dealership leads to the conclusion that they care more about volume sales than they do about establishing a lifelong customer base from ethical sales practices. If you disregard this review at least take this one thing with you, DO NOT DEAL WITH BRIAN in used car sales!

The Sales Representative James Simmons and Naomi were GREAT and always very kind and helpful but others that I had to deal with after the purchase of my vehicles was completely different. They made me feel like since I had purchased the vehicle they were done with me and that I was bothering them when there were issues or concerns.I had been forewarned about this from others that had purchased from Priority but after I experienced it, they were right. No one should be treated that way.. If it wasn't for those of us out there buying vehicles none of these folks would have a job.

I wanted to give my husband something I know that he has always wanted, but would sacrifice his needs for the family's need. My two daughters and myself have heard him talk about the Ford truck ( he is originally from Arkansas). I remember those F-150 commercials. We went into the dealership with no idea what to get. We just knew it had to be red, because that is the color I like, Ford Truck and F-150. It was the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. The salesman took over from there. He was young, kind, curteous, well-mannered, considerate, and told horrible jokes (the jokes were so horrible we just had to laugh) and he help us to choice the truck we bought. He never tried to force us into buy something we did not want. He explain the working of the vehicle. We were well pleased with the service. Although we bought the truck two weeks ago, they will drive it to the house for his surprised 55th birthday party bow and all. I would recommed that everyone go to Priorty Ford when looking for a truck

My experience was very interesting because I had no real idea of what the bottom line was going to actually be. My expectations were that it would not be expensive since I had warranties in place, but to my surprise the final out-of-pocket cost could have been over $2,000. Leaving one's car for service is never an experience to look forward to, right? My 2013 Ford Focus' dashboard Sync had become a mess... and I was just beyond warranty. When I took my car in, the Ford dealership's Tammy was empathetic and told me that the system was known for having similar issues... and thus was eligible for an extended warranty. Even better, I was due to have my tires replaced the next day at another dealer a mile away--and when the rebooting of the horrible Sync system ended up becoming an overnight endeavor, Tammy offered to drive my car from Ford to the tire place that next day. I find that exemplary... I could not be more pleased with my experience!

My family and I have purchased a number of vehicles over the years at this facility. We really like working with Bryan Mertz. Our daughter had been in a bad auto accident totaling her car. I wasn't sure how she might feel getting behind the wheel to test drive several cars. Fortunately, Bryan was patient, as well as professional, providing the encouragement she needed to drive several cars. My personal favorite was a 2014 Ford Focus Hatchback and that's because I drive a Ford Focus. After much pondering, our daughter decided on a Toyota Yaris and that was because the car had very low miles.

TURNS OUT BOTH TURBOS HAD TO BE REPLACED. TOOK A WEEK TO REPLACE BECAUSE THEY NEVER EXPERIENCED THIS PROBLEM BEFORE. The good: The service clerk was great at predicting how long the service would take. Only a 15 minute difference. Also, everything seemed more efficient, and no one tried to sell me extra services which happened in the past.The not-so-good" When I went to retrieve my car, a mechanic was in the parking lot turning off the message about it being time for an oil change. But the message comes up every time I start up my car. Also, the lounge was noisy with the TV running and people talking loudly into their cell phones as a way to pass time. It was tough to bear this, especially that latter, for 1 3/4 hours.

I did not have an appoiment but they took me right in anyway. I had inspection, oil change, and they discovered I needed a wheel alignment. It took about 3 hours, but without an appointment and for what they did it was fine. I'm glad to see that the level of service has not changed since Priority took over. See you in 6 months. I took my Ford F150 to Priority Ford ,off Little Creek road on Military Hwy, to see why my ABS light was coming on again. This was the second time taking it there for the same problem. The first time they changed the rear ABS speed sensor on the transfer housing. after the work was done I had a problem getting my truck back and what they did took care of the problem temporally. I ended up going back because the ABS light came back on. This time they told me that the wiring was burnt out. The it Cost me $500. The quality of work that was done half xxx. The wiring was exposed, sitting across metal corners. Which means in the future I will be coming back for the same problem.After taking the truck back to Priority Ford and complaining about the quality of work that was done. The service department supervisor came out and inspected the work. He agreed what was done was not up to standard. He made arrangements to fix the problems. Once again taking me out of my way. You would think if I'm complaining about something and you know your guys did insufficient work why not step up and do more to try to please the customer. Detail their vehicle or something. I don't know if they changed worker when they changed from Freedom to Priority Ford but the quality of work has dropped extremely. I will not be going back to them for a third problem

Kudos to Mr. Nick Dyck. I came in on a Saturday, after a 40 mile round trip. You were unable to assist me since I did not have an appointment and you were booked. I needed the "third" bad speaker for my truck. Nick checked to make sure one was in stock. It was not. Bought my 2013 Ford Explorer from Priority Ford and I love my car. I think that when you do buy your car from a dealership and you go back to get oil changes and things included in your package that they should wash your car as well.

2015 Ford Flex. Purchased June2015. Drove RT from Williamsburg, VA to San Diego, Ca. Had 2nd oil change done upon return. All went excellent on the trip and service. I would recommend this dealership and especially the Flex for local and long distance travel. It is the most comfortable car/SUV I have ever had. Ford really should advertise the Flex on TV just like its other SUV models.

I had my vehicle towed to priority Ford for a recalled part. Was there for three days, did not update their system and when I called to check on my car, they had it registered under another person. Then Tammy Bower was in charge of the replacement procedure and dodged me when ever I called. They didn't know what part I was talking about even though I personally disconnected it and argued with me and told me only a clip was being replaced when really the part was a connecter and not a clamp. After I fought with them they did the part, but never told me it was already done until the third day when I asked. Prior to that Sam and whoever else answered the phone didn't know anything about my vehicle. After receiving my vehicle I now hear loud noises that was not there prior, however I can't prove they purposely damaged my vehicle. They do not know how to deal with customers, I stayed calm until I kept receiving the same response which was no one knew anything and Tammy Bower wanted to avoid me. The manager was no better and just as disrespectful. Never again am I dealing with this type of service, they don't know their parts and they don't know how to deal with customers.

My situation is not the greatest right now but I needed transportation. Responding to a letter inviting me to Priority Ford, I was met by Tavis who introduced me to Audra and the two of them went to work for me. Thanks their outstanding efforts, a short time later, I drove away in a brand new 2016 Ford Fiesta. It was a wonderful feeling that Audra worked so hard to help me and I hope she is recognized for the outstanding Priority employee that she is.

Our experience was great thanks to Corey Street getting me the car I wanted at the price I wanted. We went in expecting to pay a little more than I wanted, but Cory got me just under my set price. The car is a great used car and the price was just right for us. We got the extended warranty and still stayed under our price limit. They even touched up a couple of scratches on the car for free. My husband is already thinking of trading in his truck sooner than he planned, when he finds another great deal with Cory at Priority Ford in Norfolk, VA.

Wanted to take advantage of rebates offered and pricing was very reasonable.I test drove an F150 and an mustang.Liked the F150 but since I am retired and had trucks most of my life decided on the 2016 mustang egoboost. Mr Bryan Mertz was very gracious and knowledgeable on both products, never put any pressure on making the sales or trying to push my decision. Give me a good explanation on rebates available and what was not available to me. Sarah Day the delivery coordinator also never pressured me to get the extras, it was all my decision. It started in June. After three trips to the service department and 1200 dollars later, I was told that they could not repair the transmission. Two times I was told that the problem was taken care of. Of course after the third time in the service dept., and the new charge of eight hundred dollars, an offer was made to install a new transmission for 2700. The last charge was waved. Of course I declined the offer, since I have no confidence in the service dept. The new transmission was installed at a transmission shop for less. No more Priority ford for me.

Took car into for an oil change. I had a policy with Ford that I get free oil changes for so long. They didn't take the time to look my policy up and charged me. Then after they finished with my car they told me I had two lugnuts missing. I watched their guy drop them several times. I got called a liar to my face from the guy. They sent me on my way with missing lugnuts on two wheels. After talking to the use car gentlemen there he was shocked that they did that, he knows for a fact they had lugnuts they could have put into my car. Last it took them two weeks to refund my money for the oil change they charged me for. Will no be going back to them.

The other person took over half an hour to check in one person. If you are in a rush or not willing to wait at least a hour to wait in line to drop your car off avoid this place

My first purchase at Nissan years ago wasn't as as good as this purchase went. I felt rushed and as I was only shown 1 used vehicle after I decided to trade in there. This April 2015 I decided to go back to Ford as I was there 2 months before this purchase weighing out options of where to buy another vehicle. The general manager Robert Chen, and salesman Clyde Woodberry were extremely helpful in my decision to buy there. I didn't feel pressured. Mr. Chen & Clyde Woodburry were both were very informative about my buy as I had a lot of questions. Clyde showed me both new/used cars. I couldn't decide but I finally decided on the 2015 Ford Focus and I love it! She's perfect! This dealership has a team of very professional, friendly, nice people.

They told my mom that a piece broke off and not their fault and it was leaking fluid..$600..I asked for the items and took car to another dealership and they said they had no idea where those pieces came from and no way that piece broke like Freedom said...they flushed the car because they said no telling what the incompetent people at Freedom did to it...$179 Thank you Hall Chevrolet...you get my business from now on.

My F250 had an intermittent, persistent problem, that had proven to be quite elusive to detect. The dealership I purchased the truck from did not have the initiative to pursue the problem leaving me with a brand new, less than dependable truck to pull my horse trailer with. I contacted the Freedom Ford service department, as a very frustrated individual, and could not be happier with the outcome. The truck shop, managed by Ed Burke, was incredible! They did everything they could do to find the problem, including Jeff Roble fitting me in on a Friday afternoon close to the shop closing time to try and get a code to come up. Success!!!! He did get a code, sent the information off and the following Monday I had a call from the service department to bring it in - they had identified the problem. I easily dropped it off before work, got a rental, and had the truck by early afternoon. Rarely does one get this kind of service, Freedom Ford should be proud they have such outstanding individuals as part of their team. Thank you so much Freedom Ford, Ed and Jeff for giving me back Peace of Mind that I have a safe dependable truck to haul my precious horses with - priceless!!!!

I was very unsatisfied with the service I received from this dealer. The salesman did not follow through with the repairs I needed. The service manager told me the problems I was having were normal. The president was no help at all. I ended up having to take the vehicle to another dealer to have the repairs done.

Hands-down, the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership- spanning three cars in less than a two-year period. The sales and finance departments did a good job. The service department is the worst I have ever experienced on a customer service level and a work quality level.I bought a 2011 Mustang- owned it for 2 years and traded it in for a 2013 Escape. The steering system failed the first time (3 months into ownership)- took to the dealership they fixed it but forgot to change the oil- took four days to get that completed. I had to pick up their used/oil-filled rags off of white leather seats when I picked it up. Then the engine exploded in the escape six months into owning it. FMC replaced the engine- four days later the steering system failed. I called at 6pm that night asking to bring it there that night or the next morning and was told they were too busy. John Rial, the service manager called me the next morning and started working with me and FMC for a "buyback" under lemon law. The dealership did do the right thing in that process- I was so appreciative of what they did at that time to try to make it right for me that I wrote a thank you letter to Scott Rigell, the owner of the dealership, complimenting sales (David Howell) and finance (Larry Cope). I Have now owned the 2014 escape (replacement for the 2013 model) for 10 months- I have called three times in the last two weeks trying to schedule an oil change and to get them to fix where the plastic has broken in the back off of the back compartment door opener. Every time I call, I am given the run-around. They keep calling me by the wrong last name and referring to the old model of the car- I have explained multiple times who I am. They also told me that my 2014 car is no longer under warranty and I will have to pay for them to fix the door. Just to verify- I called another ford dealership who assured me work of that nature in a brand-new car is under warranty. They refused to take the car each time I called stating they are too busy- they will not provide a loaner car or their shuttle to me to take the car there. The service guy, Ron said I have to pay out of pocket to get the door fixed and for a rental car while they take their time to fix it over the course of next week. I have since scheduled my work with another ford dealership. I will never set foot in Freedom Ford again. Can't believe I was treated this way as a three car customer for them!!Just to follow up- I took the car to another Ford dealership for service (where the service was great!) and the door issue that Freedom Ford refused to fix under warranty was not only under warranty but under a recall. Switching to another dealership was the right decision.

This is the first time I have actually felt comfortable enough to work with a salesman without feeling like a victim but a customer. Sonny worked with us via the internet, and made the process ridiculously easy! We stopped in for 30 minutes to see and test drive the car, but had pretty much negotiated the price through email. Once we saw the car and agreed to buy, we had to go on to our commitment. We texted Sonny all of the info he needed, and he got our paperwork, and the car, ready. All I had to do was come back and sign the papers before they closed. IT REALLY WAS THAT EASY!!! I'm sure if I had more time, I might have been able to negotiate a slightly better price, but the price Sonny gave me was exactly what was quoted online as the internet sale price - no hidden games or gimmicks. The way the sale went down was really the only way that we could have bought the car, and the folks at Freedom made that happen. We couldn't be happier with them, and our new Mustang!

I first met Heidi Allen at an off-site car sale. She was fantastic from that day forward. She did not pressure me, but answered my questions fully and in a timely manner, without trying to "put me in a car today." When I finally decided to visit the Freedom lot, she met me with the same attitude as the first day I met her and she followed through on everything she told me she could do for me. The rest of the staff, from Larry, to Joe, to Naomi, to Scott (the car IT guy) were friendly and professional as we all worked through the buying process together. I would absolutely shop with Freedom Ford again in the future and that is due to the friendly and caring staff.

No games. After researching online, I came in looking for two specific cars. One had already been sold (that day) and the second was available for a test drive. I got an excellent deal on a used 2013 Ford Focus. Price was exactly as advertised with $400 charged for overhead (my last car in GA was $850 overhead). All Freedom employees were friendly, fast and very knowledgeable. Their service department is outstanding and they will arrange to pick up the car for routine maintenance. I recommend Freedom Ford and would buy my next car from them if I'm in the area.

We just purchased a new Fusion Hybrid, and after the first fill-up, noticed the check engine light wouldn't go off, even though we followed the steps int he car's manual. We took the car in to the service dept of the dealership where we had made the purchase, and were told that the first available appointment for this problem wasn't until the Tuesday of the following week (this was on a Thursday) because there was no hybrid certified technician available until then. We were told that we could drive the car without a problem until then. The person we spoke with didn't seem to care that we had a very new car with a warning light that she wasn't able to service in a reasonable amount of time, which was very disappointing, from our standpoint. We did bring the car back at our first opportunity, and the problem (there was one) was taken care of under warranty. I would have just expected a little more empathy from our first contact int he service department.

We had just decided to look for a new vehicle, and having had and loved an Expedition for many years, we decided to stop by Freedom Ford because we were in the neighborhood. Clyde Woodberry was great; none of the Expeditions on the lot fitted our needs/budget, and he took the time to pull information on vehicles that were located elsewhere. Originally, we had planned to shop around, but Clyde answered all of our questions and had such a great personality that we felt like we were in very good hands and that he could find us whatever we needed, which he did. He was also great when we picked up our truck, patiently and thoroughly explaining features that were new to us. We bought our last truck from Beach Ford, which is closer to our house, but we're Freedom/Clyde customers from here on out! Larry Cope was the finance guy, and he was good, as well. The people at Freedom Ford were terrific. They made us feel welcome. What ever we need or wanted, they went out of their way to make it happen. And they did. We purchased a vehicle 4 months ago at another Ford Dealership, and we were treated very well. It was just a little too far out of the way, and we decided to upgrade to a Newer Model. Freedom Ford was closer. We dealt with Freedom Form 30 years ago, and like the saying; "You always go back to the things that work for you", we decided to go back and visit Freedom Ford. So glad we did. We bought a New 2013 Ford Edge. The sales people were just wonderful. Everyone was so nice and offered any assistance we needed. Freedom Ford offers great deals, great service, and the friendship you need in a dealership. My son bought his vehicle there, my sister bought her vehicle there. Freedom Ford is the place to go.

We were looking to buy a new Ford CMax Hybrid and found the special on the Freedom Ford website. We were surprised the car was still available a week later. My husband contacted Mark online and we set up a time to meet and placed a deposit on the car. Larry was a big help with all of the paperwork including taking care of everything we would need to get our car registered in our home state. Both men made this whole process pretty painless. Mark spent quite a bit of time with us in the new car helping us figure out all of the top of the line features. It really didn't hurt that several employees bought some girl scout cookies from my daughter!

Twice so far I have taken my vehicle to Freedom Ford to be serviced. Once was for repair work when the vehicle was in an accident. The person who did the repairs didn't properly attach the hood to the vehicle, causing it to buckle. The second time was to do an electrical diagnostic on another vehicle I own. It took them 2 hours to tell me they can't fix it because Ford no longer manufactures the part, yet they charged me $105. I never again will take any of my vehicles to Freedom. I preferred Kimnach, but since they closed I'll go out to Barton Ford in Suffolk. The trip is well worth it as long as I don't have to go to Freedom Ford.

"Built" my car online, selecting a 2013 Explorer Limited. Called David Howell and within 12 hours he found MY car. Pricing was excellent and I received good value for my trade-in. Bob Higginbotham handled the financing and provided low-pressure information on all of the available service and warranty packages. I am particularly impressed with Freedom's valet after-care, including their providing a tutor (Sonny Leynes) to familiarize me with all of the vehicle's bells and whistles. This is my second purchase of a new vehicle from Freedom Ford...and it will not be my last.

Some dealerships try to push you into a purchase of a car that is not exactly what you want but at freedom ford they gave me every option possible of cars they had on the lot and when none of them were the one I wanted they got online and found the exact car I wanted for a great price! I recommend this ford dealership!

We just went looking and came home with a new car! Toly was very upfront and down to earth. There was no BS that came with the sale. I would refer my friends to Toly, a friend refered us. He was a pleasure to work with. Naomi was very friendly and informative with an up beat personality. We purchased the coating protection plan and enjoyed chatting with her. I wish words could express the graditude that I have for David Howell and Freedom Ford, but they simply will not do. Mr. Howell was more than patient with me and he practically had to hold my hand throughout the entire transaction. The whole process was a lengthly one for him because I am on a strict budget. I am a disabled, full time college student, but most important of all I am a mother. I explained to Mr. Howell that I needed a safe vehicle, gave him the figures I was working with, and told him that financing was not an option. He assured me that it could be done. I approached other dealerships with the same story and they practically laughed in my face and threw me out! David Howell and Freedom Ford are not out for the "quick buck" like so many others are. They want to retain your business for life.

My experience couldn't have been better. I worked with salesman Terrence Gregory who was easily the best sales guy I've ever dealt with. Easy to work with, not pushy at all and worked hard to get the deal done. During my visit we looked at 4-5 different type of vehicles and ended up test driving 4. At no point was Terrence pushy or assertive, at one point we were far apart on the numbers but Terrence worked hard to find a vehicle with similar features we wanted in the price range we wanted to be in. It ended up being a great transaction. Couldn't be more happy.

I found a Suburban that Freedom had online through Autotrader. The Autotrader price was the same price on the Freedom website. Right away I felt like I could go there and not have to play any games. I talked with Jermaine Boatner who was just a pleasure to work with. Nice conversation during the test drive with zero...thats right zero pressure. I got my truck appraised for a trade in and the appraisal was decent so I made an offer that I believed was fair. Quick response and we were good to go. I was given the chance to come back to get the truck cleaned and a spare key made since it was late. I would highly recommed Freedom Ford as I felt they were straight to the point and want to sell vehicles and most of all just plesant people.

Pat was fantastic! We told him what we were looking for and he did all the research for us and showed us all that was in his inventory with prices and told us what the best deal would be. We scheduled a few test drives with him and at no point we felt as he was rushing our purchase, he kept communicating with us via email on any new vehicle he felt could fit our needs. At the end we went with his first recommendation and he gave us a great deal. This is the 3rd vehicle we buy from Freedom. All the employees we talked to were also there for over 10 years, and to us that spoke volumes. Great place!

Most recently I made a new car purchase (2013 Ford Escape) there-- everyone there was extremely helpful in taking me through the purchase process (finding the exact vehicle/trim, trade-in, and prep/aftercare options). From first meeting them for a new vehicle purchase (last Tuesday) til just yesterday (Thurs), it took them only TWO days-- it only took that long because they didn't have the exact trim level & color I wanted. The day after my purchase, received an unsolicited offer from another dealer on identical truck, better price plus extras.Wasn't told about oil change specials before I signed on for expensive oil change package "deal". Shame on me all around, I guess. Caveat emptor, but don't trust them.

This is the fifth car I have purchased from Freedom, and Shawn has taken care of me all five times. The first three cars were used, but when I wanted to buy new, there was only one person I chose to see. I feel comfortable dealing with Freedom; they're professional and operate with the #1 goal of complete customer satisfaction. I am treated like a friend, not just another sale. That personal touch is the reason I continue to pass two Ford dealerships closer to my home, and take my business here. Searching for and buying a vehicle is just as stressful, if not more, than buying a house. I dread it each and every time, actually to the point this time where I was balking at even making the drive from the Outer Banks to Freedom Ford, about 1.5hrs away, to grab 'the deal'. Dan Little, car salesman, is a good friend of one of my dear friends and was recommended to us. We gave him our specs and within an hour he called back with 2 vehs matching and gave us a 'ballpark' of a price, listening to our needs and keeping it in our price range. We decided to make the trek up there, 2 vehs in tow and our 11 month old for this 'dreaded' experience. From the time we arrived 6:30-ish til the time we left 11:00, it was nothing less than an 'amazing' car-buying experience from start to finish; appraising Dan for his professionalism, ability to work within our tight price range, no gimicks / no lies - straight forward with us, his knowledge and his friendliness through the whole deal. Dan will not only become our 'go to' car salesman but recommended to any and all family and friends.

My wife and I were in the market for a quality pre-owned vehicle. We had shopped around several dealerships in the area, and were not impressed with the service or vehicle quality we found. That is, until, we visited Freedom Ford. We pulled into the parking lot, and before we were even out of our car there was a friendly employee there to greet us. He welcomed us inside, and we sat down with Bryan Mertz. It is important to note that we had already selected a specific vehicle from Freedom Ford's online inventory- a 2012 Dodge Avenger. We had concerns regarding financing because the other dealerships in the area had told us over the phone that we were pre-approved for a vehicle, only to offered a lower quality vehicle with exorbitant interest rates, claiming that this was the best they could offer with our credit. At Freedom Ford, our credit was not called into question. We were shown the vehicle we wanted, no "bait-and-switch" tactics included. We didn't need to ask about in-house financing, because they had already qualified us for a bank loan at low interest. We were able to purchase a virtually brand new vehicle at the same price as a five-year old model from a different dealership. Before meeting Bryan and Grady, the entire experience of buying a new vehicle had been nerve-wracking and unpleasant, but these guys were absolutely phenomenal. Grady took the time to print out a comprehensive list of warranty options, including the overall costs, before we even had to broach the subject. He covered absolutely everything we needed to know before we had to ask. The only question we had was whether or not we could drive it home, which was a definite "yes", because Grady gave us our registration, permanent licence plates and tags right there in his office. Overall, I am disappointed... because this review only allows a maximum rating of 5, and the folks at Freedom Ford deserve a 100. My wife and I received exceptional customer service, meticulous attention to detail, an unrivaled warranty, and most importantly a brand new vehicle that other dealerships told us was unobtainable. All these services didn't cost a dime more than the inferior vehicles offered at other dealerships. Freedom Ford turned a total headache into a breeze; we legitimately enjoyed the buying experience, and will absolutely be purchasing from them in the future. This dealership was recommended by a friend. Everyone worked with me to finalized my sale. I live in North Carolina and chose a automobile off of their website inventory based on a very detailed description of the vehicle, its options and features. I spoke with Dave Wilson concerning the 2009 Honda CR-V I was interested in purchasing. After going through every aspect of the car's features, he went and performed an actual inspection of the car to ensure me it was actually in the excellent condition as advertised on the website. Well, since I had a trip scheduled to Chicago and could not come to VA to do the needed paperwork, the dealership was kind enough to hold the car until I was able to travel to VA, which was several days later. Joe Smith was kind enough to ensure me that I would not have to worry and to enjoy my vacation. Upon my return on July 3, I was introduced to Nathan Brown, who in turn, actually demonstrated the car to me. He was kind and considerate and very knowledgeable concerning the attributes of the vehicle. He guided me through the whole process. However, due to credit issues on my part, I was not able to obtain financing on that day and had to leave without closing the deal. Mr. Smith was very honest and upfront with me concerning the issues involved, but that they would continue to work on my behalf. On Thursday, July 5, I was contacted by Mr. Higginbotham and informed that they were able to obtain financing for me, with the help of a co-signer. He went over terms, GAP insurance, etc., so that I could be thinking of what I wanted to do once I reached the dealership to finalize the deal. Again, the interaction with all involved was easy, friendly and informative. I will most definitely recommend this dealership to family, friends and acquaintances.

I had a great experience with Freedom Ford. The staff was helpful, friendly, and never pushy or unprofessional. I got a fair price on a new Ford Fusion and an excellent price on my trade-in. I felt like they were truly trying to help me any way they could. I had to return a rental car in order to pick up my new car. Ms. Simmons came to the airport to pick me up. I also had to bring two small children with me to the dealership to finalize my purchase. The staff was understanding of my situation and even helped me manage the stroller up and down stairs. Overall the experience was great and I am so glad I bought at Freedom Ford. Mr. Han and Mr. Vasiloff made me feel at home.

Kevin was very knowledgeable about the Mustang, very easy to work with, straight shooter and made the buying experience a real pleasure. The Mustang that I found on-line at Freedom was sold when I decided to buy, but Kevin found the very same car at an out of town dealer and arranged for it to be transferred, all with no fuss. Naomi and Larry were very friendly and ensured I was made aware of the available various plans available and did not pressure me in any way. This was the best car buying experience I have had and I now consider Freedom, Kevin, Naomi and Larry the best team when it comes time to buy a car.

The staff is very knowledgable and friendly, I would highly recommend seeing Nathan Brown if you need to find a vehicle. Nathan Brown was very helpful from the minute I called the dealership. From his help I was able to pick the correct model vehicle I needed at the right price range.With the wide affordable selection from Freedom Ford, they were able to show me multiple different/similar vehicles at different years/models. I was able to test drive multiple cars no hassle and learn about all the particular features on each model due to their friendly staff. I also worked with David Wilson and Grady Ingram who were also excellent and personal. The staff really knows what they are doing and I was able to buy a great car at a low price. They explained everything I needed to know, all I had to do was choose which car and sign. Everything was excellent compared to other local dealerships their staff was not overbearing, only friendly. We live in Massachusetts and they were able to find the car we were looking for after one phone call. One week later, we were driving our car back to Massachusetts with tax, title and tags transferred! It was the easiest major purchase that we've ever made! I drove a little over 130 miles to get to Freedom Ford to buy a used car who's price was a steal. Nathan Brown assisted me in the process and was very helpful. They realized I was from another state and helped compensate it very well. We had some problems near the end with the purchase as the dealership wouldn't take many means of payment, but the very next day they drove the car up to me to deliver it for free. Overall my experience was excellent and in the future I will definitely come back for another vehicle. I highly recommend the dealership and Nathan Brown.

An absolutely pleasant experience compared to my previous dealer experiences. All personnel dealt with were extremely courteous and professional. Mark Vasiloff went above and beyond to esure that I was satisfied. My only complaint, and it's small, is wait time for trade-in inspection and wait time for financing. But that's just me not being a very patient person. Overall I am quite satisfied.

A friend of mine bought a new F250 about 2 weeks ago from Freedom Ford with Pat Berry's help and spoke very highly of Pat and Freedom Ford. I was in the market for a truck and after much research I decided the F150 was what I wanted. I contacted Pat and laid out what I wanted and he told me they did not have what I wanted but had one coming. Once the vehicle arrived I went to the dealership and found that my friend had not exaggerated in the least. Pat was very friendly and upfront with me. The whole trade-in/new truck purchase went very smoothly with absolutely no pressure. I could only rate this a 5 on the above chart but everyone (Pat, Sang, Naomi and Larry) were 10's. While reviewing vehicles on-line I saw that Freedom Ford had several vehicles of interest. Once on the lot I was met by Mr. Nathan Brown who was very polite and professional. The vehicle that I was most interested was a few thousand dollars over my budget but Mr. Brown asked my price range and said "all I can do is ask my manager". He came back with an answer that I couldn't refuse. Needless to say we closed the deal and I was driving home in a new vehicle within a few hours. Mr. Smith, Mr. Ingram and Ms. Simmons are very easy to work with. Seriously, it was a no hassle deal! I would definitely go back to Freedom Ford.

We sought out Freedom Ford after locating a Ranger online. We initially spoke with Bryan on the phone to confirm the Ranger was still on site as we would have to drive all the way from York County. Upon our arrival Bryan was practically waiting at the door! He had the truck brought around immediately and away we went! Our questions were answered quickly and with a great attitude. Mr Smith came out and chatted while we waited a short time for Bryan to generate some paperwork. A reasonable amount of paperwork and time later Bryan turned us over to Mr Ingram who had everything in hand and ready to go. A few more signatures a fat check and we were out the door. Our Ranger was sitting waiting for us, freshly washed with an oil and filter change and a full tank of gas. Overall we are very pleased with Freedom Ford but more importantly with the backbone of the company; the excellent employees who supply superior customer service.

After looking at 2 or 3 used Ford Edges, we realized that we were not going to find a car with the low mileage we wanted. Pat took us to the new lot where we found a new Edge with the price we had in mind. Pat was friendly, sincere and gave us the answers we needed. We will gladly buy another car from him should the need arise.

I needed a new vehicle I had been to 3 other dealerships in the area. I felt as if they were trying to take advantage of me being a single mom, I told them what I could afford monthly, everything they tried to sell me was way over my price range. Then I was referred to Freedom Ford, I said I would give it one last shot. I was greeted by a nice salesman named Michael Mauzone, he asked me what I was looking for, what I could afford monthly,then he went over which cars had the best rebates & incentives. After dragging him from one end of the parking lot to the other I finally decided on a 2012 Ford Focus hatchback. Next I met the sales manager Steve & business manager Bob, they were very friendly. Not like the other places I had been where the salesman had to keep going behind the glass window to negotiate the best deal. They showed me what my payment would be including rebates & incentives right there & answered any questions I had as well. The monthly payment was right in the price range I needed to be in. Next I met Naomi the Delivery coordinator, she was wonderful and very friendly as well... They were all very friendly and helpful. The best part is they treated me like I was family.... I have already recommend a few of my co-workers to them.

I found just what I was looking for at Freedom Ford by shopping on the internet. I was looking for two vehicles, Mercury Mariners for my kids. I wanted them to be alike except for the color. Freedom had three advertised online. We drove up from North Carolina and the two we wanted were parked right next to one another. They were identical except for color. We asked the salesman, Shawn LaMarre for a "two for" special price if we bought them both. Shawn LaMarre talked to "The Boss" and came back with a fair price. Freedom also gave us a fair price on two trade ins, sight unseen. We started the paperwork and my wife and I drove the two trade in vehicles up a couple of days later and drove away with the two 2009 Mercury Mariners. We were in and out in less than one hour!! My wife and I had bought both of our vehicles from Freedom in 2009 and 2010. So we now have four Freedom vehicles. Each purchase has been a very pleasant experience. Shawn was a great sales professional to work with. He was very knowledgable about the vehicles and very patient while I inspected them prior to purchase. I LOVE FREEDOM FORD!!

As a result of a poor experience I had with Cavalier Ford, I went over to Freedom Ford. Upon entering, I was greeted by my salesman (Norman) and he was very excited to have me as a customer. He was very professional and really personable. Additionally, he knew the "FORD" products he sold with astute attention-to-detail. I bought from Toly Korik a 2007 F-150. I was bringing it in for regular maintenance as usual. Once I put my truck in for service the next day, I was walking around the lot waiting for my husband to pick me up. I always like to walk the lot and look at all the new trucks. Well, low and behold Toly happened to be there and came out to say hello. Gave him a big hug. Told him I was thinking about upgrading but didn't want to upgrade my payment. I already knew my payoff and my trade in amount so he said he would run some numbers for me and call me at home. I was looking at a black-F-150 4 door 4x4. Exactly what I had been waiting for. He called me at home, I went on line for the Ford credit app, and it was history from there. Toly Korik had everything ready the very next morning and I was out in an hour. I walked around the lot on a Sunday afternoon and I was suprised to find the prices of all vehicles were displayed in the windows of each vehicle. I thought that was amazing because several other lots in VA do not display the prices. I was also amazed by the price of the 2010 Honda so I went online to set up an appointment. The next morning I met with Nate and he had the "red carpet" laid out for me the second I arrived to the dealership. The service was outstanding and the salesman was the best I ever had. Norm Marable and Terrence Gregory were courteous, professional and went out of their way to address all my concerns regarding the vehicle I was interested in. We had been looking to upgrade from our 2010 Edge Limited to a newer model with the "MyTouch" system. Most of the cars we looked at had excessive options that we did not need or want. We found this new vehicle (a 2011 Edge SEL) on line and called Mark.We were then told this was a demo with 1600 miles on it ,but no excessive option packages. Sticker price 37,800. He quoted us a price of 31,800 which included rebates of 3500.00, which by the way, we were not told about by several dealers. They also gave us a fair price on our trade. 1000.00 more than anyone else.Our experience with Mark and his finance team was outstanding and we look forwards to doing business with them.They only negative is that they dont do free inspections or oil changes.

I chose freedom ford as the place to purchase my 2012 ford fusion. I had prevously been to this dealership for service and the customer service was outstanding. I did not know how the sales staff was going to be, and was very happy to find that they were also wonderful to work with. Mark was a great communicator and very friendly. I will be buying my next car from Freedom Ford.

My husband and I went in with preapproved financing, had a price point and looked specifically for those( thank you for having prices on the vehicles). We found a couple we thought we might like and at the right time Dick came over and started talking to us about what we were interested in doing. Opened the vehicles so that we could get a feel for what we were interested in and then we found a Dodge Journey that we liked, after the first test drive I had some questions. After my second test drive I was sold and my husband said we were good to go. Grady the financial wizard found a better rate for us, all paperwork ready to go, signed and out the door with a handshake and a hug! Great dealership and great guys.

I have purchased Fords from Freedom Ford before and allways had a great experience so I naturally went to then on line with an application to see if I could trade in my ford E250 for somthing more gas frendly. I was not disapointed when they called me to set an appointment to come in and talk. I was qualified and in a new Ford Ranger within a short time and they were very helpfull in every aspect of the purchase.It really is nice to be treated like you are truley valued customer. Clyde was very attentive to ALL of my car-buying needs. We were able to do most things electronically or via phone so that I didnt have to keep coming in and out of the office. He also relayed all of my concerns to the finance manager so that I wouldnt have to do anything but come in and sign the papers. I had a very good experience with this dealership. I didn't feel pressured into anything. Everyone that I dealt with had a very good personality and they were very helpful. It is the kind of place that when you go there you feel like you have known these people a long time that is how comfortable they make you feel. Even after I purchased my vehicle I am still being checked on from time to time to make sure everything is ok with the vechile and that if I ever have any questions or concerns I am always free to call anyone of them for assistance. Keep up the good work Freedom Ford.

After having my share of unsavory experiences with car dealerships and salesmen, I was very surprised by the professionalism and quiet efficiency of Freedom Ford! I had done research online to select the car I wanted. I received an email from Mark telling me what was in stock. It was not the exact color or style I wanted, so he went about trying to find me exactly what I wanted. When I got to the dealership, he and Sang (who I believe was a sales manager) gave me a fair price on my trade, a good interest rate, and a very fair price. I had researched pricing in the area, and theirs was among the lowest. They made sure I got every rebate I qualified for, and got my car in the next day. Mark was quiet, never pushy, didn't exhibit any of the tacky showmanship we've all experienced by car salesmen, and I left with the car I wanted, the price I wanted, and the rate I wanted. It was a perfect experience, and I didn't have one complaint. Can't recommend him enough! We will be purchasing our vehicles at Freedom Ford from now on.

After inquiring online about a specific car that I saw online, I told them what day I would be coming in to check it out. When I can in on the day specified, they had the car I was interested in all ready for me to test drive. Nate took his time explaining each detail to me so there was no confusion about how to operate the different features of the car. I fell in love with the car, and decided to buy. Each member of the team took their time with each part of the car buying process..and it was overall a smooth process. In addition to the rebate I received, there were other discounts that were available to me, so I ended up leaving there spending fairly into my budget. Even after my purchase, they followed-up with me seeing how the car was and making sure I had an enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend them to others!

I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this dealership in general and specifically, the two individuals named above. This is our third auto from Freedom Ford in about as many years. I wish I was told that the mat at the driver side was missing because when I tested the car what ever mats were available were sitting in the trunk of the car and I assumed they were a complete. I am not sure if I can find the missing one alone or I have to buy a ner set. None of us is going to go broke for the mat set but I thinkfrom a business perspective it is a great principle to apply. Please do not considerthis as a complaint but rather a retired business man observation.Thank you again for the friendly hospitality.

What a great car shopping experience. Terrance was great and knew his product very well. Bob Higginbotham was also great in the finance department. It did not stop there either. We were contacted multiple times following our purchase just to make sure our Flex was doing well and we were happy with our purchase. I would recommend Freedom to anyone looking for a great car and customer service.

Great people, great dealership would do business again! The dealership does not try to take advantage of you, gives you a low price the first time. They had us in and out in less than an hour, and gave us 1300 more for our trade than the other dealership we were at.

Great car. Only bad thing is the higher mileage, but car is very tight and in very good shape. Really liked going to a dealership where the salesmen were NOT lieing in wait. Found the vehicle on the dealership's website, went there and met a salesman who happened to be coming outside. He showed us the vehicle, we test drove it and bought it. No regrets.

This was the greatest car buying experience I've had! I was so nervous, I've had a terrible experience purchasing a car before. The price was exactly what they said, they even gave me more for my trade in than what they initial told me. I drove from NC to get the car from Freedom Ford. I have recomended this dealership to all of my friends and family in NC. I am absolutely thrilled about the car I got from Freedom Ford and it was perfectly in my price range!

We were referred to Freedom Ford because we bought our new Ford F150 through the Navy Federal Credit Union buyers service. The experience was one of the best we've had. David and Naomi were very responsive to any queries we had. Other than two visits to the dealership, (one to order and one to pick up the vehicle) all correspondence was done via the internet, which was great as we live in the Outer Banks. Beginning with Teddy my experience was excellent. He showed me the vehicles I was interested in and answered every question I had so I would be able to make my decision. His presentation in and out of the vehicle was excellent. I had options regarding payment along with the best price comparision I obtained prior to my decision before coming to Freedom Ford. I went to the dealership thinking about trading in my Ford Edge for the new 2011 Explorer (with two extra seats). Clyde was so cool and helpful. Showed us the Explorer, we test drove it and he never tried to push the sale. We had to ask him to go run some numbers :)

Sang, Toly, and Steve made this car buying experience easy. Their attitude throughout my overall experience, friendliness, and customer service is why they deserve all high 5's. The price was a perfect 5. I traded my truck for a new car, and the trade-in price, rebates, and the final cost of the car were very, very reasonable. The quality of work was nothing less than a 5. I went to Freedom Ford because I needed a more fuel efficient car, but wasn't sure it was going to be possible. Clyde Woodberry and Bob Higginbotham went above and beyond to get me into a 2011 Ford Focus. They were friendly and courteous the entire time and eventhough the process did take a few hours, not once did Clyde make me feel as though he other things he needed to do or other customers to help. This was my first experience with Freedom Ford, I have been searching the internet for a new 2010 F-150 with particular options. Freedom happen to have what I was looking for. So I traveled from my home in Newport News to Norfolk and met saleman Clyde Woodberry, who showed me the truck. The F-150 was what I wanted and we negotiated a price, which I feel could have been better on my trade in for my 2001 F-150 supercab with only 57,000 miles. Overall experience, personell, and service was great.

If you go to Freedom Ford go and see Gaythan Lassiter he was wonderful. He knew the perfect car for me before I even said what I really wanted. I had not planned on getting a used car but a new Focus. Well when he showed me the Escape which is what I really wanted, I was sold. It had low miles and he took really good care of me. I purchased a 2010 Ford Escape and I love it.

I purchased a 2011 (Jan 5) Ford Escape from Freedom Ford on military highway in Norfolk VA. It has less than 400 miles on it only 23 days later and the transmission went out on it. They said they were sorry and would fix it. I said that would not satisfy me as I would never feel safe that it would not do the same thing again, and asked to have the vehicle replaced with another one since I spent so much money on this one and it broke so soon. They said IM SORRY BUT YOU HAVE TO LET US FIX THIS ONE. I GOT NO SATISFACTION FROM THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. They could not even have it checked today and said it would be next week. I went to the sales floor and the salesman was not in. I left a message on his cell phone with no answer. I asked to have them give me the number where I could contact the owner and they refused. And said again IM SORRY BUT YOU HAVE TO LET US FIX THIS ONE.

I went into Freedom Ford on Military Hiway in Norfolk to talk to Dave C to find out my options for trading in a 2005 Ford Expedition and getting something newer. I found a vehicle they had on sale, and even with some negative equity in my old truck, I was able to walk away very happy. Dave was a busy man that day, but, I waited. He tried to get me to talk to another rep, but Dave is the man to talk to when it comes to a new purchase. Sang also helped out immensely, he sealed the deal by bringing the numbers down a bit, and offered some advice that in the end, will make a big difference. The selection at Freedom Ford in Norfolk is pretty big, and all the people that work there are very friendly and don't hound you.This is my third vehicle from Freedom Ford in Norfolk and will not be my last. I live in Newport News and I will gladly travel to the Freedom Ford dealer in Norfolk to purchase a vehicle if the deals turn out to be this good or better. Each time, they help me out and I have never been disappointed. All I can say is, if you need a new vehicle, think Ford. They didn't take bail out money, have re-engineered their vehicles to look better, drive better and last. What are you waiting for? I had a very enjoyable experience buying a vehicle at Freedom Ford. The Salesman, Toly Korick, was very polite and respectful when I expressed an interest in buying a vehicle. He didn't hesitate to call me with a quote of the vehicle I was looking for. He was helpful in every way possible and even stayed late to wait for me after I decided to look at a Ford Ranger. The final day I decided to make a purchase the process was handled quickly and after taking a test drive I was totally satisfied in what I was purchasing. All my questions were answered and Freedom Ford kept the vehicle held on the lot for me after I made a purchase. Toly Korik, again took care of arranging to have the package deal completed and made arrangement for a courtesy ride to pick me up. I would recommend to anyone looking for a Ford to check out Freedom Ford. Their customer service is excellent.

Joe and Brian made everything so easy and were both pleasant and personable even though we kept them a bit past closing hours (or very close anyway). We were able to drive our new car home that very night with no hassles. I really like Eric, with the White Team, in the Service Department. I traded in a Mercury for my Ford Escape and have always had great service in the past. I recently purchased my fourth vehicle from Dave Csillag at Freedom Ford in Norfolk, VA. I intend to return in the spring to purchase a 2011 Ford Expedition 4wd Limited EL. I continue to purchase from Dave and Freedom Ford because of the selection, competitive deals, pressure-free treatment during the sale and treatment and excellent service after the sale. Dave continually gets me the best deal on a Ford vehicle of any dealer around. During my most recent purchase, Dave strived and successfully got the most money for me for my trade-in. Additionally, the day after we agreed on the purchase price and the deal was essentially sealed, I got a phone call stating the dealership was going to give me an additional $1,000 off the sale as they overlooked an incentive that wasn't originally caught. Additionally, Sales Manager Sang Han and Business Manager Bob Higginbotham were both fantastic to deal with. If you are looking for a dealer with sound values, a good selection, great deals and keeps the best interest of the customer in mind, look no further than Freedom Ford of Norfolk, VA. I had been communicating with Steve Proescher via email for about 3 weeks before I actually found a 2007 Ford Explorer that I really liked. Mr. Proescher was by far one of the most professional and down-to-earth car salesmen that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I admittedly had some humps to get over to get into the vehicle that I wanted, but Steve as well as the Sales Manager, Dave Wilson and Finance Manager, Grady Ingram made it happen for me! They all worked together diligently to get me the payment that I wanted and at the end of the day I left the lot with a smile on my face and the peace of mind that I got a good deal and a great vehicle! I was treated with respect and given the red carpet treatment all around. Freedom definitely lives up to its name and will be my preferred dealership for years to come!

My husband and I decided about 10pm one evening to purchase a new car for myself, after my son had an accident with his "96". I was driving a 2006 Ford Fusion SE which I absolutely loved. I decided to part with it and pass it down to my son. I knew that I wanted the new Fusion Sport. We researched online and sent out several inquiries to several dealerships. The next morning we recevied several emails in reference to our inquiries, but Bruce Anderson went one step further he emailed pictures of a "2011 Red Fusion Sport" - the car I inquired about! Seeing the car of your dreams over the internet is one thing but to have a picture sent to you, knowing that car is waiting for "you" is special! He called and set up an appointment with my husband for a test drive. We purchased and drove home with the car that evening! We never felt a bit of pressure he even got us a deal we never would have known about. He also sat in the car with us and taught us about all the high-tech features! I had always taken my "old" Ford to Freedom for scheduled maintenance and received "excellent" service. The staff they have there is #1 in my book. I brought the new car back a few days later to have a remote start installed and the over and undercoating. Bruce and Naomi brought my car to me at work after the service was finished. When I went back into work several of my co-workers were astonished that a dealership would do that! I of course bragged that Freedon Ford does that!

i visited cavalier ford previous to visiting freedom and they misled me in regards to getting an extra 1000 dollars when financing with ford. they used that catch to get me to buying from them, but they did not inform me that it is part of the rebate. wes reilly at freedom told me immediately that it was part of the rebate. i immediately took a liking to him because of his honesty and not trying to deceive me. i also went to kimnach ford and to my surprise, no one came to assist me. when i visited freedom, wes reilly was right there immediately and told me that i will be buying a truck today. once again because of his honesty, he dilengently searched the lot for the right truck, and to my amazement, at a lower price than my max price he found the right one for me. i will definitly go shopping there again and will highly recommend freedom ford to everyone looking for a vehicle, especially an f-150 truck. thank you freedom ford, specifically wes reilly, you made my shopping experienced delightful and stress-less. i love my lariat ford f-150, i think that is the best looking truck of its kind out there. v/r, angel panchana

I recently bought a camping trailer and had my 1998 Explorer Sport fitted with a towing package. It only took a few trips to realize my Explorer was maxed out with the weight of the trailer so I knew it was time to get a more practical vehicle for towing. I had done much internet research of all makes and models of truck and I had made my mind up that I was going to get a Ford F-150 before I visited any dealership. I've had mostly Ford vehicles during my life and found them to be very reliable. It's in my nature to be very slow about spending a large amount of money, so I was taking my time and if it took several months to make a decision that was okay with me. My wife and I have two other couples who are friends and camping buddies. One of the couples recently bought a camping trailer much larger than their previous one and the other couple bought an F-150 from Freedom Ford to tow it with. The couple who owned the trailer were so impressed with the truck that in not very long, they went to Freedom Ford and contacted the same Senior Sales Manager, Sang Han, and soon had their own F-150. I had seen and rode in their trucks and was also impressed and before long I was standing in the Freedom Ford showroom talking to Mr. Han. We told him who had recommended him, what we were looking for and what we planned to use it for. He teamed us up with Senior Product Specialist, David Howell and told him which truck to bring up for us to look at. It was over 100 degrees that particular day so Mr. Howell brought the truck into one of the service bays that was air conditioned so we could look at it in comfort. It was exactly what we were looking for and it was resonably priced. This is the first time I ever bought the first vehicle I looked at at a dealership. Naomi (I didn't get her last name or title) helped us with getting a cover for the truck bed and running boards and the work was done promptly and correctly.Everyone we dealt with was very professional and pleasant. I was already sold on Fords and now I have a favorite dealer.

I have a 2002 Ford Explorer that has run its course and i was in the market for a new vehicle. So i went to Freedom Ford in Norfolk traveling from Newport News, VA and i had already previously searched online for the Ford Focus and they had the exact vehicle and features i wanted and the color Blue Flame that i wanted. Toly and Sang worked with me and got me the vehicle with no hassle or trouble and i was out as quick as i got in.

My daughter and I had been looking for a used vehicle to replace hers that had been totalled in an accident. Went to several dealerships, including a rental car company that sells its vehicles. Also looked extensively on-line, checking into several advertised vehicles, noting features desired as well as price. After looking at some at Freedom Ford on-line, we received an e-mail from Patrick Berry offering to show and a test drive on a 2007 Ford Explorer which looked very good. After arranging for a day and time, we met Patrick Berry at Freedom Ford "Preowned Cars" on a Saturday morning. He had the vehicle clean and parked in front for easy access, and allowed us to take the vehicle for a non-supervised test drive. After thoroughly checking it out, we returned with it to the dealership and decided to buy it. Mr. Berry was very accomodating, and kind. No pressure at all. After some paperwork and getting things in order, we met Mr. Grady ...(last name escapes me now) the financial services mgr. He also was very pleasant to work with and assisted us greatly with no pressure. In summary, this vehicle purchase was very pleasant through the entire process, and we both would recommend dealing with Mr. Patrick Berry and his associates at Freedom Ford Preowned Autos.

My husband and I were looking for a truck that can seat atleast 7 people, had truck space, was fully loaded with a Nav system, DVD, sun roof, & etc. We had been searchig for a truck all day when we happen to stop pass Freedom Ford. We noticed they had several cars and trucks on their lot. We looked at about eight trucks before we realized we had found the perfect truck. We bought a 2007 Ford Expedition that was fully loaded. Although, our truck is a 2007 it has everything in the truck that we wanted and more. Honestly, i dont know how much different a 2010 Ford Expedition would be, but we dont even care because we got the perfect truck. I had to sign about 5 different pieces of paper to buy my truck and they had great customer service I would recommend them to anyone that want a good deal on a almost new truck. In addition, we received a warranty that was affordable for anyone. Thanks Freedom Ford.

My wife and I were looking for a new car and knew the second that we walked into the dealership that the people there loved their jobs and were excited about helping us find the perfect car.5-years later we are still driving the 2005 Mercury Mountianeer and will keep it for another 5-years. The next car that I plan to purchase will be at Freedom Mercury. I now live in Georgia and will drive the 9-hours to the dealership to purchase a new car from this company. I know that they will take care of me and will answer all of my questions. Even when I call from Georgia about the Mountaineer. I began the process of selecting and buying my 2011 Mustang before the firstshipment to dealers. The reports on the new 305 engine and evaluations by thecar magazines and independent writers gave the 2011 Mustang high marks. I usedFord's internet tool to "build" the car with all the options that I wanted. After selecting "the final" version, I visited my local dealership. They were unable to locate the car within their network. When I got home, I went on the Ford site and looked at the dealer inventory in my state and surrounding states. I found onlyone Mustang, in Norfolk, Virginia, at Freedom Ford. I called and talked with Peppy Bonocore,sales,and asked was the car still available. After he determined the car was available, we discussed sales price and pickup date and time. The dealershiphad the paperwork completed and the car ready to go when I picked the car up the next afternoon. If you do the "presales" work, determining exactly what you wantand not accepting anything less, the process will go smoothly. You will also behappy after the purchase because you will fill like you had all the facts andbased your purchase on your knowledge. My buying process went very well and Iwould recommend Freedom Ford and Peppy to my friends.

Did tons of research online of new pickups with Crew cabs. Had it narrowed down to two brands. Looked at both brands and started to work a deal with two dealerships. Whoever would give me the best deal upfront with no haggling was going to get my business, Freedom Ford did that and got my business, the first offer they gave me on my trade in was right in the price range I wanted, the F-150 I wanted had $5,100 in rebates, did not have to worry about haggling over the prices. The other brand dealer thought he could low ball me on my trade and I would just rollover and play dead, to bad so sad for them, he made his offer on my trade and I was actually insulted at the price he offered. Told them they could take that offer and go smoke it, and walked out the door. Went right over to Freedom Ford the same day and a few hours later was driving off the lot smiling from ear to ear with my new F-150. I will send all my friends and family to see Shawn LaMarre and the whole Internet team at Freedom Ford, I have never been treated this well by any dealership in my 30 plus years of buying vehicles. These Ladies and Gentlemen at Freedom Ford absolutely know how to make a deal and make a customer feel like they are family.

We have looked into buying a new car for a couple of weeks. We would go looking at night or in the rain as to not be bothered by annoying sales people that wont leave you alone. Most of our research was done online for the same reason. Upon inquiring about the car we liked online, we were contacted by emailto set up a time thats works for us to come see and test drive the new car. Our work schedules are difficult to sinc up so one early am before work I test drove two different vehicles. Several days later we were able to go back and drive again the same two vehicles once we were able to be there at the same time. At no point were we pressured into anything but rather left alone out front of the dealership with both cars sitting in front of us. We were able to talk about our options and decide on what was right for us without our salesperson there. Privacy in discussion was important to me. We chose to check out the options and before you know we had purchased our new car in very little time. It was very simple, laid out, and nothing like any dealership we had ever dealt with in the past.
