Jason Labroto,our salesman, Kevin from finance and Mathew from accessories are like a family member. They help us make the best deal we possibly can when it comes to the purchase of a new vehicle. There is never any pressure, they give us exact numbers, so we then can decide which vehicle works best for us. Its really a fun time. We don't even check other dealerships anymore, we trust them!! Have to tell you, they go above an beyond with their great service. Example:: Our 2014 Silverado was set up to come and go through garage, with our house completely locked. Left our Silverado at Puklich, drove partway home with new Colorado and realized we couldn't get into our house. Called Jason our saleman at Puklich, he picked my husband up, took him home to unlock the house, which is a 100 miles trip and let me stay in Bismarck to shop! That's fantastic service!!!

Ward Sayler the Salesman did an excellent job of finding the vehicle I was looking for. He also did everything he could to get the vehicle ready and had the accessories installed quickly. The vehicle came without a cold weather engine heater and I wanted one and the customer service people continued to look to find one, I insisted it be GM and that is what they found for me. I bought a new set of four Cooper Gs5 tires for my car on September 2, 2014, at Puklich Chevrolet in Bismarck, ND. The tires came with free tire rotation every six thousand miles. I have had the car in twice now for free tire rotation and the tires leak air. I mentioned it to the sales rep at Puklich each time I took the car in for tire rotation and nothing was done about the tires leaking air. I called the general manager and he said bring the car in the next day and they would take care of the problem. I said I could bring the car in at noon the next day. At noon the next day I drive into their service department and I am asked if I have an appointment and I said I didn't have an appointment and that I was told to bring in the car and the tires would be looked at. The service department rep says I have to have an appointment and that they can't work on my car at noon of that day. He says they can work on the car at 5 pm that day. I said 5 pm would not work for me on that day. So, I am left standing with no options. I wasn't even asked if I would like to make an appointment for a different day. I was left standing and they went on about other business. I am quite disappointed with the customer service I have gotten from Puklich Chevrolet in Bismarck, ND. All I can say to you people out there is if you have a problem with anything to do with your car or truck, don't take it to Puklich Chevrolet in Bismarck, take it someplace else.

I had looked for a Tahoe at two other dealerships over a 2 month period. They didn't have what I wanted on their lots and I was unable to get any follow through in getting what I wanted in a price range that would work. I went into this dealership, was approached by Bruce Kelsch, we discussed a vehicle that was on the lot but I told him what I really wanted as a white diamond Tahoe. He asked me what features I for sure wanted and what I could do with out, and found me what I wanted in my price range. Great guy and easy to deal with. Had the vehicle in less than a week. I was there for a warrenty oil change. I did not get the 25 point inspection sheet but noticed they did a fairly good job. My tires where low I did not tell them they filled my tires to the right pressure. Seemed they vaccumed my pickup did a decent job not great but decent happy with the service. The pickup was under warrenty they did not try charging me for the oil change like in the past. Overall i would go back as this oil change was better than the last two I received from them.

We bought a used Suburban from this dealer four years ago and was treated outstanding. When my wife was ready for a different car because I hit a deer with hers.....we started looking around and found one at Schwan's in Bismarck. Horrible Experience. I asked them to fix something that showed up 2 miles out of town. It was a whooping $150 they said no problem then billed me so I had to fight for a month with them to get it paid for. They swore that it wasn't leaking coolant but when we got home it needed head gaskets. wouldn't do anything. So when we wanted to buy another car we went back to Don at Puklich Chevrolet and he has bent over backwards to make it a worry free and Hassle free Deal so we bought a 2014 Chevy Camaro from them. Fixed things that he could have probably said no to because it was a used car, but he didn't. It was stuff that happened within a day or 2 of having it. I will never buy from another dealership as long as Don is at Puklich Chevrolet. Service and Parts department has also been nothing but professional and easy to deal with. Outstanding Dealership and Staff. Ask for Don he will do his best to accommodate you!

I would appreciate letting me take it to the quick lube area, walk over to the lounge and wait 25 minutes like i used to. If I have to go thru the service area, I'll find another place.

I felt that I was treated good. This was the second time I had my car in for the same problem but then of course they couldn't find anything wrong bcuz it wasn't making the noise then as it did now. I'm glad it is fixed and was covered under warranty but am a bit upset because I had to pay for labor the first time it was in and nothing was found when I knew it was doing it.

My daughters car would not start, rather than me meddling I called Puchlich. They said they will tow it up to the shop and look at the problem. The problem was identified within 1 hour, car was repaired within 4 hours. The car needed to be fixed that day, they were able to get the car in the shop and fix it that day. Awesome!!!

The Service Engine Soon light came on. The mechanics found that the sensor which was installed several months ago was incorrectly installed & the throtle cap was missing. The incorrect installation was remedied and the throtle cap replaced. As expected, there was no charge involved.

I am very unhappy with the chevrolet pick I bought....would not tell anybody to buy one...the ride is very hard...no fuel milage... I could go on and on. had a recall with in the first 1000. miles...very bad product...the recall was sent to me by e-mail....what if i did not have an e-mail address and only had a phone....very bad....will never buy another chevrolet....

Just wanted everyone to know about the POOR service that is provided in the Quick Lube department. Had an appointment for only an oil change and it took 55 minutes! The gentlemen at the desk has know customer service personality. He was doing something else that was more important than the customer that was standing in front of him waiting for service. That will be the last time I go there, and I have been going there for at least 2 years.

I had been shopping for a new Tahoe. It was difficult to trade my tahoe in for a new vehicle just because my tahoe was a good vehicle. I had been to different dealerships in Mandan/Bismarck area. Nobody would give me a fair deal. Puklich's gave me a fair deal and they were so exceptionally nice. Van "Pepper" was so helpful answering all my questions and treated like he knew me all my life. I bought a new Tahoe and it was the easiest purchase I have ever made and they had my new Tahoe ready in one hour. Thank you Pepper and Puklich's team!! Purchased a 2010 Certified Chevy Traverse. We bought this vehicle and on the way home we heard popping and cracking in the radio and a sound coming from the right front strut. We brought it in to our local Chevy dealer 9after not purchasing from them mind you) and they said they would look in to the speaker and sound in the front. Turned out the vehicle had a blown out right front strut a bad rear control arm and a bad amplifier causing the speaker to crackle. We were not close enough to travel back to Bismarck but luckily our local dealer completed all the work on the unit and never had to worry about anything. This should have been caught in the vigorous 172pt inspection they performed to certify it BUT it didnt happen I guess.When I told them about this on there follow-up call they seemed like they didnt want to hear it and made quick conversation of it.
