11/10 EXPERIENCE. As soon as I arrived, Adam, one of the salesmen, was already there to greet me and welcome me and my mom. After a few minutes discussing the car that I have been eye-ing, Adam showed me its features, and had me take it for a test drive. After I decided that this car (2021 Jetta SE) was for me, we went through the payment options, paperwork, etc. IT WAS A VERY SMOOTH PROCESS, especially for a first-time buyer. Adam and James, the manager in store at the time, both helped me and my mom throughout the process. Besides their skill and knowledge, they both had very kind and friendly personalities, which helped me seal the deal on the new car. Adam and James are both SKILLED, KNOWLEDGEABLE, and PATIENT. They also made sure that we never felt pressured or rushed. Everyone there was welcoming; always said "Hi!". It was an incredible experience here at Puente Hills Volkswagen. They did everything possible to make sure we were satisfied and happy. Thank you so much, Adam and James!

I was recently in a car accident and had to find a replacement for my car as soon as possible. I had gone to several dealerships but each time they were either over pricing their cars or trying to make me pay for hidden fees. It was very frustrating! However as soon as I got here, their employee Bogu really helped me! He was extremely honest with the prices, gave me many tips and got me the best deal for my car! Honestly he went above and beyond his line of duty to make sure I was not only satisfied but that I got the best deal with the best car! If you ever go to this place ask for Bogu!
