I’ve bought two vehicles from rainbow and they are the nicest people. Did not hold me up any longer than I needed to and gave me very fair prices. Did not take advantage of me during this chip shortage.

My experience with Rainbow Dodge in McComb MS has always been great. I have been taking my vehicle there for several years now and I wouldn’t think of going to another dodge dealership. They have excellent customer service in all departments; Everyone is friendly, courteous and attentive to my needs. If I have questions someone is always there to help and if I need parts ordered it’s done without delay. Their mechanics do a great job as well in keeping my vehicle in good running condition. I am very satisfied and I thank Rainbow Dodge in McComb for everything they do.

Easily the best service we have ever received at a car dealership! Our engine thermostat died during a 1,000 mile move across the country. We were able to limp the car over to Rainbow (engine smoking the whole way). Despite having several cars already in the shop, when we explained our situation, they fit us in nearly immediately. While we waited, employees brought us ice water, sweet tea, a bowl of water for our dog, and even offered a ride anywhere we needed to go in town. We were invited into the A.C. and out of the July heat of the South. Every employee was exceptionally nice and helpful. Our car was professionally fixed and ready to go in a matter of hours! The manager even knocked some expense off our original quote when it came time to pay, saying he wanted to "help us out". We cannot say enough good things about our experience at Rainbow. Thank you to each and every one of the staff members who helped us in our time of need!

Seemed to not want to help in the service department with our truck that we make a living from. It’s been at one dealership over a week now and I was told that it would be a week there before they could look at it! No more Dodges for us!

I had work done on my 2001 Dodge Ram 2500 done at another business and was traveling to Newton, Ia. for work when I experienced problems. Spent weekend in a local motel and showed up at 8 A M and they got me in and out in record time, back on my way after tightening some injector lines. I was very satisfied with their performance.

I went in 10/16/2015 to have the alternator replaced. It took 4 hours to complete a 2 hour job and the cost was $423. The service personnel were friendly and seemed professional. After leaving for Baton Rouge, the serpentine belt came off while turning onto Interstate 12. I tried driving to next exit, but car shut off. Got help to get me to a gas station and popped the hood. The belt tensioner was hanging loose. At 5:30 on a Saturday afternoon, no service was available. We got a cab into baton Rouge and rented a car to return home Sunday. I called dealership on Monday morning, they agreed to get the car and fix it. After replacing the belts they told me the engine was locked up. They scoped it and said cylinders 1&5 pistons were destroyed and they would replaced the engine for $3300. The dealership stated blown engine was my fault since I drove car after belt came off. I picked car up 10/30 and dealership charged $328 for towing and engine scope Avoid this place.

Had a problem with the front end on my Ram. Showed up at the service department when they opened. The service manager immediately got in my truck to figure out the problem. He found it, and within an hour it was fixed and I was gone. Great customer service

We always have our vehicles serviced at Rainbow in McComb and have always been pleased. The staff is friendly and helpful. The work done there is professional and reasonably priced. The sales staff is helpful and attentive. We have bought new and used Dodge and Chryslers from this dealership for the past forty years.

I bought a new tire to replace a bad tire; the wrong tire was replaced resulting in the bad tire (one that kept deflating several times a day) being kept on my vehicle. Also, it takes too long to get oil changes; in the past, it would take under 20 minutes for an oil change, now it takes over an hour for a simple oil change. From the recent string of mishaps with the service department, I can't trust that my vehicle will be given the attention it needs or that is being paid for, so I will opt to get my vehicle serviced elsewhere, locally. When I purchased my vehicle over a year ago, I was under the impression my vehicle's needs could be taken care of at the dealership without hassle. It's ridiculous it takes over an hour for an oil change and most importantly I can't rely on other maintenance either. I loved the customer service I received when purchasing my vehicle, and I loved the service department when it was under different management. I am saddened I no longer feel this way about the service department. The facility environment is a joy and everyone is friendly from the sales floor. The service department needs some work, though.

At first I didn't want to go here but I am glad I did. Not only did the salesman (Tyler) keep up with me but when the time came that a repair was needed, they were honest, friendly and on time! The entire staff was great, no fake hospitality here!! Thank You Rainbow.

Hats off to these guys and gals!! I literally drove 75 miles (out of my way) for the hopes to get at least "average" customer service...(which was something I could not find in the Natchez area), but these guys have it going on!! EXCELLENT service with 6 stars if possible!! Its sad to say, but I knew one day I would be able to buy a car WITHOUT all the haggle and such, and these guys provided just that!! I am 40 years old, and this was by far, the most pleasant car deal I have ever made...and I have purchased 7 vehicles prior and 8 motorcycles!! What else can one ask for?? Very knowledgeable staff, great vehicle choices (not pieces of junk), and a no pressure "to buy" atmosphere!! Nothing but good things to say about Tommy...I am so glad he answered my inquiry, and did so with lightning speed. I told him I was going to buy, and he made sure I got the car I wanted so badly!! I still cannot believe the amount of excellent service I received with this dealership...but mostly from Tommy!! Thanks again for the wonderful experience!! I will definitely shop with your dealership again in the future!! I have a co-worker looking for a new Dodge Charger...and I am going to send him your way!! I LOVE my new Honda Accord EX-L V6!!!
