Honestly, I liked the car salesman was a good person, I'm going make this short.. I purchased it , the next day my car was vandalized, the insurance I had took forever to get it fixed.. When I did the next day it was vandalized again, I got frustrated , i missed the first payment because it got messed up again an it was not running right when I got it! 15 days after I didn't make the car payment the owner sent the repo to come pick it up , and then tells me I should have called my insurance to make another claim to fix it again...

I recently purchased 2010 BMW X5. Although I was somewhat skeptical of making this purchase from a used car dealership, my skepticism was quickly alleviated when I personally met and spoke with Jay Jaffe. His professional approach immediately convinced me that I had made the right decision in purchasing my vehicle from Prize Auto. Jay was extremely knowledgeable on the vehicle being sold. He answered all questions I had concerning the vehicle's operation and history. Moreover, his focus was not on selling the car, but that I was a satisfied customer, even if this meant that I didn't make the purchase. In many cases the financial details of purchasing a vehicle can be the most difficult. Here again, Prize Auto exceeded bar. I was introduced to Simeon Parsee, his understanding of financing procedures and genuine desire to meet my financing concerns, resulted in the smooth purchase of my new BMW; yes I said new BMW, not used. Jay assured me that my vehicle once detailed, would appear brand new and he was true to his word. My BMW had the appearance of a brand new immaculate 2016 vehicle. More Importantly, two days after my purchase, I took the vehicle to a BMW dealership. After a three hour evaluation which included major mechanical and electronic systems, I was told that the vehicle was in great condition, if fact, I was told the detailing of my vehicle which include the engine was exceptional. In conclusion, I am extremely pleased with my first used car experience and the entire team at Prize Auto, thanks again guys, you know how to do it right.

Just bought an '09 Rio here today [09/01/2015] and so far I love it. The service here was great, very friendly and professional. They were also willing to help me out [I'm a student] and even offered to let me split the payment for the car if I needed to. I worked mostly with Charles, but everyone there seemed really great! I would definitely recommend taking a look at their cars! I gave only 4 stars for the facilities only because the hill to get into the dealership area is ridiculously steep. Not really their fault, or much to be done about it, but could be a problem for some drivers!

I bought 2004 Toyota Rav4 from E&M garage. Never been happier, They did offer me to take the car to check it by my mechanic and that what I did. The sales was honest with me by describing what kind of maintenance they had done on it and my mechanic confirm it. I bought the car with good price and I took it to get MD inspection. Couple minor issue showed up. I called the dealer and I was told to bring it back. They did fix it free. I recommend this dealer for their honesty and their competitive prices.
