Joe Hess greeted me at the door on a blustery, Ohio winter day and never stopped trying to find out exactly what my (our) needs were. Joe not only explained questions I had regarding the purchase of a new car, he explained how RD Banks was a great place to work and matched up with his work ethic. After about a half hour preview that my husband asked me to accomplish, I knew we would be purchasing a new car from RD Banks and Joe Hess, in particular. Joe explained the service department, its reputation, and the benefits of purchasing our car at RD Banks Chevrolet. The next evening, my husband and I met with Joe who pulled the car into the warm garage and went over the entire car, answering all of our questions, and explaining the amenities of the car.Joe listened carefully to our needs and went out of his way to make sure everything was completed in a timely fashion. Never in this experience did we feel pressured, rushed, or "taken"; not an easy task in this day and age. I will recommend that my children and friends purchase their cars at RD Banks. We are very pleased with our experience and RD Banks should be very pleased with their choice of Joe Hess as an employee.

This is a great place to buy a car! Everyone is very friendly. I love the fact that it's a family-owned and ran business. I got a 2014 Cruze last week and I've been so happy with this decision. Joe Hess was my salesman. He was awesome! He is very helpful and good at his job! Oh and Jennifer in the finance department was amazing! I will be back in three years once my lease is up! my husband and I started out on Monday to buy a car. we had planned to visit 5 dealers. Our first stop was R.D. Banks Chevrolet in Champion Ohio. We were approached by a very professional salesman, Joe Hess. We were looking for a crossover. He showed and explained all our options to us. He went over all the features for all the cars. We had planned to continue our quest for a new car, but based on Joe's product information we decided to lease our new car that day. In one day, we leased a car and the next day we drove away in our new vehicle. This dealership is a compliment to the Chevrolet family. The showroom is friendly and inviting. the finance department is so efficient and everyone is very professional . We will always return to R.D.Banks in Champion Ohio

I bought a certified pre-owned Chevy Malibu. After I gave R.D. Banks a late afternoon phone call to discuss a car I viewed online, Joe Hess was able to fit me in the same evening for a test drive. The very next day I met with Joe again to grab the keys, then Jen in finance to finalize some paperwork. My total time spent in the dealership was less than an hour!! Joe was excellent to work with, and I will not hesitate to send family and friends to R.D. Banks for their next vehicle. Jen was ready for me when I got there, and had all the paperwork handled prior to my arrival. I would suggest you pay them a visit at the very least. I have no doubt they will impress you with their prices, selection and staff.

I was upside down in a loan on a Hyundai Elantra and after a year of owning it I contacted my father's friend Joe at R.D. Banks Chevrolet in Warren/Champion. He was honest and very helpful in getting me out of my Hyundai and into a 2014 Chevy Cruze. Now even though my payments are the same, in 3 years I'm free and clear to go get a lower payment without any negative equity hanging over my head. Ask for Joe and you'll be treated right and he'll take good care of your best interests and needs!

We were impressed by our salesman, Joe Hess, Especially when he can out in the 20 degree temps and helped us with our questions about several trucks and patiently gave us good information about the truck that we were interested in! Even after my husband's negotiating, Joe remained cordial and patient and made every effort to give us what we wanted. After being turned down for a used 2013 the staff there did an awesome job finding me an even better deal on a 2014 that fit my budget. I recently leased a new Cruze through R.D. Banks and I honestly had the best experience. I dealt with a young man by the name of Joe Hess and he was easy going and easy to talk to. He helped me out the entire time and made sure my needs were met exceptionally. I asked Joe to run numbers at least ten different times and he was more than glad to help each time; I felt pretty bad by it. Jen, in finance, she was great as well and answered any questions I had and made the finance side of it all pretty exciting. Last but not least, Mr. Banks, the owner. The dealership did not have the exact car we wanted, but within one day, they had located a car that had the options we were looking for and the color. The salesman, Joe Hess, did a great job of giving me technical information about various vehicles, and was patient enough to let me test drive 2-different vehicles. I bought a used Chevrolet Captiva and the buying process was better than anywhere I've gone to before! It was a 40 minute drive from where I live but it was worth it! They had a great selection of low-mileage used vehicles and I was assisted by Joe Hess!! He was a great guy and really worked hard for me! He even came in on his off day to meet with me so that I could drive the Captiva and I could tell he really listened to what I said and was not pushy at all. I am very happy with my Captiva and I'm grateful for the excellent service I received! Would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone and I won't shop anywhere else!!!

I was looking all over for a place to buy a new car and I stopped looking when I found a home at R.D. Banks Chevrolet. The customer service atmosphere is second to none!! Upon entering the dealership I met with Joe Hess! He was very friendly and knowledgeable! If he couldn't answer a question he promptly found the answer for me and took extra time out to make sure I found the perfect vehicle for me with the options that fit my lifestyle! He was not pushy at all and really went out of his way to make sure that the process was stress free and easy! I bought a new Equinox and I LOVE it!!! I have since been back to the dealership to get my oil changed and the service department is just as good! I met with Dave Waller the service manager and he was very friendly and even walked me to the waiting room! I purchased my 2000 Chevy Blazer at Banks Chevrolet. They do all my service & repairs. I like the way I'm treated every time I go there. They know me by name & treat me with respect. They always take time to explain things to me. The dealership is always very clean & well kept. You can tell it is a family owned store. I send all my family & friends there. It's a great place to buy a car or get one fixed.

I found the car that I was interested in on Cars.com, and sent a email request for additional information. I received a very fast response and all of my questions were answered. I also recieved his contact information and a invitation to visit the dealership and test drive the car. I arrived at the dealership and was greeted by Don Lame the Internet sales consultant, he was friendly and not at all pushy! The car was exactly as he discribed, drove great, and the rest of the purchase process was fun and painless with none of those "car games". Thier finance manager assisted me with my loan and got me a better interest rate than my own bank! Dealing with R D Banks was a pleasure from start to finish and I would have no problem sending friends and family to them! Thanks Guys! Oh, and I love my Cobalt!
