Buying a truck from Pugmire Lincoln has turned into one of the worst experiences of my life. This was the first vehicle I have ever purchased and will always leave a bitter taste in my mouth. I came to Pugmire to drive a used pickup that was well priced and appeared in great condition. I asked if I could test drive the vehicle and take it to my mechanic to have it looked at, they said I could drive it a little but not take it to a mechanic because "they had too many people coming to look at it that day" (high pressure sales and not allowing to take a used vehicle to mechanics = 0 stars). After test driving the vehicle and looking it over, my wife and I decided to buy it. 6-7 hours later, after they refuse to come off the price and try to add on an illegal dealer fee on top of the internet listed sales price the truck was mine. In less than 35 days (before I even made a payment) the transmission went out and needed to be replaced, this should never happen on a 60k mile well maintained truck. I had several conversations with the used sales manager who agreed to lower the price of fixing the transmission from 3400 to 2800. Every other shop I got a quote from started at 2800, basically I feel like they jacked the price to 3400 to make me feel like they were coming down in price. All in all very shady and terrible experience. TLDR: bought truck, had to pay 2860 to replace transmission before I made a payment on truck. Buy warranty or don't buy from somewhere that doesn't stand behind their vehicles. Don't let dealers add a dealer fee to the internet sales price of a vehicle. Always take vehicle to mechanic and don't trust anything car sales people say.

I just purchased a Lincoln Mkz at your Cobb Parkway location on Monday 4/13/2015. Mr. Pugmire, as we know car buying has a reputation for being a hassle. Instead of being exciting, the ordeal can be very stressful. I came to Pugmire with some challenges, but above those challenges was the fact that I needed a vehicle. Your team made me feel very comfortable, and they took very good care of me. I felt safe, and I felt like everyone involved was truly looking out for my best interest. Nathan Hemphill got me off to a good start. From the moment I sat in his office I felt like I was in the right place. Then Jim came in to talk to me, and I knew without a doubt I had come to the right place. Jim was warm and sincere. He put me at ease, and answered all my questions honestly. I feel like he took care of me the way he would want someone to take care of his own daughter. The vehicle that I originally wanted was out of my price range, but Nathan and Jim put me in a beautiful car with low mileage. Nick Nasser gave me a very thorough tutorial on how to operate my new car and it felt good not to have to fiddle around trying to figure things out on my way home from the dealership. Everyone I've come in contact with from the sales team to Viola and Sarah in the Allstate office has been awesome. My experience with all of these guys has been so much more than I could have ever expected, and to top it off I have a beautiful car that I love. The service is always done expertly and in the shortest length of time. I have been a customer of Pugmire, as well as some others in my family for years. Mr Kelly was taking care of us back when he was with Frank Jackson Lincoln Mercury on Roswell RD. That may have been about 1980 or so, I have never been disappointed in my service (or car sales) at Pugmire.

Bernard was helpful and clear. He showed me the yellow dot on my windshield wipers, which reminded me that the wipers had become less efficient. I enjoyed the new, luxurious waiting room. The service was quick. I particularly like getting coupons, and have been able to get one from the Marietta Daily Journal that could be used for what I needed. In the past, that wasn't always the case. Usually they expired before I could use them. Also, the overhead light was left on, and I couldn't figure out how to turn it off. Forrest and I had a good laugh when I called for advice, and he reminded me of the control on the dashboard (I only ever use the buttons on the ceiling).

Told Berry the battery died twice. Later that day Berry told me the battery was to be replaced. Parts had to be shipped in from Gainsville. He gave me a loaner. Called me next morning said my baby was good to go. Was please that Lincoln replaced the bad battery. But can you tell me why a 8 1/2 months old battery could be bad? Nick and Greg were both very helpful. During the final paperwork process, it made my son SO HAPPY to get to "sign" one of the documents. That meant a lot to me that Greg printed off an extra copy so he could sign it. It made my son's day and showed me how much you guys really do care about your customers!

A few months ago, I purchased a 2011 Lincoln MKX as a result of a recommendation by your Keith Crozier stating that it would be a great and perfect automobile for my wife Kathryn and me. I have been dealing with Keith for many years during which time he has demonstrated he is very knowledgeable, personable, concerned and dedicated to meeting his clients needs to say the least. Several weeks after I took possession, I was T-BONED in the drivers side doing considerable damage. Luck had it that I was not injured. I had my insurance company bring it to Pugmire for evaluation and repair. I already sent a letter of recommendation for Jay Semple and his collision team and his outstanding attention to detail and his teams outstanding workmanship. The latter resulted in the return of my Lincoln MKX to like new condition as I purchased it. I INITIALLY EXPECTED THIS AND RESULT and ABSOLUTELY RECEIVED IT. We use Pugmire also because of the overall cleanliness of the facilities. That often dictates the type of service you will receive. Everyone we encounter at Pugmire is at the top of the rating system. They are all straight forward with their assessments of our situations and there is no BS involved. Our next auto purchase will again be through Pugmire. Every type of transaction with every department that we have conducted with Pugmire has been pleasant and successful. Our experience was very disappointing. We were shopping for a car for our son. We test drove a used Mustang. After our 10 minute test drive, Nick met us at the car in a bit of a hurry. He asked if we were ready to purchase. I said that "It depends on the price". He said there would be no negotiating on the price and clearly wanted to have another person do their test drive. He rudely rushed us along. Evidently they had seen it online and wanted to test drive it as well. I saw him on our drive out and he did not even respond to our goodbye. I will not be recommending Pugmire to anyone.

William is the reason that we have been customers with Pugmire since we moved to this area. William always makes sure that we understand what service the car needs. He is friendly and knows his job! Any information that I get from him, I know that I can trust it! Going in for vehicle service can be annoying and time-consuming at other places, but I don't have that problem any time I visit Pugmire. Keep up the outstanding work!

The main reason I like going to Pugmire Lincoln Mercury in Marietta, GA is the great service I receive there. The hospitality is the best I ever had when it comes to getting my vehicles serviced. We are a local owner/operator of a group of restaurants in the Atlanta and South Carolina area with over 400 employees. I highly recommend Pugmire to all of them for their car needs. I will only go to Pugmire for service, even though I drive 180 miles round tirip for an oil change. It is worth the trip. Maybe one day they will have one near the Buford Mall on Hwy 20.

When William saw that I intended to work on my laptop while I waited for my car, he instantly set me up in a private cube-like setting off the showroom. Also, he had the service technician go the extra mile to duplicate an intermittent problem I had been having with the electronic trunk latch so they could fix it instead of me getting the tired "could not duplicate" excuse. Excellent customer service.

I purchased a one year old Explorer a little over a year ago. The typical trade-in process is like going to the dentist but not at Pugmire. Everyone we came in contact with were very professional and courteous. I wanted to buy an American auto from a company that did not take a bale out from the government and Lincoln/Ford was my choice. There was no reason for William to remove the locking lug nuts from our recently purchased Isuzu Rodeo but he did. Sandy Springs Ford (where we purchased the used car) couldn't take care of it but William did. It even looked like he worked on it himself. We received the maximum level of customer service and would highly recommend this dealer (or at least their service center) to anyone. William helped us out when Sandy Springs Ford failed and he didn't even benefit from the sale of the car but hopefully we can send business his way in the future. Thank you, William!
