I sold my 18 Civic Si to this dealership back in June. They were SO awesome! They were fast and understanding of all my circumstances. I even called them today to ask a question about GAP insurance and they were super helpful. I have tried contacting where I originally bought the Civic from, and they never got back to me and it’s been since early July. Thank you to Honda of Sumner for being so on top of everything and willing to help someone out!!

As soon as I arrived I was greeted by Giovanni Bruno right away. He was very friendly and eager to help me with my car service needs. Definitely will recommend this place. All in all I was very satisfied with my experience in Rairdon's Honda of Sumner. Great job guys you guys are Awesome!

I had a great experience here. I appreciate how I was treated, I didn’t feel pressured and I got a great deal. 11/17/21 - update: I take my Honda here for service including oil changes. I always appreciate how prompt they are and that I can get service on the weekends. I recently got a flat tire and Jim in the service dept was able to source a tire for me that matched my other tires so I didn't have to buy more than one and had it at their shop the next day.

Anna and team were amazing! Very attentive and patient as we choose options a la carte! 27 July 2021 First time using Express Service and it was amazing! I figured for lunch time on a Monday there would be a backlog, but it was quick and I was in my way home after a long work day! Thank you, Riley and team!

I came in today 1/29/21 for an oil change for the very first time on my ‘20 CRV Touring and was greeted by Riley who was very personable, courteous, helpful, professional, and a great sense of humor. It didn’t seem like a very busy Friday and it didn’t take long to get my car back in approximately half an hour. Riley reviewed the invoice with me on what was done to my vehicle, aside from the oil change. It sure was nice having interacted with someone who’s personable early in the morning. I greatly appreciated that! My address also needed to be updated when I realized seeing the invoice that it was my previous address. It was updated immediately reflecting my current address. Kudos and I look forward to my next oil change and hoping to have another opportunity to be assisted by Riley. 👍🏻👍🏻
