This was only the second time I had my car worked on. The first time was at another dealership and we had a really bad experience. I dropped my vehicle off after hours. The Sales manager was locking up and leaving as I was parking. He went out of his way to say hello, introduced himself, and showed me where to put my keys. He even unlocked the door to put my key inside for me. The service adviser called me the next day and went over everything with me and even called back a second time to let them know the solutions and that my car was ready. We did not know when the service department closed and showed up after their Saturday hours. My car was parked up front waiting for me and I was still able to pick up my car. The ONLY bad thing I would have to say about the whole experience is the girl behind the reception counter had headphones in her ears and was on her phone when we walked up, but once she noticed us, she helped us right away. Overall great experience and I look forward to continuing my relationship with Radley Cadillac.

My 2011 CTS-V (I'm the original owner) has a latent defect which is known by Cadillac and is explained in their PIC5136P: Clicking Noise From Front Wheels. "The clicking sound is caused by interaction between the wheel mounting face and wheel mounting surface on the brake rotor caused by the aluminum-to-aluminum interface." This is a factory defect. After waiting a month for the call, I was informed by the service manager at Radley Cadillac, Paul Beedle, that because my V is out of warranty, I would need to pay (or share payment) for repairs. No way should an owner be left holding the bag for a factory defect. This should paid 100% by Cadillac, and not considered a warranty repair. My conversation with Paul Beedle deteriorated into: "where did you buy your car?", "where do you get your car serviced?". You know what Mr. Beedle, I bought my car from Cadillac, and I get my car serviced exclusively at Cadillac. And it is the dealership's service department that brings me into the sales department. Radley Cadillac in Fredericksburg, Va., will never sell me my next Cadillac, XT5, because of your service.

I was able to obtain the last appointment of the day. I ensured the Service Assistant I would be on time and I acutally arrived to my appointment an hour early. Service was fast and my SRX was clean and ready to go by 4:30PM. My only recommendation would be to keep more Tire Shine in stock, that really let's you know your vehicle has been properly cleaned.

My experience at the dealership started off a little rocky at no fault of your staff. My tire did not arrive on time, because of a outside agency. I waited for 3hrs, no tire. Your staff research other companies in the area, but the tire was not available. Your staff did everything possible to make me comfortable. The mirrors on the doors didn't function properly, probably because someone hit the driver's side mirror in a parking lot. You diagnosed the problem and ordered a replacement mirror motor. That fixed the problem. You're competent, efficient, and courteous. I'm hooked on Radley Cadillac.

Your sales staff and finance people did everything they could to get us into a car keeping the monthly payment where we needed it to be. Even with minus equity and small amount of down payment they succeeded. Our salesperson, John Trueitt - was patient, and extremely knowledgeable about the SRX. What we really appreciated was he did not push us - he gave us the respect and allowed us to make our own decision about the vehicle. He is awesome!

The driver side mirror wouldn't function properly. You identified the problem as a damaged motor and ordered a replacement. You'll call me when it comes in. Meanwhile you did a temporary fix which is acceptable until the motor arrives.

Everyone was professional and pleasant. I didn't have to wait long and will continue to bring my car here for service. I had one small issue that surprised me. I live in Manassas and it was time for my emission test. In the past, the dealership always did my inspection/emissions testing. I explained that I needed a an emissions test and was informed that this deal ship does not do emissions testing. They proceeded with servicing my car which included a recall that reset my computer. I took my car to another place to get emissions testing and was told that because my computer was reset that I had to drive the car a week first. I w is the dealership would had told me to go and get the emission test and then bring the car back another day. I did write that an emissions test was need when I scheduled the appoinment.

I always have a pleasant experience when waiting for service in your dealership. Your staff is kind, courteous and extremely helpful. I have only one recommendation: the little brown chairs in your waiting room are very low and quite uncomfortable. The sides are high causing one to either keep their arms inside (and that feels like a straight jacket) or lifting your arms up on the top of the chair arms, which are high and narrow (one can easily hit the next person's arm). I am not a large person, but I can't even imagine how the chairs would feel to them. Please consider changing them and perhaps giving 2 types of choices. Some of us do better in a straight back chair while others prefer softer choices. ;) Janet Resch

Vern Davenport has sold us both of our CTS'. He is great, he works hard to get you the best rate and deal. It was late on a Friday evening when I wanted to take delivery, I was too excited to wait until the morning, so Michael stayed late and made signing all of the paperwork very enjoyable. So far I am pleased with my new purchase. The real test will be on the future endurance of the car in hopes of it lasting a long time. The salesperson was very helpful and I was satisfied with the purchase price. Since this was the purchase of a new car I fail to understand why I must rate the quality of repairs. There was a small nick on the door which was repaired. I did find the buying process way too long and too many papers. I find many dealerships offering free interest for the first three years which yours did not and that would have been a nice option.

I went in for emission inspection as I meet up with JoJo Cox whom told me that it was not to be done at Radley Cadillac service dept but he knew of nearby service to handle that. He took my car over for inspection while I remain in Cadilliac lounge. As well JoJo helped me to set up DMV online acct for me to pay Tags bill online. Within minutes the appointment was scheduled with an email to confirm the vehicle details and directions. When I arrived on Saturday, the car was ready out front. The Carfax was available and all questions/concerns I had were fully explained. Todd was excellent throughout the whole process and couldn't be happier with my purchase. Troy and crew told me things about my Cadillac that I didn't even know to include all the free services covered by my warranty. Recall service was clearly explained. Never received a recall notice on an earlier recall advisory. Key Fob is falling apart--not reflective of quality product.

Service reps are always very friendly and professional, both when making an appointment and when you come in for service. They keep you updated on the status of your vehicle while being serviced.

Rich was great, always professional and attentive. Rich took time to explain the services needed and called with update. Waiting room was clean with a great selection of hot coffee... Great first thing Saturday morning:)

Received an email for the first service (oil change, tire rotation, etc.). When arriving, also found out there was a recent recall. All services were handled with this appointment!

I had a hard time getting through tho the service department to set an appointment. I was there in part to take care of a recall on my vehicle. I was disappointed to learn that the part wasn't there for the recall and I will have to make a second trip. Everything else was fine.

I own a Cadillac CTS V. When my car had a complex mechanical problem, the service manager and mechanic remained focused on repairing the car until the problem was fixed and provided a very nice loaner car. Their exceptional work will keep me coming back to your dealer.

Great service on my escalade! Only thing I would change is to have more loaner vehicles available. That the only thing that other luxury dealerships do better at.

Vernon Davenport is a very seasoned professional. He obviously was interested in putting us in the car of our dreams, not just getting a sale. He knew the product line. He knew what was on the lot. And he understood that what we asked for was not necessarily what we wanted. With the additional insight Vern provided, we found that we did not know what we did not know about the make and model of car we were seeking. And we ended up with a car with which we will be very happy. Michael Jordan went the extra mile with us to ensure we had all the details we needed before we finalized the sale. All in all, these two professionals made our purchase quite a memorable experience!

I did a online search for an Escalade 2015; I was contacted almost immediately Karen Jerman called me. Ms. Jerman followed up reassuring me of the services I would received. I scheduled an appointment, met John Druiett. I told him I wanted to purchase the Escalade in the showroom; mr. Druiett ensured that I understood all of the options, he provided excellent service and courtesy throughout my visit. Mr. Druiett continues to follow up with me today to ensure my satisfaction. As always, customer service was very professional. The only thing preventing me from give 5 stars is due to pricing. I know that's to be expected with high end vehicles, but nevertheless it's still a consideration factor.

My experience was great. My salesman made me feel very relax to ask questions and he did a very good job in educating me in making my selection for the purchase. I was not pressured into purchase my vehicle. Purchasing a vechile is a major decision and I was not stress out as some car dealers can do to customers.

Your Service Department is always so good. They treat you with the utter most respect. Make sure to let you know that they are working on the car and when they expect it to be done, what they are doing and then make sure that everything is done to your satisfaction. Chris even helped me with my computer and showed me how to change something on my car door locks that i couldn't figure out so I appreciated that very much. It is always a pleasure to use your Service Department, great service that is for sure.

Hello readers, Please read because this going to open your eyes I am not the type of person to ever do this but after this experience I need to WARN YOU!!!!! I purchased a 2013 XTS on Monday and after looking at this vehicle I wanted 2 things fixed a minor scratch on the bumper and the CUE system frame (Media Display) on last Monday. After all paper work was done they said they were able to do the scratch before I left the lot but they had to order the frame for the CUE system, second key because they cant find it and a smog because I live in Stafford. They said that they would do it all at once when the CUE system came in which would be Wednesday or Thursday. Thursday came around and I called first thing in the morning they said that they didnt have any opened but I can drop it off Friday at noon and be ready at 530 and they would get me a rental car. I said no need for a rental car and if I can drop off at 10 because I had a friend in town we would be in the area. I came back at 5 and told me that they could only get the smog done on the car because of being short hand. I said fine when can I bring the car back they said they didnt have an appointment open until Monday at 1. I took the appointment and watch them put it into the computer. So I ask how long would it take and I was told 1 to 2 hours. Then Michael Jordan ask to speak with me and took me in the office so he was able to get information from me and then tell me he was sorry for the inconvenience and would detail the car again and fill it up. I wasnt to upset because of where I work I know things happen and we do as much as we can to fix any mistakes that occur. I came back at on Monday 1245 to drop off the car and they told me that they were back up and had to get me a rental car. I figured since I had an appointment at 1 and a job they said would take 1 to 2 hours I would have gotten my car back that day. So I went to the rental car place got a Camaro, which is nice, but I want a luxury car thats why I purchased one not a sports car but thats all they had to compare to my car. So I took the car and left and did errors in fredericksburg because if you know 95 traffic I didnt want to drive from Stafford south in traffic. So I came back to the dealership at 5 and they told me the car wasnt ready. The car wasnt even touched nothing was done no key work or CUE work just been sitting there. They just told me sorry we get it done by noon on Tuesday (today) that they would call me. Noon went by and no call and I really didnt want to sit in traffic so I called at 4 and they said my car was done and needed to come before 6 to drop off the rental car because I would not have a ride because the rental car places is closed. Well they do have a drop box and no one in the dealership could pick me up. I was not about to get into that over the phone but I did make it before six. To get drop off at the dealership to walk in and be greeted with paperwork to sign not lets go check out your car but whatever. So I signed the paperwork and then they couldnt find my keys for the car. It took them 15 minutes before finding the keys. So I grab my keys and at this point just want to leave as I go to open the door part of my door handle missing!!! Really had my car for 3 days and cant finish the job to the end. I had to pull myself together so I wouldnt walk in the store to let all the people looking at cars know what has happened to me. So I go in and tell them that a part of the door handle is missing and they go out to look for the part. Had to wait in a place that made me feel robbed from buying a car from them that the smiles I got were fake! So remember they said they going to make this up to me was detail the car again and fill it up. Yes they detail the car but of COURSE THIS JOURNEY WITH RADLEY COULDNT END WITH A SMILE MY CAR WAS NOT FILLED UP the simplest part of all the work couldnt be done.

It was a delight doing business with Peter and Bob during presale and sale as well as John and Laura during post sale for two vehicles. Highly recommend all four of them. They made the process easy. First oil change on this car. they also performed a recall and an update. Found a screw in my tire and repaired it. Very pleasant people. Expected about 30-45 minutes and was there for about 3 hours due to the unknown issues. Didn't like that part, but lived through it. It would be nice if someone would focus on the seating in the waiting area for those of us who are a little older,,,,,the current seats are low to the ground, making it difficult to stand up. Thank you!

When I was just getting an estimate...weeks before I brought my car in, the techs went out of their way to help patch up to keep rain out, explain the process, offer advice and suggestions. Then the repair itself...it looks like a new car. Everyone I've dealt with is professional, friendly and helpful. Wonderful experience
