I contacted the dealership about a used vehicle listed on cars.com and received a prompt reply that it was indeed on site. I setup an appointment, the vehicle was pulled up next to the building and was ready to test drive. The salesman was very courteous, applied no pressure for me to decide, and made phone calls to verify questions I had concerning the vehicle's options. The sales manager provided a quick trade-in value that matched my own research. The buying process took quite some time but that seems to be normal now. The vehicle I bought was gassed up and detailed during that time. Thank you Robert for outstanding sales service.

I live an hour and a half away from Tallahasee. Tony in the Service part always is attentive to my pertinent auto needs. He makes sure there is a car available if I need it while they are servicing my car .The whole office is welcoming and super nice. They always make my day a little better . They have ran off maps for me to find a location in Tallahasee even. Ron Plymel called and reminded me about my Air bag recall, and set me up an appointment the next day . This location has very friendly employees that really wish for you to have the best experience. The only problem that I had was some oil finger marks inside the car but that was easily cleaned up.

Appointment was made for 10:30 for A1 service, oil change and tire rotation. Work completed, associate reviewed all aspects of work and overall check points, car was washed and vacuumed and I was out the door in less than an hour. Several associates stopped by and spoke and offered refreshments during my brief wait. Very pleasant experience!

I took my car in for some regular maintenance. They wasted no time in getting my car back to the service area. In addition to the maintenance scheduled, they did a thorough check, and in doing so, discovered that my battery was failing. They put in a new battery which was covered by warranty, and I was extremely grateful they found this. Nothing worse than being stranded with a dead battery.I feel my car was given the attention it should have, and it was washed for me!Thanks, Proctor Acura.Linda Berry

Just had my first oil change at Proctor Acura this Friday and it was amazing. I made an appointment with Tony and Charles. Stuart met me at the door and was so polite I felt like I was at a four star resort. They explained what service the car would be provided and the price! At other dealerships they don't provide that up front unless you ask. I waiting in the very comfortable waiting area and had very nice conversations with other Acura owners telling me how this was their second or third car. One hour later, I had a car with an oil change and washed beautifully. Stuart went over everything that they serviced and slowly what my condition my car was in.....also, the car didn't need a tire rotation...so they did not do it and saved me money...they explained why it didn't need it and did not charge me...any other dealership may have charged me and done work I would not have needed. My experience at Proctor Acura has been incredible and I am going to count myself in as a lifer from now on.

I want to thank Tony Bellomio for what was an excellent experience. The pouring rain did not stop Tony from retrieving the specific models and color combinations we wanted to see. We called in on Saturday morning and the guys had no problem getting us in and out. The service dept. is always consistant and dependable. We drive an hour and a half for service and plan of continuing to do so. I personally recommend Proctor Acura for service and sales to my friends snd family all the time. Since 2005 when I purchased my 3.2CL from Proctor Acura, my experience with them has been splendid. Their service dept is knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and professional. I've occasionally used the shuttle service and the driver has been the same for 11 yrs I've been with them and he is so nice and equally professional and patient ;) I love the Cashiers I've encountered there also, because they're warm and welcoming especially when you're having to pay out for your service, it makes it a little more light and easy that they're genuinely kind and professional.

Service personnel could not have been more informative and friendly. My service was complete in an hour which was a pleasant surprise and I had the rest of my day to run errands. Everything was explained to me completely as to what the service involved even showing me filters that were partially used since I bought the car. A great service visit!

Proctor Acura has the best service department in the south east. They were accommodative and nice. Drinks and snacks were offered with a variety of choices. Best of all, the quality of service was great! I told them of an experience I had and they ran multiple tests until they found the problem. I was only there for an oil change. They diagnosed and changed the part that was still under warranty. I was and always has been pleased with this dealership since 2001.

This is my 3rd SUV purchased from Proctor Acura, and one of the main reason I continue to be a customer is the professional, courteous and helpful staff in the service department. Charles, Ron and Tony will go the extra mile to make sure that your service problem is taken care of and they also make sure that you as a customer are taken care of by loaner car, car wash. Most of the people there have been there a long time, and they know you by name and make sure you are given courteous service. Also the Acura is a very dependable car. One of the key reasons I buy Acura (this is my 3rd Acura in a row) is because of the service. They are always helpful, explain everything well and are focused on making my experience the best it can be. My most recent service was performed faster than I expected as I was waiting on the vehicle and they told me it would be at least an hour and a half and it was under that. The service team has been working there for years so I have a strong relationship with them.

I drive 2 hours to have my car serviced here. They are honest and very professional. I went to a local Honda dealership to have my vehicle serviced, and was given an estimate of $600 of items they claimed needed to be done. When I went to Proctor Acura, they did not find my vehicle was in need of these items. It is great to deal with honest service people.

The entire service team goes the extra miles. Each service representative knows you by name. I come to this dealership at least every three months for a variety of reasons such as an oil change or tire rotation. Each and every time I come in I truly enjoy my visit. The people in the service department are some of the most hospitable people I know and I wouldn't want to get my car serviced anywhere else. First, I love my used car that I purchased from this dealership. However, I had a concern with this vehicle and had a horrible experience with Myron. He was awful with the way he spoke to me going as far as laughing at my concern and saying "There's not a whole lot I can do about this!" Based on this alone, I would never recommend this dealership to anyone.

First, I love my used car (only 3 years old) that I purchased from this dealership. Robert was very patient and kind. However, 3 days after buying the vehicle, I noticed it had rust/corrosion behind the gas and brake pedals. I contacted Robert to ask him about it and he suggested I bring it in. Alex in service was great. I was not exactly thrilled at the response I got from him but that was not his fault. He basically told me that the car I just purchased from them had more rust than I thought. However, he assured me that it was no big deal and completely normal but could not tell me that this rust would not present an issue in a couple of years. I decided to speak to the general manager to voice my dissatisfaction. Myron also assured me that it was completely normal and said that he could take me outside and show me brand new vehicles with rust. My issue with our conversation is that he sort of chuckled "I'm not sure what you want me to do about it. There's nothing I can really do about it!" This really put a bad taste in my mouth. At that point I was just done and proceeded to ask "So you're not willing to take the car back?" He then said "There's nothing wrong with the car!" I then asked "So that's a yes or a no?" He then said with an attitude "That's a no!" I had no intentions of even wanting them to take the car back. I love the car and, if the rust isn't going to present an issue, great. I feel I got a good deal and definitely don't have buyer's remorse as I put down several thousand dollars. I honestly just asked that because I wanted to see how professional he would be with his reply. He failed big time. The only reason this dealer is getting 3 stars is because I don't feel it's fair to rate them poorly based on Myron's poor customer service.

I recently had to get service on my 2012 TSX due to the brakes squealing. The squealing started in January, and I had the back brakes replaced. One month later, I noticed that the brakes started squealing again. I could determine if the noise was coming from the front or the back. All I wanted was for the problem to be repaired. Unfortunately, I had to take my car in to the service department 4 TIMES. The 1st 3 times, I was advised that the noise was "normal" because I have open disc brakes. This response was not satisfactory because my brakes were squealing ALL THE TIME (morning, noon, and night, wet or dry). During this fourth visit, 2 servicemen rode with me so that they could hear the noise. This time, the problem was FINALLY fixed. Not only should it not have taken 4 visits for this problem to be resolved, I should have been offered a greater discount off my services.

Proctors changed my timing belt, replaced the water pump, changed all the other belts, did a full servicing, replaced a brake lamp, replaced the drivers-side airbag, and cleaned the entire car (the interior of the windshield has never been cleaner) in one afternoon. They not only provided me with a loaner car, but also honored a discount coupon that I had inadvertently left at home. All with extremely friendly service provided by Charles Boykin. I don't think one could get better service anywhere, any time.

I called around 10 AM one day to make an appointment for later in the week and when I mentioned the problem, Tony in service was so concerned he said they could take a look at my car that day if I could bring it in before 11:30. Charles made sure I had everything checked that I needed and that I was ready to pick up my car on time. Clarence, the shuttle driver is also a great part of the service team. Everyone is so pleasant and dependable.

Kudos to the service team at Proctor Acura. Charles greeted me at my car, quickly assessed my service needs and escorted me to their comfortable waiting area. I was in and out in less than an hour. I was greeted by my sales team and other staff passing by. Charles informed me concerning the status of my car after my service and I was promptly checked out by the cashier. The day before the New Year holiday I had alternator trouble and needed service. It was already afternoon, but I called to see if Proctor Acura could help. Tony said that they could see me immediately. They diagnosed my problem quickly and replaced my alternator while I waited. Tony was extremely helpful in keeping me informed. I recently had to take my car to fix a problem it was having, not only was Tony courteous he made sure that the problem got fixed. I have been using Proctor Acura for several years now and they are always so nice and professional!

Always on time dependable service with Proctor. I schedule and am seen on time. Very nice waiting area with refreshments, Wi-Fi and TV. Always clean, always friendly. Charles Boykin and staff are truly customer service oriented. Service knows my warranty information and work with that to my advantage.When we get ready to buy a new vehicle we always call Tony at Proctor and schedule an appointment to see what is available to us. This is our third Acura from Proctor, all from Tony. Follow up is excellent. The newer vehicles have so many computerized settings, it nice to just call Tony for a quick change in setting.

I had my first oil change, tire rotation and general check up on my Acura MDX at Proctor Acura on December 29, 2015. The service was completed quickly, they even hand washed and vacuumed by MDX, at no cost.

I had a light come on in my car. I checked the manual which said not to turn the car off with this particular light. I called Proctor Acura and was told to come on over. My car was taken back to the technician's quickly, the problem was simple and was promptly resolved. I was there less than an hour.

Only my third visit/service in two years but a wonderful experience each time at Proctor Acura. Tony said service would take 1.25 hours so my husband and I decided to wait on the service instead of utilizing their courtesy car or shuttle. They finished in an hour while also providing a professional car wash . There is a very nice waiting area and refreshment bar with excellent coffee. The experience is always like "old Tallahassee" where they know their customers by name and Tony treats you like their most valuable customer. We purchased a Proctor Cadillac and wanting to stay with Proctor have now switched to Acura. I congratulate the Proctors and all their staff for a well run business that treats their customers well.

My car was due for routine maintenance plus I requested a diagnostic review for a couple sounds I was hearing from the car. I received honest feedback on the diagnosis and recommendations on repair options. I did not feel pressured to have the repairs done at that moment, which was great. This gives me time to plan for the repairs and have them complete on the next visit.

The service department is very friendly and helpful. I went in for a routine service, oil change and tire rotation, and they made it very easy. The associate brought my air filter and cabin filter out to show me how they looked and to offer installation of new ones, but he did not make me feel like he was up-selling me or pushing products on me (which I appreciate). In fact, we agreed to replace them next time instead. He looked up my VIN and found there was a recall, which they took care of right then. I live over 60 miles away, but the service department does a good job of making it easy for me.

Alex went out of his way to provide exceptional customer service. The new system Acura has in place to complete your service within one-half hour is amazing! My MDX had its oil changed, tires rotated, cabin filter replaced, and an all-points check within one-half hour! When I'm ready to purchase a new car, I will do so from Proctor Acura.

Less than 24 hours later my car was in and diagnosed, and repairs done in the timeframe estimated. I brought my car in immediately after receiving an emission warning on my car dashboard. I pulled up and was helped a couple of minutes after arriving. My car was taken back to the service center. I waited approximately 20 minutes before Mr. Boykin told me that a "critter had chewed through some wires." He was very friendly and told me that the repair could be quite costly. He took my insurance information in case he needed to contact them for the repair costs. I was given a loaner with no problem and was told he would contact me as soon as he knew the exact issue. He called me around an hour later with good news. The damage was not as extensive as he originally thought. I felt like I received excellent service from Mr. Boykin. I also spoke to a mechanic on my way out that talked to me a little more about the damage. I did not get his name but he was very friendly also.

The car was returned to me clean (spotless and shining). Every employee we met, was friendly and very accommodating. Truly, a pleasant experience. This is my 3rd acura that I have purchased from Proctor Acura, and I have loved all 3. But, the most important reason for my continuing to purchase a acura is their service department. They have an excellent service department that takes care of you the minute you walk in. Charles Boykin, in service, is always there to help make sure everything is done right and that I am taken care of. I have never had to go back for anything that wasn't repaired. I will continue to own an Acura because it is a great car, but mainly for the service. Excellent service

Service requests are handled efficiently and effectively by all members of the staff. When discounts are available they are automatically applied on service charges. Service staff is knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Quality of work is superior. I have never had to return my car to remedy any fault int he service. Condition of the vehicle is checked thoroughly, but I have never been or felt pressured to do additional work on my car. I have been dealing with Proctor Acura for 25 years and would not even consider going anywhere else for sales or service. As a plus, light refreshments in a very pleasant environment are offered when patrons wait for service to be completed. On this last visit, I was given a new model year loaner for the day.

Exceptional experience for scheduled maintenance, warranty repair, and recall repair on my 2014 MDX. Charles Boykin is hands down the best service advisor I have dealt with across all car brands and dealer locations throughout the country. Mr. Boykin's experience level is shown best by his ability to diagnose what is wrong with your vehicle based on your description of the problem. There is nothing more frustrating than bringing your vehicle in for a warranty repair and having the service advisor not able to duplicate the problem. Mr. Boykin goes above and beyond to ensure the issue with your vehicle is resolved during your visit. Lastly, Mr. Boykin has earned my trust by not pushing unnecessary services, a seemingly rare attribute these days.

I had a projected six hour wait this past week for an over 100,000 mile service. Tony was very accommodating with an awesome car for me to drive for the day. I previously owned 6 Accords before converting. During my first service experience Tony showed me around the service area so I would know the section locations as well as the lobby area. He provided me with his card so I can call him whenever I needed a question asked. While my car was being serviced it was noted that a nail was in my tire. Tony called me to explain and let me know the cost. I okayed the cost of my tire repair, but he later called me back and said further examination revealed that it was actually a screw and it was not embedded in my tire (it was within the tread), so there would be no need to charge me for a repair that was not needed. That really said a lot about the integrity of Tony and the dealership. Arranging my service with Tony is always easy and whether I need a shuttle ride, or choose to sit in the lobby, or if he provides me with a loaner vehicle it is always hassle free. I also love the coupons they send out monthly. They are good reminders of various services I may need to have and the savings from the coupons have truly come in handy! Tony Bellomio the salesperson did an amazing job making the process as smooth as possible and for the first time ever we had a sales person truly take the time to explain in details about the different features in the MDX Tech package. We drove from a different city to purchase our vehicle from Proctor Acura and it was worth the drive. We highly recommend you visit Proctor Acura when looking for a vehicle. My wife and I drove two hours to Proctor because of Robert's attention to detail, friendliness, responsiveness, and willingness to answer any and all of our questions even though we started out just as an internet lead. We will continue to visit Proctor even though we have a much closer and more convenient dealership. That is a testament to Robert's and the rest of the staff's great service.

We recently had transmission trouble with our MDX that called for a part to be ordered. Proctor Acura not only provided me a loaner car, but allowed me to keep it overnight! On top of that, my vehicle was ready the next morning by 10:30 am. We have owned Acura's for over 25 years and it's because of their exceptional service like this!!

Since buying our Acura from Proctor Acura. We have been back a couple of times for oil change service. The times that we have been the service and employees are always WONDERFUL! If you choose to stay while your car is serviced the wait is never that long even on a Saturday! The customer waiting area is always clean, there is a tv and free wifi, and the beverage and snacks are always great quality and super fresh! The employees are always so polite and helpful! We have never had a bad experience and would highly recommend them to anyone! This has to be one of the nicest and friendliest dealership we have ever been to.

I normally dont write reviews, but I really feel the need to express my appreciation for the great service I recently received at Proctor Acura Service Center. I went to the dealership to have my automobile serviced, and I decided to wait in the customer service lounge until the auto repair technicians completed the service. While I generally like to drop off my auto for service, I totally do not mind waiting at the Proctor Acura Dealership. The service is relatively quick, the cost of repairs is not outrageous, and the lounge area is comfortable. On this particular visit, it was storming as I parked to wait for the service center to open (I was early). I was prepared to run to the office to tell the service representative why I was there, but he directed me to drive to a covered area of the service center so that I would not get wet. I thought that was really nice. We discussed the estimate for repair and he offered me a complimentary wash and vacuum. In spite of the storm, I accepted and went to the customer lounge to wait for my auto.The smell of fresh coffee greeted me as soon as I approached the lounge. I love that Proctor Acura has a variety of beverages and snacks available for its customers. Wi-Fi is also available. For those who dont have a need for the Internet, a large flat screen television is available for viewing while you wait. My son, whose Acura was totaled in a car accident constantly complains about the service he receives on his non-Acura at another local dealership. This is because he is used to the great service he received at Proctor Acura. He was a teenager when he would bring his car to the Acura Service Center for repairs/service, and the representatives treated him with the utmost respect. That was more than 3 years ago, and he still talks about Acura service. He has even stopped taking his car to the dealership because of the lack of customer service. I think that I will be an Acura owner forever. I love my Acura and I love the service I receive from my dealer -- Proctor Acura.

The entire service team at Proctor was great. Although my car is a 2004 model they treated me like I had just bought the best car on the lot. They were super quick delivering the car before it was promised, and gave me a loaner car to get back to my office. the coffee was even great in the waiting area. When I came to pick up the car, it had been washed and vaccumed, a really nice touch that actually crossed one more to do item off of my list. All things considered, the experience would be hard to make better. The service team at Proctor was great.

Proctor-Acura Service Department.Proctor Acura deserves the upmost accolades. Each time I have my car serviced I feel great about that decision I made to purchase my Acura three years ago. They make you feel right at home from the time you step into the building from checking out at the register. I am greeted on first name basis, which makes me feel respected and I feel as if they value my time and money. I don't know much about servicing vehicles, but they explain everything in layman's terms so that I can have a better understanding. Additionally, I did not realize that I purchased an extended warranty for my vehicle. After giving Charles the information he immediately phoned the company so that my service could be expedited. 7100 miles! Time for an oil change. Amazing! I told my Daddy, that's what we call them in the South, and I thought I heard a gasp. I was even amazed that my Acura RDX went 7100 miles safely and still had 15% oil life. A gentle ring alerted me to the need for service and that's where it started. An appointment was scheduled and a loaner reserved for MY convenience! I showed up and I am walked through the steps of the service procedure. "Have a seat! Would you like water or something to drink?". My paperwork was processed,my loaner was waiting and I was on my way back to work! Three hours later I returned to the dealership and completed the service process by paying a very reasonable fee and collected my RDX with fresh oil AND it was detailed. Charles Boykin handled the process beautifully! I didn't expect perfection but that's what Charles and Proctor Acura gave me! Well done!

I brought my MDX in for its first service a couple of weeks ago. Ron met me at my car, with paperwork ready to go. Once inside, he walked me through the serviced items needed. He also asked me if I have my service coupons, but I had forgotten them at home. He saw I had my phone and asked me if I still had the email with the service discounts. I looked on my phone and I did and they graciously accepted my discount. It is the little things like this that make me bring my car and my business back to Proctor Acura! Thank you Proctor Acura for the amazing job on the painting retouch and service on my 2008 ACURA TL. I can't even tell where the damage was to begin with! I also had a diagnostic test done and a new battery put in. I am very pleased. Both Ron and Tony B. were very helpful and explained everything to me to my satisfaction. Everything was ready on time and my "loaner" car was exceptional also. There is one thing - I wish you were closer to Orlando. It's a bummer to have to travel over 4 hrs. to get high quality work done on my car. I have been your customer for over 8 yrs. and Tony B. has been my contact for all work done. He has always made sure that my car was in tip top shape before I left the garage. As a single woman who knows squat about cars but lots about photography.... The only somewhat unpleasant part of my recent service experience was the cost- which couldn't be helped, given that I had exterior body damage to my car. Other than that, just like everything with Proctor- it was above and beyond. Mr. Plymel is a sweet man- I sincerely appreciate the kind nature of all the staff, but he really makes you feel comfortable (even when you're about to shell out a large sum of money). I refer to my car as the extravagant purchase I made during my "quarter-life crisis." I don't regret it for a moment- and the care and service I receive from Proctor reaffirms that every time. I won't buy another type of car from any other dealership (although every time I get a loaner I decide that will be my next model Acura).

I have had my TL for about 7 years and I have almost 160,000 miles on my car. I moved back to Tallahassee from South Florida and I always return to the dealership for my scheduled maintenance. I am a newer Proctor member, but I am glad I associate with them. When I go in for maintenance, if there were any issues, they would let me know and provide me options. The service department would let me know if the problem needed immediate attention or if it is something that could be fixed down the road or during my next visit. I have an extended warranty and when my transmission went out, my warranty company wanted me to have someone else look at the transmission and have an adjuster come out. Charles was very accommodating and even recommended a repair shop that I could take my car too. They did a wonderful job. BUT I am NOT happy with the warranty company! lol OVERALL this is a wonderful and friendly dealership that I would recommend ANY and EVERYONE with an Acura or looking to purchase one... go to Proctor!!!

After extensive research, I purchased an Acura MDX. I wanted a vehicle that would be just as dependable at 150,000 miles as the day I bought it. Each time I have visited the service department, Mr. Boykin has handled my appointment. He is a pleasure to deal with. My appointments are always prompt. He explains everything clearly. He lets me know of any specials being offered that I may be interested in. All of the employees have been very nice. I'm so impressed with the service department and the friendly staff, that I'm certain my next vehicle will be another Acura. The service can't be beat!!

Service at Proctor s is always above and beyond Excellent. Charles took care of an item that was technically out of my stated warranty period. This out of the ordinary and kind gesture was simply to help make absolute positive that the recurring issue I was experiencing with a rear hatch noise was finbally nipped in the bud . Peter B. (the service dept. mgr.) was also very generous to see this item taken care of by Acura as well. Tony B. gladly came out when I came to pick up my car from service to explain a few ins and outs of the Navi system to help prepare me for a trip up into the NC mountains in the near future. It s a feature of the vehicle I haven t used much til now. I m positive finding several detination points much greater ease as well as making it quicker to get there. Thank you Tony B. , Peter B, and Charles B. very much as well as Proctor s Acura. I m back in love with my MDX. Sincerely, Chris Chrestensen P.S.: And, I appreciate the common courtesy wash as well. We have purchased three cars from this dealer and have recived good deals and great service over the years. All the staff are pleasant and friendly. Robert Durand is a wonderful and knowledgeable salesperson and a pleasure to deal with. The service staff, the two mentioned above and Ron Plymel, who we have also worked with recently, are prompt, thorough, and very professional. They have always properly diagnosed problems on the first try, and we always get our car back cleaner than when we took it in for service. Also, the customer waiting area is a comfortable place to spend time in while your car is being serviced, is clean and spacious, and is well supplied with reading material and snacks/drinks.

I had my first visit to Proctor Acura yesterday afternoon and was totally pleased with my experience there. I had been noticing a scrubbing feeling when I turn the vehicle and wanted to get it checked out. Charles, the service employee who assisted me, was very helpful & thorough in explaining what he found. I must say it was good to interact with someone in a service department who didnt make me feel like I was clueless. I must also say thank you for your concierge services. I forgot about an email I needed to forward to a local newspaper before five and would not make it back home in time. However, thankfully I had my thumb drive with me and thanks to Proctors concierge services I was able to use the computer in their lobby and get the file emailed before my deadline. All around this was a very positive experience that I truly appreciate. Oh, also, on a hot summer day in North Florida the complimentary cold drinks are a plus. Thanks!

Brought my 04 TL in for service and was greeted by Charles. He was super courteous and made sure I had a loaner car as the repairs took a couple of hours, ( had to have o2 sensor and seat belt sensor replaced). When I returned to the dealership my car was ready to go, washed and vacuumed. I live in Lynn Haven, Fl and could take my car to the local Honda dealer but I prefer the Proctor dealership even though it is 1:45 minute drive.

Tony sold us our MDX - he was very knowledgeable and courteous, spending a lot of time helping us get to know our new vehicle even after the sale was made. Proctor's Service Department is also great - easy to schedule an appointment, prompt courtesy transport to office or home, free car wash every time, and work is completed thoroughly and on time. Charles helped me yesterday and even took the time to take note of my personal challenges (was having a very bad day on many fronts) and offer words of encouragement. I love Proctor Acura!

I always receive the best service from Proctor Acura. I purchased my car there 11 years ago and the process was simple and fair. I have taken my car there for service from the very first oil change. They are always friendly and helpful and explain any issues if applicable. They have always been prompt and I trust the work that they do. My car is 11 years old and runs just as well as if it were brand new. Proctor Acura has gone out of their way to make sure that I feel safe in my vehicle and not ever having to worry about the reliability of my car is worth its weight in gold.

I was promptly greeted by the service agent, and he called me by name. Since I had an appointment, he knew the reason for the visit. He explained the procedures and charges, and asked if I wanted a wash&vacuum for my car. Everything was accomplished as requested and my car looked great when I got it back. Excellent service. Service writers were courteous, respectful, professional and knowledgeable. The technician fully explained the issue with my car and the necessary remedy, in laymen's terms. The waiting room was immaculate, modern, free WiFi, flat screen, comfortable chairs and couch and Starbucks coffee with fresh pastries, no less!!! A very nice lady periodically insured the area was clean.

I am someone who hates car negotiations but loves to have a new car. My salesperson, Tony Bellomio makes this process simple and almost enjoyable for me. His first priority is my happiness with my decision and not just his commission. He is always clear about what he can and cannot do for me. I am someone who tends to trade cars every 2-3 years so sometimes this can be difficult for him to do. His figures are always accurate and there are no surprises when I get to the finance office. It is also obvious that he is trusted by the dealership because my negotiations are only with Tony. It is clear that he is respected and trusted by the company because he alone is able to make important decisions regarding my trade in and new car pricing. There are no back and forth discussions with a sales manager. He is always professional and fair when trying to negotiate my new car purchases. Over the past 14 years, I have bought 5 Acuras from Tony and 8 cars total from the Proctor dealerships. During my most recent purchase, I brought a friend with me who after seeing how easy the process was, also bought a new Acura from Tony that same day. He too was impressed with Tony, the dealership and the ease of purchasing a new car from Proctor. He went so far as to make the comment that since it was so simple, he would most likely come back to Tony to purchase his next car. Of note, this friend lives in Tampa and would consider driving here to make another purchase. I would not hesitate to recommend Tony and this dealership to anyone looking to buy an Acura or Honda.

I have bought all of my vehicles from Proctor Acura since 1992, and all but one vehicle from Tony Bellomio, including a 2012 TL on January 21. I don't think any prospective customer could be unhappy with Tony's "5 star" service. In my car buying experience, he is knowledgable, informative, responsive, and patient. My purchase experience is always casual and relaxing, but professional. The business staff and the service staff at Proctor's Acura are excellent as well and continue a satisfying customer relationship.

This was my first purchase of a new luxury car. This was also my first time leasing a vehicle. Everyone I worked with was so friendly. They took the time to explain everything and even introduced me to the service department. Robert even took over an hour to explain all of functions available in the vehicle purchased. Robert also followed up with me the next day via text to see if I had any questions about the car. This was definitely a great experience and I plan on continuing a family tradition of Proctor Acura car owners. Great job guys!

I just purchased a 2012 RDX; my salesman was/is Tony Bellomio. What I liked most about Tony was the fact he was not overbearing. That made the difference. He answered all my questions and even when I texted him after hours, he responded. He was always very positive and never made me feel pressured at all. He has great people skills. After the purchase, when I needed to come back in for Tony to take care of a couple of things, he went above and beyond even to the point of having Scott (service) ride around in my vehicle with him to determine what the noise was I was hearing...his customer service skills are stellar. My vehicles have been very well taken care of by the guys in the service department (great group of people as well); this is the third Acura I have owned and I continue to get great service.

THIS IS OUR SECOND PROCTOR PURCHASE! We loved our purchasing experience! Zero pressure sales people. Very knowledgable about inventory. They were even able to bring in the exact color car I wanted from an outside dealership. They were so helpful with the set up on features and I couldn't be more thrilled with my new car! Robert Durand was excellent to work with when I purchased my used vehicle from Proctor Acura. He stayed in constant communication with me, while at the same time not being intrusive. He also used text messages and emails, which is very important to me because I am not always able to speak via telephone. When I arrived at the dealership, the car needed the decorative trim replaced. They didn't have the trim in stock, so Myron Steen advised me to get it repaired and send him the bill. I live in another state, so having Proctor take care of this repair at a later date was out of the question. I left the dealership not really believing they would ever reimburse me, so when I received the check in the mail I was ecstatic!! Thank you Robert and Myron for making this purchase so easy for me!

My fiance and I went to Proctor Acura to look at a used Acura TL that we had seen on the lot when we visited Tallahasse one weekend. We emailed and Robert followed up with us very quickly AND on a holiday weekend. We were very impressed with that, but that wasn't all we were impressed with. We felt very welcome as soon as we walked in the door. I have bought a lot of used cars and Proctor Acura was our best experience yet. As people say "the small things matter" and at Proctor they believe that and we felt that. I would not ever hesitate to go back to Proctor Acura.

Low pressure sale. Gave me all the information I asked for and all the time I wanted to make up my mind. The actual negotiation was straight-forward, the paperwork went smoothly, and they didn't try to oversell me on a bunch of stuff I didn't need. I've bought several new cars from them over the years (and several from other local dealerships) and in contrast to the others each time with Proctor's Acura it was the same, high-class process.

It's always a great experience when purchasing a car with Proctor Acura. The sales staff is knowledgable about your vehicle and shows you all of the features and makes it so easy to understand. The business manager was extremely nice and got us through the mounds of paperwork in a very short time, even though she had a lot to explain about each form we signed. The sales manager remembered us from prior purchases and made a point to say hello and thank us for coming back to Proctor Acura. Charlie in the service department makes you feel like you are the only customer there is and you know you will be taken care of in the shortest amount of time when coming in for scheduled service visits.

My first experience purchasing a used 2010 Acura TL from Proctor Acura was very good. Mac Nolen was very helpful, personable, and was not a pushy car salesman. He was diligent about answering questions, returning phone calls when we had questions, and helping make sure everything was right. Purchasing a car is a major decision for me. I test drove several other brands of vehicles in addition to the Acura. That alone helped confirm I was choosing the right brand. Completing the sale was very quick and easy; and Mac was willing to even give a lesson on the TECH features to a new "low-tech" owner so that I could get the basic settings to my liking. I was assured the dealership stands behind its cars and is there to help any time needed.

I have sent Tony at least 3 customers who have bought 4 cars. I have neighbors who own car dealerships yet, I choose to drive 65 miles to purchase from Tony and Proctor. Need I say more? Of Course! In 2009, My wife and I both obtained 2009 TL's from Robert Durand even though he's 180 miles away. Our local dealership refused to give us competitive pricing so we turned to Proctor Acura. It was a seamless, turnkey transaction, they were excellent in all phases of the process.To our surprise, they contacted us last month and made us a great offer on 2011 TL's even though our leases weren't due for another year. They picked up the remainder of the lease and also lowered our lease payments! This transaction was even smoother, we were in and out in less than an hour.Robert is an excellent consultant, highly professional and knowledgeable. I was trying to deal with my local Acura dealer. I had been unable to get a firm price from them on a TSX. One call to Proctor and I was given a price that was great and they were ready to sell a car. I had to travel over 2 hours to get to the dealership. When we arrived the car was ready to go. All they paper work had been processed and they went over the car to show us all the features on the car. They have followed up with us twice in the last 5 days to make sure we were having no problems with the car and if we had any questions. I would tell any one looking for an Acura to make Proctor you number one and only stop.

Before dealing with Tony Bellomio and the members of Proctor Acura, I, more than one can imagine,abhorred the car buying/leasing process and experience. We returned to Tony and Proctor Acura for our most recent vehicle, however, because our experience was unlike any encountered in over 50 years of auto buying. They were first, very professional and courteous. They know their product and help you understand all the various equipment in your vehicle. Tony checks with you frequently,in an unobtrusive way, to determine how the experience with the new car is going. They also work hard to find a way to meet your financial needs and expectations. In that regard they are honest and straightforward. Essentially, they are not like regular car sales people. They are consumate professionals and they work hard to maintain their excellent reputation. I was upside down and had a broken transmission. So instead of paying 1/2 what I owed on the vehicle, Robert was able to get me into a new TSX for the same payments. I had to put down a downpayment, but it was almost half of the repair costs. So I am very thankful for Robert working with me to resolve my problem of being car-less. He is very easy to work with. I met with the service manager and he was very professional about setting up an appointment to get my accessories ordered and installed. Diane in the financing department was awesome. She was able to help Robert get us into the new vehicle. They make an awesome team.

I visited Proctor Acura in Tallahassee, Florida because my current lease on my Acura TL was up. Prior to my visit I spoke to Robert on the phone and he was very helpful and professional. When I arrived to trade in my old lease, they were ready for me, with all of the paperwork ready to go. Robert went over the details of the new car and the entire transaction was quick, enjoyable and very professional. I would absolutely recommend this dealer to anyone looking for an Acura. What a pleasure to do business with Proctor Acura. From the greeting I received to the wave good-bye as I drove off in my new MDX everything went smoothly. This is my second Acura from Proctor--the first being a 2003 TL. Robert Durand was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and did not pressure me into buying. He let the car sell itself. Knowing that I had looked at another make of car, Robert never once said anything against the other car. He only pointed out the positives of the MDX. He was very patient and did not try to sell me options that I did not want or need. The closing of the purchase went smoothly and Linda (I hope I have her name right) in the business office was very efficient and pleasant to work with. The tutorial session with Robert was great and I feel sure that he will be there for me for a "refresher" session as there are so many new and wonderful features on the 2011 MDX! I would not do business with any other dealership. Robert and Myron are super people to work with. Charles and Ron in the service department will become my new best friends as I would not take my vehicle any where else for service. I have purchased Honda & Acura cars for over 20 years and have loved every one of them. Of all of them through the years, I have to say my all-time favorite has been the Acura RL 3.5 (2002-2004) due to the look, feel, drive and overall quality of this vehicle. I don't think I will ever own any other vehicle. Needless to say living in Orlando that after searching far and wide for my perfect next car, the search took me all the way to Tallahassee and Proctor Acrua. This was a REALLY long way to drive to buy a car sight-unseen, but with their many pictures online and then after speaking with Robert on the phone, I felt very at ease and like this was the car for me. Proctor worked out all of the numbers prior to me driving there and so I went on blind faith. All I can tell you is that when I got there, the car was perfect and just as described AND the paperwork was all completed with the numbers just as promised. With the exception of the 8 hours of driving round-trip, this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I highly recommend Proctor Acura and Robert to handle your next vehicle purchase.

This is my second Acura MDX. I love the vehicle and the service has always been exceptional. The salesperson I worked with when buying my first MDX was excellent, but was no longer an employee. Tony was very knowledgable and helpful with the changes from 2007 to 2010 models. He was also extremely patient in helping me understand the changes in the navigation/information center. I live in Cairo, GA, and the drive to the dealership is approximately 45-50 minutes. If I had not had a great experience with the MDX or the dealership, I would not have purchased a second one.

I expected to get the same quality of service that I had previously gotten with Acura and to say the least was very disappointed. So once my lease was up, I decided to go back to an acura! We negotiated most of the sales price over the phone and had a deal worked out within one hour of visiting the showroom.I called in advance of arrival to pick up the vehicle two days later and was in and out with my new vehicle in less than 15 minutes. We took the old acura in for a possible short in the wiring. Not only did they not charge us for this when they found nothing wrong.... they detailed the car! My husband was so impressed that he decided altho. nothing was wrong with our old car, he wanted to buy another car from these same folks. I was a little fuzzy about what was covered by warranty and certification and was surprised when I met the financial officer that I would need to shell out another $1100 over and above the agreed price to get the cover I wanted. This should have been made clear to me during the price discussion the previous day. It left me with a slightly bad taste in the mouth after what had otherwise been a fairly civilised negotiation.

We began searching for a MDX a few months ago after looking at another competing vehicle. For almost 7 years, we were driving a Honda mini-van and loved it. It was great to stay in the Honda family because the reliability and quality are amazing. Tony was great at explaining the many features of the car and it sold me instantly. Overall, we had a good experience during our sales negotiations and felt we were treated fairly and without any pushy sales experience.

They are a reputable dealership that prides themselves in good customer relations. Tony is an excellent sales person to work with and makes finding a new car very easy. The TSX is a great car to drive as are the other Acura models I have leased or owned in the past.

When I first saw the car i wanted online i emailed the dealership. Within 5 minutes i had a email and phone call from Robert, i believe his last name is Durant. He was very helpful and stayed on top of things the following day up until i bought the car. Tony who was also very helpful and very knowledgable about the car. He is the one who sold us the car. We are very pleased with our recent purchased of a certified pre-owned vehicle from Proctor Acura. We actually made the purchase without even visiting the dealership. We saw a vehicle on their website that matched what we were looking for and the called the Dealership. Tony was very helpful and accurately described the vehicle. He arranged for the paperwork to be processed and for the car to be delivered to my office in Atlanta, GA. After a quick test drive and some poking and proding, I signed the papers and we had the new (to us) car we were looking for. After seven vehicles from Proctors we have never had a bad experience and we feel like family. They are good folks. We have gotten Hondas, Acuras and a GMC. The only negative is the Acura and Honda dealerships are located across town on the West side and we live across town on the East side. We are hoping Acura will be moved to an East side location. The cookies are great, hope we get some.

I had a good experience with this dealership. Robert was a pleasure to work with. He always promptly responded to emails and phone calls and was very knowledgeable and friendly. I was trying to buy using Power of Attorney since my husband is deployed. I had a hard time getting them to accept the POA even though it was still valid and was specific to buying the car I purchased. I understand their need to be cautious and I applaud that, but from my end it was a little frustrating and delayed my purchase by 2 days. Throughout the process I spoke with several people from the dealership in trying to get the issue resolved. Most of them were extremely friendly but it seemed like one or two didn't want to speak directly with me and relayed messages through someone else. The price was good for a Certified TL with Navigation. Overall, it was a pleasure working with Robert and Myron and I'm sure the entire process would have been a breeze if it weren't for me using a POA.

The absolute best dealer/staff I have ever encountered! Purchasing a car from Tony is seamless. He communicates constantly by phone and E-mail. I have bought a lot of cars over the years and Tony is the best sales person ever! This is the third car we have bought from Proctor/Tony and we just ordered another to come in next month. Diane was great in the Finance department (no surprises). Finally, no dealership can be successful without a great service department. Ron and Charles are World Class. My wife and I look forward to seeing them. Oh, did I mention that I live 86 miles away. I have other choices but, my choice is Proctor and Acura.

This is my 3rd purchase from this dealer. I leased a TSX in Nov 2006 and leased one for my daughter 30 days later. I just bought a 2008 TL yesterday. The service dept is what keeps me coming back. I am a salesman and my daughter is an attorney and we depend on our cars. The loaner program is a must for us. However., this dealer has cut back on giving a loaner for routine work like oil changes which I am not happy about at all. i would like them to re-think that. Even if they lose a few bucks on that for an oil change, they make it ip in goodwill. Tony Bellomio, my sales rep, is very good. He treats me professionally and doesn't play the "salesman games" so many car dealers feel they need to play. I am a very busy person and Tony respects my time. I have recommended this dealer to others. Finally, both my daughter and my wife appreciate the way they are treated by the service staff. Robert was quite helpful and I appreciated the opportunity to take the (slightly used) 2009 Acura home for my wife to drive the next day since she did not have time to go to the dealership herself. We spent quite a bit of time discussing various leasing options (mostly over e-mail) and he was prompt with his replies. Never did I feel like I was being pressured to make a decision.

My wife and I just bought a new Acura TL from Proctor Acura. I'm not sure what they could do to make the exerience more pleasant other than to just give us the car instead of requiring that we pay for it. Robert Durand politely communicated with us for several weeks via e-mail. What we appreciate the most is that Robert was not "pushy". On the contrary, he was at all times pleasant and honest with us both over the Internet and in person. The same can be said for Myron Steen and Charlie Delgado. I live in Mobile, AL and it was really a "fluke" that I ended up buying an Acura from Proctor Acura in Tallahassee. I had been talking with several Acura dealers near Mobile. One dealership wouldn't budge on the price and another dealership didn't have the car I wanted. A salesperson with a dealership in Louisiana didn't even call me back. With my permission, Ft. Walton gave my name/phone number to Proctor Acura. Myron Steen called me back promptly. I had a really good feeling in talking with him over the phone. He had the car I wanted plus a price I was comfortable with, but more importantly he was extremely nice and professional. Robert Durand called and told me he would help me when I arrived to get my car. Like Myron, Robert is extremely nice and professional. He was waiting at the door for me when I arrived. It really made me feel special. Both Myron and Robert were ready for me with all the paperwork, etc. so it was a relatively quick process which was great since I had a long drive home. I can't say enough good things about Myron and Robert. They have superb customer service skills. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.

Well.. I did it again.. I bought another Acura from Tony. Tony makes it easy! After putting 100K+ miles on my 2004 TL it was time for a new one. I was not a fan of the new TL 'look' so I was thinking about buying a certified used 2008 TL and Tony let me take it for the weekend. When I brought it back to the lot I could not take my eyes off the 2010 TSX (V6 model) and Tony encouraged me to take it for the day. I was driving a brand new, 2010, with only 40 miles on it! I loved it and came back the next day to buy it. Tony and the entire Acura team (Myron as well) were fantastic. I'm in sales and I know that I want to be treated like I treat my clients. Tony and his team do that. I have had the pleasure of recommending a number of my friends and family towards doing business with Tony and Proctor Acura. Great overall experience. Did a cash for clunker deal here, and was the first such transaction for this dealership. We had a bit of a learning curve, but overall the experience was seamless. Tony was our salesman and he was upfront and helpful. We took the car for a 2 day test with no hassle. Other than the hoops the Federal Goverment required for the trade, the dealership was great. Honda products have been good to me for the last 10 years and I would not heisitate to purchase here again. I would recommend Proctor Acura and Tony highly.

My experience was great. I visited the dealership several times speaking with both Obie and Robert. Neither were pushy they just continued to provide me information I needed. I told them I was looking at two different makes of cars and they assisted in making the comparison between the two. They never said anything too make the other make of vehicle look bad in fact they stated that it was really my driving preferance that made the MDX look more like the vehicle I would enjoy the most and they were right.They were always friendly and helpful each an everytime I visited the dealership.

The Service Department is always very friendly and processional. Ive always had a good experience with the dealership until this last appointment. When I called to make my service appointment I was unhappy to hear a loaner car is not offered for oil changes anymore. I think its poor customer service on Acura part to suddenly revoke this service after 5 years. This service was a determining factor for purchasing my Acura. The last 2 times I've brought my car in for service I've asked to have my tires checked due to a vibration. Each time it has been determined the weights have come off the tires and are out of balance. We paid each time to have them rebalanced. I feel the first time should have been on us but the second time should have been on Acura as I have not hit anything or driven my car in any way to make the weights come off my tires.

The reason why I gave the rating I have was because I enjoyed the fact when I got on your web site it was easy to explore. I even like the fact that you have an online cheat service just in case you have a question about a vehicle. I have been dealing with Proctor Acura for almost 10 years and have purchased two cars from them during that time. All service done on those vehicles has been done by Proctor Acura. I have always been completely satisfied with the service results, the professionalism of the staff, and the ease of doing business with them. Some minor mistakes have been made during some service visits but it has always been corrected very quickly, with no charge, and with profusive apologies that it was not completely right the first time. They are the best dealership I have had the pleasure of doing business with bar none.

Obie is fantastic! The moment we arrived on the lot, Obie greeted us warmly and made us feel welcome. He is very knowledgable of the products and did an excellent job of uncovering our needs and objections without making us feel like he was trying to "hard sell" us on anything. Obie was very accomodating and the entire buying process felt more like a conversation amongst friends. Myron was also a pleasure to work with and we were impressed that Randy also stopped by to introduce himself and thank us for our business. Since I've had my Acura, the service I've received at Proctor Acura has been great. The service personnel is always friendly and go out of their way to explain in detail the issues relating to my car repairs. The shuttle service is always available to take me back to work and to pick me up when my car is ready. One of my friends who had an Acura, but now drives a BMW stated she misses the great service she use to get at Proctor Acura compared to the medicore service she now receives at other place. I also love the fact that every time I get my car serviced my car also gets a good wash and vaccum. Keep up the great job.

I called at 8:20am and asked if I could get my car serviced that day and they said yes so I took it right then, the shuttle was ready to take me right to work, they serviced it quickly and efficiently, the shuttle was available to pick me up on my timeline and bring me back to the dealership. Great job! I am so pleased with the service I receive at Proctor Acura. I feel like I can ask questions, I know my car will be serviced with care and quality products. I trust the staff to tell me the truth about the car. Charles usually takes care of me and he tells me what the wait time is. The waiting area is very comfortable. He gives me options when I have choices to consider. He works with me on when to bring my car in. I actually don't mind getting my car serviced because it is a pleasant experience.

I did not purchase my Acura from this proctor, but I do have it serviced there. They are friendly and courteous. They honored the remainder of the warranty without hassle. I don't mind waiting a couple of hours at the dealer, they have wifi, TV, drinks and some food stuff available. They also have a shuttle that take you home and picks you back up. I am thoroughly pleased with their service so far.

Robert followed up with several e-mails after my first inquiry. When I called he looked around the car. He described one of the scatches it had while I was on the phone and said there were no dents. This was correct. He was very attentive and polite. At the dealership there was a misunderstanding about leather seat. When I showed Robert the add showing the leather seats,(after looking at the photos I could see the seats were not leather, although it was not obviouse)he ask what I would offer without the leather I told him. Mr Proctor came out introduced himself and accepted my offer, even though I was over 200 miles from home he didn't try to get afew hundred dollars more from me. Which probaly would not have worked and definetly whould not have left me with the good impression of him that have now. I got a good car at a good price and without the hastel I had at other dealers. I was left with a vert high opinion of this salesman and dealership and will tell others.Tom Frazier

As a military service member and internet customer, I found out about Proctor Acura through the USAA Car Buying Service. Through the car buying service, a good and fair price was established upfront and before we even initiated contact with the dealer . . . which made for an easy and negotiation free experience. The internet sales manager, Robert Durand called right away and setup a test drive for us of not only the Acura RDX we were looking at, but also offered and acquired a Honda CR-V ex-L that we mentioned we also wanted to test drive. Robert was polite and professional as he never bashed the other brands of cars we planned to test drive, but simply let the Acura speak for itself as he encouraged us to push its limits during the test drive. Robert was also easy to deal with through email and phone at almost any hour of the night which made it easy for us to purchase from Proctor even though we are stationed 2 hours away in Alabama. The Finance Manager, Will Benedicks was also very helpful in finalizing the financing and working with us to get the vehicle titled in our resident state of North Dakota. Robert and Will had all the paperwork ready for us to sign and the vehicle prepped and waiting for us when we showed up to take delivery. Overall, we are very satisfied with our purchase and enjoyed dealing with Proctor Acura in Tallahassee.

When I first bought my TL, I had a paint problem in the back corner where the body meets the glass. After meeting with the Service Manager, he immediately escalated it and received authorization to take care of it. Within a day, Bryant's Body Shop fixed it and it looked like new.

I really appreciate getting a loaner and also the phone call when my car is ready. It has been washed and vacuumed. I can't imagine taking my car anywhere else for service--though it is a little pricey, it is definitely worth it for the quality of the service.When we bought the car a little over a year ago, we worked with Darryl, who made the experience pleasant rather than an ordeal. Ron was very courteous. He gave me a loaner for the day. He called when the service was completed to inform me of what had been done. My Nav system had been acting up but of course was working fine when they tried to find the problem. They called the Nav people and did a system run through to check it. Ron assured me that if I had problems with it in the future just to bring it right back and they would look at it again. The service department lets me know they are always there to serve me. You can't help coming out of there with a smile on your face!

We appreciate the use of a loaner while our vehicle was being serviced. The service was right on time with the estimate I was given. When something was found that needed additional work I was called and asked to okay the work. The only thing not done was the maintenance light was not reset. It is still on.

I took my TSX in for its first oil change since I bought the car. I was very impressed with how friendly everyone was, how quickly they took care of the paperwork, and how convenient the shuttle service was. Also, the price was especially good because I had a Web coupon. I really appreciated that because money is tight for everyone now, including Proctor Acura (I imagine). I have to drive to the other side of town to have my oil changed at the dealership, but I'll continue to do it because it was such a pleasant experience.

The negociations took several weeks, because I searched several dealers, and I was very satisfied with the final price. Wow, what an experience. I had been communicating with Robert for about 4 months to work a deal out on my Acura MDX before the purchase. I have probably shopped around with 8 different dealerships prior to choosing Proctor Acura and Robert. Ultimately, my only complaint is that I live 4 hours away and will be unable to have my MDX serviced at the Proctor dealership.From the initial inquiry, Robert clearly answered my questions and assisted me with the diligence and professionalism that you would expect from a Tier 1 dealership. We never felt like we were being ignored or misguided, and he made us feel like we were respected.My wife really enjoyed the patience and level of personalized attention that Robert gave us as well. He listened to our needs and skillfully matched us to the vehicle of our dreams and budget: an Acura MDX with the Sport and Technology Packages. When we arrived at the dealership Saturday morning and walked into the showroom, our Aspen White Pearl w/ Bordeaux MDX was sitting on the blue carpet with a giant red bow (requested by me for my wife) on it. The paperwork was ready for us to sign and the truck was freshly bathed and waxed. The paperwork process was easy-breezy with Myron Steen and everything was explained thoroughly. Once we were done, Robert took us to the MDX and went over the vehicle. WOW, there are a ton of features in this thing! Robert's presentation was clear & concise and made it more simple to understand. In the weeks following the sale, we have called Robert a few times with questions and he has continued to be most helpful. We feel that we are valued and respected even after the sale. Robert and the other dealership staff were extremely polite, friendly, and helpful and we are extremely grateful. Thanks for the cookies by the way! We would HIGHLY recommend Robert and Proctor Acura.

Charles was an excellent example of what people expect from customer service. He was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to explain the details of the service performed on my vehicle. Most importantly, he did not talk "over my head" even though I had limited knowledge on servicing a vehicle. I would definitely recommend Acura because of my great experience and the excellent customer service received. Kudos to Charles in Service!

I bought a pre-owned certified Acura TL from Proctor Acura. My experience was totally positive. David was very knowledgeable on the car and the pre-owned certified program. He worked to find me a car that met all my criteria (age, condition, miles, price, etc.). When he delivered the car, he went over everything with me and showed me how to set-up my blue tooth with my cell phone. I was pleased with the price I got for my trade-in too. I am not local to Tallahassee so this was a long distance transaction. David handled everything and all paperwork was delivered to my home for me to sign and return. Dealing with the entire Proctor team was a pleasure and David was an extremely knowledgeable and helpful salesman.

I purchased a 2005 RL at a reasonable price. I have taken it in for services and I have been very pleased at the professionalism of the staff. Customer service is priority one at Proctor.I have no complaints or regrets. I am recommending Proctor to my friends for their automotive needs.

We just purchased our third automobile from Proctor Acura, and worked with Robert Durand on the last two purchases. Robert is great to work with, is extremely knowledgeable about the features of the vehicles, and is a good teacher when going over the things we need to know about our car. We feel comfortable that we can go back to him with questions and to get additional information.Obtaining service for our cars has also been a good experience, and Charles Boykin and Ron Plymel have always been friendly and helpful. I purchased my first car at Proctor Acura from Charles, and he is terrific in the service area.

My rating for all the categories is the maximum of 5 based on my experiences with the Proctor Acura Sales and Service teams. Sales: On my initial visit to purchase my 2008 RDX I was greeted by Mr. Durand and he was very professional and patient as he answered my questions about the models and pricing for the Acura models available. His knowledge of the Acura product line allowed him to assist me in making my selection of vehicle to purchase. He asked questions about my preferences which allowed him to determine whether the vehicle was the right price and had the options I wanted. After the purchase he assisted me with setup for my car door lock settings and the hands free link. He always returns my calls and says hello whenever I visit the dealership. I mention to my friends and family my positive experiences at Proctor Acura and recommend they consider Proctor for their next vehicle purchase. If I should purchase a new car in the future I will seek out Proctor and Mr. Durand. Service: Mr. Charles Boykin assisted me when I had to get my car serviced when the alert system indicated a tire pressure problem. The second visit was regarding the lighted visor mirror on the passenger side of the car. He was helpful and patient and did not consider the mirror light to be too insignificant to bother with. Eventually, the entire visor had to be replaced and he scheduled the replacement quickly for me and I did not have to make repeated trips to get it done. The third visit to service was for an oil change and even though my car had less than 4,000 miles he arranged for me to get a free oil change. This was very much appreciated by me. This is an example of the high quality of customer service at Proctor Acura. I would also like to mention the ladies in the cashiers office. They are always friendly and courteous with me.On my visits to Proctor Acura I have observed how the personnel treat other customers and they are always friendly, courteous, and helpful. My perception is that their behavior is consistent towards all their customers and given the current economic environment this contributes greatly to building customer loyalty for the Acura brand. I have owned two other Acuras (Both purchased in another state) and the vehicle I replaced with the RDX was a 1991 Integra. Prior to making my final purchase decision I asked about the customer service and service ratings for Proctor and Robert answered my questions about the ratings received by the dealership. The customer service/support provided by the Proctor Acura dealership is one of the main reasons I decided to buy my third Acura from the dealership.

My wife and I traveled from Tulsa to this particular dealership to buy a specific car. We negotiated the price before visiting. We were concerned that there may be things wrong with the car, but Robert was very honest and delivered exactly as promised. We flew to Florida and drove the car back. We were very impressed with his professionalism and willingness to help close the deal. We had other options, but the comfort level we got from this particular individual was the reason we chose this specific vehicle.

Proctor Acura is a very good dealership to do business with. Staff, including sales rep., and Myron who handled the paperwork, are very professional, courteous, and helpful. Overall, a good experience, quality product, and good value. And, they have been around quite some time and seem to care about reputation - this is the 2nd car I've purchased there. The first was 15 yrs ago. I would recommend Procter.

My experience with Proctor Acura has been nothing but pleasant. I appreciate the help and expertise of Robert Durand who sold me the vehicle I desired and love to this day. He was very professional and customer service oriented, and it was evident he wanted me to be 100% satisfied with my purchase. Also, the entire process of my purchase went smoothly. In general, I have had a great experience with Proctor Acura. The service personnel are extremely friendly and I know that when I bring my vehicle to the dealership, it will be taken care of with the utmost care. I just hope that when I move from the area, I receive the same service as I've received from Proctor Acura.

Best experience I have ever had at a dealership. Car is exactly what we wanted. Everything was negotiated on phone. We drove 4 hours to pick up car, because it was such a good deal. The salesperson, sales manager and even the mechanics spent time with us to make sure we where completely satisfied.

Proctor Acura made my car purchase simple. From start to finish Robert Durant was there to help. I felt comfortable every step of the process and did not feel pressured or intimidated at any point. I highly recommend Proctor Acura for their professionalism and customer service when purchasing a car.

In a day and age where Customers are often taken for granted and undervalued- I found Proctor Acura to be quite the opposite. Robert Durand is one of the best spoken, most professional sales people I've ever had the pleasure of working with. I feel that he genuinely cared about earning my business, and did all that was possible in order to do so. Myron Steen also did an excellent job, both he and Robert treated me as if I were a friend and not just another car sale.I would (and have) reccommended the services of Proctor Acura to many of my friends and family members.My only regret is that I live 3 hours from Proctor Acura- and will not be able to have my Acura serviced there.Warm Regards,Shane D. In February 2008, I began searching for a 2008 Acura TL. I had my last vehicle for 12 years and was ready to purchase an entry level luxury/performance sedan. Living in a fairly rural area, I started requesting quotes from dealers within a 300 mile radius from where I live to see what kind of deals could be had. I knew that this was the last year this generation TL was going to be produced and I was hoping to find a good deal. The Acura dealer closest to me was not ready to deal. I sent the request for a quote on a Sunday and within 15 minutes on a SUNDAY Robert Durand from Proctor Acura of Tallahassee called me with a quote, and it turned out that none of the other quotes I received were even close. I wound up having to drive over 2 hours to pick up my car but it was so worth it. The entire process from start to finish was as smooth as silk, down to even being able to get our actual license plate at the dealership the day I picked up the car instead of having to use a paper tag. Robert was patient (I am a little obsessive sometimes) and he answered all of my questions at almost any time of the day or night. We received nice thank you gifts from the dealership as well. I give Proctor Acura of Tallahassee and Robert Durand my highest recommendations.

This is my third vehicle from Proctor Acura. The reason I keep going back is because of the great service, friendliness of the staff, service department is always accurate and on time.I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. Great prices and a overall nice dealership.

Should you decide for what ever reason to travel or search any further than our home town then your just wasting your time. This dealership has a top notch service department as well. The service department fully details your car inside and out for what ever the reason you may have it in for, even routine oil changes. And, while you may be waiting for your car, the customer lounge has plenty of hot coffee, several types of high quality tea, fruits, snack bars, fresh pastries or cookies to go along with your beverage. I have been dealing with Proctor Acura since 1995. The salesmen, managers and service technicians have consistently been courteous, helpful and efficient. I am now leasing a 2008 RDX and have owned or leased five other Acuras and my daughter is on her second MDX. The cars are ultra-reliable and with one or two exceptions, have only been "in the shop" for routine maintenance. In the one instance of a major problem (a transmission failure in my wife's 2002 CLS), the local Acura dealer relaced the transmission at no cost to us. I also enjoy working with Proctor Acura's Sales Mgr., Tony Bellamio; very knowlegable and extremely accomodating in finding a requested vehicle and then arranging appropriate leasing terms or financing. I have referred a number of friends and family to Proctor Acura because of the quality of Acura and Tony's outstanding service.

Tony is the best salesman I have ever met. I have bought cars from him for many years. If he ever left I don't know what I'd do because I really trust him. (Maybe even not buy an Acura again.) He is the reason I keep coming back again and again. I recommend him to all my friends and family. Also, Charles and Ron in the service dept. are kind, friendly, and efficient. Clearly, I was more than pleased with the service provided by Proctor Acura, but I was most impressed with how they let me "shop". I had very specific criteria, which included a tight budget, and Obie (and friends) worked within those constraints. I had been to several car dealerships with my "list" and they politely hurried me off the lot and did not return my phone calls. Obie was willing to do an internet search for me and follow-up when he found vehicles that met the criteria. From my experience, it is difficult to find people who will "work" for the sale, but I certainly found that in Obie and the Proctor team. Next time we'll start at Proctor Acura and let them do the searching for us!

I've been a more than satisfied customer of Proctor Acura for several years. Their focus is on the auto's performance. They have skilled technicians that know my car's engine and want to keep me safe and running smoothly. Generally, I sit and read while my car is being serviced. The waiting room is clean, convenient and comfortable. Of course, having coffee and snacks ia a lovely bonus.The BEST thing about the service department is the competence and sincere desire to put me in a safe car! Charles Boykin is not only a professional, he has a delightful disposition and willingness to insure that my experiences are always A+. No one has tried to get me to 'chunk' my car and get a new one.
