Prospect auto did an excellent job throughout the entire car buying process. No hassle at all and I wasn't pressured to buy anything. So glad we found them. Lenny was awesome to work with, super laid back, not pushy, and very friendly and knowledgeable. LOVE my Volvo S40. Car is in great condition. They are very good with selecting their inventory. We even got to meet the tech. Speaking with him made us feel even more confident about our decision to purchase. You can tell he knows his stuff and takes pride in his vehicles. I highly recommend purchasing your next pre-owned import from Prospect Auto Sales. I know I'll be back.

Prospect Auto knows the importance of detailing their cars. Their selection of higher-end previously-owned vehicles is small but very high quality. Don't wait if you want one of theirs because they sell fast. But they do offer a constant supply of low-mile, high-features selection so dont fret.Working with Lenny was great. He is friendly and very knowledgeable. He is diligent in working with the finance staff to make sure you can get into your selected car. He managed it all seamlessly. I was very impressed with the office being comfortable and clean. Not typical in a small dealership. I highly recommend Prospect Auto and will certainly return for my next purchase.

What can I say about this place, it is definitely not your typical used car dealership. I came in with my old car looking for a new vehicle. The staff were very knowledgeable in the vehicles that they were selling and quickly answered all of my many questions concerning not only the cars on their lot but also my own. They gave me the highest trade in value for my car out of any other dealership in the area. I purchased a gorgeous BMW X5 from them and haven't had a single problem since, the vehicle was fully serviced, cleaned inside and out, and had a fresh oil change. They were never pushy and I never felt rushed into purchasing any vehicle. I will definitely be purchasing my next car from them. Highly recommend them to anyone.

Great selection! Knowledgeable and friendly staff. No pressure buying experience and best prices around for great quality vehicles. I must mention that they have a great service shop with experienced technicians and great prices. They serviced my girlfriend's vehicle and got her driving the same day!

I am not a professional when it comes to car buying, but I know how to not get screwed. This deal had Toyota Sienna available within my price range (though well above book value), so I went to take a gander. When I asked to take a look, I was hurried into having my license copied and urged to take a test drive. I hadn't finished checking out the upholstery when the overly well-dressed sales fellow cranked up the engine. Now, part of this is CarFax's fault. It shows green check marks everywhere for this car, and that report is prominently displayed in the front window. But as I walk around to take an obligatory look under the hood, I notice the bumper paint is mismatched. RED FLAG. As I lean over the very clean engine that has taken almost 100k miles like a champ, I notice that behind the bumper is pristine white impact foam. After 100k miles, nothing in the engine compartment should ever be pristine and white. RED FLAG WAVING. With these red flags I of course investigate more thoroughly and finally see the end all. Bumper support framing is not painted, and looks like a cheap, rusting weld job. RED FLAGS AND SIRENS. When I approached the salesman to give him back his key (I felt no need to test drive), he seemed astonished. He claimed that he was selling the car "for a friend" on consignment. According to CarFax the vehicle was purchased at an auction in Iowa. How is that selling it for a friend? Bad car + blatant dishonesty = Get away fast.

Buyer beware! bought what I thought was a nice car, major engine failure two weeks later, they have had it for almost two weeks and have never once called to update me on any progress, they said it would be done today but never called me, when I drove over there the top of the engine was in the trunk. The owner was short and very unpleasant to me. worst buying experience I have ever had. Salesman never stood up to help, he ran out of the shop when the owner started arguing with me.

I sent an email inquiry on a vehicle and they never called me back at all. I guess they weren't real excited to sell me a car. There's plenty of competition I can go to I suppose.

The greatest used car lot I have come across. Great selection. Bought a vehicle for myself about 7 months ago. Extremely satisfied with it. Purchased another vehicle for my daughter a few days ago. Excellent staff, very pleasant people to deal with. Recommend it to anyone wanting to get what you are looking for, with much help, and no pressure.
