This was my 5th purchase of a new car since 1999 from Quirk. A 2016 Colorado. Quirk emploees continue to give the best customer service and the best prices. I'm not one to leave feedback, I'm hard to deal with, but i had to do this after both Moines Elzeiny and Polo Gonzalez worked with me to get the deal done. Much to my amazement, I drove the car away the same day even though I had to add collision to my insurance policy, and had mud flaps installed while I waited for the insurance company to add a lien holder and sign off on the coverage. If your looking for a car or truck from Quirk Chevrolet then you should ask for these people. I'm confident that they can beat any deal around and do it in a manner that will have you coming back as a repeat customer.GREAT EMPLOYEES!!!!!! Thanks Quirk.

I stopped in today to pick up a new car. I was assured numerous times over the phone by Angela that I could drive away in an Equinox lease for $179 per month with zero down. After driving there and wasting my precious time, the salesman tells me "that car" is sold and the best they can do is about $100 more per month with $500 down. Nothing short of thievery!

After charging and playing music from my iPhone 6-Plus in my 2015 Equinox it suddenly stopped working. I went in for service and had changed my phone to an android in the meantime. Upon plugging in my android it would charge the phone but not play music. I sat for a few hours at the dealership - a new USB port was installed and successfully played music & charged the techs iPhone but would still not play music from my Android. I was then told Chevy does not support Android after all of this which they could have just informed me of right away. I was told there was no other way to listen to my music than just the regular AUX input which is what I now use but I have to say I was very disappointed. I have since e-mailed a few times about the issue and received no response. It did not cost me anything and they all were very friendly but I still left fairly frustrated.

I drove all the way down there after confirming lease price with Internet department. I've leased well over a 12 cars so I understand fine print just told Internet sales give me all fees, money, etc so I can bring a check. I get down there salesman says they read the emails and Internet sales was wrong. I asked to speak to a manager and was told he was to busy. Honestly I probably would of paid more but since no one would speak to me or apologize I was done. I felt bad for the salesman, good kid but I walked out and would never return.

I have been shopping for a new Corvette. I was given an unbelievable price from their Internet Sales Dept., so I drove 45 miles. The price they gave me over the phone was the same when I showed up, but on my trade they offered $20,500 LESS than every other dealer I had previously shopped. There will never be that much difference in a trade between different dealers.. When I got up and left the Sales Manager came running out with every excuse in the book such as they were just starting a negotiation...not for $20, 500 they weren't.After reading multiple reviews here where others have been lied to or cheated, at least I know I'm not the only one. DO NOT even waste your time driving to this place. There are too many other honorable Chevy dealers in the area.

I decided to buy out my Chevy Malibu lease. Polo Gonzalez (award winning salesman) originally leased me the car and worked very hard with management to get me a good deal. Quirk arranged financing at a great rate. Because my wife co-signed, but was not with me in Braintree, Polo volunteered to drive the paperwork up to Boston for her to sign that same evening. This saved my wife from having to endure rush hour traffic and made the sale so much easier for my wife. Thanks Polo and thanks Quirk for such great service!

I went to 5 other dealerships and once I went to quirk, Brett my salesman went over and beyond to make sure I got into the vehicle I wanted. Mike the mama get went over and beyond to make sure the vehicle got delevered to my house tonight. As I'm currently writing this, Brett is on his way to my house to drop off my new Chevy traverse. This is called great customer service. Quirk is definitely the best Chevy dealership in mass.

I'm very disappointed with them, they ripped me off,they told just lies, they trick me up good , the guy that i deal wit, he seems like a good guy , but he lied about everything he did, first he told me i had gained 4750 dollars in rebates, and had a very good deal on the new vehicles, but was all lies , and after everything done he told me the rebate wasn't true , was part of the deal, they said they would pay 16800 dollar for my truck ,and he gave me paper saying that, but when I realized on the contract paper they only paid 9806 dollars that's why my monthly payments went to high, before he was saying the payment was high because off all fees and money factor and I believed him, just found all truth after 1 week,and the manager was supposed to call me so he never did , Vinny he is a good lier,they did steal money out of a father who works hard every day, and had a dream about have new truck, that's all , and i have all paper work so i can prove they aren't honesty

I recently had to have repair work done to my vehicle. Bob, Jeff, and all of the other employees at Quirk took excellent care of me right from the start! They were all very knowledgeable and kept me very well informed of everything that was going with my vehicle. I didn't experience any of the stereotypical" dealership treatment" that you get at some places. They treated me like I was a friend! They walked me through everything and left decisions up to me, no surprises! They also got me a fair price for what I needed done. I highly recommend Quirk Chevy! I will definitely be dealing with them again!

I brought my 98 corvette in for oil and transmission leak they informed me it would be 2700 to fix it ,after a phone call it went up to 3400 when I picked it up it was 3600. The kicker is I went to drive away and hurt a noise in the engine that wasn't there I left it they told me it was a belt I drove it home again and it started again I brought it back and they said they had no idea I brought it to another mechanic and he fixed it said they broke a bolt when they pulled the car apart I called the Gm. And never got a response

I am so lucky to have walked into Quirk for my first car buying experience to have been greeted by Vinny Hwanegbo. I was very nervous going to the dealership and not sure what to expect. Vinny helped me find the best car for my situation and I feel so great about my decision. This was all during a snow storm which created some difficulties, but Vinny made sure I was driving my new car ASAP! From the Quirk Chevrolet website, I had a $300 off coupon. If I brought that in, they would take $300 off the price of the vehicle.Over the internet, they gave me great numbers. But once in the store in Braintree, this guy started talking fast. The final numbers were way too high. When I told the bloke that the numbers were too high, he said, "Don't pay attention to the numbers. It's a great deal, let's do this!."I then showed him the $300 coupon. He took it back to the Mysterious Jeff Ford. Atef comes back and says they cannot honor the coupon because the deal was already too good. He said, "You've got to understand, we put that coupon on the internet to lure the people down here."The deal was actually still good, but I walked out and kept my own truck. They seem to have some good deals in Quirk Chevrolet in Braintree, but I will never give my money to a bunch of dishonest crooks!Do not shop at Quirk Chevrolet. Even if they give an awesome deal, they're all a bunch of liars. Lying is sinful!!!!

Do not buy anything from this place. They do nothing but lie to you. The salesman, Vincent Nwanegbo, knew that we wanted to spend no more than $26,000 on the car, so he just told us that the car we were buying was $25,600, then he rushed us through the paperwork by telling us that he had to leave because his nanny had left. He didn't give us copies of anything; just promising to give them to us the next day when we picked up the car. Turns out, when I looked at the paperwork, they had raised the price to $30,000. He also lied about the warranty. I have been trying ever since then to get my money back.Do not believe any of the good reviews. One guy said they offered him free all weather floor mats for posting a 5-star review.

I'm 36 years old and I have bought/leased cars every 2-3 years since I was 21, so it's safe to say that I had my fair share of car buying drama! But my experience at Quirk Chevy in Braintree was truly one of the best car buying experience I had ever encountered. I leased my first truck from them on 1/9/2016 and I was very satisfied with the entire process. From being greeted by a nice sales person "Sergio Vaz" who was only interested in getting me exactly what I was really looking for, and made sure to answer all of my questions to the best of his knowledge. The Sales Managers at Quirk Chevy are great, they were very professional, fair and pretty straight forward about everything right from the beginning. Huge Thank You to "Mohammed Elesseily" and "Moenes Elzeiny". I would recommend this dealership to anyone who's looking to buy or lease a chevy.

I was feeling very frustrated in my adventure of purchasing a new Chevy Equinox. I contacted most area dealerships including Copeland Chevrolet which is directly across from my employment, and was taken in buy all the incentives which would bring down the price of the model I was seeking. When I saw the "sale price" I was told by them all that price didn't apply to me! Feeling frustrated to no end my husband told me to let it go and wait til Presidents' Day sales. I still wanted to try one more so I went on line to Quirk, found the LTZ I was interested in and sent an inquiry. 5 minutes later I received a phone call from the internet manager named Greg from Quirk and he gave me the price I wanted to hear. I was still apprehensive and ready to explode if I got there and it was like all the others..."oh wait, this doesn't apply to you!" So when we arrived I was fit to be tied and a salesman named Sergio Vaz greeted us with a smile as I was in the fight or flight mode! After a few minutes I realized this is the real deal. The price I was quoted was the price I paid! I can't say enough about Sergio because there was no nonsense just facts. Totally a great experience.

I recently purchased a 2016 Silverado 1500 and the experience was hands down the best i could have asked for. I walked into the showroom with an idea of what i wanted and was introduced to Dan Flynn by James Thorp, and Dan knew exactly what he was talking about. After going over the details i picked a color, trim and tonneau cover. Details of payments, warranties, and the overall process was all clearly explained with the help of Nick in finance. I had a wonderful experience with Quirk! I had very specific wishes in my new vehicle, and they worked very hard to find exactly what I wanted (and more!). I live in Maine, and they were very accommodating of the distance to Massachusetts. They sent paperwork via mail and fax to eliminate a second trip down to Braintree. I can not even describe the horror that i have been thru since purchasing a vehicle JUST 9 weeks ago. Its been in the shop for repairs 4 tms and each time keeping the vehicle for minimum 5 days-10..i will go out of my way to make sure i share my horrible exp with anyone that will listen.unproffesional at its finest. I bought car from quirk on Quincy Ave. and rwpairs done on Southern artery.. Not one time have i been happy nor satisfied. Uncompetent salesmen, and managers are all i have dealt with.car broke down on hway monday the 30th and i still do not have it back. No calls, no regard for me as a wrkn single grandmother!!!!!!!!!!! Never ever ever again will i do any business with anythg QUIRK!!! Ever!!!

When I called to have my 95 Chevy Caprice serviced, they told me they could not take the care, that it was too old to service. The service manager was called, and he told me the same thing. No service for older Chevys. They suggested I take the car to Best Cheverolet, 20 miles away. I did and they did a great job, Best really was the Best. Anyway, I liked Quirk, but now have to say they are incompetent and cannot service cars which are clearly their own. I did buy the car at Quirk. So they do not service the cars they sell. To be fair, the car is 20 years old, but, they were happy to take my money over the years, and now, well, no, they refuse. Hows that for a slap in the face.I am not really sure, but it seems to me to service under the Chevy logo, you probably are required to take any Chevy that arrives at your door. I just feel they do not have the expertise to fix a Chevy properly. Beware and stay clear of this dealer.

For years I have been buying cars of Mike Morris. I recently walked into his former place of business to find he had moved on. At a fork in the road I reached into my wallet to find his business card that he had listed his personal cell phone number on. Score, I still had it! I called him and informed him that I was in the market for a vehicle for my daughter who turned seventeen on 9/11. We spoke briefly and he told me to come down and see him at Quirk Chevrolet. The next day i took my daughter down and we test drove some vehicles until she found one that suited her. As usual, the dance with Mike was short and sweet. He was sensitive to my needs and didn't try to screw me over or haggle with me. We arrived at number that suited the both of us, shook hands, and the deal was done. I am glad that an elite salesman like Mike was able to find a soft landing and kudos to Quirk Chevy on landing what is a very hard worker and someone that I personally hold in a very high regard.

My wife and I just recently picked up our new 2015 Chevy Silverado 1500 from Quirk Chevy and we couldn't be happier with the purchase! We found the exact model we were looking for at this dealership with all of the options that we wanted. Their inventory is outstanding and you should have no problem finding what you are looking for. We personally met with the General Manager, James Thorp, who was very cordial and answered all of our questions and teamed us up with his sales professional, Steve Charles, who helped with the rest of the transaction and delivery. Steve was very polite, knowledgeable and helpful during the course of the sale, test drive and when we came back to take delivery. Our transaction with flawless and easy and we paid a very fair price. We do not live close to Quirk Chevy, but we will use this dealership for service as well! Thank you!

PAid too much. Was negotiating with Sam Basmill and was doing fine then got sucked in playing the game let my guard down and ended up paying way more than I had expected. I was then wondering why they were in such a hurry for me to take the unit home that night. Shuffled all the papers right through quickly. Realized the next day that my price was too high, trade in money sucked and I had a 6 year loan. My fault I agree but they knew and will not earn my business nor anyone I knows and definitely not in service which is where they make their money.

All, Be very careful in utilizing the service team at this specific location. I recently brought in a 2005 Trailblazer for a 100k mile tune up/general repairs and below is my experience. In speaking with Bob, I openly told him to fix anything that looks like it could break or go faulty on the car and within the engine. This included a 100k inspection, oil change, general inspection and specific instructions to fix any loose hoses or plugs. The total bill came to $3500 and was told that I will be safe for many miles to come. I was interested in selling the car at some point so also asked Bob what he thought the shelf life of this vehicle was and he instructed it would last at least another 100k miles (obviously would need the necessary improvements along the way). I was excited that the car would last that long and felt taken care of by this team of mechanics who I considered a partner of mine to help with my car. The car drove great out of the parking lot and felt stable. 5 weeks later I was driving to a business meeting and was on I93 when the trusted trailblazer suddenly shut off. I thought I had run out of gas however the gauge pointed to half way full. First off this was a dangerous situation to be in as cars are ripping past my window avoiding my dead car on the highway. In NO way should a well maintained chevy break down in the middle of the highway ESPECIALLY after getting $3500 worth of work 5 weeks earlier. After calling AAA and having it towed to the Woburn Chevrolet location they informed me that there were faulty fuel lines, faulty transmission lines, loose ball bearings in the front right tire and was on the border of not getting enough transmission fluid to the engine. They also advised me that I should in no way drive the trailblazer out of their location because it was unsafe. The trailblazer went from $3500 of repairs to a vehicle I could not drive. I had no accidents within the time of getting it fixed and drove the vehicle locally in an appropriate way. I told the group of Woburn mechanics that that can't be possible as I just had work on the car and they informed me that this is a common practice around some groups to leave small aspects of repairs out so that I would need to come back. I then called the Braintree location to speak with Bob who put me in touch with the service manager Jeff. Jeff...after hearing the initial story informed me that he thinks the Woburn location is trying to upsell me. After informing Jeff that my car died in the middle of 93, he's still trying to tell me that the Woburn location was upselling me! He then proceeded to tell me that Quirk doesn't do business like that and he would get things resolved only to not hear anything from Jeff. I called Jeff back and he informed me that I should pay for a tow from Woburn to Braintree for them to inspect where things went wrong but couldn't guarantee they would cover any charges. Now I am stuck between dealerships of who to trust and both sides are reluctant to at least help me figure out what's happening or cover a tow to the original location. Jeff just tells me he understands where I am coming from (even though he admitted he's never had a car die in the middle of the highway) and Woburn is asking for another 600 dollars & asking to remove my car! Now I am quickly thousands of dollars in the hole for a car that's AT MOST worth 5g's. I urge you to take your service business somewhere else and I also urge you to reconsider Chevy in general. At least ask them to take a look at your car before you rely on people who will pull moves like this to get returned business. Not only will I never go to this location again but I am done buying a Chevy. I cannot believe I was treated with zero help and cannot believe a well maintained 2005 could operate like this. I normally do not write reviews and have only been told by Jeff that he feels sorry about my situation so thought it was worth spreading the word as you evaluate where to bring your business. After a difficult beginning working with the Lease Internet Manager Greg, who almost lost the deal by telling me an untruth, Polo came in, worked with me, and saved the deal. He spent time explaining the incentive program, but in the end, he worked with the finance manager George, and got the deal done. He is an extremely conscientious young man, and Quirk is lucky to have Polo as an employee. You should have many loyal employees like this one, and one who cares about the customer. I also worked with Angela who was extremely professional. I would work with Quirk again, based on my experience with Polo.

I'm super satisfied with my red Silverado 2015 and very happy with the experience that i've had with quirk Chevrolet and the team of vendors, especially with the care of Fernanda starr which enabled a quick and efficient transaction. She impressed me with extensive knowledge about each car and on the best deals, Fernanda and Sergio were very helpful to my needs. my friend bought an equinox a weeks ago ...she happen to give me a ride home because my old car had to stay at the shop ....after riding with her in told her I'm going to mine ...next day I decided to start shopping for one ,I stopped by quirk chevy and found a great selection of equinoxes until my salesman karim walked up to us and I asked if we needed any help with finding a car ..he was very nice and respectful showed us good a mount of suvs until we found my favorite color gray ,,,karim was pretty straight Forward when we start discussing payments got me where I needed to be without a whole lot of haggling ..overall was a great experience thank you karim and quirk for the exceptional service

I just purchased a 2015 Silverado from Quirk Chevrolet. All phases of the dealership were professional and courteous. My salesman Ali Brahmi was exceptional, thoughtful, to the point (no bs). He exceeded my expectations when I left personal belongings in the car I traded, yet the next day everything was returned. All phases were great as well as the finance department. I wasn't pushed/pressured into anything. I new the truck I was purchasing had a scratch on it before signing the deal. This also was taking care of by there detail people. I want to thank them for that as well.

I chose a particular truck online and that's what I bought. The salesman I worked with was very nice and personable. I don't normally take the time to write negative reviews. But after visiting Quirk Chevy, I feel as though it's necessary to share the awful experience we had. My fiance and I contacted a few dealers about leasing a new Silverado. David Freitas from the Quirk Chevy Internet sales department emailed me back quickly. I had told him about the ad I saw on their webpage and wondered if I qualified for the price that's being advertised for President's Day. We went back and forth discussing pricing and options. Obviously I know there are sometimes hidden fees and rebates you need to qualify for, but after double checking with David, he assured me they were standard rebates and the only one we did not qualify for was the loyalty rebate which would raise the price about $10 per month. We agreed on a price, David even sent me the model number of the truck he was offering this price on (Which wasn't in stock when we got there by the way). Anyway, my fiance and I drove an hour to Braintree to check it out and hopefully drive home in a new truck. We were greeted right away by a salesman named John. We told him we were there to see David. He brought him out from his office, shook our hands then disappeared out back. John said he knew what we were looking for and was taking over. He then started asking us about what options we wanted and about the truck we were trading in. Hold on, I told David all of this. We then sat down to discuss numbers. After being low balled on our trade and offered thousands less than the KBB value, he then went to run some numbers on the new Silverado payment for us. I explained to him the numbers David and I agreed to, he then came back with a number almost THREE times as much and told us the reason being is because we didn't qualify for many of the rebates. We laughed and told him were all set and left. We should have listened to all the other reviews and not wasted our time going there. They will tell you anything you want to hear just to get you in the door. Not only will we never step foot into another quirk dealership, but we will make sure everyone we know who is thinking of purchasing a new car, knows about the experience we had there! Total scam! Don't waste your time! We will also be filing a complaint with the BBB. Hope this review saves someone the time and aggravation and goes elsewhere to purchase a new car.

Just purchased my 3rd vehicle for Quirk Chevy. It's a little out of the way for me but in general you can't beat the selection and the price. I got an internet quote from Quirk that I took to the dealership near my house simply out of convenience to see if I could get the same deal close to home and no lie, the salesman there told me there was "no way they can sell that truck for that price. You'll get down there and they won't have it" Well I called, made sure they had the truck, made an appointment, showed up and bought the truck and drove it home for the quoted price. Vinny my salesman was friendly and helpful and Sam Bassil the sales manager was also very accommodating. He won't give away the truck but he was willing to deal openly and offer me as many additional discounts as I could qualify for. I think I could have done a little better on my trade but overall they were dealing fairly and I felt good with the general deal. Overall, if you know what you want, they'll generally have it and can deliver on the price the quote. Another great experience. Thanks

Chinny was my salesman. He went above and beyond. He got me top dollar for my trade in and bottom low price on my brand new Silverado. Which was Better then any dealership in New England. Other dealers told me it was a scam but with Chinny he got me that super low price!!! He's the best and he gets the job Done! No xxxxxxxx and run abouts. Just wanted to say how great everyone is at Quirk. Ali and Fernanda took excellent care of me when i came to Quirk about the Uber program. It's been 3 weeks so far and I'm still waiting to wake up from this unbelievable dream that I'm having. I definitely recommend to everyone to get the Impala it might be more money per week but it only takes 8 hours or less to pay for your car and the rest the money is yours. I've done 40 hours each week and I've taken home after paying for the car between 620 and 1000!!!! It definitely sounds to good to be true. But it's NOT!!!

I must say that I never expected to have such a great experience in buying a vehicle! Chinny the salesperson listened to what I was looking for. He then asked specific questions about my vehicle needs and finished up with his suggestions based on my criteria! Hello,I been fooled by this dealership over and over again and feel so stupid for giving them the chance. I leased a car and since July 2013 I experienced nothing but trouble, headaches and lost time dealing with the WORST customer services in history! At first my experience with Sales was positive. Once I drove the car off the lot it was nothing but major issues with the car. I brought in the car for more than 18 times to service, the service manager Jeff Hines was clueless about what to do with the car and advised me to contact GM for further issues. After a long battle with GM, Mr. Hines lied and pretended nothing was wrong with the car, I looked like an idiot and wasted so much time. Sales promised to help me out and nothing good came out of it but lies. To all future people who are looking to buy a car, do yourself a favor and go to a more reputable dealership such as Herb Chambers or Clay Chevrolet. My friend bought a car from Herb Chambers and didnt like it after 28 days of driving it, they took the car back and replaced it with a better one. I was amazed by this and I wish I never went to Quirk. Do yourself a favor and dont buy a car from Quirk or Service your car there. Best of luck!Sam

I called and spoke I guess to an Internet sales person which I did not know you don't deal with when you go there. Called and asked if that person was there because had to travel over an hour and person on phone said she would be there. My wife and I traveled out to there dealership when we arrived we where told she would not be in that day so they stuck us with this slick salesman that my wife didn't care for from the beginning. We were looking for a truck to replace our aging suburban so we picked one out took for ride then when we came back to the dealership the games began the salesman went to see about the financing we told them we did not want them to run our credit all over the place after he returns he tells us that there was no way we could get the vehicle and would we consider something more to our price range. After telling him that we need 4 wheel drive he basically insults us and says that there was nothing he could offer us so we asked for our paperwork and any copies of personal info and we where leaving. That should have been the end of that but this jerk chased us out the door and to our vehicle basically loudly yelling that is how it works well that evening I talked to a reputable dealer and next day we drove off of their lot with a new Vehicle in our price range then we have reviewed 15 rejection letters from these banks that Quirk had contacted so much for what the customer as this is wrong and these people have no integrity or respectability.

The whole process was streamlined and not a hassle. I booked an appointment with Tony over the phone ( at a time that accommodated my schedule) , he explained what routine maintenance would be performed and made me feel comfortable. I also needed a minor repair done ( side mirror). Tony had the damage assessed and gave detailed explanation of the repair necessary and the cost. Tony called me when the part came in and we scheduled an appointment, again at a time convenient to me. On this second visit, the mechanic (Sorry, I forgot your name) meticuously scraped something off my wind shield that was blocking my sticker that I hadn't even noticed. The repair was made and the cost was as originally quoted. Both Anthony Maggio and the mechanic were personable and professional. I feel confident in their professional competencies and that "they have my back". Thanks!

I went to Quirk the week of thanksgiving to check out the new chevy malibu. It being a few days before the holiday it took me 3 hours to get to the dealership from work when realistically I was only a half hour away! Thankfully when I got there my cars salesman Dan had the car I wanted to test drive, in both colors I was debating between, all ready for me. After selecting my car, which was after closing hours at this point, Dan stayed late with me to help me finalize my purchase and get everything ready to pick the car up the next day. Quirk can get the plates and registration all ready for you so you can drive it straight off the lot! Luckily the drive to the dealership the next day went much smoother and I was probably at the dealership for 15 minutes tops that day before I got to take it home! Overall great experience, would definitely recommend Quirk Chevy, and Dan, to those looking to buy GM automobiles.

I saw Quirk Chevrolet's ad in the Boston Globe. I called and spoke to someone named "David" who quoted me a lowball price on a 2014 Chevy Traverse. I drove 45 minutes, got to the dealership and of course David was not there. A salesman politely tried to explain that there must have been a mistake and that the price I was quoted was very low. While waiting I had my car appraised for trade in. I spoke briefly to an obnoxious, militant individual who offered me a lowball of $5,000 for my trade. Previously in shopping at several other dealerships, I had been offered in the range of $7300-8500. I asked for the manager and spoke to an individual who told me the figure I was quoted was unrealistic and he offered to "fire" David who had of course left. He couldn't come close to the offered price. He was very condescending. Apologizing, yet laughing in my face at the same time. I left. Terrible experience. Sleazy.

I recently leased a new Chevy Equinox from this dealership. I began by submitting an online query to five different dealers regarding this specific model. I received a quick reply and a payment quote from Lauren at Quirk Chevy. I visited the dealership the next day. I was immediately greeted when I walked in by John Coelho. John spent the next couple of hours with me going over payment scenarios and negotiating a deal that fit my budget. He got me the amount I needed to get for my trade. I always felt that John was on my side as he took my counters to the Sales manager and eventually got me the right deal. During the test drive John was very thorough in explaining the features of the car. He showed me all of the different features and buttons. The next day I brought my wife with me to pick up our new car. John greeted us and hooked me up with a tech expert that walked us through getting OnStar and XM Radio accounts set up and again walked me through how to work all of the electronics in the car. My wife and I were extremely impressed with the dealership and with John especially. Everyone we dealt with was very friendly and professional. The dealership is very clean and everyone dressed professionally. I would absolutely buy from Quirk again and would recommend the dealer and John Coelho to anyone considering a purchase.

A week ago I came into Quirk Chevy in BRaintree, only to inquire about a new car. John Coelho greeted me immediately and sat down with me. I discussed what I was looking for and he listened. He didn't interupt me he really LISTENED to me. He was very laid back. I expressed my credit concerns. He explained the 5 tiers in which the bank qualifies with you. Not only did John puch for me to qualify in tier 3, but he then puched the bank to make me a tier 2...The second to best! After figuring out that I wanted to lease a 2014 Cruze John had me sign all the paperwork. He told me (this was last thursday) to come back Monday and the car would be all set. I have an hour drive home. 5 minutes on the road John told me to come back because he was going to get me in that car the same evening. He pushed paperwork through that normally takes 24 hours. He got the car inspected. Got new plates. Had it detailed. JOHN WAS PHENOMENAL. He was down to earth and he really worked for me. He wasn't just there to make a commission, no, he was determined to see me drive away happy. The whole financial team at QUIRK was phenomenal. From the start the experience felt different than at other dealerships, in a positive way. The phrase that the salesman used was "can I earn your business today?". The fact that he approached it from the angle of working for us to get the best deal he could was refreshing. This is the second car I have bought from Quirk and I will go back and see them again/ recommend them to others. If they have a vehicle your interested in I would encourage you to drive down and take a look.

I thought having to by a car would be a terrible experience and leave my wallet empty. Good thing i was wrong i recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car. My salesman was Sean he couldn't be more helpful. He got me a great price it seemed liked he listened to what i was looking for instead of just taking me to an overpriced car i wasn't interested in.He even bought me a drink from then vending machine. Overall the best car salesman i have had to deal with i would ask for sean if you want a good deal. The finance manager Fernanda was great she got me a lower price than i thought i would get and also gave me a great deal on an extended warranty. The sales manager George was also very helpful. Let me tell you just that I am disappointed on this matter. I drove all way from Milford and when I arrived there asking for the car they just sent me info about, happened that the car's real price is $ 28000.00 $13000.00 above what you are advertising it on the internet. Even worse, that car did not belong to Quirk Chevrolet but Quirk kia next door. The car is beautiful, yet very pricy and the information totally inaccurate.Please remove your advertising online since the pics do not belong to the car you are selling even worse since the car you are selling is not yours.Thank you!

Recently bought a nissan for myself and then took my mom over to quirk Chevy to get a new equinox. The experience was great from start to finish. Dealt with Lino and Fernanda.. Lino was excellent in meeting my moms needs and making her feel at ease.. When we got to the paperwork Fernanda did a great job explaining eveything and assisting us on protecting our purchase with a few warranties that I hope she never has to use.. They were both great and I would definitely recommend going there and asking for them .

On Sunday, 7/20/2014, we drove from NH for our appointment at the dealer. We were assisted by a very helpful Salesman, Peter D. Our trade was appraised by Atef R. Atef did not value our trade as high as we would have liked or needed to make a deal. We asked Atef why he valued it so low, he gave us several reasons. That was not the problem, the problem was that Atef became upset that we were asking for a better trade valuation and he became condescending, stood up to take a dominant position and got more upset. My wife and I were absolutely and completely turned off by the Atef's demeanor. We thanked Peter for his help, stood up and left the sales floor. We went outside to find that our truck was blocked so that we could not leave and had to return to the sales floor to ask Peter to move it. Another point for all to consider, just because they list that nice discount on their web page, does not mean that all discounts will be offered to you at the dealership even if you had them confirmed by the Internet Sales staff by requesting "My Price". This is the worst treatment we have ever received when attempting to purchase a new vehicle. Suffice it to say that we will not frequent Quirk Chevy in Braintree again!

I am a woman with damaged credit due to a divorce and I was driving an old broken terrible minivan. I had no hope of being able to get a new vehicle and was planning to have my father cosign (ugh!!! embarrassing!!!) I called the dealership, spoke with Greg and he told me, I bet we can get you a vehicle completely on your own. I thought he was crazy and didn't understand my situation. But I did the online application, Greg called me a half hour later and told me to come pick out a Cruze, Malibu, or possibly Equinox. I went and met Andre who was patient and explained everything. He got my monthly payment to very affordable. I cannot really explain in words how this has changed my life. BUYER BEWARE!!!! If there was a zero star option I would have chosen that! This dealership is sneaky & scummy. Do NOT buy a vehicle from them! The Vehicle wont even pass inspection. I purchased a truck from them in November 2013 & the asking price of the vehicle listed online was $30,995.00. I had not looked online for a price prior to going to look as vehicles. The number the sales person discussed with me was $31,600.00 ($605 higher than their asking price). I had purchased the truck & went home & reviewed the contact as this was the only documents they sent me home with (no Purchase & sale, no service contact, no warranty info, no odometer disclosure for either my trade in or new truck) when reviewing the contract I notice the cash price of the vehicle say 38,036.19!!!!! After trying to dealing with their finance manager who was a total & complete jerk I finally get the GM on the phone who agrees to meet with me & explain the numbers as they are not what was discussed. James Thorp the GM shows me the purchase & sale & explains that they moved money around to do me a favor & get my monthly payment where I wanted it. I went home that night still confused & the more & more I looked at the paper work (which I had to request to be emailed to me & there are multiple sets of the same paper work with different signatures from dealer employees on each one) it still made did not make since. After finally figuring out there numbers they raised the price of the vehicle to this made up number that was $3640.00 above asking price which also caused me to pay $352.50 extra in sales tax. Needless to say they did me absolutely no favor at all by over charging me $3992.50 for the truck. To do me a favor would have been to let me drive home with no new vehicle & go to a dealer who was not xxxxxxxx. If I were to get in to an accident & the truck was totaled I would be on the line for probably about $5000 - $6000 after the insurance company paid out the claim. The truck wont pass inspection due to them selling an unsafe vehicle as well. Do not buy a vehicle from Quirk!

They lure you in with great "Internet pricing" then completely deny those prices exist and the rude sales pitches begin. The process began with waiting 20 minutes for somebody to get keys to a dirty tahoe with with scratches on rear quarter panel the salesman tried to tell me weren't there. This particular salesman (who was so rude and forgettable) had no clue of what the sellable features of the Tahoe were and basically just opened the doors for me to look in. When I asked to see another one with different seating options, he acted like it was a crazy request and trudged away. We went in to the showroom and I asked to get his best numbers on the 2013's we looked at; they were 10K greater than the quote I was given by an internet salesperson. The lies continued with the salesman saying that I was making the quoted number up. At this point I simply stood up and walked out- "salesman of the year" tried to get me back in by telling me I wouldn't find a cheaper one anywhere. Best way to handle these bozos is to simply leave. After this horrible waste of almost 2 hours I drove down the road 10 mins and bought a 2014 for close to 3K less than the 2013 offered at quirk. AVOID THIS PLACE!I would give the salesman's name but I don't recall it, as he only mumbled it once throughout the whole process.

I can not say enough about the excellent experience I had with the service department and Service Manager, Jeff Hines, at Quirk Chevrolet. My 2010 Equinox was in because there was a loud rattling noise when I started the car and accelerated - I had received a letter from Chevrolet/GM in regards to this problem so it was covered. I had asked Jeff to also give a multi-point inspection and fill/refill/change fluids - I was expecting to be told that numerous fluids/filters etc. would need to be changed but to my surprise, Jeff honestly explained that everything looked great and that I should keep an eye on my tires over the next 6 months. I am so satisfied with the service performed and feel great knowing that I wasn't overcharged for any unnecessary services. I was looking at a truck through quirk chevrolet a nissan titan. My girlfriend and I spent a good 3.5 hours at the dealership. When they were running the credit application they did not once come and check on us or give us an update. Before I even signed anything or gave them a yes on buying the vehicle my girlfriend noticed that the sales man was taking my plates off of my current vehicle without asking any permission to do so. I decided that I wanted to think about the deal they were offering me for a day, when I told the finance manager that he became very pushy and very rude. They also failed to give me back my registration after appraising my vehicle they claimed to have mailed it but its been a week and a half and I still haven't received it (the dealer is 45 minutes from me).

I can honestly say I've never been spoken to in such a disrespectful manner in my life. Not only were our two visits there a big waste of time and money, but they deleted the previous review my fiance left. How professional of them. But I will make sure anybody that I know will not step foot in there either. If you want to be hung up on by customer service, treated like a piece of dirt, and have your time wasted by them giving you a run around... By all means enter at your own risk. They were so sketchy about everything, and could not give a straight answer to any question that was asked. They are two-faced and can't be trusted. They don't know what it means to return a phone call, and have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The Sales Manager Wissam Bassil is an absolute nightmare to deal with. I can't believe he's allowed to work with the public. Do not waste your time.

I visited this dealer shopping for an SUV. I was not completely happy with the value given for my trade, so I decided not to purchase. A few days later I was contacted via email, and one of the managers, Jeff Ford, told me that they could do better. I set up a time with him to come back. On arriving I asked for Jeff, and was handed off to another salesman. I had to explain everything that Jeff had told me, just to have to sit and wait two hours while they determined price and value for my trade. (I was already given this and had to negotiate again) . The other manager James Thorpe informed me that him and Jeff do not communicate about these things. I asked him to get Jeff, who was in the building, but he refused. I further asked, in a day were email, text messaging, and many other means of communication are available, how is it that him and another manager do not communicate. After a frustrating conversation James agreed at almost the pricing that Jeff had given me. Just to have be wait another hour and a half to draw up paperwork with a higher price on it. Unbelievably, horrible experience. Jeff Ford and James Thorpe are both dishonest, shady manages. It is completely unacceptable to try and get a customer to come back a second time, by lying and even worse to agree on a price to only 90 mins later hand me paperwork to sign that states differently. DO NOT GIVE THIS DEALERSHIP YOUR BUSINESS OR EVEN YOUR TIME.

I recently leased a Chevy Volt from Quirk Chevrolet. First, Jason Angelesco provided a lease and trade quote by email, then I came to the dealership and worked with a salesman, Karim Algohari. I thought that the whole sales team was excellent. They provided a fair and reasonable quote by email and they honored the quote. Then Karim showed me the car in detail, very thoroughly, and was kind, helpful, and patient throughout the process. I would describe the interactions as serious, professional and honest. We negotiated the purchase of a truck for a 5.5-year loan. When they did the paperwork, they had created a loan for 7 years, and we didn't realize it until too late. They knew we were discussing a monthly payment for a 5.5 year loan, and they acted like they were coming down to what we could afford to pay monthly for the 5.5-year loan. However, they deceitfully wrote up the paperwork for 7 years, and we didn't catch it. When my husband went to sign the papers, they didn't give him copies of everything. I emailed several times over a couple of months to get copies, and never received another thing. I know it was dumb of us to not have realized this. Be that as it may, this is so crooked and dishonest. I would NEVER deal with them again. Who does that. That's why car sales people are stereotyped as slick snake-oil salespeople, and Quirk Chevrolet lived right up to that stereotype.

I've never bought from a dealer before, because I worked for one years ago, and let's face it, there are plenty of reasons not to trust some of them. But overall, it was a really painless experience. John Coelho, who handled the rest of the sale was very up-front and open about the whole process and there were no shenanigans. I kept expecting to see some extra fees or something hidden in the final paperwork, but there were none. The final price was the one that we'd originally agreed on. Jeff and John were straight shooters and very professional, and as far as I'm concerned, those are the most important things to look for at a car dealership. I would definitely recommend them.

Although it did take some pretty good time to what we both thought was a fair trade in allowance and price for the vehicle, my overall experience with both the guys bend the desk and karim was one that I am happy with. I purchased a 2013 suburban. He made everything clear and was honest enough for any salesman. I would definitely recommend asking for Karim the next time your looking to buy a car truck or SUV.

I was greeted by Lino and I explained to him that I was'nt buying a car today and that I was only shopping around and Lino took the time and energy to show me different vehicles and prices. Quirk isn't the first dealership I have gone to but it's the only one who took the time to work with me knowing I wasn't buying a car today. Lino then brought the general manager over named James thorp and again he was also very pleasant and I didn't feel pressures by either one. When I am ready to buy a car I will go back and see Lino and James.

I called three times to verify deal with internet sales Manager -, the third time as I drove out my driveway for the hour drive to Braintree. I wanted a chevy Volt and was buying that day they assured me they had TWO, a black and a white with the options we had discussed at an advertised price.I arrived early, drove fast and guess what, THEY HAD NONE, zip zero and then changed the price by $160/month to take a car that was coming in in THREE weeks! I hadn't heard so many LIES, like I did in the two hours I was there trying to get them to produce ANY Volt at the advertised price, it NEVER happened, I even said I would go to thier New Hampshire store that they said they sent the white one too the day before- MORE LIES, I called the New Hampshire store to check as I waited to hear the next song and dance number! I then LEFT DISGUSTED by this Dealership!! I called BOCH Toyota the next day on thier AD car, they verified that they had the car and the price, I drove over and met a salesman named Krishna Murthy, who met with me showed me the car explained EVERYTHING and the WHOLE experience was POLAR OPPOSITE to that at Quirk. They even thru in FREE mudflaps for the car and the price was EXACTLY as they said in the Ad.I pick up my NEW Highlander tomorrow; BOCH TOYOTA WINS my vote as a quality car dealer !!! Price was my first concern. I pitted as many dealerships against each other as possible. It's the same exact car since I will be ordering it from the factory, so everyone's price will be the same. So it all comes down to who will give me the best deal. I started via the Internet looking at all the area Chevrolet web sites. When I was visiting Quirk's site I tried the "chat live" pop up and chatted with Angela. She was extremely helpful. I'm not the easiest customer, I work hard for my money, so I can be demanding and I expect professionalism. You can bet I will have questions, lots of them, so you better know your stuff because I've done my research. Well Angela did not disappoint, she was professional, very knowledgeable and always got back to me promptly. You can also be sure I'll ask a few questions that I already know the answer to just to see if you really know what you're talking about, and like I said "Angela did not disappoint". I'll give you an example of what I do not put up with, we stopped by Colonial South in Dartsmouth, now mind you, I'm in a 2011 Red Jewel SS Camaro, and I approach one of the salemans and asked "do you have any ZL1's on the lot". He looks me in the eye and tells me "oh, those aren't out yet, I can show you an SS or other model". If you think you can start out a deal by lying to me in the first sentence you got another thing coming. I said "not only are the 2012's out, but some dealerships already have 2013's on the lot". He started mumbling on and on and I said "later, no thanks" and we got back in our car. You can be sure I wont ever waste my time visiting them or recommending, actually if you're asking me about dealerships, well that one I'll tell you not to waste your time. My local Plymouth dealership gave me a great deal on our 2011 SS, but the sales manager Frank no longer worked there, and the new sales manager offerered me a decent deal, but it turned out they didn't have an allocation. That being said, if I had placed my order it could take months before they got an allocation so the order would just sit waiting and waiting. Quirk's price was less, but it also meant driving 20 miles further, much heavier traffic, so everything has to be factored in and it was, they definitely had the best deal and most important they had an allocation. Some of the other smaller dealerships told me "we've only had one ZL1 so far and we sell them at over sticker price, no way is Quirk selling you that car at invoice". Well they did sell it at invoice and that's a great deal!Overall it was a really good experience. Everyone was great, my salesman Ron was exceptional, patient and easy going. When I contacted Angela on her off day, her boss Jeff immediately let me know she had the day off and he would gladly assist me with anything I needed. I admire professionalism, honesty and a dedicated loyal staff. Quirk met all of my requirements and that's not easily done. When we picked up our vehicle it was what I expected, parked right in front, and ready to go. I got a quick tour of the service department and was introduced to Carl the service manager. Thats the way it should be done! I highly recommend Quirk Chevrolet and have touted them on the Camaro forum web site. I did my homework and Quirk had the best price and a great staff. Can't beat that, another happy customer!

Had an appointment for service work for Friday 9 am. Drop it off Thursday evening . Told them to check to see if there was an oil cooler in the radiator . I was getting oil in the coolant. Picked up a rental car and left. Called Friday evening and they hadn't had a chance to look at it yet, but was on the schedule for first thing Saturday morning. Called Saturday afternoon and Kenny said they hadn't looked at it yet but he would grab a technician and take a look. Their diagnosis was a cracked block after looking at it no longer than 5 minutes. He said they would look into it futher on Monday morning. Monday afternoon I was told someone had been looking at it but had to be pulled off. This is when I lost my patience with them. Told them if it wasn't looked at by Tuesday evening I was coming to get it. They called Tuesday and said they took a sample of the coolant and it tested out good and the only way oil could have gotten into the coolant was if another mechanic had reused some old coolant. They then said an oil change and coolant flush would get us home to Missouri, 1400 miles away. Called us back at 4:40 to tell us it was ready. We left then and arrived at 6 pm . They tried to charge me for 6 days rental on a car , they reduced it to 3. Should have only been 2 days.When I arrived back Cambridge there was again oil in the coolant. I then called Rogers radiator and had the radiator replaced . Problem solved. The most upsetting thing is that I told them on 3 seperate occasions to check the oil cooler in the radiator.

I came in to quirk just to look and ending up leaving with a brand new traverse. I hated the car I came in with and was worried that the fact I had just bought it would be a problem. Milton was great though he showed me a million different cars trucks and SUV. After I selected the one I liked we talked about price and all the other business. They gave me a fair price right from the get go and didn't pressure me. It was very comfortable . So in the end not only dis I get a great deal I kept the same car payment even though I took a loss on my trade. Bought suburban in October 2010 from Quirk Boston. Salesperson seemed uninterested in making deal. Months later I get excise tax because my salesperson forgot to send in my plates. My salesperson finally finds the plates and sends them in and tells me that I'll get a check in the mail. The check never comes and the tax is doubled and the city threatens to get a warrant for me if it's not paid. I have now spoken to four "managers" with no response. Many people advised me that Quirk service was poor. They have obviously earned their reputation. I will be sure to share my Quirk experience with anyone who will listen.

I drove to Quirk Chevrolet in Braintree from the Cape and had no intention on purchasing that specific day. I had been to two other dealerships and the sales associates hardly gave an effort to assist me or to even talk to me let alone greet me. While searching for what my next car would be, I came across Quirk Chevrolet. Just by looking at their online inventory, I could tell that this was a dealership I wanted to do business with. After two weeks of researching the 2011 Camaro RS I decided to go to the dealership and see it in person. As soon as I arrived at Quirk Chevrolet the sales associates were all in the parking lot and looked ready to help every customer that entered their lot. Once I located the 2011 Camaros, I found the one that I have been fascinated with for 2 weeks. Jean Toussaint approached me and presented himself very professionally. By no means did I feel pressured when he had been talking to me and I immediately felt that he wanted to do what was best for me. Jean made car shopping fun and a personal experience as well as a relationship building experience. I'm 22 years old and just graduated from college so it was quite obvious that I live on a budget. Jean recognized this, discussed my comfort zone in pricing, and how he can he me make the Camaro RS mine. During the entire experience, Jean worked with me regardless of the rules and requirements that he had to follow himself. Jean, as well as the financing associates, were very patient and clearly explained everything that was going on in regards to my trade in and the Camaro that I decided to purchase. This is the best dealership that I have ever come across. Jean understood that a car is a major purchase and he provided exceptional customer service. It was the best customer service that I have ever had in retail hands down. Jean also did something that I don't think any sales associate for any company would ever do for their customer. He drove me around Braintree at 6:40 pm to find a Citizens Bank before they close at 7:00pm so I can get my down deposit. I couldn't be more appreciative that he did that so I could leave with the car that day. I purchased the Camaro of my dreams and could not be happier. Quirk Chevrolet in Braintree will be my primary dealership and Jean Toussaint will be my go to associate from here on.

That is my second truck in 3 years, Never did I feel pressured into buying the vehicle and it was a pleasure in dealing with both Wissam and James. Love my new Cruze. They had so many Cruze on the lot and Jon Greene was more than willing to help me pick one out. Quirk got me approved same day and let me take it that right away. I am extremely happy with the whole experience. Still have not figured how to use all the options in the car yet there are so many.

This most recent purchase of a 2011 Chevy Avalanche LTZ is my third new Avalanche since 2005.It is my 28th new vehicle, 24 of them from General Motors,I have purchased a new Camaro, a new Corvette convertible, 2 new trailblazers, a new Equinox, and 2 new Avalanches from Quirk Chevrolet.The experience of buying a new vehicle is almost equal to going back to the dentist after a 25 year absence.You know you will be there for awhile, and you know you will be uncomfortable.However, at Quirk it was like gentle sedation dentistry.The whole experience was actually almost fun.OK, it was fun.I called Haikle first to find out how much equity I had in my older vehicle.I asked him if I could upgrade to the new 2011 LTZ and keep my payment the same.He said 'yes' and I went in for my appointment to meet Sam, my salesman, and whom I most highly recommend.I was on time and he was waiting for me at the door with a friendly 'hello, Mr. Lynch'We sat down, I chose which of the 5 black LTZ's Quirk had in stock, they took about one minute to assess my dented trade in, and within 5 minutes I had a contract with all the terms stated in my hands, signed it, got approval in less than that, and had the deal completed in moments.It doesn't get easier than that!Other dealers have consumed 4-6 hours on a similar deal without a body damaged trade-in.I have spent entire days at some dealerships when there was a minor problem, working, persevering, trying to make the deal go down with encouragement from the salesman while the management kept making me 'negotiate', and after an entire day of exhausting going back and forth, actually leaving the dealership empty handed, and having to start the entire process all over again with another dealer.In this last deal, I checked with other dealerships nearby.Only one had a vehicle I wanted, QUIRK had 5.That other dealership was one we spent too much time with previously, and walked out after many hours, while we were waiting to hear from 'upstairs' for an OK to our last offer.BTW, the price I received for my trade-in at QUIRK was better than I expected.I have walked into other dealerships and felt like a piece of meat entering a cage ofstarving vultures, afraid of giving any eye contact, fearing I would have to deal with the alfa male responder when all I wanted was a catalog or a look at a showroom vehicle.You can see why I have rated my vehicle purchase with QUIRK the best in the industry.Robert Lynch

We live on Cape Cod, but went "off-Cape" with the intention of going to a few Chevy dealerships in order to compare models/prices of used vs. new Chevy Traverses at each of them. This was a trip to research our options, but we ended up buying one at Quirk--the first dealership we went to, and not because we felt pushed into it at all.Sam greeted us warmly and professionally as soon as we arrived, but didn't pounce on us either. We loved working with him! He's really a great guy.We'd already done our research, so we told him what features were important to us, and which ones weren't critical (aka, those we didn't want to pay extra for), so he showed us several models accordingly, and didn't try to "sell up" to us at all. We were amazed at their selection.The price we got was very fair, as was the trade-in for our very beat up, high-mileage old minivan. Because of Chevy's and/or Quirk's month-/year-end sales promotions and the financing option we chose, it was about the same price to buy a new '11 model as it would have been w/out those promotions for a '09 or '10, so it was a no-brainer!Sam's also been excellent since then in following up about our registration, making sure we're all set and happy with our car choice, etc. Oh, and we LOVE our new Traverse!! What an awesome vehicle for the price.

I went to Quirk to look at cars and ended up buying one that day! I worked with John Oliva who was extremely helpful. He showed me all of my options and all the information that I needed regarding pricing, vehical information and even what was best for my credit. Mr. Oliva had everything set, it was quick and easy. I ended up with a car I love and never thought I would have! I would recommend Quirk to anyone looking for a new or used car!

Great overall experience. Went into Quirk Pre-Owned on a referral from a friend and was pleased with the experience. Like any used car purchase it helps to know what your looking for and do the research because these guys want to sell you a car.Within a couple hours found the truck I wanted, got a good trade-in value, and was able to drive away that night.Ask for John Oliva to find you the right car, and tell the GM Chris Collins to get you the best deal. (or ask nicely)

Already knew we wanted a Cobalt. We were put off by other dealerships where the finance people seemed really slick/shady, and we were worried about getting ripped off by them. John in Finance is very professional and knowledgeable about the cars and the math, was really interested in our deal and making this work for us specifically at Quirk which resulted in his streamlining the whole process for us. He really made it effortless! We were looking to pay within a certain monthly payment and he hit the target. As far as price paid, we weren't looking to "steal" the car, but got a great deal without feeling ripped off. Thank you! We'll be back :)

Just wanted to thank you Quirk Chevrolet again and all the management for how well my family and I were treated by Mr. James Thorp and the Quirk staff. I was a bit skeptical about purchasing a car sight unseen from an out of state dealership, but Mr. Thorps manner and desire to please us left me feeling confident about the transaction. We dove five hours to pick up the car and another five hours to return it home. I would (and will) do this again. Mr. Thorp was prompt to return all my calls and messages and was not put off my automotive idiosyncrasies. I now have two Z06s in my garage each work flawlessly. Although they are only a model year apart there are noticeable differences in the driving. The 2008 is sprung softer, is more luxurious and has a lighter clutch. The 2007 is noisier and more stiffly sprung. It is a basic Z06. The clutch requires strong thigh muscles. The red Corvette is an attention getter, but the black has a certain elegance. If Quirk Chevy ever needs a satisfied customer reference to reassure someone, Id be happy to oblige. Good luck to Quirk Chevy and hope to see you soon!

I am very pleased with the customer service I received while purchasing my car at Quirk Chevy. I have always loved Chevy's and believe the deal I got my car was awesome! The sales guy, Curtis Reid, was very knowledgeable and helpful and made sure that during my time at the dealership I was treated with respect. He was friendly and patient as he answered all of the many questions I had. I have recommended this dealership to two of my friends as well.

Bought a 2005 Honda Odessey from Sean Griffin at Quirk Chevrolet. Sean was great to work with. He Showed me all of the options and went through everything with me. He walked me through each step and was very patient and did not project the usual "Car salesman" attitude. Most dealerships tend to be high pressure, pushy and overall unpleasant but not at Quirk Chevy! Absolutely horrible. All of Quirk's dealerships have a sales approach that is straight out of 1985. Very pushy! Apparently Dan Quirk doesn't want to get with the times because he teaches all of his salespeople to try to force-feed the cars to the customer. Their prices may be low but that's not the most important thing to most car shoppers. Try showing some class and CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

My husband and I were in te market for a new vehicle and had shoppd several locations.We eventually visited Quirk Chevy. We should have started there because it was really a painless experience. The sales manager, Mario Dias, was an honest, no nonsense type of man. He was fair an not just out to make the sale. My husband even liked him and commented on his integrity. I'm not the type of person who normally writes revies however, he was so impressive and honest that I felt compelled to acknowledge this fine character trait which often is lacking in the automobile sales industry.

I was in the area when my Buick started making noise when i wanted to brake. I pulled in without an appointment and was greated right away and made to feel comfortable. I spoke to Stan, and he quickly recognized I was nervous, he walked me out to my car got some information and told me he would have one the mechanics look at my car within a few minutes and he would then tell me what i needed. He also said he wouldn't even charge me to look at my car. In about a half an hour Stan said I only needed front brake pads, the rear were in fine shape. He even told me they are currently having a GM special and that it would only cost me 74.95 with the mail in-rebate. I have many friends in the Quincy/Braintree area and will tell everyone I know that Quirk Chevrolet is the place to go if you need any work done. I was out and all fixed very quickly.

I purached one of the new Chevrolet Equinox's in Decemeber and received a recall. I called the Dealer and was told to bring it right in, An appointment was not necessary.After bringing in my car I was told I could wait and watch TV in there "Very nice" service area. I was in and Out in a snap. I am VERY impressed how easy it was and how great the Service was.I guess I found a new Dealer to visit. A+

Ken in the service area took care of me. I needed to get in and out. When I called to see if I could get in today Ken said that was not a problem. Bring it right down he said. He took his time in understanding the problems with my car. He even called the dispatcher to come up so he could explain why I had to get in and out. Jamie was very understanding too. He told me it was not a problem that he would make sure I would get to my appt on time. In the end I was out sooner then I thought I would be. My car was fixed right. Ken and Jamie save my day. It could of been a very bad day but turned out great thanks to them.

My husband and I went to Quirk Cheverolet to buy a new pick up truck. We had gone to a few other dealers in the area, they were not as nice as all the people that work at Quirk. I had printed out a price from Quirk's internet add, and took it to one other dealer he would not even come close to that price. He told us if we could buy that truck for that price good luck. He also said that their would be a lot of hidden prices included. Well be got to Quirk Cheverolt and was greeted so friendly, I showed Jessica the add, and we got the truck for exactly what the add was quoted. Our overall experience was terriff. We waited for the truck the same day. Financed it and we were all the road in a few hours with our new truck. Rides beautiful. When I am in need of a new car again I will definetly come back to Quirk.
