This weekend I had one of the most positive car buying experiences ever. So love my new Forester Premium. And the smooth, easy purchase at Proctor Subaru was ideal. No high pressure. Best car buying experience I have had to date! David was courteous, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Came across Proctor Subaru after a deal fell through at another dealer (not to be named out of courtesy). Called up on a specific car I was interested in and spoke with David. He and the finance office had the contract/paperwork ready to go within 2-3 hours of me calling. Arrived at the dealer, looked at the car, and I was out the door and into the new car within 30-45 minutes - no joke. No "gotchas", "traps", or pressure from sales or finance. Efficient and effective staff. Thanks for the help David. Would buy another Subaru from them in a heartbeat.

The work done most replacement of the passenger side airbag as I recall. Since I no longer Drive Exorcist technician came out picked up the car and took it back to the dealership while in the shop they checked other safety features and found multiple lights burn out and replace them. They return the car a few hours later and it was in great shape. The communication this was great people are very friendly Craig cordial acted very responsibly I would highly recommend them a great people thank you

I just bought a new Outback from Proctor Subaru. I am so glad they now have the Subaru dealership in Tallahassee. When I tried to buy my previous Forrester from the old dealership located way out on Tennessee street it was an awful experience, I ended up going to Valdosta to buy it. Going to Proctor this time and working with Tony was simply an enjoyable experience from beginning to end. He even called us afterwards on a number of occasions to make sure we were still happy. WE ARE!Since then I have taken my car in for service and it was great, the best!

LOVE Proctor Subaru! Bought our 2nd Outback in less than an hour. There was a recall on the steering column shortly after and Proctor Subaru called me (I was in Georgia) to tell me NOT to drive it. They didn't have any accidents from the recall but were taking precautions. They rented me a car, towed my car back to Tallahassee and fixed it. A couple of weeks later, i received a gift card in the mail (for any inconvenience). WHAT?? WHO DOES THAT?? Subaru- that's who!Everytime we have needed to take it in for it's service, the service department is always flexible and finds the appointments that fit OUR schedule. TOTALLY recommend Proctor Subaru! ALL of their employees are GREAT!

I drove 105 miles one way to buy my Crosstrek at Proctor Subaru because of the service provided by Tony to family members. When it came time for my first service, I again drove the 210 miles round trip to have my service done at Proctor. Joanie (in the Service Dept) remembered me and even asked about my grandbabies! Everything was completed in a timely manner with updates and explanations of service work done. I will be making the 210 mile trip for all future service needs and will definitely recommend Tony, Joanie, and the entire Proctor Service Dept to anyone asking about my Crosstrek! The service department at Proctor Subaru replaced my steering wheel last week. A few days later, six hours into a thirteen hour road trip, I turned the wheel, heard a loud popping sound, and suddenly my steering wheel was wobbling dangerously, moving over an inch in every direction. Thank goodness I was in a parking lot when this happened and not on the interstate. I took it to a local mechanic in Mississippi, and it turns out that the service technicians at Proctor Subaru had not properly tightened the nuts holding the steering wheel in place. This cost over $130 to fix, and could have potentially left me stranded hours from home with a car that wasn't safe to operate, and things could have been even worse if the steering wheel had come loose while I was driving, rather than while I was parking. Attempts to reach Proctor Subaru's "Client Care Specialist" were unsuccessful. Emails and voicemails went unanswered. Unacceptable.

We just purchased our fourth Subaru. Our salesman, Hank Smith, was outstanding. He was knowledgable, courteous and "no" pressure. He explained what was available in the model in which we had an interest and helped us find a car which had just what we wanted, and most importantly, no more than we wanted. Ron, who handled our financing was very easy to work with, he's a listener and really friendly and competent. Both Hank and Ron have been with Proctor for years, we've found well managed businesses tend to have low employee turnover. Not a surprise as Proctor's been in business for over a hundred years. Everyone at Proctor we've met is honest and capable. One feels that they respect each and everyone who enters their dealership. We have lived in five states and have yet to find a dealership that comes even close to Proctor. Thanks.

This was our first new car buying experience in a quite a few years, and, based on past experiences, I was frankly dreading it. I did my homework researching cars and prices online so I knew exactly what we wanted (a new 2.5 Outback Limited with Eyesight) and what dealers were getting for that car elsewhere. Armed with that information, we ventured to Proctor's to do battle....As it turned out, the experience at Proctor's was low pressure, headache-free and surprisingly pleasant. We found the exact car we wanted in the color we wanted, and only test drove that one car. Cody was very knowledgeable about the car and easily answered virtually all of our questions on the front end of the car buying process, and Ron, the finance person and transaction closer, was similarly impressive in his area of expertise. Both were courteous, helpful and genuinely friendly. The staff worked directly with our credit union's buyers agent to quickly reach agreement on what we felt was a good price, and for us the whole transaction from beginning to end was seamless and smooth--and without the application of pressure or the slightest playing of negotiating games. In sum, we are very happy with the price we paid, the overall buying experience at Proctor's and, of course, our new Subaru.

Our salesperson was not available at our appointment time however a young gentleman stepped right up and offered his assistance. I'm new to Subaru. Received a notice that there was a recall to check the Electronic Parking Brake. Easy Peasy scheduling an appointment. On arrival, met at the door, vehicle was inspected and procedure explained. I chose to wait on the vehicle which was also a pleasant experience. Coffee, snack, plenty of reading material, and pleasant waiting area. Vehicle was returned washed and vacuumed. Impressive first visit!

I bought a 2011 Subaru 6 years ago from another dealer, but quickly switched to Proctor for service because they were SO much better! Over the last 5 years they've consistently provided excellent service, never once recommending anything that might not be needed, but on more than one occasion recommending that something NOT be done as it just wasn't necessary. An opportunity arose to sell my 2011 Outback, so I did and did not even look at any other car model out there. I now have a new 2016 Outback and it is wonderful! The sales experience was a good one! Cody Stulley is a great salesman - I never felt hustled or harassed, and I ended up with a good fair deal. Thanks!!

The low oil level lights (both words & icon) came on. I pulled into a gas station, checked oil. Very low (my bad). Station didn't have the correct oil. Proctor Subaru saved the day.I drove straight to Proctor Subaru. Billy patiently listened to my tale. Took the car down to service. While topping off the oil, I spotted the roof rack for my Forester. Billy arranged for it to be installed.Service folks also topped off all my fluids. Everyone was super nice. All this with no appointment. THANK YOU.

I have had two Foresters serviced by Proctor Subaru since they opened. I have always had a great experience. My latest visit involved a recall and my car was out of service for a week. I was given a loaner car and the service was done just as I requested. When I picked up my Forester my service consultant, Tony Badia, went over the repairs with me and made sure I was happy. I called, at the last minute, on Saturday morning to get me car serviced because I'm going out of town next weekend. Tony told me I could bring it and drop it off but he probably wouldn't get to it until late in the day. He called back at 10:30 and said it was done. Tony obviously knows two important things: 1) under promise and over deliver and 2) get the work done that's in front of you and don't sit idle waiting on work that's coming later (like scheduled appointments). Smart guys and pleasant to deal with!

I was due for my 18k service appointment including oil change on my Forester. Life got in the way and I wasn't able to schedule it prior to a 1,500 mile road trip I had planned. I called the day prior to leaving in a panic and asked if there was anyway they could work me in so I could get these services done prior to my big trip. Billy was so kind and accommodating. He said sure, he would work something out though it may take several hours. I got there and they got my services performed in an hour. Incredible. And so friendly and happy to help. It was a pleasant experience. Staff was very professional and waiting area was comfortable. The only thing that kept me from rating it excellent wasn't the dealership's fault. Suburu sent a recall notice saying my vehicle needed a computer adjustment. It turned out that it did not need it after all.

I had a large screw stuck on my front passenger tire, and called Mr. Billy Swindell in the service department who advised me to bring the car right away. He was helpful and took care of things immediately once I got there. The service guys solved the issue in less than two hours. The tire needed to be replaced. Excellent service!

After changing the timing belt as part of scheduled maintenance for my 2009 Forester, a tension bolt sheared, ruining my engine. The service consultant, Billy Swindell, offered to rebuild my engine without my asking and without charge. Also to pay for a rental car. The work was performed promptly. The mechanic who did the original maintenance was consequently scheduled for additional certified Subaru training. I could not be more pleased with the outcome of this unfortunate incident. Was in and out in an hour for complete servicing and a free wash for the car. Proctor's is also pet friendly, so my black lab Sally Rose was treated like the princess that she is....lol.

I had a factory recall on the passenger air bag for my Subaru. The recall that has hit thousands of Honda as well as Subaru. While bring it in for the recall, I also had them do a minor service.Since the passenger air bag recall was going to require accessing the cabin air filter, they told me they could change it out just fo rhte filter cost, no labor cost involved. Save me about an hour of labor charge.Rather than have a hsuttle service, they gave me a loaner car, which worked out really well because I could get to work quickly and return at my convenience rather than wait for a return shuttle.Everyone was very friendly and everything was done to my satisfaction. Plius I f got the normal car wash and cabin vacuum that comes up with their service. Have utilized them for servicing for Subaru for the last6 years and have had no problems or complaints.

I give an excellent rating for my maintenance on my car because of the convenience and friendly service they give to me, they provide transportation back to my office and are always friendly and in a timely matter. And I always receive my car cleaner than when I left it love that they vacuum and wash it, and if I choose to stay and wait for my car the waiting area is so wonderful with snacks drinks coffee and Wi-Fi wouldn't go any place else.

We purchased out new 2016 Subaru in October and it was time for our first oil change and tire rotation. I was able to make the appointment online which was very easy to do. They took my vehicle back right away and I had a pleasant place to sit and wait. It took about an hour and 15 minutes for my service to be completed and they even hand washed and vacuumed my car when done. I have never had my car washed when getting it serviced. I have a 2015 Impreza and have had it serviced at Proctor each time. I always receive a warm welcome and fast service. It's super easy to make an appointment online. This particular time I had a running light that was dimmer than the other. When they first checked it they didn't see the problem. As the tech was pulling it up another tech noticed what I was talking about and immediately took my car back to fix the problem. I have enjoyed every service I've had there and will continue to be a loyal customer. I enjoyed speaking with Tony at my previous visit while waiting for my car. I was always dealing with Abel until he left. Very impressed with all employees I have dealt with thus far.

I was on time to my appointment, greeted by the service manager who then inspected my vehicle. After signing, I left and returned after 1 1/2 hours. The tires had been rotated, the oil changed, the vehicle fully inspected, and washed and vacuumed. No reason to complain :)

I scheduled an appointment (online), which was very simple. This was my first visit to Proctor Subaru. My vehicle had its tires rotated and the oil changed. It took just over 90 min. for this to be done. In my opinion, that should take less than an hour. The complimentary car wash was well done except for the rims still had plenty of grit/break pad dust on them. Tony was exceptionally courteous and professional and the rest of the staff seemed friendly. The waiting area had plenty of magazines, food, drinks, and seating for us.

My digital info was not reset after the service was performed. It continues to come on every time I start the car saying it is time to do all the needed service.I purchased this car in January of 2014 and was told that it came with 2 years of "free" service. When the service was complete the service manager said I owed 63.29. I told him I had not yet had the car for 2 years. He said the contract related to miles and numbers of times I took it in for service. I told him that was not what I was told by the salesman when I bought the vehicle. After more discussion he did reduce the charge by 50%, but I did not feel I was treated fairly.

Unfortunately our local dealership in Valdosta no longer has a trained certified Subaru mechanic. I love my Forester and was worried about getting needed maintenance and routine service done on it. Proctor Subaru was easy to schedule (on-line) a 30,000 mile service, very welcoming to me, and did an excellent job. I'll gladly drive the 2 or so hours to get there whenever I need work done.

In making a warranty repair on our week old 2016 legacy some paint was chipped off the car. I was supposed to receive a phone call as to when the chip could be repainted on a Monday. After repeated calls on Monday to the service department, I never received a call back. After 2 phone calls on Tuesday, I finally received a call bank telling me that the paint technician won't return the service department's phone calls. It is now Wednesday evening and I do not have a time frame as to when the chip will be painted. I expected more after buying a brand new car that was only 1 week old!!

I had my oil changed on 9/15/15 in my 2015 Subaru Forrester. I noticed an oil stain on the floor of my garage so I took the car back to the service center. Turns out when the oil was changed 2 gaskets were put in instead of one causing the seal to not be tight thus the oil leak. The Service Manager was honest with me about it and apologized. They changed the oil completely again and they washed and vacuumed the car. Only took about 45 minutes. I appreciate that they were honest about their mistake and they took care of it right away.

I just needed something very minor for my 2015 Subaru Hybrid Crosstrek, which I absolutely love driving. I called on Friday afternoon, and the service representative was able to accommodate me the next day. I only needed to have the front license plate bracket installed, and I was prepared to pay for the installation - but I was only charged for the part, and the installation was free! Tony Badia handled my service just as if I had an appointment to get brake pads replaced, or any other service. I was approached as soon as I arrived, the license plate bracket was installed in a very short time, and my vehicle was returned - perfectly cleaned, inside and out!

Every time I visit this dealer, I feel warmly welcomed and competently served. From the snacks/drinks, to the nice waiting areas, to the staff and products, I leave happy. They clean our vehicles for us when we bring them in for service, which all Subaru dealers don't do. I have never had to wait more than 1.5 hours for a regular service appointment. they don't try and "add on" to my service, and they happily answer any questions I have. I have worked with Tony Badia and Billy Swindell and both are great at what they do.

I was disappointed that my one-year-old Outback left me stranded at the gym. However, after calling Parkway Wrecker to jump-start my car, I drove it that night to Proctor and left it, calling Tony the next AM to tell him the story. Tony got the car back to me that day, washed, vacuumed and with a new battery...no charge. Hopefully that will be the end of the new car breakdown saga.....and hopefully Proctor will reimburse me for the emergency road service fee.

We just purchased our 3rd Subaru Outback from Proctor Subaru and decided to add the rear cargo net to this one also. This is a 2016 and there have been plenty of changes, lots to learn. We discovered that the installation on the cargo net required some "drilling" of holes into our new car! We readily decided this was not something we wanted to attempt. Called the service center, made an appointment for that afternoon. We were in and out on no time.

When I go here I get superb customer service and the environment really is welcoming. This is a good thing because I asked for an idea of the length of time it would take to work on my vehicle and was quoted about one hour. I brought my car in at 9am (with an appointment) for an oil change and inspection. We were still waiting three hours later and were frequently informed it would only be a "few more minutes." I had to bring my car back two days later because a patch in my tire didn't take which was pretty dangerous because I'm on the road constantly. I was told to bring it in first thing in the morning and it would be quick to re-repair. Saturday is my only day off and I live an hour away but I was there at 8am and still waited another hour and a half to fix something that should have been done two days ago. The staff is great but it really was frustrating to have to bring the car back after almost 3.5 hours and spend another 1.5 hours waiting.

Just two weeks ago I went in for a regular maintenance service. I was worried that I would have to go across town to the actual Honda dealer but I was welcomed in and told I was able to take my car to any Proctor dealer for anything I might need. Our daughter, however moved out of state and I needed something that would be great on gas mileage and reliable for upcoming trips. Everyone was great. Sales AND Management. We ended up purchasing the Outback in the showroom. By the time we completed the paperwork they already had it out and cleaned! I came back the following day and they helped me set up the blue tooth. my partner and I went here to purchase a car, and trade in a VW Beetle that was 1 1/2 years old, for job purposes. We took the Subaru car for a test drive, salesman in back seat, and he was very pleasant. We got into the office, and he came back with the figures of our trade in car's worth. Their estimate was $2000.00 lower than the last dealer we had visited earlier that day. When my partner commented that fact, the salesman responded "that's what my manager thinks this car is worth." I spoke up and said "I just checked this car's value online on the Kelly Blue Book value, and the earlier offer was what the Kelly Blue Book said, too.." He instantly got beet red in the face, and jumped up/lunged out of his chair. He threw the paper with price offer into the waste basket (almost knocking the waste basket over), and said "we're through here!!" I got up and started walking out, with my stunned partner sitting there in the chair. The "salesman" yelled "I've been trying to be nice!" At that point, we were both walking toward the door. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! This man got so RED FACED and angry in a matter of seconds, it was unnerving, and amazing. I would be afraid to take a car there to be serviced. This happened on June 28 late Saturday afternoon. The salesman was an older, small, slender white haired man with glasses. I am angry at myself for not getting his name more ingrained into my brain, so I could warn people to run the other way if he approaches you! He could have at least offered to go speak to the "manager" and see if the offer could be altered, but he tried absolutely NOTHING to attempt to sell us a car, which we would have bought. I had a blank check in my wallet, waiting to sign it over to him. Their loss. Now they can keep this car through their fiscal quarter, and explain it to headquarters why they chased a customer out the door.

My perfect Forester was hit by a driver who wasn't paying attention. I had to take it to a service dealer that the driver's insurance authorized in order to get a guarantee on the repairs for life. The collision center that got my car was horrible---at everything. They even broke a few things in my car that weren't initially a problem. Just before I got my car back (they had already told me it would be ready that afternoon) they discovered all these lights on the dashboard going on and they couldn't figure out the problem (of course). They FINALLY agreed to take it to Proctor Subaru to be fixed. Tony, one of the supervisors in the Service Department, called me when my car arrived. He consistently communicated to me about my car. He and his guys found ADDITIONAL things that had been missed or made worse by the first collision center. Tony promptly had them fixed and notified me that my car was ready. After a LONG and stressful situation with the first place, Proctor Subaru took care of my Forester. I felt confident in their work and my car is working like it was before the accident. As always, I am very happy with the Proctor dealerships. Their service and commitment to their customers is unmatched by ANY other place that I have ever taken a vehicle. I LOVE PROCTOR SUBARU!

I live in Jacksonville, and was looking at Subaru Outbacks in the local area. I was unable to find one in the model I wanted (eyesight, etc.) and in a color I preferred. I did an internet search for the vehicle in the area, and also within a 250 mile radius of Jacksonville. I found one in stock at Proctor Subaru in Tallahassee, and made an online inquiry about the vehicle. Over the next several weeks, I negotiated a deal with Jessica through emails. I even worked out a trade-in deal by sending pictures of the car inside and out and providing details on condition, miles, etc. She responded to every question I had, and worked very hard to meet my needs. It was a most unique experience, and quite rewarding. After we arrived at an agreement on price, I attempted to buy the same vehicle at a local dealer. Proctor's offer was much better than I could possibly get here locally in Jacksonville. I decided to drive to Tallahassee and purchase the vehicle. When I arrived, Jessica had done all the paperwork ahead of time, and the car was ready to be driven away. Within an hour or so, we completed the purchase and were on our way home. I don't think I could ever have done this deal with anyone other than Jessica. I recommend her to anyone interested in a new Subaru.

I was looking in to buy a new SUV and finally was down between a KIA Sportage and a Subaru CrossTrek. By consumers magazine and the great writing they had about the Subaru I contacted Subaru here in Tallahassee via e-mail. I immediately got a nice respond from Jessica and called her up and made an appointment to check a CrossTrek out on a Saturday morning. I was very well welcomed by all sales person and Jessica had a few cars already lined up to test drive. It was such a pleasant experience to for the first time, buying a car without no pressure from the sales person, Jessica! I felt like I was out driving with a good friend and she explained every detail about each car very easy and understandable, I was very impressed! When I made up my mind for my XV Crosstrek, it only took maybe 15 minutes and I got a written offer on my old car, with the new car price including extras I wanted so I easy could see what I would pay! Never been so easy anytime before! So it was a deal and I drove home VERY happy in my new CrossTrek! I must say I love this car, the safety it has but I also loved the way Jessica and the Subaru team made me feel!!! I have had my car in for service (the regular oil changes etc) and there Subaru scores again with the great, fast service they give you! And always with a smile on their faces! I guess Proctor was and is a family business from the start in early 1900 and you can tell that all their employees love to work there and they for sure treat you as a part of the Subaru family! My husband and I were "looking" at buying a new car. I must admit I was quite reluctant about purchasing any new car as I was quite attached to my mini-van I had for years. After talking to Frank and Jessica, we decided on the Subaru Outback because of the great mileage and safety rating. Our daughter had recently moved to Baltimore and we knew we would need something reliable with good mileage to drive on those long trips. We really liked the leather interior vs the cloth and the only one they had on the lot was in the showroom. By the time the finance manager had our paperwork done, they had already taken the Outback out of the showroom and had it detailed for us to drive home. We were there past closing time and NONE of the employees made us feel rushed or that they were inconvenienced to stay late. I came back the next day (Saturday) to drop off additional paperwork and keys and Jessica helped me set up my blue tooth. Before my daughter moved, she invested in a Subaru Impreza from Proctor Subaru and absolutely LOVES it! After moving to Baltimore, her fiance also invested in a Subaru - but a Forester. He loves it and I love that it is a very safe and reliable vehicle that they can count on having for years to come. FANTASTIC vehicles and great customer service with everyone at Proctor Subaru - especially Jessica & Frank!

After researching Consumer Reports 2013 cars, I had pretty much made up my mind to buy a Subaru Outback. I still wanted to check out a Honda and Nissan product, just for comparison. I had done a pretty good amount of research on my car purchase options before I went to see the dealership, but Jessica Harris was very knowledgeable and was able to show me some new information and explain the adaptive cruise control very well. Had a good test drive and made my decision. I was ordering a car for delivery in August and she took care of the complete process. We had problems opening the rear hatch of our new Forester. Blane researched the problem and found a service bulletin. Based on his research, he ordered a replacement part and when it arrived, he took in our car and had it replaced. The mechanic who actually did the work was also very gracious and when I had a problem with the driver's window not operating in automatic, he immediately took the car back and corrected the malfunction. Overall the experience was great, including the snacks and coffee provided.

I have a 2011 Subaru Outback that I really love to drive. A few of weeks ago I had gone out in the late afternoon to do a little shopping. When I got back to my car it would not start. I called for roadside assistance. While I was waiting, my husband called to Proctor Subaru and Jason in the service department advised him that if I could get it there before they closed they would be there to help. Roadside assistance (Pop a Lock) arrived and got my car started. I was then on my way to Proctor Subaru. When I arrived there, Jason and the service department were there and ready to help. Within 15-20 minutes I had a new battery (under warranty) and I was back on the road in my Outback. I could not have asked for more responsive and courteous service. They all deserve this positive feedback especially Jason.

Im a recent move to the area, coming from South Florida. I went in to have an oil change on my 08 WRX. Came in expecting about an hour and a half to two hours of wait (typical at a dealer for me in South Florida). I waited in their very comfortable and CLEAN waiting area, drank some coffee, watched some news on their TV, and before I knew it Jason was coming in to let me know my car was ready in just under an hour. I had just taken my car through a series of rough road trips and it was filthy. I was planning a trip to the car wash next. But I was surprised to find that not only did they inspect the rest of the car while doing the oil change (passed with flying colors), they washed it for me to! I almost didn't recognize it. Fast, friendly, and going the extra mile. Thats service at a dealer, finally!

Our family was making a trip to the beach last weekend for a combined outing/birthday celebration. My younger son, who has my prior Outback (I recently purchased a new one from Proctor, which I love as much as my prior one) was planning to join us a day after the rest of the family. He happened to drop by our house the day we were leaving and in riding in his car I noticed a distinct hum from the rear of the car. Since I didn't want to have him driving late at night on the back roads of Florida in a vehicle with a potential mechanical problem, I suggested he drop by Proctor immediately to see if it could be checked out. Jason Graver of your service department had the vehicle checked out and a problem was identified with the rear hub (as I had expected). The car was serviced immediately that afternoon and Nic (my son) made the trip safely. I have to commend you excellent service given, especially since he was basically a drop-in customer. This is typical of the service i have received previously and the kind of service I have come to expect and is one of the reasons why I have become a faithful Proctor Subaru customer. She called me on the phone and I set up an appointment with her for a test drive. Upon my arrival, she asked me what type of vehicle and options I was looking for and showed me everything that was available and met my requirements. Proctor Subaru is super friendly, efficient, and knows how to treat customers. I drove in, parked my car and walked into the service office. I was immediately greeted (at the very end of the day) with a smile and was given 100% attention while I talked to the service specialist, Jason. He was very clear about what they would be doing with my car and answered all of my questions with simple honesty and in a way I could understand. (I'm not very knowledgeable about cars.) Since I went at the end of the day I had planned on leaving my car there. When I came to pick it up the next day after work, my car was more than ready. They had not only done all of the discussed service, but they had washed my car! Proctor Subaru rocks!

My Subaru Outback was due for an oil change and brake job. On my previous oil change, the staff at the service center informed me a brake job would be due by the next oil change and they were right! Brakes were catching a bit and feeling "rough". I made an appointment and brought my car in on time. The very polite and pleasant young man who shuttled me home should be commended and Jason, who did my paper work is to be commended also for his prompt attention. Within 30 minutes of getting home he called me to let me know exactly what needed to be done and how much it would cost and how long it would take. They finished the work ahead of schedule and Sam (i think his name is Sam?) picked me up promptly to get me to the dealership. I love how quick and efficient they are at the Service Center. And i love that they let me know ahead of time what may be due in the near future since that helps me plan for the expense! I also find the Dealership is always pleasant, clean and has a very comfortable waiting area.

Did my first scheduled service. They went out of their way to make it easy. First they fit me with a later appointment than normal since I live 2 hours away. Then when an emergency came up they allowed me to move it back yet another hour. Never any fun waiting for service but they had wifi access so that I could get some work done. It's a small thing but I appreciated having good teas on their complimentary tea/coffee stand.

Wife purchased Subaru Outback from this dealership earlier in Dec '12 Suggested I might consider trading my Toyota Twin Turbo Supra for an Outback. Began research and made online contact with Proctor Subaru sales Rep Hank Smith 12/31/12. Made initial visit to the Subaru dealership 1/2/13. Ron Modzeleski greeted me in a friendly manner and asked if he could be of help . Made me feel welcome. Said I had made online contact with Hank Smith, and Ron took me right to Hank's office. There, Hank continued from our online contact with further consideration of Outback possibilities. Said he had a couple on site that might be of interest. Looked at them and became interested in a Cypress Green 3.6 Limited that someone had ordered earlier, but had decided not to buy. Took a drive and began to think that might consider buying this one.After we returned to the office talked further, but began to feel might not be able to get a trade on my Supra that was the least I could consider. Through Hank met Will Benedicks, Dir of Finance, who talked to me about my Supra. Said would do some research and get back. Decided to return next morning and see if something could be worked out. Next morning the Service folk looked at my Supra, and Ron took a drive in it. He returned with a smile on his face and said it drove great. Next Will took it out, and came back to sit down with me and discuss what he felt they could offer. When he stated the amount, I agreed, and the transaction moved back to Hank and David to close out the purchase of my new Green Outback. All went smoothly and Hank was great!In my experience with the Subaru dealership Staff, they were positive, friendly, professional, and responsive.Highly recommend. Thanx to you all.

My wife and I were traveling from our home in Cape Coral, FL to Ohio, by way of Tallahassee. Upon stopping at our hotel, we noticed a strong odor of anti-freeze from the front of our 2005 Subaru Forester. The next day I contacted Proctor Subaru and spoke to the service consultant, Jason Graver. I informed him we were passing through and had a problem. He asked that we immediately come into the service department. We were informed that there would be a $45.00 charge for inspection plus additional charges for the repair. The $45.00 charge would be applied to the repair cost.I was expecting to have a significant expense such as a replacement radiator installed. I was quite surprised when I was informed by the service manager, Jim Lutz and Jason Graver that the only problem was a loose hose clamp on the lower hose and that there was no charge for the repair. What a relief!We were treated professionally at all times by everyone involved and we were on our way with a minimum of delay and fuss. The 2013 BRZ #166 of 6000 I purchased sight unseen from Proctor is everything I wanted and more. The car is performing above the present level of all competitors in this classification of cars as the entire world of car magazines said it would. I have owned an X1/9, Porsches, BMWs, Acuras, Supras, and still own 2 Miatas and 166 has me in love with a car for the first time. The wait since 2009 for this vehicle had me crazy at times with all the push and pull from Fuji, Toyota, and Subaru on what the final outcome would be. WELL worth the wait for my first Subi! All the Hyundai, Ford and Infiniti folks who are quick to say this car is not THE real deal sports car marque just have not driven one. This car feels more like an extension of your will to drive than any vehicle I have ever been in. The entire vehicle buying experience at Tallahassee Proctor Subarus sales, (THANKS HANK!) and service team made this an absolute vehicle dream come true for me. Despite the fact that I was desperate to own one of these cars Proctor never tried to take advantage of my situation. I have no idea how these folks act when you try to comparison shop. But I know they treated me more than fairly while knowing I was going to buy one of these cars.

At Proctor Subaru, business is serious stuff. My Husband and I live out-of-state and we were both skeptical at first about driving 3-4 hours to this dealership, not getting good service, or possibly being ripped off even though a deal had been made over the phone about the price of a new car they had. So be it, we took the risk and I drove my husband down there, hoping it would turn out good. Sure enough, the car we wanted was parked right at the front door of the building and we just KNEW they were waiting on us to come get it! Before we walked in the front door, Abel walked out and immediately knew who we were even though he had NEVER met us before. Business with Abel was by far the most easy going experience ever at a dealership. Even better, the guy owns a Subaru vehicle himself, so he knows about Subaru cars and he isn't the typical dealer who would usually push hard to sell a vehicle that they don't know anything about or have never owned. Abel knew about Subaru personally and that helps a lot knowing that you're getting good advice and input from another Subaru owner that isn't just a guy who sells them. If you needed a little brushing up on driving a manual car again before you bought a manual wrx from him, he would teach you in a hard beat with patience. He helped us set up our bluetooth system in the car before we took it home which was convenient to use on the way back home! Abel is a fantastic person to do business with- he had given us his number and told us if we needed any help or guidance instead of flipping through that massively novel-sized car manual, he would have an answer for whatever it was we needed solved. At Proctor Subaru, we got spoiled good. I enjoyed the visit and I bet those who work there enjoy it as well. Very friendly environment, so much to see, so nice and during the heat of the day, their building's air conditioner has no chance of letting you get hot while indoors! Proctor Subaru is constantly keeping in touch with us (not through the phone- but through mail and email) to see how our new Subaru is treating us. I'm very pleased with Proctor Subaru and would drive 600+ to and from home just to get another car from them. If you live far away, I highly doubt you'll regret driving over to see them and see what they can do for you. Give them a chance and even if you have other dealerships in mind, I'm confident enough to say that you'll probably end up going to Proctor Subaru in the end for the best service ever. I met Ron Modzelewski, an excellent Subaru salesman, about a year ago and bought a 2011 Subaru Outback from him and was impressed with his helpfulness, knowledge and professionalism. The Subaru was great car to drive especially when I had to make an emergency trip to the North Georgia mountains during a heavy snow storm and the Subaru ticked along without problems. Last week I visited Ron again at Proctor's and bought a second Subaru Outback and again was impressed with the dealership's staff and their helpfulness. Ron was very helpful, demonstrating every feature of the new car before I left the lot and making sure all went smoothly. All the staff was friendly and helpful making the purchase a good experience. I've been a Proctor's customer for 25 years and have always been pleased with all aspects of their service and don't plan to make any changes in the future.

This is the top-rated Subaru dealership in the entire Southeast, and I had to drive 4 1/2 hours each way to work with the dealership. Let me say, they made it well worth my while. I had the opportunity to work with Abel Correa, who is a very professional as well as personable employee of Proctor Subaru. He spent a lot of time with me on the phone answering questions about my car, and made sure I had as much information as was available on the car's service records, previous owner, and so on. He's really top notch: can't recommend him highly enough. The rest of the team was fantastic as well. When it came down to all the paperwork that goes along with car-buying, they really expedited the service. It wasn't like another dealership we've worked with in the past, where you're there for 3 hours while they process the paperwork and loan information. The Proctor team even made several calls to my bank to verify information about the loan I had. They also promptly sent the information about the car to my local tag office, and they got all the loan paperwork to my bank in a very timely fashion. Wish every used car buying experience I've had was this good!! I've had my Subaru for two weeks now, and I love it. It's a great quality car, I get lots of compliments on it, and it's awesome to drive around town. No mechanical problems, and if there ever are I love that it has the whole Certified Pre-Owned deal to go with it. He was knowledgeable and informative, and he had a lot of details about the car that impressed me. He knew who the car's previous owner was, how she drove the car, and so on. When I later asked him for detailed service records, he did a lot of extra work and tracked them down for me (fortunately, the car had been serviced at Proctor). He did all this, before I'd even made it down to see the car in-person.Because the dealership was about 4 1/2 hours from home, I was really hoping the sale would work out. When we arrived at the dealership, Abel met us at the door. We immediately took the car out for a long test drive. The Outback was in excellent condition, as described, and it looked the same in-person as it did in the pictures online. We were able to negotiate a very fair price on the car, especially since it was Certified Pre-Owned. This especially impressed me, since a lot of the other CPO Subarus in the southeast are ridiculously overpriced. The representative at my bank, who handled my loan paperwork, was even impressed with the fair price we received on the car.Abel was available to us from the moment we walked in the door, to the minute we walked out with the keys. He helped us expedite our paperwork, and made several calls to our bank to clear up some things about our bank-financed loan. He offered us snacks and water, and generally made sure we were comfortable throughout our visit to Proctor.Let me add that I always thoroughly research businesses before I work with them. I'm grateful to Dealerrater.com for pointing me towards Proctor Subaru! It's sometimes difficult to find honest reviews about businesses (particularly car dealerships) but the ones at this forum are accurate and fair.Thanks again to Abel for a great experience.

We just purchased a 2012 Outback 3.6R Limited from Proctor. Frank and Charlie worked with us and helped us choose one in transit so we could get the color my wife and I wanted. Mark did a great job on the paperwork. When the Outback arrived it got held up for a recall for a couple of days and had a very small scratch in the clearcoat, Frank and Charlie were great at getting all worked out very quickly and to perfection.The dealership is very nice and very clean with plenty of free refreshments. The restrooms are always very clean. Also a dog friendly dealership.Everyone is very nice and a great dealship to purchase a Subaru from. We will be going back when we are ready to trade again.

Hank was very patient and attentive, it took us almost 9 months to decide on the Impreza Sport and he was not pushy or impatient at all. He really knows his product and explained all the features before we even started the engine for a test drive. I have never seen a salesman more proud of his product, just talking to him is enough to make you want to buy the car. There was only a little negotiation, because I had as much information as I could, but everything he showed me indicated that I got a fair, but not great deal on the price. Ron was patient in answering all of our questions and took a lot of time to go over all of the car's functions before we drove it off the lot. My tire pressure light kept coming on while I was on a long trip. I had nitrogen filled tires and wanted to make sure everything was alright with my tires before I continued on. I stopped by this dealership and was exceptionally surprised by their courtesy, promptness, and friendliness. They fixed my tire, inspected the car for any other potential problems and had me on my way within a one hour time frame. I went to Protors as over the years I have purchased several cars from several Proctor dealerships and I needed a vehicle for a certain purpose, and Subaru best suited that purpose (mountain travel and all wheel drive).I came in about five in the evening and drove out about seven. Mr. Correa did everything and more than one could ask. I purchased a new Subaru Forester on 9/17/11. The purchasing experience was the best that my wife and I had ever had. The price was reasonable. The attention to detail was great and very hands on. We were expecting the normal harsh back and forth of car negotiation and were surprised at the willingness of the dealership to meet our requirements. We made two separate trips to the dealership and did a lot of online research before developing our deal with Ron. The closing process was also simple and quick. My experience with Proctor Subaru was a very pleasant one. I had not bought a new vehicle since 1988 so sticker shock, along with my desire to make sure my two son's college educations were not compromised, caused me to step back and rethink my budget. Ron respected my request to put it on hold til I worked through some things. It was that respect that motivated me to return to him for assistance when my husband and I were financially ready to make the purchase. Ron patiently worked with us while we painstakingly weighed the pros and cons of going new or used. He answered our many questions and allowed multiple test drives. My only disappointment is the cost of a new Subaru. However, due to our credit score, Ron was able to get affordable financing that took the sting out of it. And if there is any truth to the saying, "you get what you pay for", I'm pretty sure this is an example of such a thing. I drove away in a 2011 Outback that had 54 miles on it's odometer. With Subaru's reputation of longevity, I've got a lot of miles ahead of me. Thanks, Ron!

I had the most amazing experience with Proctor Subaru today. I had been working with them for over a month to find and deliver the perfect Subaru Outback for me, and they worked with me every inch of the way. I had a title problem with my trade-in, and had to get that cleared up before I could purchase my new car. Well, they had gone ahead and purchased the vehicle I was to buy from another dealership and had a deposit from me. They waited very patiently for me to get my trade-in's title cleared up (clerical errors I had to get resolved). Finally I got it all cleared up and drove up to Tallahassee to purchase my new car. They were perfectly friendly and helpful, showed me everything I needed, helped me with the paperwork, and were extremely friendly the entire time. I will most certainly come back to them for my next car purchase. I have never been treated so well at a dealership in my entire life. No pressure and inspite of overall availability of cars from Japan right now they still gave me a pretty good deal. My initial contact was by phone, and the salesperson followed up with additional information as promised without being pushy. I've never had a more positive experience working with a dealer. Every step of the purchase process was thoughtful and every detail was addressed. Abel Correa was incredibly helpful and responsive working with an out-of-state buyer. I was even picked up at the airport in my new car! We weren't sure exactly what we wanted or whether we wanted a Subaru for that matter when we first stopped by Proctor Subaru. The sales team was very knowledgeable about their products and could answer our questions. When we asked direct questions about various options, their answers were honest and not insincere responses to try to encourage us to buy something we didn't need or might not later want. We appreciated that very much. When an issue arose regarding a slight miscommunication about some extra equipment, the matter was taken care of quickly and professionally and reasonably. Ron was very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the features of the car in details and to answer questions. We were able to come to an agreement on the final price very quickly on the car I wanted. I enjoyed working with Ron and would recommend him anytime. The paperwork was done very quickly as well. At no time, I felt pushed to buy something I did not want, or to finance the car through Subaru financing. That was very much appreciated. Ron worked diligently at putting together the best deal possible. Even though I did not finance through them, they did offer some very competitive plans. The car was detailed and fuel topped off for delivery, which was very much appreciated. I would recommend both the Proctor Subaru dealer and Ron to buy a car.

We traded in our vehicle for our 1st Subaru Outback and are so pleased with the entire experience. The employees we dealt with remembered our names (and our children's names) when we came back in the 2nd time. We even changed our minds on the vehicle we wanted AFTER they had completed all of the paperwork. Not once did they complain about having to redo everything. Everyone was very friendly and laid back - not something you see very often at a car dealership. Each time we were made to feel at home, they offered us drinks/snacks (very popular with my children) - they even have a "snack" area for your 4-legged friends, how thoughtful. I was shown every courtesy and given any information I requested and at no time did I ever feel pressured. Very good experience overall. Business manager gave a bit of a hard sell on service agreement and extended warranty at the end - could have done without that. Salesman, Frank was great to work with, knowledgable but not pushy. Car bought was a 2011 Forester for my daughter. Frank talked to her as an adult, which was a plus. Pointed out merits of the Forester without criticizing the other vehicles we were evaluating.

From the moment you walk in the door you feel like you made the right decision to stop in for a test drive. We knew we needed a new car but were not sure what we were looking for. Safe, budget friendly and reliable were all at the top of our wish list. The lobby was welcoming with ideas on how to utilize your Subaru (i.e. camping, kayaking or just out adventuring). If you needed water, coffee or a snack it was available. They even had snacks and water available for your four-legged companion if needed. They paid attention to the smallest of details to make you feel comfortable and at home. Frank Johnson's laid-back approach to sales was refreshing. During the test drive he was knowledgeable of the car and was able to answer all of my questions and any concerns. When he called us later to see how we were doing, it did not feel like we were being pressured into making a decision. He was only making himself available to us for questions and offered to do what he could to help us find the right vehicle for our family. When we called after 5 o'clock to say we were on our way to purchase a car(knowing they closed at 6), he was there, everything was in order, and he stayed late until all of the paperwork was signed. We don't feel like we bought a new car, we feel like we made some new friends and will be seeing them and recommending them to others so they too can have a positive car buying experience in Tallahassee.

I had just come from another dealership and was met at the door by a smiling , friendly face ... Abel Correr. I told him what I wanted to see and off we went. He was friendly, informative but never pushy. When we finished the drive he provided me with brochures and told me to call if I had any questions. I left surprised at how much I enjoyed the Outback and feeling very comfortable with the idea of working with Abel and the rest of the team. Before I made it home I had an email from Abel thanking us for coming in. I returned the next day much to Abe'ls surprise to see and drive the Outback. The most pleasent car buying experience that we have ever had. From the initial contact to the day we took ownership of the car, the staff of Proctor Hyundai were courteous and helpful without ever being pushy or overbearing. Providing us with information about the vehicle and making sure our needs were covered were their driving forces. We never felt pressured or pushed into making the purchase. In our case we had visisted a number of dealerships and alternative brands, and were dreading visiting yet another dealership and having to undergo the tag team match of salesman and sales manager. Completely absent at this dealership, no requirement to talk to the sales manager. In fact our meeting with the sales manager was purely a result of information about our trade in (a f-250 V-10 pickup). Not very many of them in the market and some additional information was required. Not only was this novel but much appreciated. Of course, the sales manager was just as cordial as Abel our salesman. The final step of meeting the business manager Mark Poole was just as nice and informative. At no time did we ever feel pushed into making a decision or a deal. Of course we love our new Outback and look forward to having it serviced at this dealership. Was made aware that we were showing up without appointment. (brought up several times) Thought it was tacky after I spent 15k. that they gave me a whole $5 in gas (test drove on empty tank. I also thought process was too long. Was there for several hours, only looked at one car. Had pre-approval letter from bank, although we did decided to see if interest rate could be matched. Would have like to have known finacial institution before contract drawn up. (would not have gone with Suntrust whatever the interest rate, however by that time I just needed to leave).

The Subaru Outback was first on our list to test drive and we never made it beyond Proctor Subaru due to their customer service and great product. Buying a Subaru never crossed our minds untill we saw an Outback driving in front of us. We liked the way it looked so we went to Proctors and checked it out. Abel Correa gave us a test drive and answered all our questions to our satisfaction. We looked at fords and Chevrolets but did not see any thing that compared to the Outback. In fact, no one even spoke to us at he Ford dealership.The sales manager made what we considered a fair price and we came back four days later and bought the car. We also traded a suburban and we got fair market value for that as well. Complications with insurance policy was worked out and I think we had dealings with every one in the building, all very efficient and helpful. I would recomend both Proctors and the Subaru outback and look forward to many years of enjoyable driving

I went to Proctor to purchase a 2010 Forester, my first vehicle purchase in nearly 15 years, so it took veteran salesman Hank Smith an entire afternoon to show and explain the various options and model configurations to my husband and me -- and he did so patiently and competently, with warmth and good humor, which we appreciated. The end-of-model-year deal we reached on the '10 Premium edition we ultimately purchased seemed to be a very good, fair one. There was no high-pressure salesmanship of any kind at any point, which made the overall experience pleasant and satisfying. Mark Poole was most gracious and communicated clearly during the paperwork phase of the transaction. This is the first car we've purchased from Proctor and, so far, so good!

I had been working with Don Modzelewski for the past few months looking for that "Right One" And when we found it we were able to sit down and "hammer" out a deal with no pressure on anyone. I bought the Legacy, not realizing how low it was to the ground (I've had Forresters and Outbacks). I did not like the fact that this car was so low to the ground and traded it for the Outback. I originally requested a Pearl Blue model over the internet and phone conversations with Abel, and he was bending over backwards to meet my demands, but after a little thought with my original plan to go to the dealership on Saturday I decided I could bend a little and check out a different color. My experience at Proctor Subaru was wonderfully positive, and left me feeling thoroughly impressed with the professionalism, customer service, and thoughtfulness with which my transaction was handled. I bought a new 2010 Subaru Impreza, and it was my first car purchase. As a relatively naive 22 year old never having stepped on the lot of a dealer, I did some thorough research regarding what to expect with car salespeople and how to approach the negotiating process (Edmunds.com), and of course I expected the worst. However, from the very first encounter I had with Proctor (via email with Abel Correa), I was pleasantly met respectfulness, honesty, and an absolute lack of pushiness. A great price was given to me right up front, which completely eliminated any motivation (or need) to haggle. I wanted a different color than was available on the lot, and this was taken care of promptly and with only minimal increase in price. I've heard at many places when you want a car not on the lot, the "good deal" is thrown out the window--and in fact, when I spoke with other dealers, this was the case. Not here! Within 72 hours they had the car I wanted on the lot and we were ready to go. Financing was a breeze, thanks to Mark Poole's hard work...a quick analysis of the extended warranties led me to reject one that I didn't think would bring me benefit, but just like Abel, Mark was extremely up-front about the whole process and seemed to really want me to get the deal I needed and no more. Delivery of the vehicle was perfect... I was introduced to the Service Manager, Jim Lutz, who again was kind, helpful, and professional. I am really looking forward to a long relationship with Proctor Subaru....and have my whole family talking about wanting to buy a new Subaru now that they've seen mine and heard about my experience! Now...I just have to learn how to drive it (bought a manual). Abel, if you're reading this, I can start on a hill now!

Absolutely amazing experience!!! I am 28 years old and have resisted going to a dealership to look at cars based on a bad experience from when I was 21. The first time (which obviously was not at this dealership) I felt like the sales persons only job was to get me in a car whether I wanted it or not, whether I could afford it or not. At Proctor Subaru my day started with an almost immediate response via email from Abel Correa about a car that I was interested in which was then followed up with a phone call. Not pushy, not trying to sell me anything just plain and simple customer service. I live about 250 miles away from their dealership and had no problem whatsoever making that trip to do business with these guys. On arrival was welcomed in and offered something to drink after a long drive. I still cannot say this enough, CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Took the car for a test drive while Abel answered 100% of my questions about the car and was up front enough to tell me if he did not know or was not completely sure about an answer. Then comes the scary part, talking numbers. To my amazement right of the bat they gave me a good price on the car coupled with a nice trade-in value on my old car. Financing went much smoother then I could have ever hoped for compared to past situations. Mark the sales manager explained in detail the small print on everything I was about to sign including getting me into a worthwhile extended coverage plan. He did not try to push for anything more then what I wanted or what I needed. By the way due to me forgetting about the difference in time zones all the guys ended up staying for almost an hour after closing to get me all setup. Great job all around. Last but not least I forgot that I had left a book of CD's in my old car which did not dawn on my for at least an hour after starting the long trip home. Called Abel on his cell phone and explained the situation, "No problem" he says "I'll just mail them to you so you don't have to make the trip twice". Excellent customer service, beautiful car, wallet not completely empty and they even recommended an amazing Mexican Restaurant for dinner.

I traded in a 2008 Chevrolet Silverado for a 2010 Dodge Journey and had the deal all but done via email before I ever left for Tallahassee. We had a mix up when we realized we didn't bring any checks with us and could not reach our finance company (we already had financing) when we were ready to complete the transaction. The group at Proctor helped to keep my wife calm and ran us through some of their finance companies and got us a very competitive rate locally! When you deal with Proctor Subaru, you are not treated like a customer...you are treated like a friend. My wife and I have traded vehicles on average about every two years. We have always purchased from a different dealership each time. That stops now! Any future vehicle purchases by us will be made from Proctor Subaru. The best thing i can tell potental buyers is this...If you don't at least give the folks at Proctor a chance before you decide where to purchase, you are making a huge mistake!

I came in hoping to trade in my Jeep for a new lease. My salesman said if I found the car I liked, I would get the price I was looking for. He and the manager really worked with me and got it within $8.00 of what I could pay! Great people to work with, they explained everything. I got the Legacy and asolutely love it and could have gotten the Outback too!

This is my second car from Proctor. I've always liked the sales, service, professionalism while still having a family style feeling. I believe I got a very good product, at a very good price, from people who were just super to work with. I usually do not purchase an extended warranty. I did so this time, with no pressure from the sales staff, and they were great in explaining the various options so I could select the best option to fit my needs.

From the second we got out of our car, Frank Johnson and the team of professional, courteous and extremely helpful sales people made every effort to make our car buying experience a good one. There was no pressure sales and constant back and forth sales price negotiations, just a straight up good deal, and with subaru's buy back program we were truly amazed. I will buy another car at Proctor Subaru, but not at least for another 100,000 miles.

Overall a great experience. Frank was great to work with, as well as Charlie. They were not pushy, but were professional and helpful. Price and negotiation process was reasonable and smooth. The paperwork process of the purchase took a little longer than I had anticipated, but there were a lot of things to take care of.

Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and helpful. Abel took the time to go over everyting in the new car and answered all the questions I had. He was not pushy, trying to get me to buy something right away. He explained the options I had. He introduced me to the service manager and also to his supervisor. All are very nice and appear to be genuine in their caring. I was very comfortable and enjoyed the new car buying experience after not having one for 14 years. It was very pleasant and I'm glad I'll be taking my new car back to them for standard service.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They took the time to answer questions or if they did not know, they got someone who did. The dealership was clean, they have a nice waiting area with beverages and snacks. The location is easy to find. Overall a great place to shop for a car.

The dealer was honest and responsive. It is a new dealership and is off on the right foot. They did not play gamers with us. Thr salesman did not keep disappearing to consult with the manager. They did not try to turn us over to multiple salesmen. They gave us a bottom line price and did not try to smuggle extra costs in at closing. I think they might have even eaten a small charge they forgot to include. Our one disappointment was the $500 dollar offer on a basic Toyota Corolla trade-in with a bluebook value of nearly six times that. We are selling the car ourselves. This was just an incompetent evaluation.
