Rick isn't an honest man he changes his word. My first time experience with a vehicle has been exhausting when I purchased the car on the first day I drove it, it had issues already.Why would you sell a car with problems? Worse yet I came back with the title to get my money back and he even said he would make a check once I brought the title. Didn't keep his word. He didn't return my money! Don't go there I advice. He is disrespectful. I respected him until he raised his voice and how is that having good communication with your clients only because I asked a simple question over the phone. Anybody stands up for themselves and their car. You want a reliable car. He's very insulting and doesn't know how to keep his word.

Good cars, great price! I purchased my car here nearly 5 years ago. My boyfriend searched all over and purchased his here a year later. My son purchased his a year after that. My sister a year and a half later. I'd you are looking for a GOOD used car at a reasonable price, THIS is the place to go. I have recommended R&L to everyone looking. Rick is a great guy, and wants to see you in something reliable.

Purchased a Van from R&L auto sales had it for about 5 weeks and the timing belt broke and did some major damage. He sent his mechanic to Battle Creek to flat bed the van back to Mattawan. His mechanic repaired the engine which involved a lot of work pulled the heads replaced 10 valves, and timing belt kit. It was a vehicle with 122000 miles on it but was very well cared for, and we all know, no one can predict what can happen when you buy a vehicle with that many miles on it, it's a gamble. Most used car dealers would say to bad unless you bought a warranty which I didn't. Rick split the bill with me and for that I thank him for that. I also want to thank his mechanic Tim for all his hard work and time he spent. So under my circumstances I would recommend if your looking for a used auto take a look at what he has. I think he works hard to find good used vehicles. But do remember they are used and anything can happen. Thanks again for working with me. I do appreciate it.😁
