We had been searching for a about a month and mainly researching the Rogues. Priority Nissan had the exact Rogue in stock. My schedule was a major problem. After getting several emails from Howard one of the managers there finally I replied and let him know it was more about my schedule and the dealership being about 25 minutes away from my home in the west end. To my surprise he offered to have the Rogue brought to me to see and drive! Long story short I took him up on that offer because I wanted that $6,000 off special online lol. Many thanks to Howard and the finance guy and everyone else that I met that night. Super friendly.

My wife and I were treated with the up most care, consideration, respect and profound "down to earth" customer service by the entire staff at Priority Nissan over a 6 day period. We have purchased many vehicles from dealerships over a span of 40 years ... never at this location until now. Pam Deal is the real "deal" by exemplifying superior customer service, no pressure ... in depth knowledge and exceptional people skills that made us feel we were being taken care of, just like family, based on our needs and desires, not the dealerships. And she fulfilled our expectations and more! We will continue this relationship for years to come. Pam Deal is second to none and we will be back with friends and family on their next purchase with Pam leading the adventure!!

Pam Deal worked with me for two days to finalize my 2016 Rogue delivery. Her expertise and customer friendly skills sealed the deal for me. Priority is very fortunate to have her on board. Being a member of the senior set, I have bought quite a few cars through the years. This is my second Nissan.I can tell you that when making a significant purchase, I am looking for the best deal, but also courtesy, patience and knowledge of product. She scored a ten in all three areas. If there is time for a third Nissan, Pam will be my go to person. Thanks Pam!

Pam has sold me multiple vehicles and each time she has made me feel as if i could not get a better one on one personal car buying experience. Pam did not mind the countless hours that she has spent with me showing me around the sales lot and letting me test drive several vehicles until finding the one that fit me and my family best. I recommend Pam Deal to all my friends and family when they are in the market for a new or used vehicle.

Pam Deal and Tina Lewis both worked with us on the purchase of our 2016 Altima. It was with out a doubt the best experience we have ever had in purchasing a new car. They worked quickly to get the best deal, explained everything perfectly. We left as happy customer and are enjoy the car so much.

This was our first purchase with Priority and the first time we started the deal online. Howard put extra effort into finding the right car for us and making the deal that we could afford. John made sure that we had the right extended warranty to cover all the bells and whistles on our new ride and Wyatt made sure that we were treated right on our first service in the shop. We were very impressed with the Dealership and employees at Priority Nissan Richmond.

My vehicle was towed to this dealership due to unknowingly filling my gas tank with diesel. The technician working on my vehicle cracked my windshield and had to replace the windshield. Surprisingly, i was charged for the windshield eventhough i was told it was no cost to me. The reason given was that, the technician lost labor on this but they had to show the charge on my bill. Common sense would be to zero it out but this wasnt the case, surprisingly enough, the lost wages for the technician wasn't listed (Shocking). I tried to reach out to the service manager Daniel on several occations and even a Nissan regional specialist asked him to give me a call but he hasnt. Everytime ive called this Daniel guy, he's not in. How many voicemails does one have to leave to get a call back?I was transfered to a general manager but even that, the phone just rang and rang never sending me to his/her voicemail.I'm very very dissapointed with this dealership. I wish this service was done at the dealership where i purchased my vehicle, the service is bar none the best ive seen anywhere.

A few days ago, I purchased an NV Passenger van for my large family. Because demand is higher than supply for this vehicle, dealers generally offer modest discounts off MSRP. Moreover, only a limited number of Nissan dealerships have it in stock. Howard McCoy at Priority Nissan in Chester reached out and paid close attention to my family's needs. He provided me with a very competitive price on the NV Passenger, including 3 years or 45K miles of prepaid maintenance. He also worked diligently with Priority's Finance Department to provide me with the lowest interest rate I qualified. Finally, he worked with his management to offer me top dollar for the family vehicle I was driving. In short, I would buy another vehicle from Howard. He is a good listener, trustworthy and fair.

Mr McKinnon professionally and personally made it a smooth experience in buying my second vehicle under his salesmanship. As he was my salesman the first vehicle purchase, I did not hesitate in considering him for this second purchase.. My family has once again had a smooth transaction with Mr McKinnon's guidance., He goes the extra mile to get quick responses to any concerns/questions, and I am always appreciative of that. Thanks again for having a reliable salesman on your team Priority!

I would like to commend Anthony McKinnon for his professionalism and candor when assisting me with the purchase of my 2014 Maxima. This is an excellent dealership for sales and service. I bought a 2015 Altima on 17 Sept, and it is the third vehicle I have bought from Priority. All the folks I have met at Priority are most helpful, Pam Deal and Jamie Davis have worked with me in the three purchases from Priority and they are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I have been to other dealerships where unfortunately I knew more than the sales personnel about their product. Joe, Wyatt, and Cindy in service have been great to work with in getting my vehicles serviced. You really can't go wrong in dealing with Priority and their priorities for life is an added bionus,

I have never worked with a salesperson with more honesty and integrity than Robert Warner! Fast, efficient sales experience- I will only buy my cars from him! He made me feel completely at ease, and walked me through the entire purchase process- from what to look for in a vehicle, to staying within my budget, all the way to taking care of the vehicle. It really made purchasing a vehicle fast, easy and hassle free! He checks in with me regularly to make sure I am happy. I could not be more pleased with my purchase experience.

I have had vehicles serviced at Priority Nissan since 2010. I have had the most interaction with Joe Masi, Wyatt Lipscomb and Cindy Dycus. They are all extremely helpful and most courteous. Nissan has had two recalls since I bought my 2013 Nissan, Nissan and Priority took care of both recalls in short order. I also own a Pontiac Solstice(GMC) and now 10 years later they're recalling it and I'm on a wait list since the parts are back ordered and I don't expect them anytime soon. I highly recommend Priority for their quality service and great sales department. I had an Altima emblem that I wanted on my Altima. I mentioned it to Wyatt when the car was in for service and he personally took care of putting it on. Getting service at Priority has continued to be a pleasant experience.

My wife and I were looking to purchase a new Nissan Altima so we stopped at Priority Nissan on our way home from a weekend away. I had read some reviews of the dealership and based upon the positive comments we decided to look. Anthony McKinnon came out and introduced himself and asked if he could help us. He was very polite and very knowledgeable on the product. We took a new car for a drive and during the drive we decided to purchase the car. I told Anthony that we would give the dealership one shot to make us the "deal of the day." He went to see his manager (John Diaz) and several minutes later he came back with a price. Our numbers and the dealership's numbers were very close and after a few minutes John Diaz came over and introduced himself. We discussed the numbers for a few minutes longer we both made a concession and my wife and I bought the car. After the paperwork was done, Anthony stayed past closing time to show me all about my new Nissan. He helped link my phone, showed me all the features and went above and beyond to make my experience a good one. Both Anthony and John were very professional, very courteous, and very friendly through the whole ordeal which made the purchase that much better. We are very happy with our new car and we are very glad that we decided to stop in and give Priority Nissan a chance. I highly recommend that anyone looking for a new or used car give Priority Nissan a chance and ask for Anthony McKinnon when you go; I promise you won't be disappointed. Thank you Anthony and John for making this car buying experience one of the best car buying experiences we have ever had.

Pam was a great sales person. She took the time to sell me on the dealership and all the great reasons why I should buy a Nissan. When I told her what I wanted she listened to me and then she took the time to educate me on the vehicle of my choice. When I asked questions she was happy to answer them and made me feel good about my choice. I have never owed a Nissan before, but now I will be a customer for life.

I bought my 2013 Sentra SR and really wish I hadn't. I have had many issues with it. All have been fixed but the muffler. It has been in 3 times over it and the last time they told me the Nissan engineer would be there in 2 weeks and he would call me to bring my car in. Well, that never happened. I have sent complaints in writing before but have never received a response. The Service Department is the ONLY good thing about this dealership. When the car was purchased it was late on a saturday so they didn't clean my car. I was delivered a car that didn't have the options it was supposed to have. I didn't realize til it was too late that I ended up with a cheaper car then what I thought I was supposed to get. I looked at the paper work that I signed and the tech check list that clearly shows they went over how to use the blue tooth and navigation system in my car but the car I got doesn't have any of it. I really feel like I got screwed on that. When I brought my car back to have it washed and detailed the person that took my car hit something and messed up one of my tires and rims. When I confronted the salesman, Greg Campbell, he laughed and said that I did it and "that's just the xxxx that happens". He added that it could not have been done at the dealership because they have no curbs to hit and that it was my problem. Needless to say by the time I got in my car to leave I was so mad I was in tears. I drove around the dealership with my husband and lost count of the curbs there not to mention that leading out of the car wash you can see lots of black marks from them hitting the sides with the tires of our cars!I also mentioned that my car didn't have the navi and sound system that it was supposed to have and he told me to go somewhere and have it installed if I wanted it. I paid $21,000.00 for a car that was supposed to have it in it but didn't! I wish I would have not let him pressure me into this car because now I have a 9 month old car that I owe $19000.00 dollars on and the trade in value is $13,000.00. Unfortunately I am stuck with a crappy car!

Robert Warner was aware (based of a previous conversation) of my desire to purchase an SUV for my growing family. I received a call from Robert on last Thursday regarding a Nissan Armada he had just processed into their inventory. He informed me that he had it priced right for the budget we had previously discussed and that it wouldn't be on the lot that long. I immediately acquired pre-approved financing and headed to the lot to complete the deal. Robert was courteous, knowledgeable and straightforward in our business dealings and his honesty and integrity was greatly appreciated. He is an upright man of character and will look out for the buyers interest before his own. We are now proud owners of a great, late-model SUV that's beneficial to our family. Thanks Robert.

Sales manager is very rude. Really has a habit of talking down to people. I could not believe how rude this guy was . His "facts" about availability of the Nissan NV 200 van were completely wrong, and this was verified through Nissan North America. I would never use Priority Nissan, nor recommend them to anyone . I called Priority Nissan after looking for a new Versa Note, Howard McCoy answered, and within 15 minutes of conversation, I had the car, color (that in itself was a feat of "magic" on his part, as Pence Nissan promised they could get it in that color, and then fell through), features and most of all, a FIRM price! Because the car was an unusual color (peacock blue), they had to get the car from out of state, and it arrived on the day it was promised, and in mint condition. Mr McCoy also added in some features that were NOT available at other dealers. During the process, Mr. McCoy called us periodically to keep us informed as to the status of our car, which was a great relief because of the bad experience we had with Pence. When we went to get the car, Mr. McCoy took the time to answer all of our questions in a knowledgeable manner, and again kept us up to date as the paperwork was being processed.Overall, I would recommend Priority Nissan to anyone looking for a new car. While we did not interact with the other salesmen as part of this deal, they were all professional, courteous and polite.

Mr. Fennell did a great job on finding the Quest van we purchased, at a price we could afford. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. I would recommend him to others. However, when we went to pick-up the van, we were promised that a "super tech guy" would be available to show us how all the "things" worked on the van. Unfortunately, there was no tech person there, and when we tried to find the Quest manual, there was no manual either. We printed off a Quest Quick Reference guide we found on the internet and that is all we have. The salesperson who worked with us did a decent job of showing us the basics, but we still have a lot to learn and many questions. Mr. Fennel has called several times to continue to work with us. When the manual arrives, we'll arrange for the tech person to be there as well. Hopefully this will all work out OK.

I have been looking for a new car and Ty Onley was instrumental in helping me decide on the Altima that I purchased. He was professional, efficient, and personable! Bought a vehicle from Robert before and honestly that's the only reason I went to Priority VW. He's a straightforward guy and I enjoy working with him. Having said that, my overall experience at this dealership was quick and painless. I would definitely recommend them to my friends. Thank you, Robert.

Robert Warner does an excellent job of finding the vehicles for the needs of my family, Ew have purchased 3 vehicles from Robert since 2010.He is very knowledgeable in all the vehicles we have inquired about. Very good at and taking time in explaining the comparisons of different manufactures. My wife and I are very please with Robert Warner with our recent purchase.

Working with Pam Deal has been such a pleasure! She has sold me 5 vehicles now and I would continue to go back to her everytime. She is very knowledgeable about all Nissan vehicles and was always ready, willing and able to answer all of my quesions about them. I would recommend Pam to anyone out there looking for any vehicle that Priority sells.

In my endeavor to find a suitable vehicle for my daughter, Mr. McKinnon assisted in helping me walk out with a confident feeling that i had made the right decision in my purchase. Mr. McKinnon kindly listened to my exact needs, concerns, and anxiety through the whole process. He , thankfully did not overpressure , rush, or push just to try to get the sale. I appreciated the fact that he was more than willing to take a lot of time to confer with his management in order to fine the car of my every need. As well , he was kind enough to make sure my youngest daughter was comfortable during our stay at the dealership. I noticed that , all through the process, Mr McKinnon actively involved my oldest daughter in our conversation with a demeanor of respect as well. During our test drive, my daughter was so comfortable asking questions as she drove the vehicle, and that is because he treated her as a valuable customer in the process as well. He really did leave an impression with both of us as a person who is patient and not overbearing, who listens by actively looking us directly in the eyes, nodding in communication, and taking the time to hear us, as opposed to interrupting at every opportunity.. It was because of .Mr. McKinnon , that we left the dealership in our purchased vehicle with a smile. Mr. McKinnon truly did make our experience a great one, and I would be more than willing to volunteer his name at any given time and moment if i were to recommend a salesperson to assist one of my family members. I would also like to add that i feel like i can not only call him our salesperson, but a friend to remember. Our car and Mr McKinnon will forever go hand in hand, as we had a great salesman , as well as a great car.

We have purchased our last two new vehicles from Pam Deal. Pam is very friendly, knowledgable, and will work hard to get you the best deal she can. She cares about her customers. She is there if you have a questions or concerns and follows up even after the sale of the vehicle to ensure that you are satisfied with your new vehicle.

I was ready for a new car. I contacted Pam Deal and she had me come by. We looked at two models I was interested in and I decided to buy the Nissan Pathfinder. Pam worked very hard to get what I wanted and I couldn't be happier with my choice.

As a customer I went in with my mind set on a specific brand, model and year of car. Mr. McKinnon was very helpful in trying to meet the standards I had for a car and the price range I was looking for. As a sales associate he was not aggressive in trying to make a sale or in getting me to look at or like a car I was not interested in. Based on what I told him I was looking for he tried to find multiple options at the dealership and even at other dealerships that could have been brought to the there. He was very honest and went to extra lengths to try to get me what I needed in order to purchase a car. In the end I didn't get the car I was set on but got a car that I didn't even consider due to Mr. McKinnon reviews and negotiation with sales manger. The car he sold me I fell in love with ( not only the car but the price!). Mr.McKinnon is a very patient, understanding, and reliable sales associate that will not try to get one over on you but try to get you the best deal possible on the car you are looking for. I would highly recommend using him as a sales associate .

This is the second car that I purchased from Priority Nissan. The first one, a new Alitma and Pam Deal was the sales representative. This time I knew no one else would do but Pam. I walked in for a service appointment and decided if Pam Deal was there, it was the day to buy the car, this was for my husband. All the guys came asking if I was looking for a new car, I said yes, but only if Pam was there and if she had not been there I would have waited and set up an appointment. I gave Pam very specific things I wanted on the car, the price and even the color...she found it all, to say we are please with Pam Deal is the understatement. She has been the best sales rep we have worked with and being military and purchasing cars in different states that says alot. Priority Nissan has a Diamond in Pam Deal, they need her. I will recommend Pam to all my friends in the military. I will also purchase another vehicle from her. On a scale of 1 to 10 she's a 20+. Thank you Pam for all your hard work and Priority you need to be happy you have her with you.

My air conditioning was not working in my Juke, so I took it to Priority Nissan to get it fixed. I was told that a rock had put a hole in the condenser and that it was not covered by the life-time warranty (which I paid for when I bought my car.) They wanted to charge me $861.00. I told Amber that I wanted to see the hole. The tech, Patrick, came out and showed me something, but in my opinion he had put a hole in it with his fingernail. He said he had put some freon in it, (but when I left, I tried it and it was not blowing cold air.) Needless to say, I was very upset. I went in to speak with Greg Campbell, the fine fella who sold me the car, and told him the situation. He went to Jaime Davis, the General Sales Manager to see if something could be done to help me out since I had purchased the life-time warranty Jaime was supposed to have done a follow-up with me, but he never called. Jaime went to Joe Massey, the Service Manager, who told Greg to tell me to file it with my insurance, but I have a $500 deductible, so I didn't want to do that. Joe Massey had no interest in helping in any way. I left very discouraged! When I got home in Northern Virginia, I took my car to Sheehy Nissan in Springfield. They looked at it in no time and told me that there was a hole, but it was a factory defect, and they would replace it FREE OF CHARGE!!!! They told me that it was under my warranty.Needless to say, I am so very disappointed in Priority and I think something needs to be done! SHAME ON THEM!!!!

I went to the dealer today to have my car serviced, when i walked into the waiting area i heard screaming " mr. x that was 7 years ago, you need to let it go" . then as i found out later this was sales person "GREG CAMPBELL" that had screamed at this older gentleman. He was sitting at the table a got up and walked away. The gentleman was then sitting a his table, not bothering anyone. An african american gentleman came around the corner and said " I heard you called my salesman a "SON OF A xxxx ". Very loudly. and he told the older man that the language would not be tolerated at the dealership. Then he sat down and starting talking to the older man. The conversation went on for 30 minutes or more, during this time "the salesman" calmed down and was laughing with the man. However he then told him " that greg was like that and everyone knew this, he has a bad attitude etc. And he didn't need to speak to him, just avoid him.- and a whole lot more was said.I personally was in shock over this, the waiting room was full and everyone heard this language from the staff. Apparently GREG had went and complained about the older gentleman but failed to tell what his actions were. There was no need in anyone coming over and cursing at the older man. The older man stated " i felt the hair on my neck stand up when you came over here.I then went and spoke to PAM who sold me my car ( she is wonderful and helpful) i asked who i could speak to about this and I went to speak to the GM. He really seemed uninterested in the situation, apparently the older man is some what of a pain. but what i told him, is they needed to suck it up. There was no need for anyone to confront the man in the manner he did,I was not present at the beginning of the whole thing- so i do not know if the guy cursed the sales man or not. But his staff's actions were very unacceptable to me.- the gm stated he did not know all that i was saying and would speak to them. Not sure about this dealership, a customer is a customer and the staff wanted to just make a bad situation worse. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE when the staff is allowed to act this way

Was in the market for one of the new Nissan NV's, which are hard to find. Priority Nissan had one come in and we contacted Howard, Internet Sales Mgr. He was very responsive, reasonable, and accessible throughout the two day conversations we had over email. We came in to look at the vehicle about an hour before closing on Saturday and he did not pressure us to move through the process. He was patient, knowledgeable, and worked with us until we had a deal. We worked the financials with Mike and while he also stayed late to help us, the quality of the information we received was sub par. While Mike was fairly new with the company, we were incorrectly told that some additional services were included in one of the add-on programs. After the purchase, we tried to follow back up with Mike to have him clarify his statements. After several emails, two direct phone conversations with no follow-up answers (which he said he would call back with information), we decided to cancel the add-on program. I would highly recommend Howard to anyone looking to get honest feedback, no sales pressure or gimmicks, or an overall smooth process. I would also double check the details of any programs they try to sell you during the financial closing process. I don't think there was anything malicious, but I would have expected much better follow-up and some resolution to our issue.

I had an overall great experience. All of the employees were very friendly and seemed to really care. The specific dealer that worked with me was Pam Deal. She is an amazing worker and put in tons of effort to get me the car that I wanted. She still calls me almost every week just to check on me and the vehicle to make sure things are perfect for me, which they are so far! I had to come back in to get my spare key programmed and get the automatic window fixed (it was not automatically rolling back up like it was supposed to) and when I visited again the employees took great care of me. Fixed everything that needed to be done with no hassle. It was quick and easy, and then I was on my way. I will highly recommend this dealership to any and everyone!

We picked Priority and Pam Deal based on previous reviews on this website. We are happy to say that each one of those reviews held true for us! I emailed Pam the first time discussing what my plans were, what car I wanted and the price I was trying to stay at. She responded with a phone call within 24 hours. She was as professional and friendly as could be. Pam and I agreed to meet around 6:45PM, but I couldn't make it on time due to other circumstances (the dealership was a 30 minute trip). I kept her informed and she was very thankful. Finally, we pulled up to the dealership around 7:15PM where she had the 2013 Sentra that fit my needs and features already washed and parked out front for me to check out. We proceeded inside and was impressed with the look of the dealership. Very clean, big, not just cars and desks. It had a Kids Zone, massage chairs, HUGE lounge with TVs, etc. Pam met me at the front with a friendly smile and we went out to check out the car. She explained the features of the Sentra as thoroughly as possible before we began the test drive (I got the navigation package and Premium Package). Everything went smoothly. At the desk, we proceeded to discuss pricing. I told her the payment I wanted to hover around and although she couldn't meet my exact numbers she went back and forth twice to the manager and brought me a number I could handle to "earn my business". I couldn't pass it up. The payment was doable, it was the car I wanted with the features I wanted and Priorities for Life. Throw that in with a great overall experience (conversations and laughs with Pam) and her willingness to get me out of the dealership in the car we wanted was the cherry on top. After previous experience at Victory Nissan/Sheehy Nissan where the customer service was absolute trash, this was incredibly refreshing and welcoming. She stayed with us all the way until 10PM (dealership closed at 9PM). Even offered to come pick up the car should we ever have circumstances where we couldn't bring the car for service to maintain the Priorities for Life warranty. It was beyond my expectations, and we couldn't be more satisfied with the car and service. I look forward to heading back up there for future services. I would recommend Priority Nissan and especially Pam to anybody!

I went to priority just to look at a truck and felt like I was pressured into buying it. Went in on Sunday and signed all paperwork and left with the truck with a deals tag and no registration or permission to drive slip, which I think is illegal. Came back Monday only to have more finance paperwork practically shoved down my throat and I felt like I was forced to sign so I did, with a higher interest rate and higher payment. The service is crap, and the friendliness is crap. I will never refer anyone I know to shop at priority nor will I ever come back not even to take advantage of the priority for life coverage. Thanks for nothing priority.

This is an outstanding dealership. I bought pre-owned Lincoln from them in 2010. On 17 Aug. I bought a 2013 Altima from them. The excellent service that I got on my Lincoln from them was a prime consideriation in buying from Priority. I have bought numerous cars in my lifetime and dealing with the three Priority dealerships in the richmond area has been a mpst pleasant experience. The salesperson and sales mgr. for priority nissan are the consumate professionals. They are totally knowledgeable on Nissan and the most professional staff that I have ever dealt with. They are willing to work patiently and with concern all the questions i had and they were the most professional i've ever experienced in giving all the details on the Altima I purchased, Their lifetime benefits of oil change, inspections, engine and tow service are a very nice added benefit. I highly recommend this dealership and the other Priority dealerships as well, What a pleasant experience in buying a new car.

I saw a Maxima advertised from this Dealer on AutoTrader.com. It was very low miles for an unbelievable price! Well, I guess it was too good to be true - I wrote in to a Mr. McCoy about the advertised car and he said that it had already been sold, but he had plenty of other cars I could look at. Wary that it might be a "Bait and Switch" tactic, I politely asked him the date the car was sold. He never wrote back. Then I decided to see how long Priority Nissan would leave the ad on AutoTrader: it stayed on for 3 more days! Today, I called the company and talked to several people, and they all gave me the run around, saying things like "we can't send you a dated invoice on that car" and "the President is out of town and can't be reached" and "our contract w/ AutoTrader gives them several days to pull the ad". Hogwash! In today's electronic age, that ad could be pulled immediately IF Nissan had motivation to do so! So beware of low priced used cars at Priority Nissan!!

Our salesman Guy Gordan was extremely helpful and friendly with our recent purchase. We were not quite sure we were even going to make a purchase but his knowledge and the fact the he was not pushing allowed us to freely look at the vehicles and trucks of interest. He was very knowledgable about the vehicle we made a decision on was the Nissan Frontier. The vehicle that we wanted was not on the lot but he worked diligently on getting the 4x4 that we were in the market for. The vehicle was found and the only difference from the vehicle in the showroom was that it was a 4x4 and did not have a sunroof of which we were not interested. We were disappointed that the tow package was not on the vehicle that was found as the vehicle in the showroom had the rear tow package and we assumed the vehicle brought would have the package as well. There was no price haggaling as we accepted the offer for our Honda CRV and the selling price of the 2011 Nissan Frontier. The experience was pleasant and Chris in your finance department was also extremely knowledgable and helpful during the finance process. We will definitely recommend Guy Gordon to friends and family that are interested in a purchase of a Nissan.I don't know if this is the appropriate spot for the service department but there is much improvement needed in this area. We made the appointment with the service department for the sealant interior and exterior and the vehicle was dropped off on Sunday Oct 30th. On Monday October the 31st we received a call wanting to know what type of service we were due to have. On two different occasions they were told that the passenger sideview mirror had bubbles and to be sure it was repaired before sealed. That did not happen and the bubbles remain. We have been dealing with Honda service for approximately 5 years and the greet you with a smile, hold the door open upon arrival and exit and retrieve your vehicle for you upon return. None of which we received from Nissan service dept. I got a how can we help and then do you know where your vehicle is? No one offered to walk out with me to look at the work performed or retrieve the vehicle I had to do that myself. Not the best customer service and honestly probably one of the worst. In 37 years we have owed approximatley 20 new vehicles and this was probably the worst service experience yet.

Honestly? The overall new car buying experience was better than average, but one still finds the same worn-out sales practices that have been around for 50 years or more. That is, you meet and develop a rapport with a salesperson, then get down to discussing money/offer at some point, and then the Sales Manager gets involved to whittle away your offer in favor of the dealership, bit by bit. So, for the uninitiated, or those whose stress levels are agitated by any confrontation, albeit even of a mild type, the consumer is pitted against the dealer, and more frequently than not, the dealer has all of the experience & tools of the trade to win that contest. They'll do it with more aplomb here than with most, remaining friendly throughout, but the buyer will feel the same 'ol, same 'ol that has permeated the buyer/seller relationship in new car sales for decades. And that is that no matter how stoic and clever you thought you were as a buyer, you get the sense that you always paid more than you should have/could have. But here at Priority, they're nicer than most, and also offer the Priorities for Life, which has real value down the road for new car buyers. Would recommend to a friend, with the above-mentioned caveats.

Guy was awesome!! I came with my mother all the way from Hampton, VA with a certain car in mind, but it turns out it was already sold. but he found the PERFECT car for me. Guy wrote down all the cars that fit what i was looking for and showed them all to me. He didn't try to go for something more expensive, but paid attention to MY NEEDS. i am very satisfied. when i found the car i wanted, the price was a little bit above what i could afford, but he worked with us and got us the figures we needed :]. Felt rushed on day of sale. Came in to test drive only. Left with new car. Returned for review of features and Auto Butler. Auto Butler application left visible spots throughout the car dash and seats, etc. The new product dries quicker than yhe previous one (a plus. My salesman and Stephanie (Service Mngr) wiped all the noticeable spray spots off as soon as it was noticed. Greg (my salesman) and Stephanie did all that was possible to assure satisfaction as I drove my new car home. I have had the car for almost two weeks now, and so far, my experience with it on the road has been pleasing. The electronic operations CD was easy to review and apply also. Thank you.

I am so far very satisfied with the service that I have received from Priority Nissan's staff and associates. Mrs. Deal accommodated me as my salesperson and went out of her way to ensure that I was satified with my purchase of a 2009 Nissan Sentra. I have encountered some minor problems that are being addressed (e.g. small scratches, damaged antennae). I am awaiting to recieved monies due me at the completion of the funding of the sales transaction. I am encouraged that Priority will honor their agreed upon obligation due to the high level of integrity and committment that they have already demonstrated. Mr. Cole the Sales Manager has been extemely accommodating and has provided additional services to me at no cost. I have absolutely no problems at this time recommending Priority Nissan and specifically Mrs. Deal to anyone looking for a good car and excellent service.

The best experience I have ever had with a dealership and my first brand new vehicle purchase! I visited the dealership, now located on Priority Way in Chester, with my heart set on a used '09 Nissan Murano only to find it wasn't my perfect fit, the folks wound up working their magic and got me in a branch new 2011 Nissan Rogue which I absolutely adore with amazing financing I could have never imagined. They had a play area that my daughter just loved and where I could keep a close eye on her easily. I couldn't have been more pleased with the experience and I can truly say I am a Priority customer for life!

I recently went into the Nissan Dealership to purchase a vehicle. I was informed by Tarrance that used vehicles were 2,500.00 off. So I found a 2008 used vehicle that had a price on the window of 21,797. So I expected to pay 19,297.00 for the vehicle. After pulling my credit report, the salesperson then stated that the 2,500.00 wasn't available on vehicles that had the price in the window! I believe this is a tactic so you're unaware if you're really getting 2,500.00 off the vehicle. Needless to say I was very upset! I wasted 4 hours of my time! Received an inquiry on my credit report, and left without a vehicle! I was informed the salesperson doesn't work for Priority, but I feel whether he's on the payroll their or not, he still REPRESENTS the company when selling a vehicle! I believe this issue needs to be rectified. In the meantime I will contact the Dealer Board, and channel 12 on your side.

I bought a pre-owned 2004 Lincoln LS. The salesman Larry and the Sales Mgr and Finance Mgr couldnt have been more helpful. There was a squeak in the steering as well as an oil leak. This dealership picked up the leak and fixed it without me knowing about it until after the fact. The squeak persisted and Bob Saunders referred it to Crossroads Ford and it took months to get to the bottom of it, but he stayed with it even though he had moved onto the Priority Toyota Dealership. I am very impressed with Priority and understand completely why they're getting a Volkswagen Dealership as well. Priority will get my business in the future for sure.

I went to Priority Nissan convinced that I wanted a Frontier Pro-4x, fully loaded. After driving the truck I was pleased with it but not convinced it was the right truck for me. Instead of pushing me toward purchasing that truck Pam suggested that I try other trim levels that I had not considered. Owning a Frontier herself, she has a lot of insight into that product line. I ended up trying a Frontier SV and liking it better based on the smoother ride due to its lack of off-road oriented suspension. Long story short, I left the dealership with a truck that better suited my needs and I saved money to boot! Thanks Pam.

Our experience there was excellent. Pam explained everything we needed to know and when she did not have an answer, she found someone who could answer our question. We liked no pushiness or debate over the trade in price for our old car. Pam even stayed late one evening so we could test drive the car when it was convenient for us. We went to several different dealers before we decided on the car and dealership we wanted. We made the right choice. We have no regrets. If the service at Priority Nissan is as good as the sales, we will be very happy.

He was very polite and demonstrated the features of the car fully. He didn't seem rushed and made me feel comfortable to ask any questions. He didn't pressure me and explained the process fully. It was an overall great car buying process and I will recommend to all my friend.

I have been in search of a new vehicle for three months or so. I went to several dealerships, took multiple test drives and ended up at Nissan. I have owned two Pathfinders and decided on a smaller vehicle which was the Murano. I knew what I wanted and with Pam's help, my choice became reality that same day. As everyone else has commented on, you feel like you're Nissan family when entering the dealership. The personal touch really does work.... and a friendly smile.Thank you Pam for both the personal touch and :) and look forward to my next visit.

I had a very good sales lady. She really did everything she could to help me get the car. She even came in on her day off to work with me and I ended up buying the car that day. Everyone else who walked by the table as I was waiting for Pam to come from doing what she was doing, they would ask me if i needed anything like water or something. They were all so very friendly. I felt like a valued customer. So yes because of how they treated me I would definitly recommend my friends, family, and everyone else to come to Priority Nissan in Colonial Heights. Pam is the best!! Her last name isnt Deal for nothing.

My expeience with Priority Nissan in Colonial Heights was great. The dealership was true to it's word on the trade in mailing I received in the mail which I used to purchase a new Altima. They had the model of the car I wanted with the options I wanted in stock. Pam Deal was great to work. She was friendly and made the purchase easy - without all the pressure that other dealerships try to put on you. The rest of the employees were friendly to me and my family as well. If anyone is looking to buy a new Nissan (or one of the great used cars they have on the lot), I highly recommend this dealership.

The sales consultant and the sales manager were great. I appreciated their efforts to work with what we could afford and wanted in a vehicle. I will probably purchase my next vehicle from this dealership. I would also recommend this dealership to my friends and family.

The dealership had the exact vehicle we had been researching for 2 yrs. 2009 we encountered Pam Deal at the Richmond Motor Trend Auto show representing Nissan and she sold us on the Murano. This lead us to our 2010 Murano purchase through Robert Warner who couldn't have been any nicer or more knowledgeable and made our first Nissan purchase very pleasurable. We came with acceptable negotiating figures and the dealship was able to work with us in a very stress free atmosphere.

I have purchased several Nissan vehicles in the past from Priority's competitors and I must say there is no comparison. The staff members at Priority welcome potential clients as if they are part of the Nissan family. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership My initial visit was not to purchase a new vehicle but to leave my son's car for the 30,000 mile maintenance and to have a tire repaired due to pothole damage. Troy Jackson assisted me with this transaction and as usual took care of everything for me. Troy is always a pleasure to work with. He takes the time to explain everything and ensure that the clients needs are taken care of. Before leaving I noticed the Black Cherry 370Z displayed in the showroom. I could not leave without sitting in it. My favorite salesman; Robert Warner (which I had met approximately two years ago) noted me admiring this car. Robert knew that I had been wanting this vehicle for over a year. He asked if I was ready and of course I was very hesitant with a decision. Robert did not pressure me into making a decision but he knew how much I wanted this car. To make a long story short Robert ordered me a 2010 Black Cherry 370Z (one displayed was a convertible inwhich I did not want)and picked it up for me the very next day.

We had originally gone in for a used car purchase but due to the experience and professionalism of the salesperson we came out with a NEW purchase WITHOUT all of the haggling the normally is associated with car dealerships. I am greatly impressed and surprised at how easily the salesperson was able to get the financing opitons we wanted and into a car we could be proud of. She kept us informed of every step and went beyond the call to make sure were were happy with our purchase. Thanks again Priority Nissan.

I went to Priority Nissan to look at a used Murano because I had purchased a Sentra in 09 from Victory Nissan and just was not happy with it. They would not work with me to get me into anything else because of my negative equity. Well, I am a very persistent peson and decided to call Priority Nissan and I set up an appointment with Jaime Davis but when I got there he had left for the day so Ryan LaTulippe helped me. He was great and I would recommend him to anyone. Well needless to say the Murano didn't work out for me but they insisted that I try a 2010 Rogue but they were not pushy about it. I drove it home for the night and fell in love with it! I am so glad they gave me a little push to try the Rogue becuase I had my heart set on the Murano. Thanks to everyone at Priority for working with me you guys are the best.

I have now bought two cars from this dealership, my first in 2005 and my second last month, March 2010. The customer service is amazing! When I bought my first car, I lived nearby. Service I had gotten done there was also excellent. Now I live 45 minutes away in West End Richmond but have had such horrible experience at the Victory Nissan here that I refuse to go there. I admit, I fit the stereotype of a girl who knows nothing about cars. However, I know enough to realize when something's not working properly, so when I went to Victory Nissan and was treated as my stereotype, I became angry. This happened several times. I said I would never buy another Nissan if it meant dealing with them. When it came to buying a new car last month, I really liked what I had read about the Nissan Rogue. I drove down to Colonial Heights to test drive it at Priority Nissan because I knew the people were friendly and knowledgable and they never treated me as if I had no clue what I was doing. Robert was fabulous! He never once pressured me into buying the car, he was extremely flexible with my needs and wants, and he has followed up with me a couple times since my purchase to make sure that I'm happy with it (and I am!). Hands down, this Nissan dealership is the best in Metro-Richmond.

I went in to register my 2002 Nissan Sentra for the Priority for Life program at this particular dealership and this gentleman walks out in a pink shirt with the confidence of a salesman and a smile that could melt an iceburg. The conversation was easy and the process was even easier and two days later I'm still wondering how it happened. As I sit here writing this review, I'm looking out my window with a smile on my face because I'm really happy with the car and the decision to buy it. Why? Because I deserve it. With much respect and gratitude to William Stone at Priority Nissan in Colonial Heights, Virginia.Barbara Ward
