Never answers the phone. Me and my husband call multiple times a day. They haven’t answered any of my phone calls in 3 weeks! Called at least 7 x in the past 10 minutes. They don’t keep up with payments either. I called to get an update on how much I owe and said I had not paid since September last time I got a hold of them in December ! Then add on late fees which I understand if late but how can we even explain when we can pay or make an arrangement if they never answer the phone.

I was never a fan of big dealerships, I went to this family owned one and just got treated with so much respect. I didn’t find anything that I liked but I’m happy I found them. Will be back to buy my daughter a car in the future. It’s not always the car you buy that’s important. It’s also the people you buy from!!! And suffice to say these are great people!!

Have to start the review off by stating uzi is an amazing guy honesty and communication are his strengths. They provided me with my first car and i haven’t had any issues. Majority of the negative reviews are old and the place was under other management. These cars are from action they work on them themselves but they are sold as is once they fix mechanical and electrical. If you are not willing to work on your car and take care of it or if you don’t know anything about cars you’d be better off go to a big name dealership. 5 star experience wish those guys the best!

Seems to be a really good family oriented business until you drive off the lot. I do believe in karma whether its business or not. Why call when you guys keep sending me to voice-mail? You don't resolve anything you sweep things under the rug and your mechanic is TRASH! All he does is patch up the cars and waste people's time and money. You are not honest people and it shows.
