Nice guys to deal with but stereotypical "Used Car Dealer". My son purchased a truck that lasted 20 minutes and the front tire locked up. Turned out to be a loose caliper that their mechanic forgot to tighten. They offered to repair and even offered to replace the tire. Nice guys right? Now when we were looking at the truck initially I noticed it had been painted and I asked if it had been wrecked. The salesman offer to pull the Carfax. He came back later to say it was clean. One month later we take to the tire shop to replace the tires and the technician tells us this truck has obviously been in a wreck and needs some of the inner fender well cut away so the original size tires will clear without rubbing. Knew better than to trust the dealer but my bad. Just be cautious and have the vehicle checked by a mechanic if you are in doubt.

Quality Investments is not your typical dealership experience. Being a car person with high expectations I was thoroughly impressed. The salesman was very responsive and knowledgeable of the vehicle. There was no pressure and they were very accommodable to my concerns since I was purchasing this vehicle from out of town. I had many questions, they listened, went the extra mile and seamlessly handled the details to have it delivered to me. Quality Investments was exceptional with my vehicle purchase. I am from California and contacted the dealer and was assisted immediately. Taylor was an amazing sales associate and assisted me with my purchase the entire way and in less than a week I was on a flight to Tyler, Texas to purchase my truck. Taylor even picked me up from the local airport without me even asking. Any information I asked for about the vehicle he provided to me and was straight forward and honest and even gave me more information and history about the vehicle than what I asked for. Overall a great family dealer and highly recommend them if in the Tyler, Texas region or even out of state.
