I wanted to purchase a very specific and hard to find toyota truck. After trying two other major toyota dealerships in Hampton roads, Linward was the only guy who could get the truck I wanted. He and the manger Tom didn't stop until they found my Tacoma! He even worked with me on price and got me a great deal. The whole team was very good and gave me great customer service despite some circumstances that made me a difficult customer at times. I have to say thanks, especially to Linward and Tom.

Very professional sales staff (Shelva) , finance department (Tom, I believe), and business manager (Chris Lagarenne). We have a special needs child, and they were very flexible, considering our son's needs/concerns. Priority adjusted their schedule to complete the purchase in a timely fashion. The staff was fair, and willing to negotiate with me concerning trade in price, and purchase price. Chris provided us with financing through Toyota Motor that beat what we had previously lined up through USAA. I would definitely buy from them again.

This guy! Where do I start!? Lied from the jump and then I caught him in several of the lies about the condition of the "new" vehicle. Would negotiate the price because it was a "high demand" vehicle when there were a dozen more in other colors on the lot. That's besides the point. The general manager comes out and tells me the truth about the vehicle after an hr or two of getting the Linwards best stall tactics in the hopes that I would just cave in. Finally realized he wasn't going to get me to overpay for the vehicle so he had his manager break me the news that this vehicle wasn't factory new and he wasn't going to sell it for less than they were asking bc the dealership had already put too much $ into the vehicle. Furthermore I had traveled 6 hours to purchase the vehicle and paid to stay in a hotel none of which did Toyota Chesapeake reimburse me for. So if you want to be ripped of, and have people lie to your face by all means this is the dealer/ dealership for you. BUYER BE WARE!!!

This is our third vehicle purchase from the Priority Group, our second from Priority Toyota and every time they have exceeded my expectations. I worked with Giuseppe Lenzo and he was a true joy to work with. I contacted him on what kind of used vehicle I was looking for and he keep digging until the right match was recently traded. Giuseppe even came in on his day off without hesitation. Everyone at this location makes eye contact and greets you with a sincere greeting. Chris Lagarenne was very patient with me during the finance portion even though we were the last two to leave the dealership. I would recommend Priority Toyota without any hesitation!

I got in touch with my salesman who's name is Linwood Fields and I have had nothing but great service from this man from the first day that I went to Priority and he sold me my car. That was in 2014 at which time I bought a 2014.5 Toyota Camry from Linwood. It was the best experience I had ever had at a dealership and I say this cause he did everything he could in such an amazing time limited that I was truly impressed, since all of my other experiences with dealerships have been like hours of gruling paper work and all of the promises to only come out driving the car that i went there with. So I can truly say that was not the case with Linwood. My experience with him as continuously been nothing but the best every time I have needed to speak with him on anything which has not been very much since I drive one of the best cars you could have....not much really goes wrong other than a maintenance required check and other than my having got a nail in my tire so I have been very pleased with the choice to purchase this car. Now! back to Linwood when I got in touch with him not only did he respond to me like right away with a return call he assured me that I had nothing to worry about and solved my issue in a matter of minutes so I went right back to work feeling that he took good care of my needs. Okay so where to start. The short story is they lie, deceive and waste your time.Long story, we went to them looking for a car and the sales person was really nice to us but then we had the pleasure of talking to the senior sales manager, who to say the least was a just a liar. First he told us that he would do 20,500 on a car. And we said okay but we would like to shop.When we went back , 3hrs later this deal didn't exist anymore. Not only did it not exist but also they completely ignored that they ever made such deal. Saying that that's not what we meant. So for other buyers, they like to keep you waiting around as they go ask the manager to see if they can help you .... At the end of the day they come back with a higher number 21,500. Knowing the whole time that the first prize they gave was a gimmic. They also like to say that they offer, "lifetime warranty" on the engine of new cars. This warranty has many loopholes on it so do not fall for another gimick. Aside from Eric (the sales person) every other higher up person , especially the senior sales manager just wants to get you stuck with a deal. He actually said, " I want you to be in a awkward position so you have to make a deal now." Think about it, would you want to make a 20k+ deal feeling awkward about ? I don't usually review but I want to warn people out there that this place is not run by honest people. They're in the business of deceiving! Be aware, many sales tactics to make you think that they are giving you a great price.

I have been a Priority customer for years; since 2004 and five vehicles. My service advisor the entire time has been Kenyan Mullen, THE GOLD TEAM. I am always surprised when I see adverse reviews be it here, yelp, or elsewhere. Mr Mullen is up front ALWAYS about items that are necessary, needed soon, or if it is something I may want to do myself (within warranty!). He has fit me in to his service schedule on short notice more than once and I appreciate his always professional and friendly manner. My 2013 Toyota Camry was making a noise in the right front. The noise sounded like a bad strut. I dropped my car off and was greeted in a very professional manner by the service advisor. Her name is Miranda and she serves on the silver team. While the problem was easy to find, it was extremely difficult to repair. The car was in the shop 3 days. Every day Miranda would call and give me an update. She was extremely helpful and informative. I appreciated the extra steps she took for the dealership to keep me abreast of the situation. He was very knowledgeable and kept a positive attitude throughout the process. I would highly recommend requesting Julian if your next purchase is going to be through Priority Toyota . Also had the opportunity to meet Richard Ramos, who was equally patient with my numerous questions and requests for various pricing options. Both Richard and Julian were extremely professional and neither exhibited the "pressure to get you to buy a car" that is usually expected from car salesmen.

Although hesitant about dealing with a 'pushy salesman', my experience at Priority Chesapeake was very opposite -great, friendly, knowledgeable team, especially TEDDY DAY who helped me with my purchase from beginning to end. He never gave me an "uhh...I don't know" or "I can't" -every answer to my questions were positive. After dealing with a an unsatisfactory experience at another dealership, I came from Hampton to Chesapeake & glad I did. Geoff Smith sold me a 2014 Tacoma TRD in July with a wonderful deal. liked the Tacoma but I was not real happy with the TRD features (I had been driving a ford ranger for 12 years) which gave it a harder ride and sat really high. Decided to go back and get a 2015 Tacoma without the TRD. Again a great deal and even better I love the new truck!

Purchased my 2014 Rav4 last week - got a very good deal I feel. They gave me a wonderful trade in value for my old 2004 Rav4. I wanted a specific color so they went looking for it and found it in Maryland. The SUV was at the dealership the next day. The process was so easy - very much a people pleaser attitude. Everyone was so nice and wanted to know what I needed every step of the way. My salesperson was Vo Nguyen . Really easy person to talk to and did whatever I asked of him. I have bought or leasted my vehicles from Priority Toyota since I can't remember how long - but they have always been good people to deal with. I drove in with wife's vehicle for oilchange. While waiting I started looking at new vehicles with Mr. Boh"s after looking a a few I asked for an out the door price on a Corolla I liked. The price quoted was about $2000 below my expectation. Couldn't have been happier and purchased it that day.

To say I am upset would be the most underestimated statement I could make. I am an Unemployable Disabled Veteran meaning I can't work again. While applying for financing I made sure that this dealership understood my situation. When I became disabled my credit suffered because I could not work or hold a job but I have starting rectifying this problem. The Sales department was friendly enough and said they could help me. Well they did, they told me they could put me into a New Camry for 540.00 a month. Me and my wife discussed this and found this to be to high a payment for this vehicle. The Company called me back and I spoke with the Internet sales rep and told him this was to high and we had decided not to buy, but the internet sales rep told me we will work with you and get you into a vehicle to fit your budget, great, I thought. I went in on Memorial Day Weekend, I found my sales rep and we started talking, I told him about the conversation with the company I had but the Sales rep told me the approval was based on me buying a New Camry at 540.00 dollars a month and 1000.00 down. The sales rep had just told me this is the car the bank said you will buy and this is the price you will pay. I could not believe it, I was just told they would work with me and now they are telling me we have decided that this is the car you will buy and this is how much you will pay. They were choosing the car and the payments without any consideration whatsoever to my situation and what I would like. I am extremely upset with this and I hope others who may have had similar will voice it. I cannot in good faith recommend this company.

Paul Holbert, Tom Harmon, and Bill Smith were exceptional service agents. I had a problem with the wear on my tires and because I have bought 7 vehicles from Toyota over the last 6 years, they replaced my tires and gave me a front and rear alignment. These gentlemen were very professional and I have never seen a group of people try so hard to please their customer. I plan on coming back next week to get another RAV4. My car was a 2013 Toyota Camry.

Been to almost every dealer in the area and this seems to be the only dealership I feel like im not being taken across. Do a price check with them compared to Charles Barker and you will see they are $1K cheaper then them. All 3 of my vehicles are from Priority Toyota and you get free oil changes and inspections for life. When I take my vehicles in for an inspection and it needs minor repairs I have had them fixed for cheaper then what I could've done myself. Also just bought a brand new Camry from them and with the deal they gave me I would've had to fight my way out of the dealership it was that good. You can go where you want but im letting you know you will always get an honest deal here.

I just purchased a 2014 Tundra. If you are looking to buy a new car or truck, this is the place to do it. The staff is amazing. They worked hard to ensure I received the best possible deal available. The pricing was the lowest I found anywhere. They offered the highest trade in value on my vehicle as well. The facilities are pretty amazing. They have many free services including Starbucks coffee, a movie theater, cafe, hair and nail salon, and kid's area to name a few. Add lifetime oil changes and state inspections and you cannot ask for anything more.

Danny Lyons did an amazing job of explaining the differences between Highlander, 4Runner and a Sequoia to me. I wanted an SUV that would get good gas mileage for my work commute and the right Toyota SUV for me was the 4Runner. I thought I wanted a used one but the price difference between used and new was not that much and I decided on a new one. Danny explained the service package that comes with it at the dealer which was very helpful. Danny was very professional and I will recommend him and the dealer. Zeke in Finance was also very friendly and very understanding on me using different forms of payment for the down payment. Great job to both of you! Love my 4Runner!

Had a wonderful experience at Priority Toyota when I traded in my 2010 4Runner for a new 2014 one. Our salesman, Elmer Hippolito, worked diligently to get the color we wanted and with all of the features we wanted too. Tom Harmon walked me through every new feature on the 2014 and showed me all of the new changes. He even took the time to hook my phone up to the new Entune and made sure I knew how every aspect of the Entune worked before we left the dealership. Rob Brasco made the finance part of our visit very swift and easy. There was no pressure and everything was explained in detail. This is our 6th Toyota vehicle purchase from Priority and I would never think of going anywhere else. The sales staff has always been welcoming and the car buying process has been a breeze. We will be going back in the next 6 months to look for a car for our teenage son.

Car purchase is never fun or easy. We hit a lot a bumps in the road but Larse Lucas was professional and handle everything calmly, even when I may not have been. Kudos for his mild temperament and professionalism.

I have been using this dealer's service center for over two years now and have been VERY satisfied. Glenn Bozeman, a service rep, is very informative about your service needs, explains thoroughly what has been done, yet if you want more will call up the tech that actually worked on your vehicle. They have an "Oil Change Club" that saves me a lot of money, and I use it every 5000 miles now religiously. I have had my 2011 4WD Toyota Tundra lifted with a "Leveling Kit" I purchased myself (Bilstein 5100 Racing Shocks + 1" block in rear springs), a Toyota anti-sway bar installed, and AMP Research Electric Steps installed on my vehicle for hundreds of dollars LESS than a written quote from Eastern (labor rates only, I purchased the parts online), The job they did was wonderful, and I got to speak with the installers myself during the job. Good guys, loved their jobs, loved working for Priority. I felt very good about their work. My only VERY minor complaint is that the LED lights that came with the Electric Steps are not holding up on the truck body, and were not placed correctly initially, but when I brought it back they fixed them no charge, and cheerfully. MOST importantly, the service manager for the 4WD lifts explained very carefully that when lifting a Toyota front end, additional parts (not expensive... like $40) were required to prevent long term damage to the front drive train. This was never brought up or explained to me by Eastern. I VERY much liked the extra effort that this team put into my truck, and I would strongly recommend them for other Tundra owners looking for lifts. (Still, do your own homework first!) Be prepared to wait awhile in their nice lounge and restaurant, as they are often busy, being so popular. I'm not sure I would buy a new vehicle from them, as their prices are a bit higher than their competition, but they seem to offer a good lifetime warranty on the engine.(and other amenities). I have owned (or driven) a Toyota since my first 1971 Toyota Corolla, and have owned three Toyota trucks. I STILL have my 1995 Toyota T100 with over 240,000 miles on it and it runs like new, and a 2006 Camry (never had a recall on it). You simply can't go wrong with Toyota, period.

I have been going to Priority Toyota for many years. Kenyan Mullen has been my Service Advisor during that time. I have found him to be professional, friendly, knowledgeable and always looking out for whats in my best interest. He has kept my 2002 Camry XLE running like new. I'm a car guy and like many of the other new models that are out now but when I think that I would have to leave the trusted relationship that I have with Kenyan and Priority Toyota. Well it's just not worth it.

My sales person was very nice, however pretty pushy. My problem has been with the service department. My first problem was with my paint protecting sealant. When I bought the protecting sealant I was told it would not have to be reapplied. However, I was told by the service department that I had to have it reapplied every six months for a fee. After inquiring more I found out that he had lied just to make me spend more money. Plus, every time I take my car to them for the simplest work, with an appointment, I have to wait for hours. My tires are never rotated when they are suppose to be, but when I contact them about the issue they refuse to answer.

I took my 2010 Scion TC in for 20k mile service. They took 3 hours to change the oil and rotate the tires. I was charged 42% more than the advertised price. They over-filled my oil. They ignored my complaints.
