If I could give zero stars I would. My son's girlfriend purchased a car from here. She's a first time buyer, looking to build credit. She, and my son put money down and planned to finance the rest. However, the car broke down 5 hrs after she left the lot. Check engine light was on, and the car was completely out of coolant. So, either they never "topped off" fluids as we were told or there's a significant leak they hid. We were told to bring it back and they will fix it. After having the car in their possession 2more days we were told nothing was wrong with the car. When we returned to pick it up Dana said he personally drove the car 45 minutes and it was fine. Check engine light was still on, and he insisted it had been. When questioned on why there was no coolant he said they probably missed it. So, taking his word we left. The car didn't even make it 2 miles. Dashboard lit up with multiple lights and the car died. Literally undriveable and had to be towed back to them. We at this time requested the down payment back,or another vehicle and were refused. So basically they robbed an 18yr old girl of 2 grand,and kept her money and the car. This will be persued.
