I did have a great experience with them initially. No problems actually getting my vehicle or the paperwork etc... until the week after. I was at work towards the end of my shift on a busy Friday day/night as it was after 7 pm when my coworker runs in asking if that is my vehicle that is being towed. It was. So, I run out there mad as a hornet of course and ask/shout what is going on? They claimed that they tried to contact me (I hadn’t heard anything from them) and since they didn’t have the check from the bank yet and “the bank hadn’t heard from me” (which is a complete lie since I had gone in my bank in person the day before and made sure all of my loan stuff was taken care of) - they were either going to do this the easy way or the hard way. Either I hand over the key or I pay for the tow. Despite showing them the copy of my loan agreement, explaining that I did in fact go to my bank in person the day before and that the bank had told me that the check was in route and having paid for OVER HALF of the vehicle in question in my down payment which they had already cashed several days before- they took it back. And since this was as I mentioned before after 7 pm on a Friday night, I was unable to have them talk to the bank about the check themselves until Monday. I was therefore left without a vehicle at work (which is about a thirty minute drive from my place) with my husband out of town on his two week annual training since he is a marine reservist. Leaving me no choice but to beg for a ride from my parents and having no way to get to work the next day so, I had to call out from work for the next day. I was able to get everything resolved on Monday after further inconveniencing my family as they had to take me back to the bank and then the dealership but the fact is that they treated me abhorrently and dealt with the situation very poorly. This never should have happened. I would recommend buying a vehicle ANYWHERE ELSE unless you would like the same treatment.

Was very interested in a car had ALL cash, paid almost 200.00 to have an inspection done on the car before I purchased it for my daughter. The place I took it found a few things wrong with it. Took me calling them a week in a half later to tell me they would fix it but I have to pay the 500.00 to fix it. I offered him 500.00 less for the car mind you ALL cash and they said NO. Car has been sitting on their lot for almost a month. Guess they don't want to sell cars.

Frank was great to work! We got a really nice 2015 Ford Mustang and he was able to get us a good deal and very kind to work with. Would 10/10 recommend!
