My prior car had broken down and was in the shop two doors down from Queensbury Auto Mall. The mechanic told me that the repair would cost more than the value, so i was in a need-to-buy-now situation. I walked over to QAM fully expecting to be taken advantage of, considering my situation. However, Mat at QAM listened to my sad story, showed me some options on the lot and made an extremely fair deal with me. Very, very pleasantly surprised. I highly recommend shopping with these great guys.

After buying so many cars from one location, I am still impressed with the quality, selection and pricing of the vehicles here. This time, I actually brought my daughter with me and she purchased her second used vehicle here. In fact we purchased two cars together in less than an hour. The quality of the cars here is incredible. Matt does a great job sourcing the cars and the cars are priced fairly. I sent a good friend of mine here a few years back who lives in Albany and he purchased a Mustang Convertible for his son which he said was priced thousands less than he had seen in the Albany area. (Obviously real estate in Glens Falls is less expensive than on Central Avenue or Wolfe Road.) Finally is service after the sale. Not only do they stand behind their guarantee, but they offer regular service and maintenance every day. The detailing shop is so good here that once a year, I bring in my father's car to be detailed here. He lives in Philadelphia and cannot find a reputable shop.

I went in there expecting just another used car sales person to speed me through the process and get every cent out of me they could, that is not what happened at all. I've been a customer of the Qby Auto Mall service department since 2006, prior to that my parent's purchased both their vehicles (a 1998 Yukon, which they still own, and a 2002 Subaru Outback) from the guys at Qby Auto Mall. To this day, we still get our vehicles serviced from there due in part to Matt Hall, a.k.a. Iggy (in the service dept.) and the great mechanics that seem to know us and our vehicles. Recently, I finally decided to part-ways with my 1997 Toyota Corolla after nine wonderful years of regular maintenance and service... and pulled the trigger and purchased a snazzy 2008 Nissan Altima Coupe SeV6 which arrived on the lot minutes prior to my arrival that gloomy Monday afternoon, April 13th... it seemed as though it was 'meant to be' as my father always says...the timing could not have been more spot-on... Matt & Tom knew of 'my wishlist' in a vehicle and Abracadabra!!... there it was! It seemed as though they were looking out for me all those years...'Thank-you All' for your commitment to excellence in customer service!

I went to this place looked at a car was interested the general manager was extremely passive and basically brushed me off was no help at all. Any other place I walked into they were very kind informative and actually wanted to sell me a car. Not the case with this place it's over priced. Tony said he couldn't run my credit right then told me he might call me back but the guy right behind me when I was walking out he called in and says hey how are you lets run your credit and see what we're looking at. This guy is very rude I will never go there to look at a car ever again and I will continue to let people know how much better he thinks he is than everyone.

My wife , family including friends will only shop and have service done at Queensbury Auto-mall! The Website is Great and very descriptive with quality photos and full descriptions. Excellent prices. We moved to Queensbury in 1996 and have purchased 14 cars between family & friends. The buying process is actually fun and no pressure. We know every team member by name, we receive oil changes for life. We can purchase Extended warranties, if the car we desire is not on the lot Tony or Matt will find it for us. They help with purchases that fit our budget , assist with obtaining financing and the purchase does not stop there. We can return anytime for service, parts, or when we recommend a family member or friend they receive the same professional service. The Staff handles all paper work and has the car ready when we want it. It is local and the variety is endless. Hours are convenient and we feel like family. We have never had any problems with any models, we've purchased Mercury's, Fords, Lincolns & 2 Mercedes Benz. Our family Physician even purchased a Corvette! We buy our Tires, Batteries , Oil changes and extetended warranties. It is just a great hometown Dealership!

the lexus was just what i always wanted. right size, right color, right everything. now to convince the wife. by the time we were done, they had worked out a better apr for us, gave us an over the kelly for our car and worked out a great downpayment and a warranty to boot we got a better vehicle for almost the same payment as the old one with 5 points off of the old apr! those guys got it done and did it in a no hassle friendly way. we asked they delivered. i doubt i will buy another car until i go there first. great selection of really nice cars from 60's mus cle to german uber sedans to harleys; all in great shape. a slice of car guy heaven. go there now.you will see something youll like.
