My salesperson was very personable and understanding to my needs as I was in a car accident and my car which was barely two years old was totaled and I was not looking forward to purchasing another car due to the bad experience I had with my previous purchase. Needless to say, I won't go back there and I did not fill out a survey. Don was very empathetic with my situation and did not push anything on me that was out of my price range. I particularly don't like talking numbers (monthly payment etc) and he wasn't pushy like some salespeople at car dealerships can be. I love my car; I was really leaning on a Nissan Juke I was test driving at the time, and on my way to a couple of other dealerships just to weigh out all my options, but I couldn't pass up the great deal and Hyundai offers the best warranty around. I tell everyone that I found me a cute little red number that fits me perfectly and makes me look red hot! My Hyundai Elantra GT is just that; a cute little red number and it is a perfect fit for me and my needs, and the red color is perfect. I love a red car.

I was looking to replace my 2011 Elantra that was a total loss due to Hurricane Matthew and decided to return to the same dealership where I purchased it from because I had a great experience buying that vehicle. Within a minute I met salesperson Don Lounsbury and we started talking Elantras. I told him what features I had on the 2011 and he explained what trim level was comparable on the 2017's. Then we looked at the inventory on the lot and took a test drive and then worked on the pricing. A couple of hours later we reached a deal.

I recommended my daughter, whose car was destroyed by water damage due to hurricane, visit with Don Lunsford because we had bought several cars from him before. Her visit turned out very well and she got a Hyundai Tucson. Her experience was excellent and I decided I wanted to trade my 2013 Tacoma Quad Cab on a Tucson so I went to the dealership. After driving one, I decided I wanted to try the Elantra for better gas mileage as I put about 50,000 miles a year on my vehicle. I drove several vehicles and finally settled on the Elantra Limited. The whole process from arriving on the lot to departing with the new vehicle was less that 3 hours. I do need to share that this is the 11th vehicle that either I or my family has purchased in the last 30 years from Dennis Ellmer since he bought the old Kline Chevrolet. I will continue to purchase from him in the future!!!!

So, I've never had a superior experience with Priority Hyundai. I've waited hours in the waiting area, after working all day and they hadn't even gotten to my car yet. I had to bring my car back. I let that go and came back. This time I scheduled an 8:00am oil change and dropped by car off at 7:30a... well, after waiting for them to open the doors after 7:30a. I requested an oil change, tire rotation and car wash to be done by 4:00p (even though I was scheduled first thing). It was after 4:00 and I hadn't heard anything, so I called and was put on hold, to be told they were finishing up and I could head that way. Once I got there I waited to get checked out. The poor service rep was hustling to get everyone taken care of while another rep was slow-porin' it next to her, not helping check out anyone. Jaclyn was the only thing that got this review a "fair" rating. She was polite, quick and personable. I didn't even notice until the next morning b/c I was in such a rush to get home and it was getting dark, but my car did NOT get washed even though it was on my invoice. And I'm not even sure my oil got changed b/c there was not a new reminder sticker on my windshield. Who knows if my tires got rotated... I should have marked them. I will be taking my vehicle to Priority Toyota next time.

I believe that this dealer really has the customers needs in mind. They were courteous, understanding, and were able to get me into a car despite my issues and financial hardship. Very happy with this car buying experience. Used USAA Car Buying program. Was quoted a price that never changed. Experience very similar to that of buying a Saturn. Quality product, friendly service at rock bottom, no haggle price. Dealer also went out of the way to provide every discount imaginable, ( Veteran, teacher, flood, USAA Guarentee price, etc). Greatly reduced the stress and aggravation generally found with purchasing a car.

I had a very good experience with this dealership. When the pricing first came out, there was no way I could afford the monthly payments. After some talking, the dealership the price feasible for me and put me on the vehicle that I desired. The salesman (don) was very thorough with his descriptions of the vehicle and showing me the new upgrades they added to the newer models of the vehicles. His presentation was relevant and he did not waste my time.

Bruce McNeil stood head and shoulders above dealers from neighboring Hyundai dealerships in knowledge of his products, professional courtesy and patience. He took ous out on several test drives despite the late time of day and heat in late August and was always helpful. He is the main reason we will come back to Priority for sales and service. He is a gentleman and a honest dealer. This was a quality that was very hard to find as we shopped around.

Staff worked with me to find payments to fit my budget and locate the car I desired at another dealership. Provided me with a loaner until it arrived. Was able to discount price offered when vehicle arrived with scratches on dash. Car's gas tank was not filled upon departure, but settled on future receipt of 1/2 tank when I return for servicing. Donald was patient and followed up with me. However, was minorly inconvenienced when I had to return a few days later and sign a page of the contract that had been overlooked.

The 2017 Elantra is definitely the one for me. He offered my water knowing that it was really hot outside and I really appreciated that. Awesome vehicle, enjoyed utilizing the complimentary coffee and the massage chair. Slight issue was that they wouldn't negotiate the price being that we went thru USAA which supposedly does it all for you.

Everyone was very professional and interested in meeting my needs, from the type of car I wanted down to what I was comfortable with paying each month. I've purchased other cars at other places previously, and my only regret about going to Priority Hyundai is that I didn't buy a car from them sooner. I contacted Dwayne Beale that my lease was going to be up soon and told him what terms I was looking for in leasing another Tusan. He got right on it. He researched what he could and could not do and was in contact with me several times. He called and asked me to come in. He had the paperwork. We discussed what I could do and we agreed on a Tusan. I consider him a friend, I leased my 2013 Tusan from Greenbrier Priority with Dwayne. My husband and I have either purchased or leased or helped grandchildren to buy six Hyundai automobiles.

I was previously a Checkered Flag customer.....since 1987. Things changed there and not for the better. I came to Priority mostly because of the lifetime engine guarantee. I get all the maintenance checks done on my car and I feel that you just cant beat their guarantee plus all the other services they have. The people were really friendly and helpful and the service department was impressive. I feel like I will be a longtime customer with Priority and I know I made the right choice.

The sales person was on point but the way time was way too much. There was only one finance person there that night and there were lots of families waiting and while the finance person did his best to get us in and out, it was a huge inconvenience for everyone. There needs to be a better system in place.

This is my second car I've bought from Priority Hyundai. The car buying experience could not be any better as far as I'm concerned. I purchased a lot of vehicles in my life and have been to a lot of dealerships and Priority is heading shoulders above all of them. There upfront and they don't try to hide anything from you. They're there to make money which I understand but they're not there to blister you. Don and Donald were great to work with it would definitely do business with either one of them in the near future.

JC and Dave were amazing. I had a few snags because of my bank not understanding some of the process that needed to happen so that kept me there much longer than expected. That doesn't reflect any towards the staff at Priority or the customer service I received. They were great and actually helped with me being able to complete my process spite the misunderstanding with my bank. A friend recommended Priority Hyundai after I had left Carmax unhappy with their selection. I am glad she did. I was treated like a friend or family member from the moment I walked up. I was unsure what I would like to look at since I had never thought of or owned a Hyundai but JC walked me through the selections and it was love after a few test drives. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

So I came back to swap and that's when they changed the trade in value with out mention. After talking price is when I noticed the change and couldn't get it back. After all that they were great. The lady who helped schedule my first appointment was a delight to work with and thoroughly explained how to work bluelink and the extra packages available for purchase. The only negative experience I had while purchasing my car was when a higher up salesman was very pushy on me buying the car that day after i expressed I did not feel comfortable commiting to purchase that day.

I never enjoyed the car buying experience so when I came to Priority, I was ready to pick out the vehicle that I wanted, test drive it, and go. I had already dealt with another dealership that had promised to get me the vehicle that I wanted and called me in several times only to tell me that there was going to be a longer wait. As soon as I walked into Priority and Tim greeted me, we were immediately on the hunt to find exactly what I wanted without wasting any time looking at other vehicles. Tim found an Elantra equipped with all of the features I felt were most important, down to the color. I ended up going with the Limited and am very pleased with all of the great features (which by the way, Tim was very helpful in showing me how to use). I am very pleased with my new Elantra and how quickly the staff at Priority Huyndai aided in finding the right car I pictured in mind.

Looked at two different models and they offered me a great deal on the Santa Fe Sport. It did not take long, they were easy to deal with and never pushed. Financing was quick and the staff was fun to be with and talk to. The warranty is amazing on the engine and the perks are great. I plan on replacing another of my vehicles in the spring and it will definitely come from a Priority dealership.

We purchased a Santa Fe in March 2014 and then another one in November 2014. Got good deal on both cars but have had nothing but problem after problem with the service department. Between the service department employees and their manager, none of them know what it is to provide good customer service nor do we feel they know what they are doing. We bought from Priority because of their ads stating great service and proximity to where we work. We have dealt with another Hyundai dealer for the last 10 years and never, never had a any kind of problem. Truly wish we had never bought our cars at Priority and definitely will NOT recommend them to our family or friends. They need to replace their entire service department.

My husband and I were pleasantly surprised with our whole buying experience. It had been 13 yrs since we had bought a new vehicle (Hyundai Sante Fe) and we felt totally at ease with our salesman. No pressure was put upon us to purchase something other than what we came in to look at. However, we found a better deal on a different model of Hyundai than we had gone in to look at. My salesman Archie Williams was awesome he was nice explained everything about my new car let me drive it helped me with my radio adding my phone.Just all around a great salesman not pushy at all!Also the other employees were great also the only issue I had was with the finance manager when I signed the paper work I had told him that the car j traded in the payment was taken out of my account and I asked if I needed to do anything it was the 16th of September my payment is due on the 30th so j asked if it would be paid or did I need to do something he said no I don't need to do anything and that it should be paid in time he had 2 weeks well guess what it was not paid and they pulled the money from my account and it caused my account to be overdrawn by 100.00 dollars and feed I am not happy at all with him I think his name is Phil not sure he has gray hair and is kinda a big guy so now my other bills are gonna get messed up until this gets fixed I don't think it takes 2 weeks to pay a car off my dad worked in the car dealerships for over 25 years and he said it should not have happened I think Priority Hyundai should take care of this its not my fault at all then when I called him on 9/30/15 about 230 pm he told me he could not help me! Under warrantee for my 2013 Veloster, my experiences with Priority have not left me feeling very "Prioritized." When I needed body work a year ago, the wrong paint color was used as well as a dribbled blob of dry paint left on my door for all to see. It took 2 additional visits to get this "corrected." They did smooth down the dried blob of paint, but the body color was still not a match.Now I have a dashboard clock that was repaired once, worked a few months, and doesn't work again. I was told to expect the part delivered/installed in a few days. After waiting almost a month for the replacement part, I called for an update. I was told that Cindy would return my call, but she never did. So when I called back near the close of the day, she said, "Sorry, Saturdays are really busy." She couldn't explain the delay of my clock part, but said she would call me back on Monday. I'm not holding my breath.

I purchased a used vehicle from Priority Hyunda in December of 2013. I dealt with a salesman named Dwayne, who I test drove the purchased rear wheel drive vehicle with. I noticed slack in the drive line of the vehicle and brought it to his attention. His response was this vehicle had been sitting for awhile and that was all. I proceeded with my inquiry of the vehicle and of course had to sit in the office to figure out the asking price. Once we began to talk price of course was interested in the best deal possible. I will admit once all was said and done I was satisfied with the agreed price, about the only thing I was satisfied about. Then the fun part comes attempting to get the exterior parts changed that were agreed upon in the sales negotiation. After two months of waiting and several phone calls my vehicle is getting the pparts changed. I also had to put my vehicle in the shop for the driveline slack which was a 6 hour fix I sat through after a long day of work (was not just from sitting as Dwayne claimed). While this was being tended to my 30 day tags were days from expiring and I had yet to hear from the dealership on the matter. I made contact and they had not yet ordered them. I requested to speak to a manager and was transferred to Melissa. Once on the phone I expressed my concerns in a normal tone. Without raising my voice or using profanity saying "I'm going to have a $30,000 dollar yard ornament in the matter of days". Naturally upset believing my vehicle would have expired tags after paying them $2,000 dollars for tags and title. Melissa replies in an attempt to regain control and make me feel as if I were in the wrong and being disorderly "sir you need to calm down". When again I was speaking in a normal tone and not using profanity towards her. My frustration on the matter is beyond words I have never had the service I am getting. It's a perfect example of once they get your money the smiles and service stops and they are on to the next one. I will admit I dealt with a female named Kristen who seemed to always have a professional and helpful attitude and seemed to be there for customer. She was able to offer me a paint protection package that I was satisfied with and was absolutely money well spent. This procedure was completed on my vehicle and it shined better than when it was on the lot. Kristen was very helpful and I felt no pressure with the service purchase which was nice coming from a dealership. I like my vehicle but when it comes to service I'm not at all impressed. My vehicle was purchased used and do not expect the dealership to give me some royalty treatment but at least treat me as a paying customer and do what is promised in a timely fashion. I'm not a give me all for nothing kind of person but simply what I deserve as a customer.

I just bought a used 2012 Honda civic ex-l and I'm in love with it! First it has low miles sunroof leather and its white! Everyone who helped me get the best deal possible was polite! I never write reviews but I hope they see this! It's also great to know I get priorities for life like I get oil changes inspections and carwashes free for as long as I have that car! WE CAME TO AN ACCEPTABLE PRICE , WHEN PAPERS PRESENTED , I WAS TOLD THAT TO MAKE IT EASY FOR ALL, THE PRICE REDUCTION AGREED TO WAS TAKEN OFF PRICE FOR WARRANTY , WHICH DID NOT SEEM TO BE ISSUE, SINCE THE TOTAL PURCHASE WAS THE AMOUNT AGREED TO.A FEW REPIAR ITEMS WERE TO BE ADDRESSED BY DEALER, WHEN READY A FEW DAYS LATER I WENT IN ALL SEEM GOOD, SAT DOWN TO FINALIZE AFTER GOING THROUGH INFO WITH SALES PERSON, MANAGER CAME OVER AND SAID THERE IS AN ISSUE , HE CANNOT SELL TO ME THE VEHICLE WITH THE EXTENDED WARRRANTY AT THE PRICE AGREED TOO, CLAIMING THERE WAS A MISUNDERSTANDING WHEN PRICE WAS AGREED TOO, CLAIMS HE TOUGHT I WAS ONLY ASKING FOR A POWER TRAIN WARRANTY. tHE VEHICLE STICKER ALREADY SHOWED BEING OFFERED WITH A 12MO/12000 POWER TRAIN WARRANTY MY ERROR WAS THAT THE PAPERS SHOWED EXTENDED WARRANTY BUT DID NOT STATE THE SPECIFIC LEVEL OF WARRANTY. TO SELL ME THE CAR WITH WARRANTY THEY WANTED $700 MORE THAN AGREED PRICE. WHICH WOULD HAVE BEEN HIGHER THAN THE ORIGINAL OFFER THE SALESMAN GAVE ME IN HIS FIRST COUNTER OFFER. WHEN ADDRESSED WITH SALES PERSON , ALLEN STATED "I DID NOT REALIZE WHAT WARRANTY YOU WANTED", EVEN THOUGH I HAD THE WARRANTY BOOK SHOWING THE INTIAL OFFER PRICE FOR SUCH ON THE PAGE . WHEN I ADVISE AFTER A WHILE THAT i WOULD PURCHASE VEHICLE , THEY ADVISE THEY WOULD TAKE $200 OFF PRICE DUE TO CONFUSION, BUT THEN THEY STATED THEY ARE SELLING VEHICLE "AS IS" SINCE THEY WERE TAKEN $200 OFF, WOULD NOT DO ANY REPAIRS AND VEHICLE WOULD NOT EVEN HAVE THE 12MO/12000 MILE WARRANTY.i WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP.

Always been impressed with the dealers benefit of free oil changes, inspections and engines for life. They had the vehicle we wanted in inventory with the options we were looking for. EXCELLENT customer service. The sales person, Melissa, was very knowledgeable, helful and most of all patient. At no time did we feel any pressure.

This was my second visit to this dealership. The 1st was to look around for a vehicle for my daughter and we came real close to choosing one. The help during that visit was excellent and informative. Today I picked up a Genesis that I had been eyeing. The entire experience was enjoyable! Got a good deal.

Our Salesperson was Chris Jones and it was such a pleasure to be able to work with him on the purchase of our first Hyundai. He was very knowledgeable on the cars and so very helpful in answering our questions. I've got to say, we really loved the fact that Mr. Jones was not a pushy salesperson, he was really friendly and down to earth, which made our purchase an even better experience. We had the pleasure of also working with Chet Riddick, Melissa Lounsbury, and Michelle Floyd. It was such a wonderful experience to be able to work with all of them and they all were very helpful and very friendly. We look forward to working with everyone in the future.

This dealership did not care about what I wanted. I felt because I didnt have the best credit, after that process was done, I was treated like a number instead of a person. Mr. Smalls was a nice guy but the Sales manager Melissa was rude and very nasty with customer service. Me and my Mother couldnt believe she has this job title. Once I decieded to go forth with another dealership, and wanted my down payment back, the whole experience went even more down hill. After being told if I didnt take delivery of the car (which was not on the lot at the time) I would have no problems recieving my payment back, they tried to say I forfited that payment and they didnt care if I got a different car. It took a week or so of phone calls to recieve my payment back. Really unperfessional.

I have been a customer since the purchase of my vehicle (2007). The service and friendliness of the service department representatives has been outstanding. I can tell them one thing is wrong with my vehicle; it's checkout, then they will acknowledge whether that service is needed. I love that I can get my nails done on Wednesday, the comfort of the waiting ice does not create area. Most importantly. I am known by my name; walk in and it's how are you Ms. ScottOverall the best service department in town.

My experience was the best ever when purchasing a car. The staff was very knowledgable and experienced in all areas of the sales process. My sales person, James handled me with the appropriate level of attention without being too pushy. He did an awesome job of showing the details and advantages of purchasing a Hyundai. I would highly reccomend this entire team!

The sales person was honest, friendly, and courteous. She never pressured me into purchasing the 2010 Chevrolet Malibu LT. Melissa went over the specifications and let me decide if I wanted to purchase the vehicle. The mileage on the vehicle was a little high, but because of the no-pressure atmosphere I overlooked that fact. The vehicle was advertised on the internet for $13,997 and that is the price that was charged. It was a straight-forward no-nonsense transaction. Of course this price did not include tax and title, but I realize car dealerships have to make money in order to stay in business. No problem. Thanks Priority Hyundai!

First, I did not purchase this vehicle from Priority and this is my first experience with them. I brought my 2004 XG350 for a timing belt replacement under recommended maintenance. Since the XG is a really nice car and there aren't too many around, I wanted to take it to a dealer for repair. To my surprise, they had a loaner for me. A 2011 Sonata 2.0T. (Good ploy since it made me want to buy one!) I also told them that there was a clunking noise in the rear suspension when going slowly over bumps. They brought me into the shop and the tech, Doug, showed me that the shocks needed replacing and where the noise was coming from. I had them order the parts (which were quite expensive but I had no choice) and they would call me when the parts came in. When I returned, another loaner was given to me an the shocks were put in. Oh, and I also transmission fluid changed. After picking up the car, I still have a clunking noise but much less pronounced. I brought the car back in and go another loaner while Doug checked this out. The only thing he could find that had any play in them was the torsion bar bushings. He replaced those at no charge! So off I went. Well, there was still a clunking noise in the rear, even less than before so back it went again. Another loaner was given to me while it was checked out again. This time, Doug and the service manager went over the rear end and discovered that on the XG, the bushings on the shock mounts are inverted from just about every other model. The shock assemblies had to be removed again, (not a small job) the the bushings were flipped. Tada! No more noise! And no charge! Another dealer could have tried to charge me for the labor, especially for the labor and torsion bar bushings but Priority didn't. I know that techs only get paid on a repair the first time and if a car comes back, they don't get paid while they're working on it for the same problem. Suspension noises can be extremely difficult to diagnose because you can't see the or hear the suspension under real conditions. I commend Doug for his sticking to it and the service department for not charging me anything but the original job. Even though I had to bring my car in serveral times, I'm very happy witht he work done and how I was treated by Priority Hyundai. I will proably buy my next car from them. I also want to mention Amy, the service writer, on how pleasant she was to work with both on the phone and at the shop. At no time did I ever feel like I was a problem customer. All they were concerned with that I was happy and that the job was done to my satisfaction.

i was pleased to buy a car that had "priorities for life" and when it came to get my first appointment i set it up online (which was great) then i proceeded to the appointed time and was shown the preferred service and they ranged above 130 and i was told i have "priorities for life" and was gonna take off 20 bucks for 5000 mile service so i declined the service (which is about 50 bucks full service at most places) and opted to use my "priorities for life" and with the scheduled appointment took over an hour and 30 mins to change oil. then they ask for yes and 10s... i think imma have some no's and 3's..

The sales person Scottie was excellent. He turned the transaction over to the manager. The manager said that we could get the car for 23,000. When we got to the financial person he had on the invoice as the cost of the car to be 26 thousand . I told him that the manager had agreed on 23 thousand. He informs me that that amount would never appear on the invoice. We went round and round about this and finally he tells me and my husband that he has made a $1500 error. At that point I just let it go. He took us then to Melissa the deliver. She asked how we were doing? I told her we were tied because we had been there for a long time. She finished what she had to do took us out to the car and gave us the key and we left. We stopped to get something to eat as we got out of the car my husband noticed that the the license had not been put on. She never told us that we needed to see the salesperson Scottie again. So we had to go back to the dealership and have that done.I wanted a nagivation system put on. It did not come on the car. It was not working properly.I called service and they connected me with Melissa. She told me that it was scheduled for today Thursday, December 1st at 9 a.m. I took the car in and was told by service that the appointment was not scheduled and they could not work me in today. So I had to make another appointment for Monday morning. My husband and I have bought two hyundai's from another hyundai dealer and have never had any problems like this. I selected this dealship because it is close to my home and would be more convenient for getting service. I have seen the TV ads that talked about the excellent service that your dealership provide. My experience has really not been good.

This was my second dealership that I went to, just to get some competition to get the best price. The first dealer (Hall Hyundai) gave me a good NADA trade in for my car, then I went to Priority Hyundai (b/c they told me they're competitive with deals and if I brought in paperwork with previous numbers they would make a deal happen). Low and behold I brought in Hall's offer from price of the car, to my trade in, with rebates, interest rates, etc. Then Priority came back with a offer 5 thousand less than what Hall was offering. Their offer was almost 5 thousand less than NADA's lowest value. My car isn't pristine but it sure isn't trash. I felt insulted by their offer and told them to not contact me again. I'll definitely tell my friends to not go their unless they want to get low balled. Sales person was friendly, the female that came out with him didn't even TRY to make a deal happen. She said that they didn't know where Hall came up with my trade in value ( I told them to research NADA as my wanting price with very reasonable, even the dealer could still make money off it when reselling it)and then NOT ONE single attempt to get more money for it to try to talk with the used car manager. I was also wanting to buy withing a few days, so the used sales manager and the female that came out with MR. Mordica caused me to walk away and not buy a car from their but from BETTER dealership.

FROM THE MOMENT I STEPPED ON THE LOT TO THE FINAL STEPS DRIVING OFF WITH MY NEW 2011 SONATA 2.0T LIMITED, THE STAFF WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. I WILL NEVER PAY FROM ANYONE ELSE EVER AGAIN. THE SALES TEAM WORK TOGETHER AS A TEAM, WITH NO PUSHY SALES, THERE ONE CONCERN IS YOU. I MUST ALSO TELL YOU WITH BEING INDECISIVE, I CHOOSE 3 SONATAS AT FIRST AND DROVE THEM LOOK AT PAPERWORK THEN DECIDED TO GO WITH ANOTHER ONE OFF THE SHOWROOM FLOOR AND THE SALESPERSON JAMES WAS POLITE THE WHOLE TIME, RARE YES I MUST SAY BECAUSE ALOT OF PEOPLE HAVE LOST CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT PRIORITY HAS NOT. Since my first visit to the Toyota Greenbrier Store back in 2006, I have bought 10 cars up to today. (7/3/2011) I have bought : 2006 Toyota Solara, 2006 Camry, 2007 Camry, 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe, 2008 Acura RL, 2011 Toyota Rav4, 2011 Toyota Corolla.......and my last two purchases within this past week: 2011 Hyundai Genesis Coupe & 2011 Hyundai Equus.I am a car nut. I trade waaayyy too often. But I will tell you that every time I make a purchase, I feel like Royalty. The staff is friendly, courteous, & makes me feel like family every time I get out of my car when I arrive. I will not deal with anybody else except Mr. Tom Ivey at the Hyundai dealership in Greenbrier, Chesapeake. He is genuinely caring and makes you feel comfortable and hassle free. Also his staff work like a team. All to please the customer, which is how it should be. I love great customer service and they do it exceptionally!!!!!If you are in the market for a new or used car, I would recommend you to choose Priority over other dealers in the area. You will not be disappointed :-)

From beginning to end, nothing short of a great car buying experience! Dwayne our sales consultant was very through. He answered all our questions and took care of every detail of getting the car ready until we drove our new 2011 Tucson off the lot. Tom the general manager and Phil the finance guy were equally as polite and accommodating to all of our questions and needs. You cant argue with all the benefits of the Priorities for life when you buy at a Priority dealership. I would recommend these guys to family, a friend or a person I meet on the street.

I had visited the dealership (15 May 2011) approximately two weeks before I made my purchase. That first visit, I met Chuck Wright about five minutes after looking around on the lot. He asked what I had in mind (Elantra) and proceeded to show me around the vehicle. He professionally showed me the vehicles features from one end to other in great detail, taking time to field questions that I may have had at the time. Finally we took a test drive doing some city and highway driving. Upon return, I told him a particular color I had in mind but it was not available at that time. Chuck gave me his card and said he would call when the color arrived to the dealership. He also emailed me to answer a technical electrical question that I had during the initial visit. Chuck phoned me about four days later to say the color had arrived, but I was looking for a certain package also. We talked on the phone about three other times before I went back to the dealership on 30 May 2011 to see if they had gotten any new vehicles. I had broadened my color choices to 2 colors and was open to not opt for a certain package. Upon arrival I was greeted by a different salesperson but opted to wait for Chuck to finish taking care of the customer he had at that moment. That salesperson proceeded to take charge and start the negotiating process. After figures being scrutinized about three times by both sides, a price was finally reached, just as Chuck came through the showroom door. I had made sure that Chucks name was on the paperwork when the price was agreed upon with the other salesperson. Chuck and I then went through the paperwork process and then went through the new vehicle just as we both had during the initial visit. Chuck is a great salesperson. He does not use high pressure tactics or sell you something you do not want. He values your needs and wants in a new vehicle and does not try to push you into something else to make a quota.Pros: If interested in a new vehicle see Chuck Wright. Car is advertised as getting 40 mpg. I got 49.4 driving to work and back.Cons: The dealerships website is not adequately maintained to show what vehicles are available, nor what options are on vehicles. Some of the other Hyundai dealers in the area have their vehicles listed completely and on the other hand some dealers do not even have a price or color for their vehicles. Priority Hyundai is about the middle of the road as far as website maintenance and information. Perhaps put the IT person on salary and have them update the site after the dealership closes in the evening?

My car buying experience at Priority Hyundai was excellent. I made an appointment and the car was ready when I arrived for the test drive. Mr. Hearns was extremely knowledgeable about the sonata and answered all questions. Financing and agreeing on a price was easy. I even traded in my old "clunker". I am excited and pleased with my purchase and would recommend that everyone go to Priority for an excellent car buying experience!

All of the people I spoke with were very nice, but I never got resolution to my car repair. I had my timing chain/belt? and water pump replaced. A week later I had to have it towed in and was told that the timing belt tensioner had failed causing the timing belt to slip. Nothing about a tensioner was mentioned when the belt was replaced and in doing my research (afterward) it is usually recommended to replace it when the chain in replaced. They kept my car for months and then repaired it for approx. $1200.00. They kept it for another couple of months and when I went to pick it up, it sounded terrible (klunking- after being told someone had driven it all the way to N.C. to make sure it was ok). Did they drive it to N.C. sounding like that?????? I left it there and was told that part of the engine couldn't hold up to the repair and they volunteered to replace my engine. After another month I picked it up and on the same night my engine light came on. I don't even want to take it back because they must have the most incompetent mechanics ever. In addition to all that I had an Obama, 44th president hanger, hanging from my rear view mirror. It was torn off, a squa sticker and hair was drawn on his face and it was thrown in the floor. I did report it, management apologized and told me there was no way of knowing who did it because it had been there so long.

This was an awful experience. Two weeks after buying my vehicle I'm still fighting with them about how to title it. It was absurd and they kept changing the story as to why there was a problem with the title. They sent it in wrong and now it can't be fixed. I only got one key and they refused to give me another one without paying for it. I also had to pay $100 to get a remote that is supposed to come with the car. I will never buy another car from there ever again. Nor will anyone I know.
