My two daughters and I each have a car in the yard. My youngest daughter has a 2008 Hyundai Accent. My oldest daughter has a 2016 Hyundai Elantra, and now I have the 2017 Hyundai Elantra, so you can see we rely on the Hyundai brand. We appreciate the safety features, which is the most important, and after my oldest daughter had a recent scare with her previous vehicle, which was also an older Hyundai Elantra, it proved how well the airbags and roll bars work as the car rolled four times. The new 2017 Elantra is innovative and offers a nice selection of colors. If I could wish for one thing, I would wish for an option for a darker interior on the beige car; however, that is minor. Safety first. Thank you!

He answered all questions and was very patient in explaining the features of my new car and gave a tour of the facilities that I would encounter in the future for normal checkups, etc. I would definitely visit Quirk Hyundai again.

Best dealership in this area. This is my third car from this dealership. Darrin Nason is the sales person & the best. They are fast in processing the paperwork. Car is ready for you to drive off in less than an hour. They washed & I asked them in the deal to wax it & they did. Never driven a Hybrid so I had a few questions & they gave me the answers

My sales experiences at Quirk Hyundai have always been friendly and highly professional. Sales staff greet you when you enter and on return visits, take care to connect you with the sales person you've been working with. They are helpful and informative without being aggressive, which makes for a pleasant sales experience. The Service Department is equally professional and friendly, and my car has always been ready when promised and the estimates accurate. I wouldn't think of having my car serviced anywhere other than at Quirk Hyundai.

My 2014 Dodge Avenger was totaled in a car accident, on 05/10/2016. I looked at the reviews for the Hyundai Sonata, and never having one before, decided to replace the Avenger with a Hyundai- so far, I`m glad I did. "At Quirk Hyundai they do not use aggressive sales techniques - unlike many other dealerships. I live within the same vicinity of 4 Hyundai dealerships. While shopping for a Sonata I visited all of them. Quirk was the only store where I was not asked questions/comments from 1970's, treating their customers like a 3rd graders: ""It only matters to us if you are BUYING A CAR TODAY"" ""We will give you a great price but it is good ONLY TODAY"", ""I can only disclose a good price if you write me a promissory note that you will buy this car from us"", ""No, we will not let you copy/take a picture of the deal sheet!"" At Quirk, they simply gave me their best price (and it was really the best among all 4 dealerships) and let me go out with the deal sheet without wringing my wrists. Unlike other dealers their sales tactics approach is absolutely non-confrontational - and this is what I appreciated the most in this vehicle purchasing process. It was also the main reason that I bought the car from Quirk, but not from other dealers. After getting their price I called them the next day and finalized the deal in a very civilized way. This is the service and approach of the 21st century - unfortunately most dealers still remain in the 1990's, and their methods of forceful sales deter informed consumers . Nason even put a huge red bow on the day of the car pickup which makes the day feel celebratory. I wish I could attach a picture here. I shared the pictures with multiple friends and colleagues in social networks and in person: most comments I got were about a great bow and customer treatment rather than my new vehicle, which is funny! :) Everybody thought the bow was the most wonderful touch and regretted they did not get such a ""royal treatment"" when they were buying their vehicles. Nason and Mark also provided a couple of ""freebbies"" (rear bumper protective film and mud guards) - important - AFTER we agreed on the price (usually if you do not negotiate them prior to finalizing the price - it is too late). I would like to wholeheartedly praise Quirk staff and administration for re-thinking their sales approaches and methodology, for their great friendly service. It surely works in my case: I am happy and they got a sale. :)"

The Hyundai Tucson sells itself. This is the second Tucson I have purchased/leased. We went back to Hyundai and specifically sought out our salesman (Nason Bean)- Nason has sold me my last 3 vehicles and my daughter's first new vehicle all in the past 5 years. Nason has always been honest and straight forward in my dealings with Hyundai and is one of the biggest reasons I return to this dealership again and again. We had an excellent experience shopping for a vehicle at Quirk Hyundai in Bangor. We were given some time to browse before being approached by the salesperson and the salesperson took some time to get to know us and our needs before recommending various models to us. Once we decided upon the 2015 Santa Fe Limited Ultimate, the staff were efficient in completion of the required paperwork and service. Knowing that we weren't from the area and would have some traveling to do to get home, the salesperson ensured that the closing of the deal went promptly and that the vehicle was inspected thoroughly. I initially started at Quirk Chevy after the salesman there showed me the Cruze which I requested to see. I advised I was also very interested in the Hyundai Elantra, he promptly took me to the Hyundai portion of the dealership and introduced me to a sales rep from that particular dealer he also stayed with me through the whole process to ensure that I was in fact getting what I was looking for. I was very impressed with both salesmen, who took the time to ensure I would be satisfied with which ever vehicle I chose. I am glad I got the Elantra it is sporty and very fuel efficient.

I have had my outlander 2011 since it was bought new off the lot I would never go back to anything but ! The service at Quirks Hundi is the most helpfull,honest and always with a smile there. I have always been treated as customers should the second you walk threw the door its like (SMILE) always know right who I am and just needed to add this for their records i give them a A+ on everything !
