My experience with Darlington Ford Raceway unfortunately wasn't the best. I came in for services 07/1/21 where I paid $640 for a full diagnostic and to fix a leaking valve cover gasket. I had to return my vehicle for further service on 7/15/21 after my vehicle broke down on the road where I was told one of the seals they used cracked. Soon after this service date I was back in their shop on 7/26/21 where my vehicle once again broke down. This time I was told the issue was fixed. I began to notice my vehicle still had a burn smell and slight smoking so I contacted the service manager Darren Turner who was able to get me an appointment 8/17/21 to have the parts cleaned and examined. After this visit the tech informed me they found the issue this time and they cleaned out the excess leakage. I was then warned that some oil leaked into my passenger side rotor. Now here at 8/26/21 my vehicle is louder, squeaking, and meets major resistance whenever I try to park or come to a stop. I called Mr. Darren and left a vm to return my call to see how to proceed and did not receive a call. Typical? My major concern is that I simply wanted a refund for the parts and labor. I was told this could not be done so I agreed to have them "fix" it one last time. At the conclusion of my diagnostic exam I didn't have a rotor issue. It is not the customers fault that the requested services caused another major issue after 4 different service dates in less than one month. As a customer I was left to feel that a band-aid was put on a bigger problem and I paid $640 only to be left with more services to be rendered. Services that Ford Raceway of Darlington was unwilling to accommodate me for or at least a refund considering cab fare, gas, and the constant decline of my vehicle. If a customer has an issue that seems too intricate or difficult to pinpoint or easily fix you don't take their money after telling them it'll only be an hour fix. An hour fix turned into 4 different service dates in less than one month. I do not doubt that the people employed here are good people. I'm simply voicing my experience. I do not recommend any transmission work be done with this service provider. I hope this review brings more clarity to my experience and reasoning for an honest and proper review. I will not be returning my vehicle for further services. This issue should have also been taken care of expense free considering I didn't have a "running" issue at the date of my initial service.

Excellent and I mean EXCELLENT service. Josh Freddy were the best to work with and the finance man I’m sorry I don’t remember his name actually found an error from the bank a few days later and got my savings even lower. Best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. Everyone from the salesmen to the Lady in the parts were professional and friendly and I really enjoyed buying a car for the first time in my life I highly recommend them
