Just bought a great used car from Mike and Vickie. It was a wonderful experience working with them. There is no hype or pressure (at all.) The car was clean, the engine was sound, very low miles at a good price. Mike seems to pick up cars that he would have for himself, reliable makes and models. He also works as a mechanic on the cars he sells. I would highly recommend QC Motors if you are looking for a good used car

So fortunate to find QC Motors!! We’ve never felt so taken care of by a car dealer. The most honest and straightforward car lot we’ve ever been to. They went the extra mile to make sure we got what we needed at the right price. They do the timing belt work on cars that it’s due on before they sell them, which can cost over $1,000. An honest and ethical car dealer is hard to find. We will be buying all our vehicles from QC Motors. Thanks!!

i bought a Honda Fit from mike 2 years ago and the car runs like a top. mike told me everything about the car (pros and cons). i have a friend who bought a Toyota sienna from QC and he has been happy with it. my experience tells me this is a honest car dealer.

This is a family business and it has been such a delight to deal with Mike and his wife. The relaxed and comfortable atmosphere coupled with their professionalism is a breath of fresh air in the car buying process. I just got back from a long camping, family visiting trip out west and the van I purchased from QC motors ran like a top! Like so many of their other customers, I know where I would go to purchase another used vehicle.

My name is JR. I have purchased three vehicles from Michael already. This is the only place that I will ever buy another car ever again. QC Motors and his owner Michael are nothing but superior quality not only in service but also their product. I know of other car dealers that will sell a vehicle "as is" or "buyer beware" policy. To me that is just another way of saying, it's your car now so you deal with it! Well, not the case at QC Motors. Michael is the kind of person that takes pride in not only on his work but also his vehicles. As I said I have purchased three vehicles from Michael and every single time that I needed anything whatsoever, he has always made himself available to me. Michael will treat you as if you are the only customer that he has. He's level of professionalism and quality of his vehicles is yes not comparable to anybody else in the area. As I said earlier I have purchased three vehicles from Michael and I am getting ready to purchase 8/4 vehicle for my now 16-year-old son. I'm sure you can probably guess where I'm going to be buying that car! So do yourself a big favor and pay Michael and use the motors a visit whenever you are in need of a used vehicle. Not on me his prices but the quality of the vehicles is going to keep you coming back for more in the future. I guarantee it!

I would like to suggest QC motors as one stop destination for all those people who are looking for any types of car repairs and maintenance in and around fayetteville,AR.The kind of customer service given is really fantastic.I could really sense the staff sincerely promotes a win-win situation, where they are genuinely charging for the service rendered to the customer.In my opinion it is really difficult to find such as a shop in Fayetteville.I would honestly suggest this shop to all the college going kids of U of A.

They have a great inventory of cars and they offer special financing. I'm a student at UoA and I have known Michael for 3 years. They also offer great service. For example, my Saab's headlight set up had a problem. Replacing it would have costed me $300, but QC Motors fixed it for a nice price. Also I got great advices on changing some cars parts like vacuum pump, thermostat, etc. I have seen QC Motors giving first priority to customer satisfaction. I strongly recommend QC Motors for anyone who want to buy cars at a good price or get their cars repaired.

Drove from Springfield, MO after seeing the cars in stock online. Mike and his wife Vicki worked with me over phone for two days to help me try to find the best vehicle for me and my three kids. Not once were they impatient or unkind. The third day of us talking I came down ready to buy a Honda Odyssey they had in stock. I looked at another one they had and they sat with me for over an hour as we waited for my paperwork to be redone. Not once were they impatient or rude about the hour long process my bank took. Both Mike and his wife held conversation about themselves and their car lot with me and my father. It was a downright WONDERFUL experience! They want to make sure you're 100% set up with whatever you get and even went the extra mile to fill the gas tank for me! These owners are kind, honest, and in it for people; not money. Hands down when we are looking for another car we will be going here!

Mike stood in the cold with us answering all our questions even though it was 40 mins until close,never rushed us on anything. Bought the car and later that night my check engine light came on, called Mike the next morning told him it came on and gave him a code and he said to bring it in and he would take care of it! Light ended up going off on its own but when I went to pick up my title 2 weeks later Mike told me if it comes on again call him and he will still take care of it for me! He takes pride in his cars and it shows! The integrity of this man is unbelievable!! The world needs more honest business men like him! I will recommend him to anyone I know!

I was in the market for a truck that was out of my area that would be rust free. I live in Wisconsin and the amount of road salt used in the winter months causes havoc on vehicles. I ran across an add on cars.com from QC motors that looked like what I was looking for so I gave them a call to get better details as I was 675 miles away and stopping by for a look was not an option. I spoke with Mike and he gave me the run down on the truck. It sounded good but I expected that from anyone trying to sell a vehicle. I decided to make the trip for the purchase. The vehicle was as described and actually was better than expected. Mike was very helpful through the hole process and made the purchase pain free. I would not have any problem making the 675 mile trip again to purchase another vehicle from mike at QC motors and probably will. THANK YOU MIKE!!

This was the best experience i've ever had buying a vehicle. Mike is the most honest person in town that is selling cars, prices are great, and had a really decent selection. QC Motors just earned a forever customer. I'm recommending them to everyone i know. We drove from Benton to purchase a vehicle that our son found online. Mike was very helpful and we were very pleased with what we found, checked the car over, bought it and drove back to Benton. The next day the vehicle started having mechanical problems, we called him and told him about the issues and how much it was going to cost to be fixed, he drove to Benton and picked up the vehicle and gave us our money back (even though we had signed "as is, no warranty"). To us, that was huge, he did not have to take the vehicle back but that speaks volumes to the integrity that this man has. We highly recommend buying from QC Motors and Mike!!

He is knowledgeable as a mechanic, and was able to address and fix everything needed to insure we had reliable transportation. I was looking for a good used car, but dreading the process that goes along with that search. I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly and straight forward Mr. Willis (Mike) was to work with. There was no pushiness and everything was up front. After having my mechanic check the car over, they found a couple of minor issues (Which Mr. Willis had already identified himself, informed me of and that he was already planning to repair prior to sale). He got the minor repairs executed right away and the sale was smooth and easy. Mr. Willis also is a mechanic and know s a lot about cars- which is refreshing. Additionally, being a female, I have been to several other car dealers in the past that treat female buyers (especially when they come alone) in a way that can be described at best as ridiculous or condescending. Mr. Willis treated me with nothing but respect and courtesy. I would recommend QC Motors to anyone looking for a used car. I would definitely buy from them again.

I was looking for a reliable car for a good price and was unable to find what I was looking for until I browsed QC Motors Web site and saw a few great cars in my price range. Mike was friendly and offered help beyond anything I expected much less experienced over the couple of weeks before. The whole process went smoothly, and I now have a great Honda Civic that I am am extremely pleased with. What helped ease me into the purchase was the fact he wasn't pushy and answered any questions or concerns I had with quick, intelligent, and honest answers. He was easy to keep in touch with over the phone and through e-mail. I would not hesitate to recommend QC Motors to anyone and will check here first with the next purchase I have down the road.
