We recently bought two vehicles from Pruitt Ford. Jeremy and Richard listened. We told them exactly what we wanted to do and they found the perfect vehicle for us. Twice! The second vehicle was not actually on the lot because it was having its inspection (the one they put used cars through) and was back in the service department. We loved the vehicle and the price! This was my first experience with Pruitt. I am a skeptical and picky car buyer who's got no patience for the games most dealers play. I've walked right out of more than one dealership when I've thought the dealer was lying or screwing around to milk me for more money and I was prepared to do it yesterday if necessary.. Well, none of that bull happened at Pruitt where I bought a used F-150. Our saleswoman Pat Wyatt was very friendly, personable, patient and honest. She wasn't bothered in the least that I took about 90 min to inspect the truck and she didn't try to explain away the minor problems I noticed. Doing the deal was as easy as it could be with no pressure or sneaky stuff. I have never had an easier car buying experience. To be honest, it was actually a little boring, which in this context is a very good thing. It was absolutely worth my time to drive up to Burkburnett and I'm very glad that Pruitt put this truck online so could find it. I estimate I saved $3,000-$5,000 on this car compared to what I'd have had to pay at a dealer in the Metroplex. Based on this experience, I will absolutely shop Pruitt's inventory the next time I'm looking for a car and I won't hesitate to make the drive up there.

I recently bought a 2012 Expedition from Pruitt Ford. I live 5 hours from Pruitt Ford but the drive was well worth it. I found the exact expedition on Pruitt Ford's website. My son sent an email about the expedition I wanted within 5 minutes I received a phone call from Sam . Sam was so nice I felt like she and Pruitt cared about me not just as a customer but a friend too. Sam emailed me all the information I asked for within 30 minutes. She sent me a video too and I called her with a question on Sunday and she answered. The trade in process was so simple and I love my new Ex pedition. The finance manager was amazing too he explained everything to me and even let me ask him questions my son wrote down. No matter where I live I will always buy from Pruitt Ford.
