Highly recommend. Great down to earth people to deal with, who will keep their word. I found an older duramax I wanted and paid a deposit for them to hold it for 2 weeks until I got back from work. My wife & I flew from MS to NC where the owner picked us up from the airport. We spent hours looking over the truck without anyone hovering over us, which was a major relief because we could communicate about different aspects of the truck. The deposit initially paid for the hold went towards our down payment, & we are currently driving 14 hours back to MS now. Even with several other customers begging for this truck, they still kept their word until we made a definite decision. We will keep this family owned business in the back of our minds when we’re looking for more vehicles in the future. We cannot thank them enough for making this deal as easy as possible.

DO NOT TAKE THEIR WORD FOR ANYTHING BECAUSE IT'S ON THE SIGN AND THEIR WORD DOES NOT MATTER. ** Updated, since you have blocked my option to respond to your response. Thank you for your quick response to my review. I never disagreed that you have a policy and I do understand how the car sales business works as my husband was once a car salesman. My point is ROMAN stood in his office and handed my son a cash receipt then said “bring this back and you can get your money back” without once stating the policy. That will be our word against his and I cannot prove otherwise. I can promise that this would have never happened had that been the case. I do have proof in my messages that Roman knew at 9:48am that we would not be in this buy the vehicle and I do have to remind you that the vehicle was always on your website and the opportunity to sell it was never an issue. Original review: My 18 year old son and I went in late Friday and my son fell in love with this truck. The salesman, Roman, offered to hold the truck over the weekend for $200. He gave my son a receipt and said bring the receipt back and he would give him back is money. When we learned from our bank on Monday morning that they will not 100% finance the vehicle due to it being older than 2013. We requested they meet the price that they would finance, he refused and we understood (even knowing up front that the vehicle had minor damage" with a cracked grill from being in a collision). When we asked to come pick up the hold money he states that there are signs posted that they do not give hold money back. So their WORD and so called good name does not matter because it's on the sign. The vehicle has been posted on their website since it arrived on the lot Thursday. Holding it over the weekend cost 1 day of in person sales opportunity as they are closed on Sunday. It is a mere $200 and keeping the word of this salesman. Totally bad business in my opinion. I was there and I witnessed the conversation, there was no disclaimer that stated he was required to buy the vehicle. He simply stated "bring the receipt and we'll give your $200 back."

I purchase my first car today from quality preowned cars very helpful and friendly and quick in and out I was their less than an hour. Most Deathly purchase another car from Quality preowned cars in the future.
