First and foremost, let me preface this review by fully recognizing that the entire car buying experience has changed drastically and significantly over the years. If I may wax philosophical for just a moment: I remember a time when a customer was the most important aspect of the entire purchasing experience. Everything was engineered to accommodate the customer. From the initial greeting/handshake right down to the last piece of paperwork, it was all about the customer. Selling cars was a customer-driven business and even the slightest hint of arrogance or abrasiveness sent that customer scurrying off to a competitor. See that, I used the word customer five times in the last paragraph. DICTIONARY.COM describes a customer as: a person who purchases goods or services from another; buyer; patron. Many moons ago, there were two non-negotiable rules that defined and regulated the business of selling. ONE: The customer is always right. TWO: When in doubt, refer back to rule number one. Now, with that being said, please indulge me for just another moment while I offer my version of the experience I had when I bought from R&R on February 16th of this year. I wanted to get into an SUV or a Crossover.....something that gave me more interior room than the 2008 Dodge Ram 1500, quad cab that I was driving. R & R had a sweet looking 2010 Chevy Traverse on their website so I called them to discuss a possible deal. My initial point of contact was with the sales manager, John Smith. That's when I kind of knew that this endeavor, this journey, this seemingly in nocuous and simple inquiry was going to set the tone for what was to become an incredibly disappointing and disheartening vehicle buying experience. In reality, I should have listened to my little "voice" of experience and simply declined the offer to see the vehicle. The same vehicle that Sales Manager John was using as his personal, daily driver. Personal impressions aside, an agreement was reached and without any further hesitation, I found myself thanking THEM for putting together this agreement. Let me write that again. I thanked them. The numbers were "crunched", my trade in allowance was established, my pay- off was deducted, the taxes and fees were added, an extended warranty was purchased, the paperwork was signed and the party came to an end. I thanked them and left the lot with a Chevy Traverse. Nobody had to jump through hoops to make this transaction a reality. Nobody had to call in favors to get me a great APR. My credit score gave me the APR. I earned it. No one went above and beyond. No one was asked to go above and beyond. From start to finish, this entire enterprise was an absolute "no brainer". A week later, I emailed Trish Mason (not really sure what her official title is but Sales Manager John did say that she was his girlfriend) and asked her if anyone was going to extend just a little courtesy and respect to me by initiating a follow-up phone call? You know, just to make sure everything is good and there are no issues to be addressed. You know, just to schmooze the customer. You know, at least pretend to show some concern after the car and customer drive off the lot. Five minutes later, Mike calls. Wants to know if everything is going good? Did I like driving the Traverse? Any questions or concerns? You know, just checking in. What a coincidence right? I voiced my vexation and addressed my grievances. Not with regards to the Traverse but with the lack of communication surrounding this transaction. He understood and apologized. He asked me to bring the Traverse in to the shop to get it cleaned up. He thanked me. I appreciated that. Three minutes later, Sales Manager John called. Same rhetoric. I again voiced my opinion, my impressions and my concerns. John did what most real "professionals" would do.........he hung up on me. I like Bobby Rinaldi but for the obvious reasons, I won't buy there again.

I have no complaints at all about this place! I got a great deal on a white 2011 Chevy Cruz. It looks and drives like a renatal car. It came with a 1 year warranty and 2 years free oils changes. When it is time to get a new car I would absolutely go back :)

Mike, John, Bob Jr are great people to deal with they make car purchasing easy, they don't haggle you like most dealer. Explained the options and functions that my cruze had. It was a pleasant and easy process to finalize the sale. Sales team was not very pushing which made the deal easier,i was looking for a Tahoe and Bob got involved and gave us some very helpfull info which turned us onto the Suburban. I purchased my Suburban and 2 days prior a good freind of mine purchased a new Cruze. Mike and Bob were very great people to deal with and if the service is as good as the sales I will be a returning customer. I dealt with allot of dealers over the years from Ford, Chevy,Honda,and Toyota never in the past was it as easy as dealing with Mike and Bob.Thanks

I had no intention on buying a new car today 10/01/12 I just wanted to shop around and see what they had on their lot and what my trade in value would be for my truck. Tony was very helpful not aggresive to me and made me feel comfortable. I gave my experience at R and R Auto Group all ratings of 5 beacuse this is the third car purchase in 2 years. I dealt with Mike Hummel all three times and he has been a top notch salesman all three times. Todays visit was to help my son Joe purchase his first car. Mike showed him the cars he was interested in and let Joe take his time, test drive them, and decide with no added pressure at all. Mike listened to what Joe and I were looking for, asked us our price range, and met and exceeded our expectations and helped us pick out a 2007 Buick LaCrosse. We are very excited about the car and Joe cannot wait until tomorrow to pick it up. It's the "no hassle, no pressure" atmosphere at R and R that I look for in a dealership and will continue to do business with R and R.

Sales and Service have always met or exceeded my expectations. Took my vehicle home for the night to test drive it and was in and out of the dealership within a few hours the next day with my new vehicle. Plus, whenever I needed to leave my vehicle overnight I always had a loaner vehicle to take home.

I have to tell you I have purchashed MANY vehicles over the years. Over those years, everytime I went to purchase a car, it was an all day affair. Not to mention the many gimmicks these dealers try to play with you. THEN....I came to R&R. I never knew something like purchasing a car could be so easy. I arrived at the dealership. Was greeted by Mike Hummel and asked what he could do for me. I test drove a CTS and fell in love with it. From the time I walked in the door to the time I walked out of the dealership (with my new vehicle) it was a total of three hours!! Something I have never experienced before!! So, if you are looking for courtesy, fast, and a no pressure dealership, look no further. I will certainly return to R&R for all of my vehicles!!

I went to R&R because they have a good reputation. My goal was a new Chevy Spark but i felt i couldn't afford it. So i was content to look at used cars. Mike made me realize that i could reach that goal and he made it happen for me. I was treated very nicely and it's the first time that i really enjoyed shopping for a car. I went to R&R auto group looking for a used Chevrolet K1500 Crew Cab Pickup. They didn't really have what I wanted and the salesman, Mike Hummel, was very rude and quick to push me out the door. I was interested in looking at other models but due to the salesman being rude I left, went to another dealership, and came home with exactly what I wanted!
