If I could give this dealership more than 5 stars, I would be happy to. Joey was excellent in helping me get into an 2020 Kia Rio S. Highly recommend him if you're interested in buying an vehicle. Everyone I encountered was very professional. Really satisfied with my purchase and look forward to doing business there in the future.

My sister purchased a vehicle on Monday March 8th. We stopped by today because the salesman forgot to call her on Tuesday to go over using the computer screen & ask the loan officer about an extended coverage package she purchased. The salesman wasn't in today but a staff member was very happy to show her. I'm sorry I didn't see a name tag to praise his assistance. The loan officer was very helpful answering my questions about the extended coverage she added. I'm the less trusting of the sister's. After, reading the additional coverage details, I was pleasantly surprised to find that it definitely wasn't a case of "they saw her coming rip-off". It was actually a good addition. My only pause, the fact that someone left her old plate at the entrance to her townhouse and anybody walking by could've stolen it and caused my sister a nightmare of potential litigation had it been picked up and placed on someone else's vehicle. I do realize if a Leo ran the plate it wouldn't have matched make and model. But, we're older & easily excitable single women. All in all, I highly recommend this dealership. She got an excellent price for her trade in and she's really enjoying her new car.
