im a new shop just opening , get a customer in with a o5 nissan altima , the ignition coils where burning up , found a bad negative battery cable ( common problem ) spent the day looking over wiring after the car still wouldn't start , had no injector pulse , found the ECM faulty , had to tow the car to quirk to have that job done ( most shops cant reprogram computers , common practice ) i get a call from quirk saying the new ecm is bad and that they wouldnt work on the car because " it was too old , had too many miles on it " , but when i called to set up the appointment , they had no problem taking it in ( even though it was " old" ) they knew the problem ahead of time , but when faced with a difficult situation , they tell me we wont work on the car , ILL NEVER DEAL WITH QUIRK NISSAN AGAIN !!!! EVER , after how i was treated there

Took my car on thursday and it was supposed to be ready by Saturday, it wasn't even ready untill following week Thursday, when i got there, they told me it would take 1 hr to diagnose the car but i ended up staying there for 4F Hours just to remind them i was still there, and they diagnised the car and gave me a ridiculous cost, and after that they called me to tell me my car had other problems, and i was mad and told them not to fix it, i know you are a dealer, but thats not the way to look for money especially from people like me, xxxx no, but Chris was the man there and i would give him some credit... But the other especially rude receptionist are all crazy... Never ever to go ther again

My husband spoke with a saleswoman over the phone and she advised us to come in. We were very wary because there was one dealership which I will not name told us the same thing(just come in, of course they didn't have what we wanted.) Upon arriving at Quirk, we were greeted by a young gentleman named Dung. We never got to meet the saleswoman my husband had spoken with. Apparently she had left for the day. We thought it was kind of odd at first since my husband spoke with her 2 hours prior. Honestly, we didn't care who helped us. What I liked was that Dung didn't have to ask us again what we were looking for since we spoke with someone else. He just walked us to the Rogue we wanted. His manager Ronny offered us an unbelievable deal. They really do have a great team here. It was too bad we had to pick it up the next day since the dmv was already closed for the day.

I didn't really need a new car, but my job just moved further so I wanted to get something a little bit better on gas and more comfortable than my current car. I'd do all of my research prior to buying anything. I knew exactly what I wanted. Read a lot of mixed reviews about this dealer. I decided to take a trip down to quincy anyways because tony's clam shop just opened up. These guys eat, sleep, and breath Nissan. The salesman that sold me my new Altima was like a walking brochure. No really. He literally answered every single question that I had without hesitation. Overall, I had an spectacular experience and will be coming back in 3 years to lease another Nissan. Hopefully Dung will be there!

stopped by the dealership after receiving a phone call notifying me of a leading rewards program going on. I intended to gain more information during this visit but ended up walking away leasing a brand new car. I was greeted by Pedro who appeared friendly and relatable. He was very nice and did not come across aggressive or pushy. He explained the leading rewards program and let me test drive a new car that would fit my price range. Unfortunately, I prefer cars with several perks, putting me way over my price range. Again, Pedro tried his best to accommodate me without being pushy or aggressive (which was refreshing). When he had done all he could do for me finance wise, he was able to call on the store manager to assist him with getting me an affordable deal. In walks his manager and after several deal offers made, we finally agreed to a fair price for the vehicle I wanted. I think the best part of the experience was that I didn't feel pressured or 'ganged up on' at all. I would definitely recommend this dealership to those looking to lease or buy

I went in at 4:30pm and came out with a leased 2015 Altima SV, within an 2hrs from Mr Yaw. I went in, thinking there's NO WAY they will do anything for me. But Mr Yaw worked his magic, and BOOM, he's asking me what color I want, so I was in shock, so I picked black. The only reason I would consider driving 80 miles to purchase a car was because I thought I was going to get a fantastic discount which I saw on the website of Quirk Nissan in Quincy MA. They were offering a 2015 Juke S model for $19,990. Compared to other dealerships in the lower New England area, that price was about $2000 to $3000 off the average. I must say that the salesman was very knowledgeable and informative on the Juke. When it came time to draw up the paperwork for a closing price I was in for the shock of my life. The color of the car was different than the one advertised, so the price went up $425. An $825 delivery charge was also added onto the price. Because I wasn't a college student or a recent graduate with a degree within the last two years the price went up another $750. Floor matts came with the car for an additional $450. For that price I told them I would purchase my own at a local auto store back home. They said I couldn't do that and that I had to take their matts. A few more extras were added on to bring the total to $23,100. After three attempts to get the price down, the best the dealer could do was $21,600.After I had returned home, I decided to call the dealership on the following day to discuss the misleading advertisement on their webpage. I called the cell phone of the salesman who dealt with me and left a voice message. I then called the dealership to speak to the owner Mr. Quirk. He wasn't available so I had a lengthy talk with his secretary. She said she would pass along the info. to him. It has now been two days with no response from either person. Now I know why they say "You Can't Trust A Car Salesman". A 160 mile round trip all for nothing!

I recently bought my 5th car from Quirk Nissan. I've dealt with Keith Krepon every time, and sales associate Pedro with the past two purchases. Keith is a straight shooter, easy to deal with and will work with you within the price range you want to be in. I've tried looking at comparable models each time, but I keeping coming back to Keith at Quirk Nissan. These guys are great and do not push you into anything, and if anything they give you options. I recommend Keith at Quirk Nissan all day.

As a novice in the car purchasing arena, I walked into Quirk Nissan with a "no thanks, just lookin'" mentality - that all changed when I was approached by a well dressed individual by the name of Mike Morris. He did not try to hard sell me on the first car on the lot like your run-of-the-mill car salesman, he had time for me. Though I was awestruck by his appearance, and general demeanor; what impressed me most about Mike was his attitude, and ability to relate to me as a customer. To this day, he regularly checks in on me, and the well being of the vehicle I bought from Quirk Nissan - and he will even go as far as to give me style/hair advice when needed! To Mike's credit, he was able to seal the deal relatively quickly despite some lackadaisical behavior from the paper work department; but I was lucky enough to take a seat at what appeared to be the cleanest desk in the showroom. In closing, I cant speak highly enough of Quirk Nissan after my experience with Mike, and would endorse him for any promotion within the company.

A couple of weeks ago I was car shopping. I had gone to a few dealerships on the automile, and also had done some shopping online. I was very overwhelmed by the car buying experience because I am a single mother of two. Both of my baby daddys are out of the picture so it was up to me to do it all myself, i'm used to it though. But I digress, so being from Weymouth, I decided to give some local dealerships a shot. I stumbled upon Quirk Nissan because my aunt drives a Nissan Murano and she said it was a reliable vehicle so I gave it a shot. When I came in I was met at the door by a dark haired 20-something year old named Mike. Mike was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. After test driving a few vehicles we landed on a Sentra. (Fell in love with the Altima but my credit, not so good) We went back and forth 'negotiating' and after a few trips up to the front desk Mike returned with a gentleman that identified himself as Keith K. Keith explained in detail the process of financing and after 5 minutes with Keith I went from somebody with zero knowledge of financing to someone who was confident that they could sell someone else a car. I picked up my 2015 Sentra 2 days later from Mike and a very nice young man named Nolan who helped me set up my bluetooth. Keith was there to say hi and asked me about my children. I was surprised he remembered me but I was humbled and moved at the level of customer service this establishment had. Since picking up my vehicle Mike has been diligent checking in with me about my vehicle and I could not be happier to know that I was not just another sale to him.

We have been going to this dealer for a while, have bought several cars from them and referred plenty of people. We were happy loyal customers until they screwed us with this last deal. They sold us a CERTIFIED pre-owned Nissan which was fine, great car. What I don't understand is how you give us the car with a dent on the side, clearly it had been in an accident even though you checked off on the certification that it had a clean history. And then when we point it out to you, you first claim we did it when we hadn't even driven the car except to drive it home. Then, once their own staff admits to having seen the dent there when they handed it to us, then they said 'oh ok, yea it was like that but we won't fix it'. We argued back and forth and they reluctantly agreed to fix it but it never happened. They just played games telling us they ordered the part, or to bring it in that they would fix it. Each time the car sat on the lot for days and nothing happened. Then they say to pick it up because they're not ready to fix it. Now they're saying they won't fix it because it cost too much money. So I bought a Certified PreOwned car and you're promising me it has a clean history but I'm looking at the dent on it and now you're telling me I have to pay for it out of pocket???? Then they promise a $100 referral bonus for each person you send who buys a car and it's been months and still no check. Every time we call to ask for an update they say the check is ready, they're just waiting on a signature. I don't know any boss or supervisor who, over the course of 3 months, can't take a minute to sign off on a single check. What a joke!

Avoid this place, they are cheaters.Never ever e-sign on the documents, Insist for printed documents and go through them before signing.I first bought a used car for alsmost same price of a new one, right after a month, i had issues with the car and went back to ask the same. they found i was intrested in a new one and traped me into trading the used car i bought and buy a new one, they never explained me on how much i was losing on my old car as part of trade in.They confused me and made me sign the deal, later, after 3 days when i checked the statements i was paying, i was shocked to see the amount i still owe the bank. I went back to them saying there was a confusion, they showed me the e-documents i signed.They spoke with me very nicely all the time, but, end of day, i have lost so much money in the deal.

We first went to Quirk to buy a 2013 Nissan Altima S in Nov of 2012. They agreed to a price and gave us the car that we wanted for the price we wanted and the fair trade-in value of the 2007 Camry.About a week ago, we traded in our 2011 CR-V. This time, our salesperson Pedro Aponte and his manager Sean worked with us in purchasing a brand new 2015 Rogue SL. We again got a great trade-in value and we got the Rogue at the price we wanted. We never felt pressured and were satisfied with our purchase.

Found a vehicle I liked on line and decided to send an email and see if the vehicle was still available. Within minutes I heard back from Shirley, very pleasant to work with. I went into the dealership a few days later and they had the car waiting for me to test drive. I ended up buying the car the same day I saw it,. From first contact by phone with Sean, to my arrival at the dealership, and meeting Rotimi Abu, My salesman, everyone was pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I would not hesitate to refer anyone to this dealership. I have to say again, THANK YOU ALL FOR SUCH GREAT SERVICE!!! My experience was , for me, surreal. I did not think I would leave with another car using my last leg car as a trade, but they worked it out.

I was looking for one vehicle (Rogue) they had and one only. Specifically because it had a rare third row option. Utilizing todays car shopping options, I researched online and found the car I was looking for at Quirk. I called Quirk and spoke with Shirley. I explained what I was looking for and described a trade in I had (even gave VIN#) Shirley then tried to fast talk me into coming down and looking at the vehicle I was interested in. I explained how I knew what I wanted and how much I was willing to offer over the phone. I explained I lived an hour away and didn't want to waste anyone's time by driving there for no reason. She was more than happy to have "sales manager" Sean call me back. Sean called a half hour later. Sean had non of the information I gave Shirley. I had to go over everything with Sean now, trade, VIN#, etc...Sean talks price and we come to a round about number which I agreed to. I made an appointment to come drive and make an offer on the car (one again, they only had one of the type I wanted). Shirley and I make email contact on 2 occasions (verifying my appointment). I explained I would be there after I get out of work and head up around 3:30. I start the hour drive to Quirk. However now my drive is even longer because of a BAD SNOW STORM. I'm running about 10 minutes late. Who calls my cell phone at 3:34 to verify I'm coming, Shirley. I tell her I'm running late because of the storm, but I'm on my way.I enter Quirk, explain I have an appointment with Shirley or Sean. Salesperson brings Shirley out, we shake hands and she passes me back to salesperson, telling me he is one of their "Rogue specialist". I am now asked all brand new questions again. Salesperson has none of my prior info. given to Shirley or Sean. I give him info. Salesperson informs me within a minute, they SOLD that car. Not believing he was correct, I asked him to check again, explaining my correspondence and appointment. He returns and explains the car is sold. Looking out the window at the SNOW STORM I just drove in and now have to drive home in, I can't believe it. I ask to speak to Shirley.Shirley doesn't return to speak with me. Instead "sales manager" Keith (I think he was a Keith) comes over. I go over my whole appointment story. He apologizes. However I am not happy with just an apology. I wanted an explanation as to the reason I made an appointment, spoke with a manager, drove over an hour in a storm, spoke to an associate while I was driving in the storm to verify I was coming in the storm to drive a specific car.Sales manager then blames it on a lack of inventory removal from the internet. I am fine with that, I'm even fine with them selling the car, good for them. I am not satisfied that my appointment was verified 3 TIMES, when the car wasn't even there. I would of thought one of the 12 or so people sitting there doing nothing would of been asked to get the car ready for a customer coming in. I say this because there were no customers in the building but me, but plenty of sales personnel (SNOW STORM). Sales manger then tries to appease me and offers me a "left over 2014 Pathfinder" at "100 dollars over dealer cost" if I like it. That's fine and dandy. However the Pathfinder is at least 5000 dollars more than the Rogue, and out of my range. Then the Pathfinder they bring out is the one with all the options (more $$$).I feel I was the victim of a BAIT and SWITCH. The car wasn't there, they got me into the building, then tried to sell me a much more expensive "left over" vehicle.I asked for a phone call from the "Sales Manager". It's been over 2 days and there has been no attempt by Nissan, to email or call me.With todays easy way of car shopping, you can do all your research online and find what you want and for a price you want. This doesn't work when Dealerships try to use old techniques of LYING and selling you something you don't want. Don't waste your time here. Or do waste your time! Up to you.

Wanted to send a note to the dealership thanking them for their great service in buying my new Murano. Because of the change in design with this model this year, the effort could have been far more difficult. I have purchased a car from this dealership before and have found it easy to work with and positive in every aspect. Pedro Aponte did a great job in showing me what was available among the 2014 Murano models. He showed me the 2015 also, but I decided on taking a 2014 because the discounts were amazing. Much better that other dealers I checked with. Jerry and Wilfredo provided great advice and really n=knew the numbers and how to give me a great car as an outstanding price.They were helpful in all regards, showing how the navigation and cell phone system worked. The car was in perfect condition on delivery. It's a great car.There was allot of follow-up to make sure everything was going well with the car. Pedro called me three times an all worked to get everything perfect financially. I highly recommend this dealership. I went into the dealership knowing exactly what i wanted and how much i wanted to spend. With most car dealer experiences i have had i figured this would be difficult. Quirk Nissan was so different from my past experiences at other places. Michael Morris really put it together for me. Everything went exactly how i wanted it to go. He gave me an honest price over the phone and when i got there Keith (his manager) made sure everything went smoothly. When i came back for my registration i was promised by Sean that i would be in and out within ten minutes... he fulfilled that promise! These guys were naturals. They really made sure that they made the customer the number one priority. I am very happy with my new Sentra and i look forward to doing business with them again in the future.

After years of being stuck in a financed car that I no longer wanted I met with Fernando (sales consultant) a very nice gentleman. I sat down with him and explained to him exactly what it was that I wanted and my situation when it came to getting rid of the car. I have very little credit history as well so it wasn't easy. He patiently listened to me. I told him that if I couldn't get the car that I wanted then I didn't want a car at all. He went out his way to find everyway possible to get me approved for the car that I test drove and fell in love with and he did it! He was very honest and strategic with me and got me the lowest rate possible that he could. If you want a car from Nissan I highly recommend this car dealer and the sales consultant Fernando! They aren't pushy salesmen at all and they do their best to work with you.

Short story:Go work with Fernando (sales consultant) & Jerry Dao (sales manager), great team to work with, and excellent sales experience.Long story: Last week, I saw a lease deal on a 2014 Nissan Pathfinder. I was coming up to the end of my wife's small suv. I quickly compared the lease deal advertised online with other area Nissan dealerships and found offer to be the most suitable (aggressive) for my needs.I used the dealer website to connect with an internet agent. Melodie from internet sales department quickly emailed me back and set up a visit with the dealership the same evening. I went in the dealership and Melodie introduced me to Fernando. Right off the bat Fernando was very friendly and made me feel comfortable to work with him.Fernando took me for a test drive to confirm that I would want to purchase this vehicle I came to ask about. After discussing my trade-in and Looking at the $ figures I wanted to spend on the new lease, Fernando introduced me to his sales manager Jerry Dao. Before I met Jerry Dao I was not sure what to expect, as I have dealt with a lot of sales managers before. Jerry is very calm, respectful and a great person to deal with just as Fernando was. I was really pleasantly surprised by how they both spoke with me and treated me. Jerry worked hard and gave me a great deal that I felt comfortable with. We shook hands and he told me the car would be ready the next day. Both my wife and I went back to the dealership to pick up her new car. Wilfredo, finance coordinator was as well very easy to work with finalizing the paperwork. No pushy tactics to try to sell me any options for the car that I did not need.My wife and I love her new 2014 Pathfinder, the car rides very smooth, plenty of power and space (we needed the 3rd row seating) the car is pretty well equipped for a base model. One of the things that attracted me to this vehicle besides what I have already listed is that you can switch from full time 2WD (9 months out of the year) to full time 4WD (3 plus months of nasty New England weather). Great flexibility and functionality.I lease cars for myself and my wife so I am leasing cars about every 24 months. (If you get a good lease deal with a good brand that holds its value, I found that you are able to get out of the lease and get into a new lease before the full 36 months terms is up) I have been using this method for a few years. I am happy to have met Fernando and Jerry and thank you for making this experience possible for us.

I have medical issue that didn't let me come up with the down payment. I sat waiting for Gordon to come to RI to the registry to register my car and left us sitting there for almost 3 hours without giving us a call. I suffered greatly. No apology. Took them almost 24 hours to call. Said that I had to drive to their dealership to sign a paper or I would be billed. Careless and inconsiderate. May need to secure litigation for this matter. I never took possession of the car. It never left the dealership lot, and giving me a hard time to cancel the deal. Many other Nissan Dealership that I spoke to that said, they are just UNREAL. Avoid this place!!! They will sell you an overpriced car and will not even try to help you. I went to another Nissan dealership around the area and they were willing to help me out and couldnt even believe the way Quirk Nissan treated me. The sales rep Tom is very unprofessional and he would not return my calls. The GM is even worse, very condescending man. Please take your business somewhere else. Im actually ashamed to drive my car now because QUIRK is imprinted on the back and they are known to defraud their customers.

I visited Quirk Nissan Dealership to test drive Nissan LEAF and possibly lease one of the 2013 models. The dealership has been great. In under 2 hours, I was able to test drive and negotiate a lease on this EV. My experience has been great. Pedro and Keith have been fantastic to work with. I received a fair price also on my trade-in Audi A6. I have visited many dealerships in market for Hybrid or EV. Quirk Nissan is the one where everything worked out. I highly recommend and do business again. Pedro is the sales and Keith is the manager I worked with.

Well it started of by me emailing the dealership and getting a answer wright back to me from Brendan .He inviated me to come to the dealer ship so after a few times emailing him back and forth I went to the dealership looking to buy a Nissan Altima .When I got to the dealership I was greated by Chris one of the sales person and started working on my deal with his manager Jerry and after we looked at few cars .I left there getting what I can in for .I want to take the time to thank Jerry for his hard work getting my deal done with the bank you are the best and Chris you where a great sales person never pushed me into anything you helped me out a lot and I want to thank you 3 man for all the work you did for me and I will be a customer for life thank you so much .

I have taken my truck to be serviced at Quirk several times now after purchasing it from another Nissan dealership and I always get great service and a reasonable price when I go to Quirk. They always clearly explain what service is going to be performed and if something else is discovered that I wasn't aware of they come and speak to me about it and ask whether or not I would like to have it fixed during that same visit instead of having to schedule another appointment.

I recently leased a 2014 Nissan Maxima from Quirk Nissan in Quincy, MA. My experience with Keith Krepon,Sales Manager and Michael Morris, Sales Consultant was an excellent one. I was working within a limited budget and Keith and Michael listened to my needs taking into account my budget and my car preferences. I drove a few different models with Michael accompanying me and was able to discuss the pros and cons of each model and also talked to Keith about this as well. They were so helpful in discussing the pros and cons of each vehicle, as it would apply to me as well as taking into account my preferences and situation. I felt no pressure to make a decision. They were very knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, patient, and I found them to be excellent listeners. After driving a few different models, and talking with Keith and Michael, I chose to lease a 2014 Nissan Maxima. I just love it!! I'm going to make this short and sweet. Quirk Nissan is, by far, the best dealership in the area. They got my deal done when no one else could, and at a very reasonable price, given my credit situation. Mike is a very caring and upfront salesperson. They worked on my deal for about a day and Mike called me at 9:30am to let me know how things were going. Not only is Quirk Nissan the best Nissan dealer in the area, they are the best Quirk dealership too. They outperformed Quirk's Mazda and Chevy dealerships, hands down. (I wouldn't even think of going to Quirk Ford, absolutely terrible group of people in there).

When working with Jaime that was not the case, I didn't have to worry about getting a faulty car. I felt like I was in good hands. We left the dealership as intended with a fantastic deal on a 2014 morano. However, the salesmen was originally giving us numbers way above our requested budget and it took quite some time to talk him down. I think that is somewhat to be expected at any dealership and in the end we got what we wanted. They also have a great inventory to select from.

I worked with Guy on purchasing my used 2010 Pathfinder, He was not over aggressive, made me feel comfortable let me know all the options before even introducing me to the manager. I did some shopping around before visiting Quirk Nissan. They were by far the most upfront and honest dealership I dealt with. My salesman Sean knew the Altima inside and out, I could tell he truly believed in the quality of the product. Sean had everything taken care of with the registration and my insurance company as promised. Once we completed the sale, the Manager Jerry Dao came over to thank us for our business, I thought that was a nice touch. Even though Quirk Nissan is not the closest Nissan dealer to us, we will never go anywhere else. Thanks, Sean and Jerry!

So first Id like to say thank you to Pedro; Its not easy for a women to go and buy a car on her own without feeling intimated or pressured, but he made me feel relaxed and was very helpful and sweet. I can say for the first time in my car buying experience that it is nice to be given a chance to think about the choose you are making and not feel like someone is hounding you to buy. My wife and I visited Quirk Nissan last month for the first time. I was due for a new car as I had been having issues with my older Sentra.A friend of mine purchased a car from Sean Buckley and told me that I needed to work with him if I went to Quirk Nissan.I am very happy that I did. Sean was friendly, appreciative of our time and handled the entire negotiation process in a very professional manner, which was something I was not used to when purchasing a car.This is by far the best sales purchase experience I have ever had. I will recommend Quirk Nissan and especially Sean Buckley to anyone looking for a car. Sean went above and beyond to meet all of our needs. My wife was also involved in the purchase of our new vehicle and she had a lot of questions. Sean was very patient with her and explained everything in a way she would understand. I just leased my third Nissan from Quirk. This was the second time that I worked with Rotimi in the Sales Dept. I highly recommend him and will continue to lease through him. He is honest and and always comes through. In instances where he has thought the programs Nissan were running weren't the best deal I could get he would advise me to wait and contact me when there was something better. My experience with him and the cars he puts me in ALWAYS exceed my expectations. He provides excellent customer service, availability, and even calls me on my birthday! On Saturday, 9/29/2012, I approached a salesperson at Quirk Nissan in Quincy, MA, with the intention of purchasing a new vehicle. After test driving a few cars and listening to the sales pitch, I went inside with the salesperson in order to work out a deal. At no point was a deal ever made, and no agreement had been reached. At one point, the salesperson asked me to give him a credit or debit card in order to check something with his financing team. After the salesperson walked away with my debit card, I received a phone call from a friend suggesting I go to a different dealership to test drive some other cars. Upon the salesperson's return, I informed him that I was going to see what the other dealership had to offer, and that I might be back. I asked for my debit card back, to which the salesperson claimed he "could not find it." The salesperson then went back to the General Manager and Financing team to look for the card he had "misplaced." After thirty minutes of searching, the card did not turn up, at which point the salesperson recommended I call my bank and cancel the card, which I did. I can not help but think that this was a sales tactic in order to keep me from leaving the dealership, and, in the end, caused me to be unable to get money/pay for anything for the next few days until the banks were open and/or my new card arrives. I feel as if I was taken advantage of in this situation and, having spoken to the General Manager and asked him how he planned to resolve this issue, I received no resolution, or even a suggestion as to how one could be reached. In fact, the entire situation seemed to be a joke to all the other employees, which also leads me to believe I am not the first person this has happened to. My weekend that I had set aside in order to purchase a car, which I desperately need, was ruined by the tactics used by this business. Furthermore, I did not have much cash in my pocket, and now I had lost my debit/ATM card, and was put in a very uncomfortable situation for the next few days.

Leased the new 2012 Nissan Altima from this place. The sales guy Rotimi was very helpful and explained all the questions I had. No one at the dealership pressurized me to buy the vehicle and they infact gave me sufficient time to think before making final decision, which usually doesn't happen at most of the other places. The financial person was also very helpful and explained all the technical issues....the place was absolutely clean and the vehicle delivery was prompt as well. Overall, I would highly recommend this place and Rotimi (salesguy) to all my friends and family considering Nissan as their next car!!

The first time we went to Quirk was a couple years ago. They worked magic with the numbers to make it possible for us to get out of a previous bad deal. They got us into a brand new car right off the showroom floor. It wasn't our dream car but it was the best possible deal for our financial situation and to get out of a lot of negative equity from our trade. We knew we'd eventually want to trade in again and we were so happy with the quality of service here and the way everyone went above and beyond to give us the best deal possible, that we knew we had to go back to Quirk. We went in this past weekend just to see what our options were and once again they went above and beyond. We were able to get our dream car and the deal was so good we haven't stop raving about them to everyone we know. Our sales guy Sean was friendly, personable, sincere and knew everything about the cars he presented to us, unlike many other sales people we've worked with. I have Been a Quirk Nissan customer for many years. I have had Nissans all my life and even purched my First car at the age of 18 from this dealership. I have always had a great experience and phenomenal customer service. However today I called with a issue rearding my warranty and needed to cancel. Jason was very rude and unpleasant to speak to. He told me to contact the bank that I got the vehicle from he doesnt know why I am calling Quirk. He also said that all calls are recorded and that when he placed me on hold for 10 minutes he heard me say something that I did not say. He began accusing me of stating that someone sighned my signature which is completely false. Jason then went on about how he knows what he istalking about he has been working for Quirk Nissan for 10 years. I have never dealt with someone more unproffesional and so responsive in my entire life. I have brought four customers to quirk Nissan who have bought cars including family members and friends. I will never recomend anyone to this dealership. they are more worried about sitting behind a desk browsing online and not taking customers seriously. If you go to this dealership proceed with caution especially if Jason is around.

From start to finish Rotimi and Wilfredo helped me get into a new car as best they could. They were very understanding with the situation I was in and it seemed like they went out of their way to get me the best deal they could fine. Quirk Nissan is very helpful. I came in and was greeted with a smile and pleasure by Chris. I came in and told him I was just looking. Chris was nearby when I lookin at the showroom maxima. He came over again and politely asked me if I knew anything about the maxima because I "seem very interested in it" and that he can provided me with any information. Amazed by the 2012 maxima I knew it was definitely the car I wanted to be in. I insisted I wasn't planning to be that same day, or not for a couple months. But it was just missing a spoiler. Chris guide me to another maxima with the spoiler and in the color I wanted. I was able to test drive and wa presented and shown the features in the car. Even with my average credit I asked for a price quote and within ten minutes, Chris and the staff at quirk Nissan was able to provide me with unbelievable numbers and different options I could work with. I asked Chris and his managers for their business cards and I definitely will be back sooner than expected to get my future car from them. Ps. Chris told me he just started so good luck to him and I wish he will still be there when I am ready to buy. Definitely recommend him!!!

My experience with Quirk Nissan customer service is very poor. Rich Millville appears to be a pleasant salesman when trying to make a sale. I would not recommend Quirk Nissan or do business with this dealership ever again. I needed another car but choose this dealership based on a coworker who had dealt with them in the pass. However she did warn me to watch out for several things main thing being the figures. The atmosphere is very shady in my opinion. Rich tells me to trust him that nothing mechanically is wrong with the vehicle I purchased but little things appear to be happening. In which one of the things has since been corrected but I am not satisfy with the overall treatment. A friend also noticed the atmosphere was unprofessional when we brought the car in on Saturday. Rich claims at first the boss is there then he comes back all of a sudden he not there when I had a concern about the tires. He says he will call me on Sunday by 11 once he speaks with the boss. The call does not come in but I reach him today he needs 10 mins and will call back but never does until I call back an hour later. I have caught him in a few lies of him saying one thing then it turns out to be something else once questioned. The quality of service sucks and Quirk Nissan is not out to help customers.

I have bought before at quirk nissan was pretty happy with the deal. However it was a lengthy process. So now I was again ready to make a purchase. I spoke with(Rami) the sales manager before I went over the next day. I was quoted a price for a new 2011 altima sl. I go the next day and very close to sealing the deal. They gave me what i wanted for trade and when I said so the price of the Altima 24100 it was all of a sudden "ya let me double check that" Next thing I know the the salesman(Jay) comes back and says the price of the Altima is 24600. I said thats not what I was told before and just a few moments ago. I left the dealership and you know what Im glad I didnt make a deal. I decided to check out Balise Nissan in Hyannis. They made me a awesome deal, 900 less than quirk. So guess what Quirk dont work to save you money now do they!!! Go to Balise such a nice atmosphere very nice people and very good to work with. I now have my new Altima, and I hope at the end of the month Quirk comes calling to tell me about some deal they have. Cuz they can shove it. Im taking friends and family to Balise.

Friendly people, and a good deal on a 2011 Rouge. The Dealership is a little out of the way, but the have a huge inventory. However, don't expect any free-bees. Total cost was around 23,000 with tax and title, but couldn't get my first scheduled maintenance for free, which I guess is common practice at most other dealerships.

Mohab was focused on getting me the best deal at my price point. In comparison, I went to Kelly Nissan the night before and had a horendous experience. I have always used Quirk to do my service. The one time I didn't it was an extremely stressful experience. They are the best. The service department is clean and pleasant to sit in and the personel are courteous, polite and if I need to have a large job done they take me to my home and pick me up instead of my having to sit in the waiting room for hours. What more could I ask for. I have recommended Quirk to several people who bought Nissans and encouraged them to always use the service department because I know the work will be done correctly. If I did have a problem I know they would fix it no questions asked. They really do a good job. Thank you Quirk.....

My wife and I bought a Nissan Armada and we were able to get top dollar for our trade and quickly negotiate on a very good price for the new Armada. I just lease a new maxima at Quirk Nissan, and Nick was the person that i talk to from day one and it took us a week to finalize the deal, But so far i dont have anything bad to say against Nick or jis customer service skills, he was very patient with me, take his time to give me the best possible deal that he could offer me and try his best to give me the car that i really like. Because of the way i was greated, taking care off when my lease is over i will definitely come back to quirk Nissan again to purchase or to lease againand hopefully Nick will still be working there.And if he is, i would not want anyone else to help me purchasing another car but him because this guy customer service skills definitely get an A+ from me.

My 2001 Sentra was costing me several hundred dollars every time I would bring it in for service. The car was running great...had 74,500 miles on it. But it was at the age where things were having to be fixed or replaced because of the car's age. I guess we all get old! Anyway, I decided it was time to retire her and get a new car. Ross Macomber in the Service Department always took great care of me, always did right by me. So when he recommended I talk to Darren Birks, I didn't hesitate to take his advice. Ross introduced me to Darren. Darren was patient and understanding. After all, I hadn't expected to buy a new car that day, so I was a little nervous. Darren listened to me, showed me options within my budget. We test drove Sentra's and Altima's as that was what I settled on. While this was going on, Ross even checked in with me to be sure I was happy. Well, I finally settled on the Altima 4DR SDN SR V6 CVT. But it was not in my budget plan. Darren suggested we run some numbers on a Certified Used Sentra, a new Sentra and the Altima. Well, the new Sentra was a good fit for me, but I had fallen in love with the Altima. Sales Manager Keith Krepon joined Darren and me and together we looked at my options. Then Keith suggested perhaps a lease might be within my budget and put me in that Altima. He was right. He offered me a great deal on my 2001 Sentra and with $1500 down, the lease was within the ballpark of my budget. Deal done. Darren walked me through the paperwork and George Frihat from the finance department took care of everything to my great satisfaction. He helped me with my insurance, registration and had me in that car same day. As it was Saturday, and after 4:00, so I was amazed that George was able to push the paperwork through with my insurance company and DMV so I didn't have to wait until Monday to get the car. I am so very pleased with the whole experience, most of all to "my team" as I like to call them: Ross Macomber, Darren Birks, Keith Krepon and George Frihat. They all took great care of me, and deserve a shout out.

The best car dealer I went to, hands down. Went to about a dozen car dealers of different makes, but this was the best (dealers take note). Not only was the price to good to pass up, but the ENTIRE sales team bent over backwards to help us in any way, from getting information, purchasing it, to even getting us get out of the city. Each person gave me and my family a great car shopping experience. Mohem was great, a no pressure, no push dealer that simply wants to make sure you get what you want, simple (what a car dealer should be). Each time I went and looked at the car from start to finish he was always asking if it looked the way I wanted it and if I was happy. Tina, the internet sales manager, gave me all the information I needed and wished us well on numerous occassions. My Husband and I have spent the last 3 months searching internet sites and driving all over the state looking for a car for our 22 year old son. It has been a very frustrating process. My son is a Field Service Technican and will be a first time father in July.He needed a car that was good on gas and safe for a family. We have looked at every kind of car from used to used certified and never thought he would be able to afford a new car. We decided on the Nissan Versa because of what we had read on Edmunds.com and Consumer Reports. We had been to almost every Nissan Dealer in the State, we live in Falmouth Ma. Most of the other dealerships would tell us they had what we were looking for, but when we arrived the Versa they said they had was not available, but a much more expensive one was. When we walked into the Quirk Nissan Dealership we were so impressed by the whole experience. Rich Melville our Salesman was so knowledgeable and never made us feel pressured to purchase something we could not afford. I know we were probably buying one of the least expensive cars at the dealership but he made us feel we were buying the most expensive one. All of the employees their we so kind, from the gentleman helping us with the financing, the guys in the back who detailed the car, to Ashley in the office who helped to get all our paperwork in, the service department who we were introduced to, We couldn't have been Happier!!!I must say the happiest moment was the smile on my son's face when he drove off in his Brand New Versa(He never thought we would find one in his price range!!!) This was my third time going to Quirk for a car, and it was definitely my best experience yet. Part of it is because I was much more aware of what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay, but part of it was because of working with Gina. She's only been there a few months, but she was more helpful than the first salesman I worked with who was an "experienced" salesman (he is no longer employed there). Throughout the entire experience, Gina kept checking in with me to make sure she was showing me what I wanted and also that she was communicating my needs to her manager. I appreciated that especially since I was very particular about the price and necessities in the car. Despite how firm I was in my negotiations, Gina and her manager both were extremely friendly and personable throughout the whole thing. In the 3 1/2 hours that we were there, we never felt abandoned. Even a salesman who wasn't helping us, brought over a balloon for our daughter who was patiently waiting for the whole thing to be over.In the end, I walked out with a great car at a much better price than I was currently paying. Happy to give this dealership my business.

I have always enjoyed dealing with the Quirk Group. Their huge inventory translates into great pricing. My local dealer didn't even have any Nissan Jukes in stock. Quirk had a great selection to pick from. I also like the fact that there is now high pressure sales. Local dealer was pressuring me to buy, and they didn't even have any of the cars I wanted... go figure. I was in and out in a matter of a few hours. That included browsing, test driving and finalizing the deal. A great bunch of people and I would recommend anyone in the market for a new car should check them out. Worth the drive for me.

Rohimi was extremely helpful w/the purchase of my new Nissan Maxima. He worked to find me the exact car I wanted and patiently spent over 2 hours with me answering my questions, going out on a test drive with me and working w/ the sales manager, Ramy, to get me what I considered a fair price. When I picked up the car the next day, Rohimi spent an additional 1/2 hour reviewing the features of the vehicle with me and making sure I was comfortable with how to operate everything before I drove off the lot. We enjoyed dealing with Yaw to lease our new Altima. It was a good experience. He was customer focused and picked us up himself when our Altima was ready. We thought that was very nice of him and would definitely recommend him to another person looking for a car.On the other hand, we thought that the leasing deals advertised online (boston.com) were misleading. The Altimas were listed as being available for $89/month. But the advertisements do not describe properly the conditions under which such deals are available. We like the price at which we got our Altima. We did not expect that we would have gotten it for $89/month, but still, the advertisements should be more realistic.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! I will start off by saying that I have contacted the Attourney generals office the better business bureau as well as every local news station about the deceptive practices that these people use. (04/2011) I went into this dealership because I was quoted a very good price on a new 2010 leftover nissan murano of 31,250!! in le trim (top of the line with no nav). I was told they had one left i rushed down drove it and fell in love with it. I told the salesperson I would call them back within the next few hours and give them an answer. Well i called back and asked to put a deposit on the vehicle, I was told that they just took a deposit and the car was gone. Now mind you that it was a rainy day the car had sat there since 2010 and within a 2 hour window somebody came in and put a deposit on that same car??? I smelled a rat, so I made up an email address and had a female freind of mine call the dealership the next day. Sure enough they still had 1 2010 murano left but now the price went from $31,250 to $33,999. The next day i went back and confronted the store manager Mr. Butts, who was a complete jerk!! I told him that not only was the vehicle I looked at still there but there was also another 2010 murano there. Bear in mind that I was told that there were no 2010 LE muranos left at all. When i asked the guy to show me something that says he took a deposit on this murano yesterday, he told me to "pound sand" I exchanged heated comments with Mr. Butts and walked out. THESE GUYS ARE TOTAL SCUMBAGS!! and they use typical bait and switch tactics that give salespersons and dealerships a BAD name!!! I would have purchased my first Nissan but instead i got another Honda. On a more positive note, I went to herb chambers honda In burlington and had a wonderful experience. The staff was professional very helpful and completely opposite to Quirk Nissan. If you are in the market for a Honda, go to Herb Chambers in burlington and ask for Khalid both he and the dealership were great!!!

The wait for service is reasonable and if there is an problem discovered with the vehicle, they let me know right away so the problem can be addressed. He didnt try to push me into buying a car i didnt want, he focused on what I told him and did his best to find what I was looking for. I went to Quirk Nissan knowing exactly what I wanted. They did not have the excat color and specs but were very helpful by working with me on a vehicle with some extra options. A family member recommended to this dealership and hearing such great things i figured I'd give it a shot. As I walked in a salesman approached me, he was very friendly and warmhearted. I was in the area and I decided to drop in and look at a Maxima that I had been thinking about, I was immediately impressed with the showroom and the amount of cars in the lot. I had looked at a few other dealerships who claimed that they had a lot of Maxima's only to be disappointed after a drive to see a few. Rotimi had a very friendly and relaxing personality and asked me what I was looking for, we talked for awhile about the Maxima's they had and then he showed me a few that he thought I would be interested in, I finally test drove one and that turned out to be the car I liked. We discussed the price and after a short negotiation agreed on a price. I hadn't bought a vehicle in over three years and expected the worst but was pleasantly surprised at how pain free it was lol. Quirk Nissan deserves a ZERO but the ratings do not go that low. Several salesmen and managers lied. Several times. They claimed to have officially run my credit report and told me my credit score was too low for a Tier 1 score but my credit is protected so I KNOW they did not run it. Went to a different dealer who could confirm that Quirk did not run my credit.

Keith Jafri introduced himself when we walked into Quirk Nissan in Quincy. He pointed out the layout and allowed us to wander about the showroom as we pleased. But it didn't take us long to get back to Keith; this was the 4th showroom that we had visited that day, and we knew pretty much what we wanted; and we hoped to buy our car that day. We were looking for a cross-over vehicle with 4-wheel drive, ...at the right price. Keith didn't waste our time. He showed us the models that met our requirements, then answered every question that we had. And when I say answered every question, I mean it. He knew his cars; he did not have to have us wait while he got the answer.When we narrowed down exactly what we wanted, Keith had his manager come over to give us a price. His manager was very much like Keith; pleasant, knowledgeable, and to the point. We finally agreed on a price with 0% interest, and signed on the dotted line.I went from a basic 2000 model sedan to this 2011 model with lots of features. Before we left the lot, Keith very clearly showed me how to adjust/use the mirrors, windshield wipers, headlights, etc., etc. PLUS how to use all the electronic gadgets, such as rear view camera, gps, mp3 player, bluetooth cell phone, etc. I was quite comfortable knowing what I was doing by the time we were ready to leave.Keith gave me his card with his personal cell phone number before we left. He said we are welcome to call him anytime, with any questions for as long as we own the car. I believe him! It was a real pleasure buying a car from Keith Jafri.

I was very satisfied with the help of the staff from the minute I walked into the dealership. I also felt very comfortable with the dealership and its employees. Before going to the dealership, I traded numerous emails with Frank. Frank was able to let me know exactly what vehicles they had in stock that fit my price range. At the dealership I met Mike. He was friendly and knowledgeable about the Murano. He knew I was focused on the 2010 models. We got right down to business and made a deal that worked for both of us. Great Dealership to work with- Prices very fair, looked at a few nissan dealers and their leasing prices were lowest- Walked in and did not feel obligated to buy a car, no pressure. Rich was a great salesman and really did a great job to sell the car without being pushy. They gave me a fair price for my trade in, a little below Kelly Blue Book. Overall a very good experience. I had been speaking with Keith for over a month while I was away on business about the need for a car since mine was totaled. He was incredibly helpful and straight to the point over the phone and in person, less of the "sales"man attitude which is good. Prior to visiting this dealership and meeting with the employees, I did a fair amount of research on pricing, which is the most important part of buying a car for me. I told them up front that I had visited other dealerships, saw cars I liked and they were my last visit before making my decision. I had a good idea of the incentives offered (i.e. rebates and financing) and the invoice price on the car from Kelly Blue Book. At this point they knew I was a serious buyer and treated me accordingly. They did not want to lose my business, made me a serious offer, we did the usual haggling,and they agreed on a price I could not refuse. The final deal was not close to what the other dealerships were willing to do for me.You have to go to the dealerships prepapred.

My wife and I needed a vehicle to replace our old Jeep (191,000 miles), wanted another four wheel drive, and had a budget, which dictated that we buy used. We were assisted by Michael Georges, who greeted us at the door. We told him what we were looking for and our budget. He listened to us, asked a number of questions about the importance of various options, # of miles we drive/yr., importance of gas mileage and even color preferences. The weather that day was horrible, but he considerately went out and brought 2 cars inside for us to look at. We test drove the one we preferred and he explained, in detail, everything about the car. We went inside and offered considerably less than the asking price, which led to Ramy becoming involved. We went up and they went down and we made a deal that we were very happy with. We drove home in our "new" car and can say, without hesitation, Michael and Ramy treated us with respect and courtesy throughout and made our car buying experience a pleasant one. We hope we don't have to get another car for years, but when the time comes we'll stick with Quirk and hope that Michael and Ramy are still there.

I bought a Nissan Altima in October; price and buying process were fine. However, the car has broken down four times in the first 3 months, 2000 miles: On each occasion it has failed to start, with the electronic push button ignition failing to recognize the key. After multiple tries it then does start. The first time the AAA got it going, and the Quirk service people replaced a switch in the braking system. Four days later it did it again and had to be towed in to the dealership. After keeping it for a week Quirk said they could find nothing wrong , and said to bring it back if it happened again. Etc. There obviously is something minor wrong in the electrical system, but since it only happens intermittently they can't find it.The car has now been in the dealership on three occasions, with an appointment for a fourth visit pending. The management team in the service area is friendly enough, and willing to keep checking the car out, but they are unable to do more than that. Talking with overall management they are unwilling to recognize responsibility for the car, and have referred us to Nissan nationally. Nissan nationally says Quirk hasn't given up on trying to fix it so they are unwilling to do anything.and meanwhile, I have a car I am unwilling/unable to drive at night or outside the Boston area, for fear that it won't start when I need it to get home....

By far the BEST car buying experience I have had. After deciding that it was a new Murano we wanted to buy I made a few phone calls to dealers with basic questions. All but Quirk (Wilfredo took initial call) played usual games and gave runaround to questions. Wilfredo was pleasant, straight forward and polite. Told me he had 2 cars on the lot that fit my criteria and to please come on down. Upon arrival and asking for Wilfredo I was told Yaw would be helping me. He could not have been more efficient with meeting our needs. After negotiating a bit he brought Ramy over. Expecting the usual sales tactics, I was pleasantly surprised at Ramy's professionalism. It took a while to get to where we wanted to be price wise but both he and Yaw were polite and did not once try any of the usual insulting sales tactics. I will be honest it was approaching 9PM, they were closing and I would not have needed much of an excuse to get up and leave. We got a very fair price on our trade as well as good value on our purchase. Yaw did a wonderful job delivering the car and was very knowledgeable. From start to finish including approval process (wish I knew finance persons name) these guys and dealership deserve an A+++. I would highly (and have already) recommend Quirk, Yaw, and Ramy to anyone considering a new vehicle purchase.

This was our first visit to Quirk Nissan, and the process went smoothly and professionally from start to finish. Our salesman, Mike Morris, was friendly and attentive without being pushy, and answered all our questions thoroughly and knowledgeably. I work in technical sales myself, so I'm pretty familiar with sales techniques for big-ticket items. At no time during our entire transaction did I ever get the feeling that I was being unnecessarily upsold or pushed in any direction. Mike listened closely to what we said we wanted, and ultimately guided us to a vehicle that perfectly fit our needs. We complicated things slightly by trading in two other vehicles, but even that process went quickly and smoothly. Our finance person, Wilfredo, was also helpful, and guided us both towards and away from various maintenance and warranty options - again, based on listening to our needs, how long we were likely to keep the vehicle, etc. Overall, a very easy and positive experience - one of the better car-buying experiences either one of us has had. I should mention also that we are very particular about merchants we do business with and how we are treated - we've walked out of car dealerships within minutes in the past (including a different Quirk dealership several years ago) if we didn't feel we were being treated respectfully and professionally. We'd definitely recommend Mike and Quirk Nissan.

Yaw has been my salesman for all my recent Nissan purchases. I believe that the price at Quirk, and the quote I receive from Yaw, to be the lowest. Because I trust that I am getting a fair price, I find no reason to travel to another dealership.I have called Yaw numerous times for assistance prior to and after the sale. He has always been very helpful. He even came in on his day off, when we wanted to pick up the car on that day. He also arranged to have someone help us with the plates and sticker prior to him arriving (Because of church commitments, Yaw could not be present until sundown).

Pros:This was my first time coming to Quirk and my experience has been great. Jay Li was the Sales guy who greeted me when I entered. Jay was really polite, funny, and knowledgable. Jay really helped pulled the numbers together and worked base on the customer's perspective and budget. There was a good selection of vehicles to choose from.Cons:My experience with the Finance dept was a little bit on the opposite side. They say that Finance will look into all revenue to help get you the least APR available but on my visit I was offered a higher APR then the one posted on the internet. I had to do a refinance the next day and was charged with a $50 fee. If Finance had did their job right I wouldn't have to go back (half day off work) and also pay the $50 fee.

I had a great sales experience buying my new 2010 SL AWD (fully loaded)at QUIRK Nissan, Quincy, MA. This was the best sales experience that ever had in my life while buying cars (I bought 4 new cars so far). I worked with Rotimi Abu -Sales Professional, Charles Saghbini -General Sales Manager and George -Finance Manager for about a week to finalize my deal. I did lots of research, worked with lots of other dealers from NY to NH and got many internet quotes but many of them provided very competitive price but none of them really honored their price when about make a deal. That was depressing but Quirk Nissan honored whatever quote they provided me and I test drove SLs and LEs over a week but each time I walked-in into the showroom they were ready to help and patient to provide all the details that I wanted. Last week, I had received an email regarding the 120% buyback program from Quirk Nissan. I purchased a 2007 Nissan Sentra in August of 2009 from Quirk, and had beenvery pleased with the service I received in the purchase of my vehicle, and was contemplating now upgrading my vehicle to a 2010 under this program. I also receivedphone calls from Tina, who informed me about the program, and expressed interest inmy coming in to test drive a new Nissan. As it turned out, I had to bring my car in for repairs earlier this week, and believed that I would not be eligible for the buyback. I received another call from Tina, and when I explained the situation to her, she said that the program had been extended, and that I would still be able to participate in the program. I went to the Nissan dealership this morning, and had the good fortune to see the salesman who had sold me my car last year, Michael Georges, and we went over my paperwork to see what vehicle I could purchase, as my current car was still being financed. After a few hours, I ended up driving out of the dealership with a brand new 2010 Nissan Sentra 2.0S, which I was able to purchase with NO MONEY DOWN, and with only a slight increase in my monthly car payments.! I want to thank my salesman Michael Georges, Jerry Dao, the finance wizard who made it happen, and Tina who called me after I left the dealership, to test "the hands-free bluetooth" system.Quirk Nissan offers the best type of care and customer service that future car buyers should experience, and you will definitely be glad you make the trip to Quincy. I went to the dealership to get information about leasing a car with a cosigner, as I didn't think I'd be able to get a loan without a cosigner because of my credit. After spending three days of his time, Moheb was able to work out a deal with the bank so I could get a loan. I went with a 2008 used Altima, rather than a brand new one, and I'm very happy with the car. Unlike the stereotypical "car salesman", I felt Moheb truely cared about finding the best fit for me, instead of just trying to sell a car. Moheb was in contact with me everyday, over a period over three days letting me know what was going on. I don't know his last name, but Jerry was also great in working with the bank to get me a loan. In general, all of the salesmen were very friendly and knew me by name by the time I got the car. I would definatley recommend Quirk Nissan in Quincy. I took the MBTA and walked from quincy center to the Nissan Dealer in Quincy, MA. Not sure if I would get the vehicle I most needed seeing that I would need transportation for work. Paul Watson did everything he could to make me not worry about what was going on at the financing desk. Paul even worked through lunch and continued to serve as my sales rep with a smile on his face even when I was there for a long time because I wanted to wait for the Insurance company to put insurance on my new car so that I could take it home with me on 9/11. Our experience at Quirk far surpassed anything I would have ever expected. Mike Joseph was the first friendly face that greeted us. Very knowledgeable about the product, he offered information with enthusiasm, not sales pitch. He was patient and respectful and eager to show us what Nissan had to offer. Needless to say, I went in to look at a Versa, but came out with an Altima that I LOVE. When Mike told me he had just the car I was looking for, I knew he was right, as he drove that beautiful sparkling silver Altima into the side parking lot, while the voice in my head said oh yes, thats my car . And Mike, being the proud owner himself of an Altima, proceeded to demonstrate the ample trunk space by climbing in - all 6+ feet of him! Above and beyond Id say We left that day with my new car. Wilfredo worked his end, contacted everyone who needed to be contacted and made the financial transaction a smooth one. Very professional.Mr. Quirk, you run a wonderful operation. My compliments to the attention to detail: from the very well dressed, courteous sales staff to even the unobtrusive, tasteful Quirk on the back of my Altima! From previous experience at the Quick Nissan, I know they offer excellent customer services. There are always friendly sales people come up to welcome us shortly after our arriving. This time I was looking for a Nissan Altima. Mike Morris helped us finding the model of car and the right one we were looking for. They also helped us find a sales person who can better communication in our language-Jay Li. Then next was to negotiate the prize with great help from Jay and we got a good prize for the first new car I desired to have. Jerry Dao helped and explained to us on all the financing paper work. Jay took care of everything for us and had the car ready for us to pick up as soon as possible. I am impressed that everything was done in a few hours. I will recommend Jay and Quick to others. My wife and I were dreading buying a new car. Last time was the first and last time we bought a car from Boch! They dropped the ball EVERY STEP OF THE WAY! At quirk, the moment I walked in, the salesman Richard Melville, was very informative without being in my face. He is knoleageble, he listened, he asked how he could get us into a car, my wife very much wanted...we negotiated, and he made it happen. It didn't stop there...He took care of all the pain in the butt paperwork, licencing,registry stuff, and then some! He said he would have the car prepped and ready next day! AND IT WAS! Ready on time just as promised! Then... he took his time explaining everything about the car to us in simple, easy to understand langauage. Richard also showed us around to the service area. Because of his style and professionalism, I will be taking this car in for all my servise needs! I know that's a big part of your businees! My wife and I are still stunned it went so well! I will also say, other sales people came and intrduced themselves. Specifically,the manager and a gentleman who was asking about our trade. You've got real class dealership! Professional, informed staff, and of course Nissan is a great product. My car is getting old, and I will tell you,when I am ready, I will buy from you!You got a great team. I called Quirk Nissan one afternoon and asked about the new 2011 rogues. the sales manager charlie assured me that they had tons of new rogues on their lot. being from the north shore, i was worried they didn't have the color i wanted and i didn't want to drive all the way to Quincy, but charlie made sure they had my color. upon arrival i was approached by a young salesman named Mike Morris. despite his age, mike told me he'd been selling cars for a few years and it showed by the way he showed us every square inch of the rogue, from the heated leather seats, to the moon roof, and he even paired our cell phones to the rogues bluetooth (my favorite feature). after mike showed us the car, he brought over the numbers and i was pleasantly surprised as to how much he gave me for my trade (500 more than blue book on the first try!!!) plus he discounted a brand new 2011 which other dealers weren't doing. i was convinced mike wasn't playing around and immediately signed on the dotted line. Mike Morris and the rest of the staff at Quirk Nissan made my experience unbelievably easy and hassle free! from the salesman to the finance department to the rest of the managers, everything was top notch. they even mailed my registration for me since i live on the north shore!!! i will always buy my cars from quirk from now on and thank you especially to charlie and Mike Morris!!!!!!

After having looked at Chevy and Honda we came across an ad in the Boston Globe for Quirk Nissan in Quincy with our focus on the 2010 Nissan Altima. Shortly after arriving we were kindly greeted by Rotimi Abu. If you're looking for a dealer who won't be rude or pushy, Rotimi Abu is your man. Mr. Abu was not only very knowledgeable, he was also extremely personable, professional, fair, friendly, and on top of it has a great sense of humor. We've dealt with many dealers in the past, and this was far and away our best experience thanks to Rotimi. When buying a car in the future we will definitely ask specifically for Rotimi Abu, and we would highly recommend him to anyone currently seeking a new or used Nissan.

My husband and I recently visited Quick Nissan to get information on a 2010 Murano. As we stepped out of our car we were greeted by a very friendly and enthusiastic Paul Watson. Paul was knowledgeable and polite. He took us to the various Muranos so we could select the right color. Before the test drive he took us completely around the vehicle pointing out all the great features. He gave us all the time we needed to make the right decision. We NEVER felt rushed or pressured. It was very refreshing when making such a large purchase to feel the salesman had only your best interest at heart. We dealt with Ramy Makhil when it came down to the final decision and again we were pleased to speak with someone that treated us with respect and negotiated with us until all left the table happy. We were not SOLD the car but merely given all the information needed for us to make the decision on our own. I love the Murano and the wonderful experience I had with Quirk Nissan. I would highly recommend Quirk Nissan They are professional and very easy to deal with. I hope Paul will still be at Quirk when I need my next vehicle.

After reading some reviews on different sites i was reluctant to visit this enormous dealership.Some of the reviews made it seem like if you were not purchasing an expensive new vehicle that they didnt want to help,and its a bit intimidating when driving up (due to the size).I can tell everyone the this is not the case, i was greeted upon entering i was directed to the internet salesmanager who i had emailed about a few cars,he talked to me breifly and got me a salesman. the salesmas name was Adrew Resende-Gomes he asked what i was looking for and i told him what i wanted and what i wanted to spend.we test drove ,we went back n fourthbout a few vehicles,he knew i wanted to leave because i didnt think we could come close to the price i wanted to pay,at this point he brought over Paul Butts hes ithe general manager of the entire place.Paul asked me about the info i had brought with me,i had done a lot of research.I told him about a few prices i had seen at other dealers,he assured me that i would pay much more than the listed price at the other dealer,which i already knew but was willing to search for weeks till i found what i needed.At this point Paul asked me what i wanted,which was an 07 MURANO with under 40kmiles and for less than $19,000 ,He told me that they had recentley purchased a white Murano with 29,000 miles on it,it was an 07 and had a clean car fax... i was skeptical but said i would drive it ,inspectit and look at car fax,Andrew and i drove to an offsite about 5 mins away and he allowed me todrive the vehicle back,alone.After the testdrive i was pretty much sold ,if they had anything to hide i doubt i would have been allowed to be alone in the vehicle for that long.We arrived back and carfax was waiting for me ,everything checked out.At this point i had been there over 3 hours and i was impressed with Andrews patience and proffesionalism. I asked for the price again and to my surprise it was what Pual said it would be 18,900. I thend delt with Wilfredo Bermudez the finance coordinator and he was a pleasure to deal with .He was super outgoing and gave me many warranty options and got me exactly what i wanted for payments.. Look its a business and they are theor to make money,i am in sales and i understand the service and profit side.As consumers we cant expect a dealer to lie down and give away cars ,we have to research everything and be ready to say noif its not what we want,the guys did try and upsell but they also rfused to lose me as a customer over money. I would recommend this dealer to anyone,Anrew is an unbelievable salesman,he will work with you until there are no more options and then he will find one more..The general manager Pual,well he said it " i dont want to lose your business over a price" and he didnt.Wilfredo justmade mefeel at home and was great. I visited Quirk Nissan just to see what they had out there and without any intentional of buying a car. I had to admit that Quirk is a really large dealer with a huge of car selections and can easily meet the customers' expectation.I left happily with the Nissan Altima with just the way I want: nice color, affordable price, sun roof, leather and heated seats... Jay Li was awesome! We came in looking for a Rogue S Krom model, which no one in this region seemed to have, and Quirk Nissan had 2 of them. We had been trying to decide between a Subaru and the CRV, and after Jay explained to us with a side by side comparison of the 3 different models, not to mention the styling of the Krom edition had us sold. We were offered a great trade in value(much higher than I had originally expected), and we didn't have to deal with the typical hassle associated with buying a car. We drove all the way from Springfield, MA after we received an email from the Internet Manager that they had the Krom model in stock. We were skeptical at first, but we drove exactly what was sent to us, and overall, we are very pleased with our purchase. I wish Jay much success at Quirk Nissan.

By far the hero of Quirk nissan has to be their sales professional(as I say PROFESSIONAL) is KEITH KREPON. I was told to see him to buy my new Nissan, and boy were they right. I had gone to Quirk Nissan in the past and had been greeted by very unprofessional sales guys and tended to go else were. Knowing they had the car I wanted i was weary to walk in this dealer. When KEITH greeted me he was just amazing got me in my car payed less than sticker made me feel so comfortable(offered drinks a snack ect..)Never once pressured me. I was looking for a new car but I didn't know what to buy, I just wanted to find the one I love. I had gone to several dealerships before I went to Quirk Nissan in Quincy so I was able to compare them. I was happy with this dealership, and especially with Mike Morris because he was not pushy, he was calm and he understood that I only wanted to look at cars, I wasn't there to buy yet (which was during my first visit; I purchased my 2010 Nissan Versa Hatchback in Red Alert during my second visit there). He was friendly, he answered all questions I had (and I had a lot of them), and he smiled like he meant it, he didn't have that forced smile of every other salesman. When I told him that I would be back to look more and find out about the pricing, etc., he was fine with it, he didn't try calling me the next day, he didn't demand on me coming back. And I think that that's what people want. They don't want to be bothered (which I was by every other dealership I went to). So thank you for being normal, Mike!

I bought a car in April of last year and have had nothing but problems with it since I drove it off the lot. I was told that the car had 4 brand new tires on it and I had to buy new tires for the car within 2 months of having it. when I took the car in to have the tries replaced I was told that the tires were the ORIGINAL FACTORY TIRES and not new ones as I had been told. (The car is a 2006). I brought the car in 6 weeks after I purchased it and they kept it for 5 days because they had no idea what was causing the clunking noise whenever I made a 3-point turn or a hard turn in either direction. It turns out that it was a single bearing and it has been in the shop 2 more times for the same issue and it will be going in again for a 4th time for bearings. I don't like being lied to and I have been lied to and pressured to buy a new car everytime I drive into the lot. BUY A NEW CAR FROM QUIRK? Not in this lifetime. What they should have done was given me a new car st the same price and applied what I have paid on the piece of S*** I have now toward the new car.Don't buy a car from Quirk ever. If I knew then what I know now, from my own experiences and other people I've talked to, I would never have driven into the dealership.

This is the first time in 40 years of car buying that I could describe the process as enjoyable. The sales associate with whom I worked was tremendouly helpful, describing the various options and packages available for the new Altima. He helped me "build" the car I was seeking, without adding extras, and I was able to get exactly what I wanted (I couldn't believe the huge inventory) at a great price. I responded I purchased elsewhere for $19,388 and that they should reimburse me for the extra $700 I paid over their promised price. I'm not holding my breath.>So, even if you have it in writing, don't expect Quirk Nissan to honor their prices. Also, if you hate intimidating dealerships you will want to avoid them as well. Fancy new facility on 600 Southern Artery in Quincy, big as an airplane hanger with 30 ft. high ceilings and the 2011 GT-R $85,000 sports model on the floor as you walk in-all roped off as if the "common" person vehicle shopping is not even good enough to open its door. Finally, I was there on a Wed. around 1PM. Not a popular time for shoppers. I was the only customer around, but there were at least 8 salesmen in full suits (not to mention additional managers). They were all circling like turkey vultures as I drove in the parking lot. One broke away from the pack with me looking like turkey dinner until I gave him the name of the Internet Sales Mgr I was there to see. I have known Quirk Nissan for 10 years and myself perchased 2 Nissans from them. They always beat other dealers prices as they have the largest inventory in Mass. But beside of price they also apply minimum push on their customers. I have never feeled pressured into buying at Quirk - this is very important for me to feel I make my desision with enough time and considerations.Special thanks to Keith Krepon - the sales person I dealt with. I drive an Infiniti G37 but the closest dealer to me is 30 minutes away. Seeing how Infiniti's are made by Nissan I figured I'd go to my local Nissan dealer for my regular maintenance visits. I'm not one of those customers that needs the little extras that you get by going to an Infiniti dealer anyway (loaner cars, car wash). Well, I was a little more than surprised to find out how good the service at a Nissan dealer can actually be when I visited Quirk in Quincy. The service writer (Merlon) was very pleasant and the dealership is actually bigger and nicer than the Infiniti dealer that I normally service at (Hanover). The only thing that I'll be going back to the Infiniti dealer for from now on is warranty work because apparently Nissan dealers can't do warranty work on Infiniti's and vice-versa (kinda goofy if you ask me).

My first contact with Keith Morin was through the internet after requesting a price quote. I told him I wanted a solid number not something vague like I was getting from other dealership internet dept. By coming back with a real number he earned my buisness and the number he gave beat everyone else. Armed with all my e-mails we sent back and forth to each other I went down there expecting the "ohh, sorry you don't qualify for that rebate" and the number changing. I didn't. Not only did I get the best price on my new Maxima, but I got the best price for my trade-in. There was no of that hard sell manager coming over to put pressure on stuff. All the staff was polite and friendly the sales manager stopped in just to thank us for our business and make a joke at Keith's expense. I would definately recomend Both Keith Morin and Quirk Nissan.

Quirk provided the best car purchase experience I have had to date. Gene Carter is an excellent salesperson. He does not pressure you into a purchase, but rather gives you all of the information and details you need to make an informed decision. As a female, I appreciated that Quirk did not talk condescendingly to me which is a far cry from other area dealerships.

I visited Quirk Nissan recently just to browse for my dream car. I have been "car hunting" ever since I graduated from college two weeks prior and wanted a car that was flashy but yet worth its price. Honesty, I had no intentions of purchasing a vehicle that day i just wanted to see what options i had out there. As i was browsing a sales man by the name of Paul Watson approached and asked if I say anything i liked. I didnt want to waste his time since i knew i wasnt purchasing so i said i was ok. Mr Watson must have sensed my apprehension and took the liberty of telling me the details of the vehicle. I told Mr. Watson that i have been shopping around for a while and just couldnt find the right car but i had a good feeling about this vehicle. Being a female and a first time car buyer i was extremely worried of being over charged because my lack of knowledge. Mr. Watson took the initiative of finding the best way that i could purchase the vehicle and i was elated at the fact that i could finance for next to nothing due to my credit! I was estatic to say the least and thanked Mr. Watson repeatedly. His customer service was excellent, he made me feel like I was talking to my brother instead of a salesman. He was reassuring and told me all the facts even the few negative ones. Of couse the good out weighed the bad and now i am a proud owner of a nissan! Mark Venuto was contacted when I started looking for a car. My boyfriend and I have worked with him in the past and feel his opinion and advice can be trusted. I went to Quirk expecting the worse after reading reviews. I had already visited Medford and Norwood locations. I was tired and really not in the mood to haggle. I was looking for a Versa 1.8 SL with convenience package. They did not have one on the floor so I was ready to leave. The salesman asked me if I would consider the model without the package and I said sure if the price was right. I offered my price, they accepted it -immediately-and in a matter of minutes (not hours) the deal was closed. Billy did not go back and forth to the manager, he did not talk about invoices and other costs, etc..I picked up my car the next day with no hassles whatsoever. This was by far the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. The salesman was pleasant.The deal was fair and quick.Financing was easy and clearly spelled out.Delivery of the vehicle was prompt.Overall sale was peachy.Car Performance after only one day is still awesome. It is a bit shaky when brakes are applied.

I dropped my car off for an oil change and an inspection sticker, basically so I could just pick it up after work, since gas station don't have much space to let you leave your car there. Dave calls and says I need new tires to pass, how convenient they sell them, 2 for $395, then he rambles off $1,200 worth of other things needed. I told him last time I bought tires there they had a slow leak so they wore out, he acted all appalled, I was lazy when I bought them there. I told him not to do anything. I pick up the car next day I get an inpsection sticker with the same tires on the car, ohh and he didn't give me a reject sticker, my theory is because he knows if he rejects it and I go and get a pass somewhere else he's screwed. Another point is even if any of this was true, tires, other stuff, you just don't non-chalantly tell someone they need over $1,500 worth of work when they went in for an oil change and a sticker, you be more sympathetic. Needless to say I am done with the Quirk Monopoly.

I accompanied my friend to this dealership because she was interested in looking at a specific car. Initially the experience was average, but when the manager Bob came to talk about price it quickly became negative. Bob was very arrogant and condacending. He first addressed his comments to me (male) and not my friend (female) who was buying the car. We both have advanced degrees which Bob was unaware of and he proceeded to talk to us as if we were children. He used every hard sell trick in the book to try to force my friend to buy this car. He was not accustomed to having someone tell him no. In the end, she did not buy the car. I told Bob about my impression of the situation and his hard sell and poor attitude. Bob then threw a hissy fit and stormed away like a first grader. This is the most unprofessional business I have ever been to. Do not frequent this dealer, he has no idea how to treat people. Take your money somewhere else.

I've actually purchased 3 vehicles from different Quirk dealerships (Ford, Chevy & Nissan) My experience with the Ford and Chevy dealerships was pretty reasonable. They offered the best price (I always bought the advertised vehicle) and reasonable trades and honestly without much of a hassle. So I went to Quirk Nissan expecting a similar experience. Well no. I did have the Quirk ad in hand for a new Murano when I arrived and I'm glad I did. I spent close to 3 hours going back and forth with them. I stuck to my guns and eventually I got the vehicle I wanted at the price advertised and a decent trade-in. If you go here, have ad in hand and don't stray from it otherwise you will get screwed! If you're not willing to haggle over price this isn't the place for you. However, they generally have the lowest advertised price. Thats why I suggest you stick with the ad.

I went to Quirk Nissan today, 2/12/10. I spent a total of 3 HOURS there test driving and talking about one specific vehicle. The salesman, Andrew Gomes, told me that the car was mine and we just needed to go over final details with the manager. The manager came over, and after talking for a minute, said he needed to check on something. Much to my surprise, he ended up talking to the table next to mine and SELLING them the car I was going to buy. This company is completely crooked, disgusting and does not have a care about the business they drive out of the door. Also, I am a female and I felt highly discriminated against in this environment. I will be deferring any future customers I come in contact with, and will make sure that no one I know purchases any car from Quirk.

I went to Quirk Nissan recently looking to test drive a new Altima. I had test driven a new Camry earlier and was unimpressed. My salesman Mike Morris was awesome. He wasn't your sterotypical salesman, he was pressure free and a real class act. He blew me away with how knowledgable he was about the Altima, so it was a no brainer for me that this was the car for me. After ten mintues of negotiating, Mike got me the number I wanted without any hassle. I drove away that day in my brand new Altima. The moral of the story is don't believe the sterotypes! Go to Quirk, they really do cut the best deals and ask for Mike Morris. He doesn't mess arounf and actually listens and goes to work for you. I'll never shop anywhere else.

AWSOME!!!!!!!!!!!! I love my new altima!! I was originally interested in a toyota corolla or honda civic after I totalled my last car a chrysler sebring. I wanted a gas efficient car with navigation and I had my heart set on either a new corolla or honda civic. But, my uncle(best uncle ever) has a 2002 nissan altima that he loves and he offered to help me find a new car. He has a friend who works at tufankjian toyota named pedro so we made an appt to see him at 6pm but before that we decided to see what the local nissan dealer had to offer similar to the corolla or civic. I was greated by Joey who was suprisingly knowledgable and friendly. He worked very hard showing us absolutely everything about both the sentra and altima. From under the hood to the trunk and EVERYTHING in between he really knew his stuff. We told him over and over again that we were just looking and we had an appt with a friend at toyota but Joey said which i thought was cute "My job is to sell you car and once you see how superior the Altima is you'l see how easy my job is" lol. I was a little overloaded with all the vehicle information from the luxury transmission and the hepa filter and the fighter jet headlight and tailights and all the safety featurs and the intelligent key (my favorite) and all the awards the altima has won I dunno know how anyone remembers all that stuff. But after the demonstration and test drive I felt bad not buying the car right then from Joey because he worked so hard and Rammy explained that most people never come back but Im not most people!!! So I went to toyota and talked to Pedro. Pedro was pathetic. He didn't know a single thing about the car. His explantion or demonstration was "It's a toyota!!!" or "its a camry!!" or my favorite "I need to check my list." Why does a salesman need to check a list to tell me about a car? Joey didn't need to do any of that. So as I was leaving toyota we called Joey and told him we were on our way back. Even though the corolla with navigation same price as the altima we checked the Boston globe and saw an ad for a better price altima. So after alot of negotiating we got an awsome deal on the car and even though I locked my keys in the car in the parking lot (lol) i LOVE the car. In comparing the two dealerships the toyota was alot better set up with the indoor garage but the salesman were night and day. If you want somebody to take care of you and make you feel comfortable about a big purchase go to quirk and see JooOOey!!!!

Here we go!!I went to numerous dealerships to turn in a 2008 pathfinder and purchase a 2009 (husband has toy needs) no one could come up with a deal in my price/payment range. I worked with one dealer who couldn't get us financed (mid scores-greatpayment history) My only offer was 8.95% with the great advice of refinancing down the road (who knows what down the road is). But I didn't give up! Mind you we had a specific car in mind(not the one with the sun roof we bought,final hour option my husband had to have, hence $25 over budget....what can I say he works hard)Enter into the picture Bob. My husband stopped in to have our car appraised, high mileage car good condition worth $13.000 less than what we paid two years ago Surprise Not! Now the deal and financing begins. Failure again. In comes Walfredo(finance man) with options to seek on our own. Bob again working out Purchase and Sales(I think I called Bob 50 times in five days, usually he picked up if not he immediatly called back) Lots of hope now and we were on our way. Suddenly a call from Walfredo we got financed!! Nissan advertised a 2.9% 6yr term interest rate for qualified customers(we had given up on this long ago) well Walfredo got us this financing!! We went in and picked up our car. Yaw teaches me the ins and outs and was very patient with my "don't care about technology" self. Now we will never know the bottom line on the price or what changed that we got our Interest rate but I do know alot of people worked hard for it.I hope they made some money, I am happy with the price, my husband is happy with the new toy (for now). Work for what you want and don't blame someone for trying to make a buck (within reason!!)

I was looking to purchase a used car and since i had heard such great stories from friends about their experiences at quirk nissan, i figured i'd give them a try. as soon as my salesman and i strolled the long line of used cars (more than i expected from a new car dealer), i found the car of my dreams. i had told the sales manager my budget and told me honestly from the beginning that he would try and get me close to my target price. sure enough he did. to sum everything up, i have purchased cars from other dealers before and more often then not have left feeling as though i got robbed. as i left the same day behind the wheel of my new car (used car but new to me), i didnt leave thinking that i got taken, but i left feeling that i legitimatly got a good deal. pressure free, respectful, and an honest experience is what i got at quirk nissan, which is alot more than one can ask for from other dealers now a days. its a no brainer to me, im a quirk nissan customer for life.

This rating is given because since economy tanked, I believe Quirk Nissan is charging me much too much for repairs I didn't need in the first place. Car is high end Nissan Murano, bought there 5 yrs ago and serviced there exclusively. Went for annual check up as muffler was making noise; said I needed $4500 worth of repairs. Took to another, independent, AAA-approved car repair shop who wins contests for his work and ethics who said (1) ball joints were great--didn't need replacement at all and he put car up on rack to prove it(saved $2000); (2) repaired tire for $17.50 (savings $900 as Quirk said I had to have 4 new tires immediately--I had just passed an inspection so I was doubting the repairs right away); muffler which did need to be replaced(replaced 2 pieces with genuine Nissan parts at $90/hour for labor v. $150/hr at Quirk) (savings %600 on parts and labor). By finding an honest repair person who told me and showed me the real problems with my car, I saved $3,900 and my car is purring!!!! If this is how they treat long-term customers then I'm not going to use them anymore. My car just went out of warranty anyway so I have nothing to lose.

Bought an 05 maxima and was told it was a single owner which after I bought found out it was a lease (my fault for not checking). then the car wouldnt pass inspection and had engine problems. They couldn't diagnose the problem and thus couldn't fix it properly. Never got fixed and I had to take it to an external repair shop and pay out of pocket for it not to mention I paid top dollar for this car (got smoked for my trade and they added about 2500 additional dollars). thats when my gf said when she signed the papers. look my point is i'm currently taking it to the next level and plan seeing them in court in the fall. Do your homework and don't buy here. I made a deal with a sales man after he was a little pushy and I blew up in his face. The following day my gf brought the trade and signed the paperwork and it wasn't even close to the deal we made less than tweleve hours ago. I went back to complain and they had me escourted off the premises. THINK TWICE

This sale man (Jerry Dao)is not a honesty man. He gives the quote via email but he doesn't honor it when I show up at the dealer. He asks for +$1200 more. He says that he quotes for a promotion that I'm not qualified. However, he doesn't mention a word about this promotion and it's not a valid one of nissanUSA website. I saw another customer argued with him on the same problem.I would suggest everyone to stay away from this dealer and especially this saleman.Why do we have to buy car from dealer/saleman without integrity?In addition, if you were their customer and not happy with them, please call or file complain with NissanUSA and Consumer Affairs department of MA State.DD

I'll give Vincent Guy the benefit of the doubt because he's new. However, after my third visit and being left sitting alone at a table for 1.5 hours (perhaps that's part of their game) and coming away with "no deal" and "we'll call you tomorrow" I decided to go elsewhere. I dealt with two different GMs ....one (I think it was Raj) was the HIGH pressure closer who really turned me off and then the "I want to be your friend" type...both HORRIBLE. Everyone was walking back and forth...and just leaving me to sit and stew. They offered me an insulting "trade" and they spoke "down" to me. Maybe they thought if I sat there long enough I'd just buy the car and get it over with. After that experience I would not have purchased a car from them if they did offer me the BEST deal...which they didn't!!There were too many sales guys, in cheap suits, doing nothing....put your guys in golf shirts and let your customers feel relaxed not stressed out!This was the worst "almost car buying" experience of my life. I think their slogan is "Quirk works"....no, it doesn't!

The phrase "you get what you pay for" definitely applies. Great prices but poor service and sales. Very bad experience. But if you need a great customer experience this place is not for you. If you need a great price and that's all, this place is for you. Sales guy was helpful upto a point since the overbearing finance guy was constantly involved and the sales guy needed his permission for anything. Manager was just a plain *ss (you can figure this out). Bad attitude along with cheap suit. After we negotiated a deal on the Murano SL, we decided that we wanted a SE with better packaging. Plain disaster once you sign a contract and want to negotiate for a bettter vehicle and a better commission for the company. So what's the problem??? I can't figure it out. After the sales is over, they are not looking to retain you as a customer. Just a "mark" and you are done. Never will go back. Made me so mad that I took off all the badging they had on the vehicle.

I purposely avoided this dealership due to the negative reviews posted on this site. However, after working with Framingham Nissan and Malboro Nissan, with the later being very helpful but just not giving me the numbers I wanted, I decided to go to Quirk for a test drive simply because I was in the area. I was not anticipating making a deal that day, although I had done some research on the Rogue and knew how much I wanted to pay. I worked with Billy, who was very helpful and friendly without being aggressive and pushy. After the test drive, I knew I wanted the Rogue, and we decided to crunch some numbers. I named how much I wanted to put down, how I wanted my down payment to include all the drive-off fees, and how much I wanted to pay a month. I was very surprised that the first pencil was only $30 more than what I wanted to pay a month, unlike other dealership who quoted monthly lease payments so high it was insulting. Eventually, we negotiated down to $5 more than what I wanted to pay a month including tax, and then I got more miles a month. The only reason I signed that day was because I got the deal I wanted. After that, Billy worked very hard to get the car ready for me to drive off in, and two days later, I was able to drive off in my brand new Rogue!

had a pretty good experience at Quirk. I hadn't shopped there before, but the prices were good. i was looking at an Altima coupe, ended up buying a maxima. i loved the car, the price was right, the sales staff was... well they work solely on commission so they were pretty active. i wouldn't say 'pushy', but definatley 'motivated'. whatever, i didn't go there to make friends, i went there to get a good deal on a car. i'm actually sitting in their service dept right now getting my inspection sticker. (free wifi is a plus, btw) i'd recommend the dealership. it's just like all the other ones, and they are all the same really, this one just has the most cars and (usually) the lowest prices.

There is only on guy to buy from if you go to Quirk Nisson That is Keith Krepon he made my experience awsome didn't get the bull like the other salepeople were spuing out there mouths. I love my new maxima no other deaaler could beat the price Keith got me in New England. So if you need Nisson I would recommend if you go to Quirk Nisson see Keith Krepon he seemed to get the job done and what I wanted how I wanted it. and watch out theres 2 keiths there.

Pushy sales guys and bad customer service. I was ready to purchase a car because I really wanted that car with those options and they were one of the only dealerships around that had it but I refuse to give my hard earned money to a dealership that treats there customers so poorly. Even the general manager was bad.

I am currently shopping for a small SUV and I stopped by Quirk Nissan yesterday to take a look at Rouge. I was greeted by a salesman (his name is Dom) and after a little bit of chatting, he asked if I wanted to test drive, which I did. After the test, he asked me if there was anything he could do to cut me a deal. I told him that I am still looking at my options and I was not going to buy yesterday. All of a sudden, Dom asked me for my social security # to check my credit and I refused to give him that since I wasn't going to buy. He flipped! He told me that I was wasting his time and he demanded me to give him $20 for the test drive. I said "you are kidding, right?". He looked at me with a straight face and said "no, do you have a credit card?". I, of course, refused to pay him. I was going to walk out of there and then, he told me "why don't I talk to my manager". He came back with the manager, who asked me what I thought about the car and if they can cut me a deal; I said no and then I asked "what is the deal with the $20?". The manager looked surprised and I explained that the salesman asked me $20 for test driving. The manager asked him "did you?"; Dom looked all embarrassed and said "I was joking", which obviously, he wasn't. So, the manager told me that he would talk to Dom. I have never heard of anyone who would pay to tesst drive a car and this is one of the most ridiculous moment in my life. Bottomline, the salesperson reflects how the dealership does business. DON'T SHOP THERE!!!

I purchased a car from a man named Bob Goddard (who was apparently fired a few days after I bought my car). I bought a 2004 Altima, was given an outrageous price, which I unfortunately settled for once they brought it down a few thousand dollars, which ended up being 18K. Literally as soon as I signed the paperwork, things went wrong. The windows in the front doors went loose and rattled, the drivers' side door became loose, and within the first few days, a wheel bearing went. In the past 9 months, I have had to replace 3 wheel bearings, get my windows fixed several times because everytime I went, they said it was fixed but it wasn't or the part wasn't there, though they never called ahead of time to tell me that. This past wheel bearing issue, I was told that I merely needed new tires (which I had been told when I bought the car that they were new--come to find out, they were they original tires and had traveled 52,000 miles), and that the wheel bearing was fine. I bought new tires from another place, and was told that my car did need a wheel bearing, as well as that the car had been in a major head-on collision and that my car isn't worth even 6k at this point (aka, 9 months after purchasing the car). Any issues that I've had with Quirk has been handled poorly and dishonestly. I couldn't give them positive credit for any part of my experience with them. Except for the fact that after being there nearly every weekend for the past 9 months that the sales people actually recognize my face...but is that a positive thing?

OK Here is my experience at Quirk Nissan.After spending about a month deciding on the vehicle I wanted to purchase I looked at the Boston Globe Advertisements and saw that Quirk Nissan had the best deal and were somewhat closest to me.I picked up the phone and called(THE PHONE WAS ACTUALLY ANSWERED BY A PERSON)who immediately transfered me to another live person in sales so far so good.Nissan sales this is Paul.WOW I was thinking. Although the what can I help you accomplish today I thought was cheezy.I was calling about the Altima in the Boston Globe and asked if it really was available and it was.I was told he was the General Manager and to see him when I arrived.I arrived at the dealership when I met Scott outside very professional looking dressed in a nice suit and well groomed who escorted me to Paul the General Manager.Paul Explained to Scott we had spoken on the phone about the AD car and to help me out.Scott pulled up the car and it was not equipped the way I wanted it so we sat down and went over the options I wanted. he checked to see if he had it, when I was then told it was in storage at some ship yard place.(Oh boy here we go right?)Paul called and had the car brought over to the dealership within about 15-20 minutes While we were driving one another color.When we arrived back from the test drive the car was there waiting.I had for sure decided that was the car I wanted for sure.So we went in to talk turkey.I am thinking the Sticker less the discount in the paper right? Oh no no no.Scott explained to me that not every vehicle gets discounted that much and that newspaper ads are designed to get people in the door.I was ready to storm out I am thinking bait and switch when Scott explained to me that it was not and that the advertised cars was available and we will sell that car at that price unlike other dealers.I did have another experience at a toyota dealer that when I asked to see the car I was told it was sold this morning.Ok Now what? Scott patiently explained everything I already knew.Cars list for what they list for and Cost what they cost it is common knowledge available on the internet and that the advertised car looses money but is part of the advertiseing budget.Starting to make sense.We ended up agreeing that at 4% over invoice was a fair deal for both of us and after the professional service I recived IMO well worth it.We shook hands and Scott Pulled my new car in to be cleaned.(for what i am thinking)But as my new car was being cleaned I was listening to another couple Tortureing another salesman being very unreasaonable so I start thinking maybe most people bring a bad experience on themselves.When Scott arrived back at his desk to start the paperwork we were chatting about that couple and he told me people treat them like that all the time.I thought it was sad that someone was making such a big stink over a simple car purchase.There were several othe rhappy customers in there buying cars,Why was I and others having a great experience picking out my car and working out a fair price and someone else was making it out to be the end of the world?Different strokes for different folks I guess.Quirk Nissan I love them and look forward to serviceing my car there too.Looks like others posted some mishaps here and wanted to chime in because from what my experience was like there and what i witnessed Buying and driving off in my new car in under 2 hours, they probably brought it on themselves.Big beautiful clean facility professional courtesy...Maybe they just wanted to steal from you...I highly Doubt it......................

A bought a car here several months ago, and the entire experience was just awful. I knew exactly what car I wanted and ended up getting a decent deal intially; however, I had a trade in from a previous car that needed repairs which complicated the whole process. In the end, I had to deal with a bunch of liars and thugs who constantly agrued about how much money I was owed, and all in all I ended up over-paying for my new car by thousands of dollars even though I was told I would be "reimbursed" for the trade-in value of my old car. Well three months later that has never happened, the management at Quirk Nissan are a bunch of thugs who have zero managerial skills and know nothing about Finance. If you want to be treated with respect as a customer and work with salespeople and managers who actually know what they are doing, go to Kelly Nissan, I bought a car from there several years ago and it was a much more pleasant experience.

Dishonest and unprofessional. Dealer tried to intimidate me into signing documents without reading them. The manager refused to get involved until it was clear that other customers were paying attention. One of the worse service experiences I've ever had. Would recommend that nobody go to Quirk. Unfortunately reinforces the stereotype of a dishonest car dealer.

They claim to have the lowest prices in the area. They are liars. I went in to purchase a Murano from them. They had them advertised for $22663 with matching cash/trade of $3636. I have a 2002 Mercury Sable GS that Kelly Blue Book says should be worth $6800. They offered me $3636 for my car and said that is how the matching cash works. They also told me over the phone that they had many colors available, I got there 20 minutes later and they said that they had all sold and they only had 1 white available. Not only did they waste my time but they were very unprofessional and treated me like I was an idiot. They seem to act as if they did not care if they did not get my business because they could find plenty more suckers to pray on. Never go to Quirk Nissan!!
