Saturday. Needed an oil change and tire rotation before heading back to FL the next day. They got me into the express line almost immediately. I was out in 90 minutes. Very friendly staff, comfortable and clean lounge. Highly recommend.

Absolutely hands-down the best dealership I have ever worked with. Very personable, thorough and knowledgeable sales staff...until the sales manager got involved. We were insulted by the rather condescending sales manager that was asked to evaluate our trade. Unprofessional reaction to our rejection of his low ball offer. We drove a couple of hours south and purchased the same car at a considerable savings.

This is the second vehicle I have bought from Profile Subaru.Everytime I go there, I am always immediately welcomed, and have never experienced any pressure to buy unlike some of the bigger dealerships.The finance did an excelletn job getting me a fantastic rate for both of my vehicles.The dealership is always very clean, and quiet which I like so I can concentrate on what's going on.

Let us walk because we caught a mistake on the paper work and refused to admit they were in the wrong. The manager was too busy trying to leave early to catch a party than to catch a number mistake in our paper work. I have also never had a dealership not call our loan companies to confirm our loan amounts. What would of happened if I wouldn't of caught it? Don't be open the day before a holiday if you want to blame the fact that you are busy on not being responsible for your mistakes.o

This was my first time ever stepping foot into a dealership, and Bill Phelan was incredible from the first greeting all the way through driving my new car off the lot. He was super personable, and so helpful in quelling my "first time fear" of buying a car, and walked me through the process step-by-step. He called regularly throughout the last few weeks to guide me through my end of the deal - again, being a first time buyer, I had a learning curve! While he was wonderful in keeping contact, he didn't push it, and I never felt pressured. When the day came, I also worked with Jeremy during the financial aspect, and he was very articulate and easily understood when it came to signing all of the paperwork and going through the policies. I would recommend these two salesmen and this dealership to anyone and everyone - I am ECSTATIC with my new Outback!! Thank you to Bill and Jeremy!

Dropped my Outback off this morning at 9:00 for routine 45,000 mile service and rear brake work which I had informed the service dept. of when I scheduled the appointment. Left with the understanding that my car would be taken in shortly and that I would receive a call soon from the service manager to advise if any additional work would need to be done. I was led to believe that absent the need for any additional work, the routine service and front brake work would be done and my car should be ready by early afternoon. Took a loaner and went to kill some time. When I didn't receive a call, I assumed nothing additional was found and that my car was being worked on. At 2:15 I called to get a status update and was told the service manager would call me once he completed another call. Half hour later he called to tell me that my rear brakes did need work and that they would get started right away. It was obvious that my car was not even taken into the service bay until I called. He wanted me to leave the car overnight and pick it up tomorrow. This I refused to do since it is a 45min.-1hr. drive each way from my home to the dealership. In the end, I picked my car up at 4:30 in the afternoon. The brake work was not done and I wasted 7 hours getting nothing more than an oil change and "multipoint inspection" done. Needless to say, I will not be having my car serviced at Profile Subaru again.

Saw the dealership and stopped quickly while driving from Vermont to Maine. I have done tons of research on a new car and had decided on a Subaru Crosstrek. Quickly turned into the dealership, just to take a look at the Crosstrek since I hadn't driven one yet. Duane was totally laid back and finally introduced himself and I ended up buying the car. NEVER expected to do this today. Duane and I clicked and I felt that he had my back. I felt the same about the sales manager. Super excited to be having my Crosstrek delivered next week. Yay!!!!

Bought 2010 Toyota Highlander which the owner's wife was driving. Put a large deposit down to hold for a week. Salesman assured me it would be serviced and detailed when we picked it up.We called before leaving to make sure it was ready to go. He said it was, so we drove an hour and half to pick it up. Get there and it is as dirty as it was a week before. Ask the Salesman why it was not clean. Oh that's the best we could do. Ask the Business manger why it is not clean. He laughs, oh the recon guy was busy cleaning the owner's boat. Complain to the Sales manager. Oh just bring it back and we will give you a loaner.That would have been six hours of drive time for us. Ask for a detail job in our area so we don't have to travel. We will get back to you. Needless to say we spent three hours cleaning our $ 23,000 Highlander and the con-artists are laughing all the way to the bank. If you truly want a better dealer, shop some- where else!!

I own a forester 2009, I have keep up on all services. All oil changes have been done at this dealer. They stripped the threads on the oil pan when the did my last service. This was not my fault, as they are the only ones to do the service. I had no choice but to pay for the new oil pan and service to have it installed. I also had life time warrenty.....they claim it is no good, because there was a time when over the last 5 years of ownership that I went over the recommended service. My calculations showed once 61 miles late. My biggest issue is THEY did the damage, I should not have been charged for the oil pan and charged again for new oil! I have no recourse , and no money, and yes I have politely tried to get support from them. I am left with only...review

For years I have been a loyal Subaru customer. I have driven them exclusive for 16 years and have had all my service done through Profile Subaru in North Conway, NH. They sold me a set of tires rated for 60,000 miles a year ago and they have all but disintegrated in less than 20,000 miles of driving. They refuse to replace the defective tires or give any sort of price adjustment. And this is the second set of tires on this 2012 vehicle - the same thing happened to the original tires that came with it (Cooper brand - avoid at all costs). Shame on them for putting the value of a single tire above the lifetime value of this formerly dedicated Subaru driver. No more. Next time, I'm buying a Honda.

We had been looking at the Crosstrek for some time. This was our second Subaru purchased from Profile within the last 6 months. We decided to visit the dealership to take a look. We were greeted by Toni and initiated a test drive. It was late in the afternoon very snowy. Toni took the time to make sure we were looking at the car we wanted the most and made us feel very at home without pressure to make a purchase. We ended up picking the first Hybrid Crosstrek the dealer had in stock, right off the showroom floor. Toni took the time to introduce us to the shop management and scheduled our first service appointment for us. Jeremy in finance was very efficient and had us approved within 15 minutes. The paperwork and finance contract was explained in full and all our questions answered. All the time we felt no pressure to purchase. It was refreshing to purchase a new automobile without the distraction of high pressure sales and finance tactics. We plan on a lasting relationship with Profile as long as we are purchasing the Subaru brand.

Very nice salesman, unfortunately the dealership had placed the wrong price on the vehicle and it ended up being well outside our price range once the mistake was found.These things happen, very nice sales guy was apologetic.
