We found a car on the internet and got a call the same day we inquired. We liked the car after driving it and decided to purchase. We were unaware that this dealership did not do financing, BUT Greg gave us the name of a credit union and we were able to get the loan and purchase the car very quickly and easily. This is a nice small dealership. The dealer seems to be very honest and they sell very good quality cars. You can tell the cars here are not just beat-up old clunkers that have been shined up a little. I would say if you want a good, easy, honest and quick car-buying experience, come here!

I flew from Nebraska down there to pick up a beautiful Lincoln Aviator based on their word and pictures alone. They were very helpful and very efficient. Everyone that I spoke to was very knowledgeable of my situation and I never received any double talk. Totally professional. I showed up and it was everything that I hoped it would be, I even purchased a 3 year/36k mile warranty at a fair price. I drove it all the way back ( approx. 600+ miles) with absolutely no problems. We have now owned it for a little over a month and we couldn't be happier, it still drives smooth as silk. The vehicle had low annual mileage and was just immaculate. I was referred by a friend who had nothing but good things to say about their vehicle and experience here. When you first step onto the lot you can see right away someone takes pride in their work. The cars were all spotless inside and out (even after one of those great OK storms). I started making my way around the lot and was greeted by a courteous salesman. He asked if I had any question and then let me continue on my way about the lot, not like the dreaded car salesman vulture. The cars were well priced. Overall a nice dealership. Will be back.

After looking around at what the competition had to offer, I could really see a difference at Quality Value. Their prices are fair and the dealership is well lighted so that I could see the cars after hours. They provided me with a copy of the carfax, and they offer a reasonably priced extended warranty. I think this is a good investment because Ive bought a number of new cars and trucks over the years and even new cars can have unforeseen problems. Ive known the family for the last eighteen years and Im aware of how hard they strive to supply a good selection of pre-owned cars and trucks for our Broken Arrow families.

Even though I have not purchased a vehicle from Quality Value, I have had experience in visiting and dealing with them. They have always been courteous, kind and professional. I have had several friends purchase vehicles from here and they have had nothing but good things to say about Quality Value. If you need a good, "quality" used vehicle, please go to Quality Value! I have bought all of the cars I have had from here, and never had any problems with any of them. I recently bought my 2005 Mercedes C-230 from this lot without even test driving it, because I trust them that much and It was an absolute beautiful car. They gave me a great and reasonable price like they always do. They even offer great deals on warranties, I got the 3 year plan that I can use in all 50 states. I didn't get pressured at all by the staff like you do at other dealerships, which is very rare to come by with salesmen. Will definitely be back when I am ready to trade my car in for something else.

My experience with Quality Value Auto Sales was everything but good. There are plenty of honest, well-intentioned used car lots and Quality Value Auto Sales is not one of them. On August 10, 2013 I purchased a 2003 Saturn Ion with 60,000 miles (the car was listed as a quality, low mileage, one owner and in immaculate condition) and four days after I drove it off the lot the check engine light came on. I took it to the mechanic and it needed a new transmission (CVT). The cost is $5,500 to repair (more than the cars value). We kindly asked Quality Auto to assist us by helping to pay half of the repair cost. They refused, sorry for your bad luck. So if you are looking for a used dependable, quality car you dont want to buy it from here. They do not stand behind their mission statement: Quality vehicles Value priced. Our Promise: Quality vehicles, value priced, and straight talk, thats our promise to every customer. Quality Value Auto Sales is a family owned business established in April of 1997. I recently bought my fourth used vehicle from this dealer thru the past six years (I have teenage daughters) and I haven't had a thing to complain about. I was left alone to look as I wanted and the salesman said to request him for any assistance or to test drive a vehicle. Each time there was excellent customer service and an agreement on a fair price. So far all the vehicles have performed well with little to no repairs needed.
