Excellent service department. Had a f350 dump truck break down on the way to Wellington and they were able to repair at a reasonable rate and relatively quickly. Highly recommended.

We were far from home, heading to Texas, when the cover for the undercarriage (both plastic and metal ones) fell off my car due to missing bolts. We spent the night in Wellington and showed up at Raber Ford when they opened and the staff was so helpful. They got us in right away, repaired the missing bolts and checked my car over. They did this at no charge to us. We were so incredibly grateful.

I was disappointed to pick up my vehicle and not have sound from my stereo (it worked when it went in). I called as soon as I noticed as it was not immediately due to listening to see if the part was fixed it was in there for. I told them they had to of hit a wire possibly. I had to make another appointment a week later to have it looked at. They said it was a cheap fix, it was a blown fuse and would be $78. If it had been a blown fuse, my screen wouldn’t have worked. $60 in “labor” that they caused, not a cheap fix in my eyes. They should’ve made it right. On top of that, they had given me an oil change I did not ask for and “fixed” a tire for a fee that was flat the next day.

Raber Ford went above and beyond to keep me on schedule for my upcoming move. A few days before our move out of state my F150 started having a timing chain issue. The girls in the service department assured me that my truck would be fixed and ready by the weekend. True to their word we were on the road with time to spare. They even addressed a recall issue while they had my truck and washed it before giving it back. I cannot say enough about how impressed I am with them. Most dealerships only care about the money, Raber cares about the customer!!
