Read the reviews here and went anyway but turned around after one look. Gut feeling was shade so I have learned to go by that gut. Buyer beware because some of these reviews are pretty d!@% bad.

My husband and I drove to Ohio from Erie, PA to purchase a Jeep from Moe at Prudential. He made the process so easy. He is very laid back and does not pressure you. Over the years, I have bought many cars from Moe at Prudential Auto Leasing. I was pretty sure I'd buy from him again this time, but I admit I did look online first. My very good impression of this dealer & his lowest prices in NE Ohio, were confirmed by my search. I guess all these 5 STAR reviews of Moe & Prudential Auto Leasing, doesn't surprise me...but here's one more! I got another great vehicle at the best price I could find! Our car buying experience here was very different from that of the feedback left by the other customers: a disappointing transaction characterized by sketchy dealer conduct. We met with Prudential Auto operator Moe to inspect and test drive a vehicle on their used car back lot. For the test drive, Moe instructed us to stay on the main road in front of the dealership (Chittenden Rd. in Hudson)(Red Flag #1). During our drive and visual idle inspection, we found no obvious mechanical flaws with the vehicle and reviewed several pages of a current, seemingly clean vehicle history report. In addition, the vehicle interior/under hood was exceptionally clean. Upon returning to the dealership, Moe explained that due to the vehicles age and mileage (12 years old, roughly 89,000 miles) the vehicle came with an as-is warranty, but assured us the vehicle had recently received and passed a thorough 108 point inspection. We returned 3 days later to take a second look at the vehicle and make an offer if satisfied. In negotiating a purchase price, we made an offer about 9% lower than the asking price (a FMV offer based on its age/make/model, in good condition). After some hesitance and a phone call to the manager, he agreed to our offer but stated that to sell us the vehicle for that price, he would need to mark the condition on the title as poor (Red Flag #2) (This branding subsequently never happened on the actual title). Following our cash payment, he presented us with a bill of sale reflecting a sales price of nearly $2,000 less than what we actually paid for the car. When questioned, he said it had to be that way on the bill of sale because of the tax(?)(Red Flag #3). This was corrected upon our request, and we returned two days later to pick up the vehicle upon minor repair work completion to the bumper. The next day upon vehicle startup the service engine soon warning lamp appeared lit for the first time to us, and remained on. Given the previous events, any sensible used car shopper could rightfully conclude at this point it was a previously known problem, possibly covered up with a quick battery disconnect/reconnect or by clearing the diagnostic codes. Furthermore, any thorough inspection would surely have detected this issue. Agitated but polite, we returned to Prudential the following day to address the issue in hopes of attaining an equitable solution to a preexisting problem: possible diagnosis and fixture at his expense. Showing no surprise or empathy (Red Flag #4), Moe gave us a variety of responses: you purchased an as-is vehicle, its out of my hands, you received a discount on the purchase price (irrelevant), you had a chance to inspect the vehicle, and youre wasting our time. Only after trying to reason with him (explaining we were good faith cash-paying customers, telling him to put himself in our shoes) did he send us and our problem to the auto repair shop next to his dealership. He eventually covered a portion of the diagnostic/maintenance cost, but we bore the remaining $240 expense to replace a defective mass air flow sensor, within days of ownership. If you buy from Mr. Gitiforooz (Prudential Auto), do your due diligence as a buyer. Do not take this sellers word for anything, take a nice, long thorough test drive on Route 8, and request an inspection from an independent mechanic. Better yet, buy from a more upfront, forthright dealer because (as-is warranty or not, buyer due diligence or not) such negligent misrepresentation and concealment of a vehicles true condition doesnt deserve your hard earned dollar. Also, cautiously read and question the authenticity of some of the preceding overwhelmingly positive reviews. The odds that several independent, "very satisfied" reviewers would make the effort to capitalize every letter in the names of salespersons Moe and Alan in their reviews (a tendency found in many of the responses left by Moe) are quite remarkable.

Moe and Alan were very friendly and bent over backwards to make my buying experience a good one. I bought a 2006 Honda Civic and it is exactly as it was represented. They don't pressure you and Moe had all kinds of good advice that he offered myself and even a friend of mine who had just bought a car from a different dealership. I would definitely do business with them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a car. My next purchase this will be the first place I check. Alan also went out of his way to make sure everything in my buying experience was exceptional. Thanks for all your help and continue the exceptional service and buying experience.

I was in the market for a used Honda Civic and I managed to find exactly what I was looking for at this dealership. This car was to be my first car purchase ever and I've always heard horror stories about buying cars and how salesmen are always so difficult to deal with. This is totally not true at all. At least not at this dealership. Alan was the representative that I had the pleasure of dealing with and I could not be any more happy with the way things went. There were a few bumps in the road, but they were not the fault of the dealership at all. It was my bank. Alan was very patient with me and helped me along every step of the way. He also does an excellent job of treating you like a human being instead of just a customer. I really can't say enough good things about this dealership. I would definitely come back again and recommend them to all my friends.

We first communicated with Alan on the phone concerning the BMW . We were looking to buy a vehicle to send it to LA. Alan was very knowledgeable and helpful regarding shipping a vehicle .This was the first time we had purchased a vehicle in Ohio and transported it to LA. After much research we found this process easier than expected. Consequently we would do it again. We are happy and pleased with our BMW vehicle that we purchased from Prudential Auto Leasing and would not hesitate to do business at Prudential again.No haggling, fair prices, and respectful sales staff. I would absolutely buy from them again. They did everything they said they would and more!

We had gone to two other places looking for an SUV. We were very disappointed with both.So by the time we walked in, I was already done with the whole car shopping experience and we also had our two little boys with us (not fun!). Well I was in for a complete surprise. From the start we were treated exceptionally well. MOE helped us and he was awesome. We were on a time constraint and he went out of his way to expedite everything and get us out the door with an amazing vehicle that we love. I can't say enough good things about this place. I would recommend this place to family and friends in a second.

They know how to greet you and as well how to keep their word. I bought a little junk car from their budget lot ,but was very satisfied of how the appearance of the vehicle was. It`s been over 5 months and my car still runs great. The mechanical service is well done and fast too. Cant wait to pay off this car and buy a newer car from them. Thank you Prudential Auto.

I have been doing business with Prudential Auto Leasing for years and they have some of the lowest prices in town. More importantly they always stand behind their product when the worst happens. The clutch of a BMW I bought when out 3 months after I bought it and they took care of everything ( I had only 30 days warranty). I must say, I was highly impressed with the entire process. I had previously submitted an e-mail regarding the 2009 Ford Fusion & upon arriving at the location, got to test drive & fell in love with the car. Alan was very pleasant & professional throughout the entire process. Everything was explained in detail & within 40 minutes, I was out the door with my trade in. I must say, I've never bought a car with so little stress, I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase.

I just bought a vehicle from Prudential auto Leasing and they were terrific. ALAN never pushed the deal and was upfront from the word go. Never tried to push a price and actually, never even talked numbers while we were doing to demo drive. He was wonderful and helped to make this deal happen. I will most defiantly be recommending these guys to my family and friends in the future. Just bought a Mercedes E500 AMG from their internet sales department. MOE was my contact through the whole purchase experience. I live in NEW YORK , and have never purchased a car online before. After searching for over a 6 months online for the next to perfect used MASERATI, I came across what I was looking for at Prudential Auto Leasing. I have purchased about 20 vehicles in my lifetime and MOE at Prudential Auto was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I live North of Atlanta ,GA and this car was at Hudson,OHIO. After many detailed pictures and lengthy phone calls I was comfortable purchasing a 1 way ticket to go pick up my new / used Maserati. Once I checked over the vehicle it was exactly what MOE had described with nothing left undisclosed. I called to inquire about a car listing & the man who answered named Mo refused to give me any details on the car regarding service history. Instead, Mo asked how was I going to pay for the car (I have my own finacing) & where was I located (does where I live matter?). When I answered all of HIS questions, I asked again about the history. He told me that he would call me back and hung up on me. When I called back 30 minutes to speak to a manager, Mo said he was the manager & that he won't give any vehicle information to anyone over the telephone. When I asked who was the GM, he told me to get a life and HUNG UP IN MY FACE!! Don't trust this business even with your own financing. Little do they know who I am & treated me badly. If they only knew...

Our salesman(Alan)was fantastic! He was VERY knowledgeable and very professional. We visited four different dealerships and spoke with a lot of salespeople, he was head and shoulders above the rest. He got us the right car at the right price. It was a no hassle experience from start to finish, even he made sure we did not leave any old records in our trade in car in case of identity theft.

I wanted to thank you guys I was apprehensive at buying my first car without my dad by my side. I walked the lot and no one came running over,"Alan" just asked if I needed help he would be available. when I wanted to test drive it I went and found him and no pressure and offered a fair price lower than my estimation and what I thought the dealership would charge. I didn't purchase the vehicle, because it didn't suit my needs and I found a vehicle elsewhere, however my experience was very satisfying. I believe I spoke with MOE who wasn't pushy and went out of his way to be accommodating. He told me what I needed to hear...not what he thought I wanted to hear...it was refreshing.

After searching high and low for months for a 2500 Dodge Diesel with all the options I wanted, Prudential Auto came through."MOE" didn't have any trouble finding me my truck and gave me $1800 more for my trade than any other dealership that I had been too. Trading in my older truck did NOT make the difference on whether I bought from them or not. It was their non-pushy attitude and professionalism and of course the price that convinced me. They got me financed at a much lower rate than I thought I would get financed at, which saved me over $50 per month.The toughest of finance issues and still supply a great truck and a great price. By the way, I'm female and if you think that alot of dealerships treat women differently and unfairly, they do! Go to this dealership and you'll see the big difference, they talked to me as a person and not some bimbo! Great job!

I was prompted to call this dealership last Friday after my daughter emailed me some information on a used car on their lot. I spoke with Alan who gave me additional information that really piqued my interest. I left work early and drove to the Prudential Auto Leasing where I met Alan and I was able to test-drive this car. The dealership itself is mid size and clean. Alan is very knowledgeable and his approach to this transaction was quite thorough. He is a pleasant young man who answered all my questions with ease and expertise. Overall, I would do business with him again and would recommend him to a friend/family.

Purchased a 2004 jaguar x type(beautiful)in mid june of 2011. I'm 40 and that was the best car buying experience ever! Moe at Prudential is a great guy. I received a complimentary warranty with car and had to use for a minor problem that Moe took care of in lightening fast speed. Drop car on Sat and got back on Monday! thats crazy. Warranty was honored. Good people like Moe are rare today and I still cant believe the deal i received thousands under book value! seriously! My financial institution was shocked when I went into auto loan with over 25% equity. They have very very nice cars on lot and advertised perfectly and look even nicer in person so be warned be prepared to drive off in your new car. Also their on site auto shop staff are very knowledgeable and on top of their game. When you meet Moe you will understand he is one of the good guys and you will want to buy a car. My name Dave and I reside in North Olmsted and its well worth the drive to Hudson. Also bought car on first visit and in less then a hour of arriving! Dont play the you will come back bit because your car will be gone and bought buy someone else. Oh wait just received my memo title today that I need to get plates 2 weeks or more early!
