Excellent customer service. Very fair priced quality used vehicles. The sales staff doesn’t hover but is equally attentive. They showed integrity and honesty that personally made me feel good about buying my son his first car.

Thin skinned and unpleasant to work with. Drove 2 hours to look at a decent looking car they were asking too much for. Clearly had been sitting on the lot for over 4-5 months as the brake rotors and calipers were heavily rusted. The heat was clearly not working and some of the minor features didn’t work. The ac motor was making a terrible noise and was clearly on its last leg. Kbb said the car should sell for 11-13k. I offered 11k thinking this is a reasonable offer seeing as it had know defects. They declined saying I was nowhere in their ballpark. I thanked them for there time and said good luck selling the car. My friend also said good luck (sarcastically) knowing that they had tried to rip us off. This is where the random dude I assumed was the owner came out and started cussing us out. We proceeded to leave respectfully. We were then followed to the car by the front desk lady where she informed me and my friend we were childish and disrespectful and if we ever come back we are banned. Baffled at their customer service I decided to write a lovely one star review where I see lots of other people have also received terrible customer service. I URGE ANYONE DOING BUSINESS HERE TO STAY AWAY! I look forward to seeing their response as I’m sure they will tell some other crazy story.

Bought a Dodge van about 9 months ago paid cash, it's been the best van for my grandbabies!! Everyone was very pleasent. Currently about to go back and possibly get a Dodge truck I highly recommend this place!!!
