Very easygoing experience, even for first time buyers. I had done some research on the car I wished to purchase prior to going and was able to test drive the car and get a quote immediately. There was no pressure from the sales person, Mr. Neil Fogel, and the pricing on the car was pretty much exactly what I had researched it to be. The whole process was great from beginning to end! Everyone was friendly and personable.

I love the Lexus experience! The car drives like a dream. I have always owned my own Lexus and have come from a family that has owned, but this is my first experience leasing a car. I dealt with Kevin Losee and he was very patient with me and honest and upfront about the cost of the car and explained about the benefits for my needs and why leasing would benefit me. I think its important for a dealership to explain to customers upfront what the expenses are and he did. The manager at this dealership was also very helpful and I find the staff very friendly and accommodating. I like the idea when you go in for service with your car that they have work areas so you don't waste anytime. Joanna Oates is very accommodating in the service department. I love the freshly baked cookies they have during the week when you have your car serviced! Its a nice treat.

Went to Rallye Lexus after visiting another Lexus dealer I wasn't happy with (Farmingdale 110). At Rallye, they couldn't have been nicer. From the time my wife and I walked up to the front desk until the time we drove away with our new car, all employees we met were professional, non-aggressive, and came across with a high degree of honesty. It truly was a pleasant experience. Our Sales Representative, Kevin Losse made us feel so comfortable, answered all our questions, and honestly made us feel like we were buying our car from a relative.Our Delivery Specialist - Louis Checo - also couldn't have been nicer, explaining all the tech additions on the car, and answering all our questions.I would definitely return to Rallye for my next car, and have no problem recommending them to others.

After 17 years with a Lexus RX300, I didn't want to give up my car. However my husband and I felt the time had come. Our kids all own beautiful cars with the latest safety features. We were just going to look at what was available.We were shown multiple SUVs and all were very fine. When we sat down to get particulars, something about Neil, our salesman , seemed familiar. I asked him had he been at a different dealership 17 years prior. I told him I thought he had sold us the car we were now returning. He had the same demeanor,very nice, and we felt comfortable dealing with him. The end of this story continues when I cleaned out the car for its return and trade in. There in the Lexus book was Neil's card . He was our salesman for our first Lexus. We are so pleased with the dealership, Neil and, of course ,our new RX350.

We just drove iur new Lexus home and I have to say it was the best car buying experience ever. Neil Fogel was our sales consultant and he made the whole process seamless. We visited 2 other Lexus dealerships - one lied to us that the 2016 car they were selling us was actually a 2017 one and the sales consultant in the other dealership was pushy. Neil was courteous, pleasant and never pressured us. I work in human resources and he is the epitome of an excellent prouder of client service. Truly, outstanding service. Luis, the DVS, was patient and explained all the various components of the car, and this while standing in 90 degrees humid weather. Good job Rallye Lexus - we will have no problems referring friends and family to you.

I was disappointed back in 2013 when Lexus discontinued this magnificent color. Bravo to those who brought the color back. Now, please work on the left drivers side cup holder! Who did away with that?! I am lost without it. I called for service. Person answering the phone very polite, and professional. She transferred me to the individual to make the appointment. Again, friendly, asked me about the problem, and accommodated me with a morning appointment on short notice. They told me I should be out within 45 minutes of my appointment. I arrived, was met by a very nice gentleman. Problem was addressed, fixed, and I was out in half an hour. I have dealt with other Lexus dealerships in the past, this was my first experience at this dealer. Needless to say this is my only choice for any future service and or vehicles. They are far above the others.

Neil Fogel did everything to make my leasing experience enjoyable and smooth. He explained all vehicle options available and recommended configuration which was exactly what I needed. The vehicle for the test drive was available in a few minutes after. During the test drive Neil guided me through some vehicle features and demonstrated their usage. The work on all financial details was done quickly and and to my surprise Neil was able to provide the vehicle delivery in two days which was really important to me since the dealership is 40 miles away from my house. This is the second Lexus I have purchased from Rallye. Unfortunately, the second Lexus (of the three that I have owned) I purchased was from another Lexus dealership who I didn't like at all. This second Lexus I brought to Rallye to do all of the services. My two other Lexus I purchased from Rallye were never serviced by anyone else except Rallye. I decided to test drive the IS and I am glad I did. What performance, my ultrailluminescent optitron gauges are so high tech I love them . My car hugs the road , I am a very happy Lexus driver again . I used to drive an ES 400 . She was a beaut as well . Highly recommend Rallye Lexus if you want to love to drive again .

Just picked up my 3rd Lexus from Rallye and its all because of Kevin Losee. My first experience with Kevin was back in 2012 and then again last year when my wife got her vehicle from Kevin. This experience was by far a testament to the great personalized attention Kevin has given me as a customer. Last year I had mentioned that I liked the black on black version of my vehicle. A couple of days ago Kevin reached out to me and let me know that Rallye had just received a black on black fully loaded GS and he wanted me to take a look at it. I wasn't really in the market but it was worth a look. Kevin took the time to get an estimate on my trade in and by the time I arrived the car was waiting, the estimate was in and all I had to do was say I wanted it. A couple of hours later I was driving away with my new car. I loved my old car but this one topped it in every category. Thanks to Kevin remembering I had expressed an interest I now have an amazing new car.

Every time I have brought my car to be serviced here, I was faced with this extremely rude woman, Joanna Oates. As soon as I opened my mouth, she cut me off and spoke in a very rude way to me. Then she tried to skip my car wash and refused to listen to me and then when I asked for a receipt she lied to her superior and stated I asked for a receipt before I made payment. When I asked her a question about my bill she got loud and said , "we won't change our tire prices for you!" I told her I have a right to ask questions. She didn't make any sense. She just gave me a hard time every single step of the way when I came in. She is a nasty, rude, horrible woman. She should be fired! The way she behaved with me was terrible. I will file a complaint about her unprofessional behavior with the BBB as well unless she issues an apology.

I went to Rallye Lexus after reading many good things about them online through research. Ms. Rae Cangcuesta assisted me on the showroom floor and was eager to assist in the transaction. I considered lease and purchase options for the IS 250 and RC350 models. Ms. Cangcuesta helped to accommodate my budget when considering lease options for the RC350. She was very attentive to my needs which I appreciated. There was no pressure at any time to make the final decision. She arranged the pickup and was there on a Sunday to show me the features on the newly leased RC350. My entire experience at Rallye Lexus by far exceeded my expectations. I always hate car shopping because I feel that often the salesmen take advantage of the customer but this was not the case when working with Kevin. Upon meeting him, I felt at ease right from the beginning. I trusted that he had my best interest at heart and valued his opinion on finding the perfect used car for me. I could not be happier with my IS 250! It is definitely the best car I have ever leased/ driven. Neil Fogel made me feel very comfortable upon initial meeting and throughout the search for the car that I had decided upon. He even contacted me regarding the search for the car to let me know that he was trying hard to secure the car that I wanted and that it may take more time than expected. I recently bought my second IS250 AWD from Rallye Lexus. My first experience was so easy and stress-free that I decided to come back. This time around, Jeffrey Gonzales helped me with my purchase. I was looking for a Certified Pre-Owned model, and Jeffrey was detailed and thorough in finding me the best deal. I actually had a pre-planned week long vacation and Jeffrey kept me updated with the status of my purchase while away. He, along with Wayne Foisy, were very attentive and conscientious to the buyer's needs - I cannot stress that enough. Wayne took the time to easily explain all the financing options. On the day I picked my IS up, I noticed a small scratch on the bumper. Jeff saw to it that it was repaired immediately and provided a loaner car all the while. That is the type of service I have come to expect from Rallye and from Jeffrey. I have been to the other Lexus dealers throughout LI and NYC. I've been to too many dealership and this one by far is the best I've been to. Everyone was polite and helpful. My sales person Neil Fogel was top notch. No pressure, no gimmick. He doesn't like to go back and forth to the manager because he will give you an exciting price that you almost cannot refuse. My transaction was well after their business hour yet no one was pushing you out or giving you pressure. My day was planned with another visit to Land Rover and Porsche and another Lexus Dealership but this was my first stop and I am so happy with the service, the product and the price, I didn't even bother wasting time going to other dealership at all. Honestly, I have done some research in terms of pricing and optional equipment in my local area. None of them are as competitive as they are. I just bought a new NX 200 F-Sport, w/ the Prem Nav package from Rae Cangcuesta at Rallye and have to say that she was a real treat to deal with. I'm a really savvy shopper and did all my homework ahead of time as to what car I wanted and what I wanted to pay for it. I used truecar to find out what people were paying for this car and called 15 Lexus Dealerships to get quotes over the phone. Long gone are those days where you have to visit a dealership to do most of your negotiating. Rae and Rallye Lexus really listened to me and my needs. She was trustworthy, didn't play games, communicated clearly and promptly both via phone and email, and made the entire car buying process quick and painless. She was very professional and very customer service oriented. I don't typically write reviews for anyone but had to take time out to write her one. No other Lexus dealership could beat the price Rae and her sales manager Tony were able to get for me. If you want a steal of a deal, ask for Rae. The final price was exactly as negotiated with no games played. I only visited the dealership twice during the whole process. I was always greeted when I walked in, and was always immediately offered refreshments. I really have to say that everyone there at that dealership really went above and beyond. JayJay thoroughly explained all of features in the car on delivery date and even programmed my memory seats, phone, apps and everything else into the car/screen for me.I typically dislike dealing with dealerships but not Rallye and not Rae.I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a hot new Lexus.

I've visited 3 Lexus dealerships (Englewood, Queens, and Rallye) in the past week and Rallye Lexus beat the other two by a long shot. Jay Gold was completely honest with us from the beginning and was very willing to get us the best deal. I appreciate his help in the purchase of a new lease of a 2015 RX 350. I've purchased and traded in cars many times in the past, and have owned cars from almost every brand out there. I've dealt with all kinds of salesmen and managers, and have had to endure their games way too many times. As you can imagine, I wasn't looking forward to the dealership experience again.To my surprise, this wasn't the case at Rallye. They wasted no time allowing me to test drive the car I wanted, and immediately had me speak with one of the managers directly (Leo Kwan, who is amazing and extremely professional). Since it was late at night and I had my wife and kid with me, I told him I'd get back to him the next day. He gave me his cell phone number and was very responsive over text messages. I met him the next day, and within 30 minutes or so, he evaluated my car and we easily came to an agreement. Importantly, he gave me a very fair value on my trade-in. I've walked out of many dealerships in the last couple of weeks (and with past cars) over the ridiculous prices some dealers threw at me.....usually several thousand dollars under the trade-in value posted on KBB. Leo and I had a very honest and easy-going negotiation over everything else, and it was a no-brainer for me. Couldn't believe it was that easy. This dealer doesn't gouge you on interest rates either. They find the best rate and pass it along to you - whereas other dealers sometimes make money on interest rates as well.Michael Fiore was a pleasure as well. He didn't leave me hanging for the time spent waiting on the documents. I highly recommend both Michael and Leo. Any questions that I had on the new car were answered, and Michael even offered to spend some time with me and show off the features. I had to rush out of there, but Michael told me I could even come back another day if I wanted to go over some things.Overall, great experience, very professional, and these guys seem genuine about running an honest dealership. Reputation is important to them. I highly recommend this dealership.

After months of research and many test-drives, I finally decided to travel a little further fom my home than planned and try Rallye. I couldn't have been more surprised or pleased at the way I was treated. Meeting with Rae was so different than all (probably 20 or so) the other salespeople I spoke to. From the moment I sat down, Rae simply explained what cars were available that came closest to what I wanted. When I told her which one would suit me, she gave me a price that was better than anyone else's and a delivery date. There was zero pressure. It was more like a friendly conversation than a sales pitch. The next step was to evaluate my trade which went very smoothly. In fact they gave me more than any other dealer was willing to give. For someone who (as my wife puts it) takes forever to make a decision, this experience was simple, direct, and even enjoyable. Rae was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional!! After I got my car and called with a few questions, Rae got back to me quickly and answered all my questions. I am very glad I decided to travel a little further because the quality of the dealership and the way Rae treated me, made it my best car buying experience ever.

Rallye answered our internet inquiry promptly and when I told them I could not make it down, Tony Costanza called and made me a great deal over the phone. When we got to the dealership, Josh Weiss took care of us and everything went smoothly. Josh had everything ready for me on pickup. Of note is that Josh took the time to call and say the car was scratched in the car wash and they wanted to fix it before delivery as they will not deliver a car that is not perfect. All in all an easy lease transaction. Mike in finance also made everything go smoothly.

I have owned Lexus automobiles for the past 12 years and, as a result, have transacted business with several Lexus dealerships. I can say, without reservation, that my experience at Rallye Lexus of Gken Cove, was head and shoulders above the others. I had the very good fortune to transact my trade-in and purchase with Mr. Neil Fogel. While Mr. Fogel was very knowledgeable about the Lexus ES350 he more importantly was an absolute gentleman. Mr. Fogel very patiently reviewed all aspects of the deal. He possesses excellent listening skills and went out of his way to insure his client (myself) understood all of the details. Unlike previous buying experiences zero pressure was applied. Mr. Fogel holds the prestigious designation "Certified Master". One did not need to read that on his business card to know that was the case. The superior service provided by Mr. Fogel carried through in my dealings with the dealership's Business Manager, Mr. Michael Caristo, who took the time out to explore with me the potential advantages I could realize we're I to lease the auto as opposed to purchasing it.The final leg of the purchase was time spent with Andrew, one of the dealership's Technology Experts. Andrew is a young man with a very bright future. He is painstakingly polite, possesses an infinite amount of patience which was called upon more than once as he diligently tried to explain the car's advanced technological features to a "senior citizen". So thorough was he that he provided me with his direct line encouraging me to reach out to him with any questions.In summary Rallye Lexus of Glen Cove "gets" the customer service thing. Consistency is a difficult attribute to achieve in a business where a client need be "handled" by multiple parties but Rallye Lexus of Glen Cove has definitely found the formula. They understand the "Power of Small". It's the little things that make the difference. An example of the attention to detail they provide was the fact that Mr. Fogel took the time to pre-program my home address into my new automobile's navigation system prior to my getting into the car. I recently had the pleasure of leasing a lexus from Neil Fogel of Rallye Lexus. And i must say, the service that Neil and Rallye provided, is just impeccable. I have been leasing Acuras from the Rallye group for many years now, and thought of switching gears and trying on a lexus. Since i had excellent experience with Rallye Acura, i decided to stay within the group and gave Rallye Lexus a call. I looked up the sales guys on Rallye Lexus, and decided to choose Neil and gave him a call.I explained to Neil my situation, i was over mileage on my acura TL needed to get out 6 months early. He said no problem, we have some excellent deals and rebates going on right now, let me work the numbers will give you a call back.Neil calls me back, and the next day i was at Rallye Lexus signing the deal. Simple process, no haggling, no forcing just the best deal straight up..amazing. This is how a car leasing / buying experience should really be. And believe me, the deal was great to be missed. As an fyi, this has been my experience at Rallye Acura as well. Thank you Neil, and i will be back to you once my MDX lease is up next year, for the new RX 350. (Hopefully 7 seater).

We left a check for a $200 deposit on a used RX350, At Rallye Lexus on July 20th, 2015, but promptly cancelled the deal almost the next day. I was told at that time that my deposit would be fully refundable.I've requested the deposit money numerous times, but all I've gotten are very flimsy excuses and the runaround. I even have a copy of the cancelled check that they deposited, which they claim was never cleared!!!!This is not the way to treat the public. I will be forced to take them to small claims court, because they've given me no other choice.I'll let you all know how it turns out.

I had tried to start with other dealers (other brands) and they were not as accommodating as Rallye was. They were very straightforward and helpful. I bought a used Lexus from Rallye Lexus and had a terrific experience right from the start. I received a prompt response to my request for information on a newly listed car which was very refreshing, as some other Lexus dealers I contacted still have not responded to this day. I also received a couple of follow-up phone calls/emails keeping me informed as to the status of the car I was interested in. (It was a newly traded-in car and was out being prep'd for sale.) Once the car came back, Jeffrey promptly sent me some detailed pictures of the car. We had a few follow-on conversations and in the end, Jeffrey was very accommodating and helpful in getting me the information I needed. The whole process was very transparent which I really appreciated. When I arrived at Rallye Lexus to pick up the car, Jeffrey was outside shining the car to remove the water spots from the rain the day before - all in his beautiful 3-piece suit. In summary, I appreciate being treated with respect. I appreciate the prompt and courteous communication. I appreciate Jeffrey responding to emails outside of normal business hours and also on his day off; he clearly cared about the sale. The car I bought is a beautiful used car and was a pretty good value for the price, and even though it was among the least expensive cars on the lot, I'm pretty sure I was treated the same as the guy who was buying one of the more expensive cars on the lot.

This was my first time dealing with Rallye Lexus, and they truly lived up to their reputation. A kind and courteous staff is there to greet you upon arrival. My salesman, Jeffrey, listened to all my needs and paired me with the best car for me. After doing numerous test drives for a variety of cars, I realized that Jeffrey was the only one to actually deliver. I will always refer my friends to him, because I know he will take the time to get to know his clients and take care of their needs.

I was in the dealership yesterday to look at buying a new Lexus when I overheard a couple of things that left a sour taste. First, a couple of the employees were making fun of a customer saying, "If he can buy cash, he should spend a couple grand on his teeth." Well, I think you need some botox and lipo, but that's neither here nor there. And something that's free, which you don't have: class and respect for the customer. Second, a guy kept telling a customer, "This is New York. This is New York. That's not how it's done here" No, it's Long Island. I live in New York. New York City. And a New Yorker knows if someone has enough to buy cash, you take it. As if anyone in your dealership has enough to buy one of your cars cash. LOL Dude was probably old money. Looked like you lost his sale and I know you definitely lost mine. I might buy a Lex, but not from your group. Condescending jerks. Buy yourself some class with both cars still in your inventory.

Rally's had the pre-owned Lexus I was looking for and was able to work out a deal with Kevin over the course of a few phone calls. I flew in from Kentucky to pick it up. Kevin met me on his day off and had everything ready so my time at the dealership was less than an hour so I could begin my 812 mile test drive.

In early November 2014, I leased my third certified LS from Rallye Lexus. Kevin Losee helped me through the entire process of turning in my existing vehicle and leasing my next sedan - he took me through my options, listened to my needs, and came up with a superb solution. Michelle Gonzales was able to get me approved and was able to help me pick up an excellent warranty. Later Steven Holmes graciously and patiently explained the many features that these lovely sedans have to offer. This write up would not be complete without my mentioning the terrific service I received from Joanne Oats of the service department who made sure that my vehicle had everything I needed and Raoul Aria who graciously came to my home, provided me with a loaner car and brought my car back to my doorstep - saving me both time and money. Kevin Losee proved his commitment to quality with his continued diligence in getting a minor billing related request resolved successfully. My Mom was recently in an accident where her beloved Lexus ES350 was totaled because someone ran a stop sign. She was inconsolable. Thankfully, we returned to the dealer from which she had purchased her car 10 years previous, and which I have used for my last 2 cars, and we found her an updated match.The sales/finance team of Jeffrey and Leo helped us through a difficult time and found a perfect pre-owned version of her car quickly and painlessly.Much thanks to them and the other staff who listened to her story and with empathy and patience helped her get just what she needed.

I have driven company cars for most of my driving life. This was really the first car I picked out and leased. After visiting with many dealerships, my experience at Rallye Lexus with Anthony Piccirillo was by far the best. Rallye has its act together in terms of processes and procedures to insure your purchase goes smoothly and efficiently. Anthony was professional, knowledgeable and kept everything on schedule down to the last minute. He brought forward the best pricing as well. Michael Montijo did a great job showing me how to use the GS 350s technology. I have been to other Rallye owned dealers and they are a cut above the others, but Rallye Lexus was by far the best. I highly recommend this dealership.

I've been dealing with many dealerships over the past couple of years, from Jeep to Mercedes to BMW, and I have to say that Rallye Lexus, by far, has THE most informative and nicest sales reps. They didn't try to add unnecessary and expensive items to the car and didn't lie to us about any fine prints, which we really appreciated. Michael Montijo, who explained the RX in detail to us, was very knowledgeable and patient, he took his time explaining everything to us and made us feel so comfortable. Our sales rep, Bob Heyman, was one of the best consultants we've ever dealt with, and he made us want to return to Lexus with friends and family to buy/lease more cars from him!!! We have owned many vehicles before and our last vehicle was a 2008 GX470. Very reliable and trouble free but thought it was time to purchase a new one. Started looking and contacting dealerships. Was not satisfied with the first few and came upon Rallye Lexus and decided to give them a try and have not regretted our decision. Our Salesperson - Neil is very funny, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Tony Costanza was very accommodating and worked with pricing etc until we were happy. I was looking to purchase a vehicle for my wife, who was using my 2007 Toyota 4Runner at the time. After researching different suvs we decided to look for a Lexus GX460. This vehicle was rated high in quality and reliability by Consumer Reports and looked good on the road. Initially we didn't find many for sale, but found one available, using the internet, at Rallye Lexus. My wife and I made the 40 minute trip to Rallye Lexus to check out a 2010 Lexus GX460. Our first impressions of the dealership were that of quality and professionalism. Our salesman was friendly, professional and very helpful. He set up a test drive right away for us, which helped us make a decision to purchase the vehicle. We were impressed with the condition, cleanliness, the warranty for this certified vehicle and the overall confident feeling that this dealership gave us. .

The best word for us to describe our experience was professional sincerity. From the receptionist to sales to finance to car delivery. I personally, through my firm and with our family have been involved with purchasing over 50 vehicle. Neil Fogel gave us his excellent professional advices on the trade-in of our old car, the leasing program and the financing program. He was very thorough and patient explaining everything to us. I explained when I arrived that I was pressed for time and they did a super job of getting the transaction completed in time for me to make a scheduled event.

A native Long Islander, who now resides in New Jersey, I felt compelled to go online and do some research after my car was involved in an accident in August. I was driving a used car that was breaking down everyday, until I finally thought back to how both my parents are Lexus Lovers. So as I used to teach in Locust Valley, I went on to the Rallye Lexus Website did a search for a certified pre owned vehicle, and after reading some truly amazing reviews, then made the phone call to Mr. Neil Fogel to see if there was such a car for me. He informed me that the dealership just took in an ES and it was beautiful. I begged for him to please keep that for me, until I had the time to get a look for myself. It was everything and more! I cannot believe the professionalism, care, understanding, and compassion Neil had for me! I came in last month saw it, loved it, gave him the current used vehicle that I had, took it off my hands, and to my surprise, not only did he detail the car for me, it was washed, prepped, and had a snow glisten shine like no other. Neil Fogel who made the sales experience thoroughly unpleasant. He made it very clear that he had no interest in working with us since we were not looking to buy a loaded RX 350 and did everything he could to rush us out of the dealership. He was rude and obnoxious beyond belief. He kept insisting there is no way I could get the price I expected even after I showed the Truecar certificate. This is very surprising to me since they had all of my information already and knew I was only interested in a basic AWD model.

I made an appointment online to buy the car I wanted after doing a fair amount of research. I walked in on time, met the sales consultant after only a few moments. We finished the negotiations for the purchase of my new car and trade in of my old car very efficiently - no nonsense - and I was in and out within an hour. I came back the next day to finalize the purchase, again efficiently at a price I though was right for both my new and old car. I drove away in my new car two days later mid-morning - the day after Christmas. Great experience.

This was my personal bitter/sweet experience that turned out so sweet! I was replacing my 17 year old Lexus that I truly loved because it was the last tie I had with my loving husband who had passed 12 years ago. I had never purchased a car before on my own and for all good reasons this car was just fine. On the insistence of my son ,we stopped into the Rallye dealership where my car had been always serviced. I was directed to Niel Fogel who must have sensed my feelings. With very few words, he was very warm ,friendly and understanding and in a matter of minutes he won my trust. His approach was most kind and in no way pushy. .The information rendered showed me this was the right time to let go and move on. My bitterness ,really my sadness turned to sweetness as i purchased my new 2014 Lexus. It did seem right and Neil Fogel made it happen!

My father and I had went to this dealership in order to look for a pre owned ES350, we found one that caught our eye and negotiated a price with our sales person LEO CRUZ along with the pre owned manager STUART. When we had came back to the dealership 1 day later to drop off a deposit and to complete some initial paper work. We were asked to sit with the finance and dmv person. Up until that point everything was going fine. I walked in and I greeted her saying "hi MICHELLE", she didn't glance up to greet me, no hand shake, no please have a seat, she kept staring at her computer and just said "hello". No big deal, after my father was done signing the paper work for new license plates and etc I had asked her if I was qualified to receive the referral coupon since I was already a satisfied client at Rallye Lexus. MICHELLE"s response was "I am not taking any more money off of this car than we already did". I continued to explain to her that this was not a coupon to save money on this purchase but a referral program in which I was told about by the finance manager when I was leasing my car, she then with an attitude and irritated tone said to me "which finance guy told u about this referral program? I have been working here for 23 years and I have never heard of such a thing". So then I tried to explain to her that it was a gold color rectangular shaped thick paper referral coupon which had to be filled out and signed and sent to Rallye. She then proceeded to raise her voice at me and said " I WILL NOT REPEAT MYSELF FOR THE THIRD TIME THAT I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THE blank IT IS THAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT, SO IF YOU DO NOT PUT YOUR EYE BALLS BACK INTO YOUR HEAD YOU CAN GET OUT OF MY OFFICE" That is when a manager ran into her office and told her to step outside so he can have a word with her. When she walked back into her office she threw the paper work at my father and said "Now the both of you can get out of my office and go finish this up with your sales person. At this point in time words were exchanged between her and I but I must note that there were no profanities being thrown around, my mother was there, my father who is 69 years of age was present so who ever is reading this can get the idea. I had now walked out of her office and as I was about to walk away I asked the manager and my sales person if they had ever heard of this referral program and they both said "yes"! So now I wonder how could the both of them had heard about it and this MICHELLE character didn't? Anyways at this point in time I was standing by the podium along with the manager, sales person, and receptionist and we were talking about this situation and at no point in time did I get an apology. MICHELLE then proceeded to walk towards me saying to the manager that she wants us to leave the dealership and at that point I flipped out asked for my fathers deposit back and we had left. I am completely disgusted by this dealership and if I could I would return my car back to them because just knowing that it came from there is such a turn off for me at this point. I will NEVER shop at a Rallye dealership ever again! Michelle Gonzalez single handedly ruined this deal and my relationship with Rallye Motors

It was a pleasure working with both Neil Fogel and Anthony Costanza. They were both extremely accommodating, courteous and responsive to all our questions and concernsUnfortunately, our experience with the Financial Service Manager, Mike Caristo, almost caused us to forfeit our deal. We found him to be intimidating, condescending, and outright rude. If not for Neil and Anthony we probably would have walked out. Jeff had a positive attitude from the time my wife and I met him. He was knowledgeable, friendly and committed to find a way to get us the car we wanted. More often than not leasing or buying a new car is not a pleasurable experience. Typically it's a high pressure situation where you are made to feel like if you don't sign the contract right then and there the price will evaporate overnight and you won't be able to get that "great deal" that's being offered. Working with Neil Fogel was a pleasure. He is a true professional. He was polite, knowledgeable and low key. He worked with me to arrive at a price that I was comfortable with and get a car (Lexus IS 250) with the options that I wanted. When he told me that the relationship didn't end when I signed the lease and picked up the car, that it just began and that I should fell free to call him if I ever needed anything, I believed him. Truly excellent customer service.

How nice it was to see Mr. Fogel still working here where we purchased our 1st Lexus 9 years ago.He is personable and knowledgeable. He was eager to satisfy our requirements by reviewing all available cars in stock to find one which most closely met our needs. . Michael Montijo was very patient explaining the many new features of the 2014 ES. He took us through the features at a pace that allowed us to absorb their functions. I have been with Rallye Lexus since 1991 working with Anthony Costanzo..Anthony is now the Manager and put me in contact with Neil Fogel...OMG what a pleasure. He was concerned with my interest, feelings, comfort and my best interest. He took me out on three different test drives in three different model(IS250, GS350 and ES350) without HESITATION. I was amazed and appreciated that. He was patient and concerned that I make the right decision for the right reasons. This made it easy for me to make up my mind. When I arrived to pick my ES350 up, all the paper work was ready and a breeze to go through and sign. He offered to have someone switch the things from my old car to the new car but it was something I needed to do myself. The weather was very hot that day so Neil made it a point to come out and check on me and even came out a second time to bring me a cold drink. Customer service and caring like this is PRICELESS which is why I have been with Rallye since 1991 and will continue to keep coming back..Karl who is in charge of valet, Mike who explained the features of the car , Pam the assistant service manager and Anthony the sales manager are all OUTSTANDING with Neil being PRICELESS.....

This is my second experience with salesman Neil Fogel this year, and once again, I was treated with courtesy and respect. I was also the beneficiary of Neil's professionalism in that the vehicle he found me (RX 450h), was equipped exactly as I had wanted. Since I was transitioning out of another model, my decision making required a fair amount of information. He was patient, answered my questions, and was fully supportive throughout the process. He put together a very good deal for me. I would highly recommend him to absolutely anyone considering purchasing or leasing a Lexus. I also received excellent service from Michelle Gonzalez in Finance and Michael Montigo at my delivery. Rallye Lexus is a class act, as is Neil Fogel.

Rallye was one of several Lexus dealerships I visited on LI looking for a CPO RX 350 for my wife. My intention was to take a look at the four CPO RX 350's Rallye had advertised on Cars.com. What immediately caught my eye, was the consistently better than expected condition of Rallye's CPO vehicles compared to similar examples I saw at other dealerships. I ended up purchasing one of them with the help of Kevin Losee. Kevin did an amazing job and this was by far the most pleasant car buying experience I've had in recent memory. Overall, the deal was easy to close and there were none of the usual tactics that are all too common in this sort of transaction. In particular, I was really impressed by little details, like the almost trivial concerns I had about my chosen vehicle's condition that Kevin was able to take care of the prior to delivery. To me, that's clear indication that Kevin was going way above/beyond in order to make me happy.I highly recommend Rallye Lexus. Their facilities, staff and cars are top notch. Just be sure to ask for Kevin when you stop by to look at a CPO Lexus!

This is my second Lexus , had the first one for 12 years. These cars are amazing. Kevin Losee is a great sales representative. He was very helpful in showing and explaining my POV , Lexus RX 350.The car looks, feels and drives like new even though I bought it with about 21,000 miles on it. Every one in the office is very friendly. Also Steven Holmes at the end was great and very thorough in explaining all the finer points and features of my car.Whenever I had to bring my previous Lexus for service at Rally Lexus it was always a pleasant and satisfying experience. The service was always performed within the time frame they promised.

Visited Rally Lexus and was greeted by a friendly receptionist. Told her I was interested in a new SUV350. She introduced me to Neil Fogel who took me on a test drive of the 2015 SUV350. Liked the way it drove. Told Mr. Fogel I would get back to him that I was going to look at a Mercedes & a BMW. He did not pressure me and I said I would get back to him. Today I took ownership of my New SUV350. Mr. Fogel went out of his way to be helpful and I appreciated that. Mr. Fogel is very courteous and extremely helpful.. The lease on my 2010 ES 350 was ending in three months. So I went to Rallye Lexus early just to see the new 2014 ES350 Lexus. When I walked in the door a women and Jeff Olson were standing at a desk . I was asked if I needed assistance. I said no just wanted to look around. I was told if I had any questions let her know. I returned to the desk and ask the differences between IS250 and the ES350. That is when Jeff Olson began assisting me. After explaining the IS250, we preceded to talk about what type of car I was presently driving,I informed him that my lease was ending andI was just browsing ,not planning to lease a new car at this time. Like most salesman I have encountered thru the years Jeff Olson , gave me what I consider a familiar sales pitch, "If I can lower your monthly payments on a new lease will you Lease a new car today?" Of course I said yes, (not really expecting a lower lease payment because in my 43 years of purchasing and leasing cars I cannot remember paying less for the next new car, prices always go up!) After a few light moments of negotiating I leased a new 2014 fully equipped ES350 ,with a $18 lower monthly payment and a 6 month shorter least! That was on a Saturday and Jeff told me I could pick up my new car on Monday. He called me Later Saturday evening and thanked me for my business. On Monday I emailed Jeff with a few more concerns and he came through. Jeff was very professional, patient and exceeded my expectations! It was a win win ,I got the car I wanted and Jeff got the Sell! I will gladly recommend Jeff and Rallye Lexus!

I wanted to purchase a specific car RX350 FSport there were none available so I visited Rallye to see if they could find it for me or order it. It turned out that the car needed to be ordered and it would be a 2015. I gave Jeff the list of options and color I wanted he did a search and the car was not available therefore he needed to order it, I left a deposit and the car was ordered. I asked that I not be contacted requesting I take another car which was in inventory. Jeff told me the car would take three months to be made and come in. Jeff called me about five weeks after I ordered the car to tell me the that it would be arriving in a week or so. He promptly called me when the car arrived so a delivery date could be scheduled. The car was delivered much sooner than three months, I was kept informed when it would come in, I was not bothered numerous times to purchase something in inventory which I did not want. nor was I pressured to buy additional packages for the car. Jeff listened to my requests and followed through. Purchase went very well, dealership if professional and friendly. My experience was very positive and I would purchase from Rallye again. When I started looking for a new car, I went to Rallye Lexus. I was introduced to Neil who proceeded to quote me a price for a new Lexus ES350 and a trade in for my car. I then went comparison shopping to other Lexus dealership. After shopping around with other Lexus dealers, I returned to Rallye Lexus with my wife. Neil had given me the best price for an ES 350 and for my trade-in. However, he was busy with another customer who had come earlier then his scheduled appointment. He introduced us to Bob who helped us to complete the transaction. Bob and Neil made our experience a pleasant one. Bob was efficient and pleasant. He worked with us in purchasing our car. My wife and I were very pleased with our experience with both Bob and Neil. When we came to pick up our new car Mike was very helpful in explaining the features of the car. It was hassle free, which both of us had never experienced before.

I went to check for a Lexus IS but a nice champagne-color Lexus ES 300H caught my eyes. Once I start talking to Richard Repanes about hybrid cars he showed a very friendly, comprehensive approach and took me for a test drive.I have ended by buying the attractive champagne-color car the same day because of Richard who is a great professional and friendly person.

From the moment my wife and I walked into Rallye Lexus we were treated professionally by everyone we encountered, starting with the Car Valet. This was the third car dealership we had visited on a late Saturday afternoon. Although it was nearly closing time Neil Fogel greeted us with a big smile and a handshake. Neil was an extremely knowledgeable about all the Lexus products as we discussed the features of the 2015 RX350. After discussing some of the preliminary information Neil suggested that my wife and I test drive the vehicle. From the moment he brought the vehicle to the front of the showroom he meticulously described and demonstrated all the features of the vehicle as we conducted the test drive. After the test drive we reviewed some of the purchase/lease options. My wife and I advised Neil that we would consider his options and speak with him next week. At no point did Neil try to pressure us for a purchase decision or a deposit. During the course of the next few weeks we had several discussions with Neil via the phone and email. We want to commend Neil for his responsiveness, there were several times that he indicated that he needed to call us back, and he was very punctual to his commitment. Approximately two weeks after our initial visit we were able to come to an agreement on a deal, without ever having to visit the dealership again, except to meet with the Finance Manager. Our experience with Mike Caristo, the Finance Manager was professional; pleasant and extremely non-stressful. To our surprise Mike indicated he would have the vehicle ready for us the next evening. My wife and I returned to the showroom the next evening, we immediately met with Neil and we completed the paperwork in an extremely organized and timely manner. Neil escorted us to Michael Montijo the Vehicle Delivery Specialist, Michael guided us through all of the features of the vehicle including the customization of the many computer aided programs.In summary, this one was of the most pleasant car purchasing experiences we have had, and two weeks later we are enjoying the smooth ride and the features of the vehicle. The Rallye Lexus team had all the paperwork ready and it was accurate as we agreed over the phone. The car was exactly as described via the internet information. My professional sales representative Kevin picked me up from the local hotel on his day off to complete the transaction.I greatly appreciated how quickly the paperwork was completed. We spent more time together going over the features of the vehicle. We drove it home to Utah about 2403 miles and had a great adventure. I have just read the other reviews listed here on DealerRater.com for my salesman, Neil Fogel, and Rallye Lexus of Glen Cove. I have to agree with every last mention! Can I add anything to the previous fabulous reviews? I'll try. My longtime salesperson was no longer working at the dealership and I was wondering, rather nervously, who would guide me through my next lease? Also, my lifestyle had changed. I needed to lower my car payment and find a vehicle that could accomodate my mother's wheelchair. My kids are grown, but I am a caregiver once again! Neil and I seemed to "click" immediately. We discussed quite a few options; I did not settle on a vehicle for nearly two weeks. There was no pressure, instead, he conveyed his kind reassurance, his knowledge of the Lexus line, my lease options and gentle reminders via email. This helped me make my decision. He took into consideration all of my new needs and preferences and found me a Lexus CT hybrid. After a test drive I was sold! Thank you, Neil, for helping me in my time of need!

I had leased and then purchased a 2005 LS430 from Lexus. We absolutely loved the car, but I unfortunately totaled the car several weeks ago.I called Lexus and was fortunate to speak with Jeff who tried to help immediately. I scheduled an appointment to speak with him and found a2014 Lexus ES Model which we leased from Jeff. He did not pressure us to sign a contract and made every effort to give us the best possiblelease he could. He then called several days later to see how I was enjoying the car and offered to have me go back in if there were featuresI was not yet comfortable with. This was to be my first new car purchase in many years, and although I had already decided that I wanted a Lexus, I was somewhat nervous as I approached the dealership. My concerns evaporated as soon as I arrived, as I was greeted by a friendly and polite parking attendant who parked my car in valet parking, and treated me with respect, even though the car I had arrived in was old and nowhere near the quality of a Lexus.As soon as I set foot in the showroom, I was met by the gentleman who would be my sales person, Mr Neil Fogel. Mr Fogel was in no way intrusive or pressuring, but gently and patiently answered all my questions and concerns. If I had any residual nervousness, it evaporated in just a few minutes with Mr. Fogel, and I soon felt totally comfortable in his reassuring presence. It will sound like a cliche, but it is no exaggeration for me to say that I felt as though I was being given the same attention and concern that he would give to a close relative. On our test drive, he took care to point out all the significant features of the vehicle and gave me enough time to feel comfortable behind the wheel, enough time for me to be sure that this was the right car for me. After I picked out the model, options and color, Mr. Fogel surprised me by informing me that the car I wanted had arrived on the lot just as we were speaking, and that I could drive it home the very next day.While the paperwork was being processed, I spent a long time with Mr Michael Montijo, who painstakingly went over every detail and feature of my car, even going over the same point several times until we were both sure that I had understood. Even so, there was so much to learn, that he allowed for me to return with any questions I had as often as I needed to. I think it says a great deal about this dealership that they have TWO people on staff whose main function, it seems, is to teach new owners the ins and outs of their car. In every step in the process, every person who worked at Rallye, even those with whom I had no direct contact, clearly took great pride in the cars they sell and in their jobs.When the time came to sign the contracts and secure all the financial details, I was introduced to Ms Michelle Gonzalez, who took me through the process very efficiently, but with extraordinary patience and sensitivity. At one point I mentioned to Mr. Fogel that this may have been the most money I had spent on a single purchase in my life, other than buying a house, but I felt not the slightest trepidation; in fact, I felt very good about the whole process, in that I was doing something for myself that I wanted and deserved, and getting full quality for my dollar. In large measure, that assurance and confidence was inspired by Ms Gonzalez.Buying my new Lexus was a two-day odyssey that I will long remember, not because it was traumatic, but because it wasn't traumatic in the least. I was made to feel very special from beginning to end, and I believe that, as the final line from the movie "Casablanca" goes, "This looks like the start of a beautiful friendship."

The service department was the worst experience with an auto mechanic I ever had. Dealership service is known to be more expensive. I took my car into Rallye Lexus because I had just purchased my friend's 2011 LS and I wanted to make sure it was in tip-top shape. I figured the extra expense was worth it if I could get honest, expert service by someone who was familiar with my car. Boy, was I disappointed! At my initial appointment, they replaced the ac filter and my windshield wipers and did an inspection. They also told me my cd player was broken and would be replaced under warranty. I negotiated a 10% discount. When I got the bill, it didn't reflect the discount. I asked the representative about it and he said it had been calculated as part of the bill. I made an appointment to return the following week when the new cd player would be in. The car still had a message saying my ac filter needed to be changed. I called and they said they must have forgotten to reset it. When I got there the following week, I checked the price of replacing the wipers and found that, not only hadn't they given me the discount, they had overcharged me for the work. I had to insist to get a refund rather than a credit towards my next service. After waiting for over 2 hours, they told me they had ordered the wrong radio and I would have to return in a couple of days. When I told them I lived far away, they gave me a loaner car. It took twice as long for the new radio to arrive as they said it would. In addition, my car was there twice and spent almost a week there and it never got washed, with a different excuse each time. After this was all over, I decided to call the service manager to give him a chance to explain. I left a couple of messages and he never returned my call. They are either dishonest, incompetent, or both. I certainly would never let them near my car again.

Possibly the best car purchasing experience that I have ever had. Jeff Olson, our sales person, was amazing to work with. Very professional, extremely personable and very knowledgeable. I usually dislike the "game" of purchasing a new car, but not at Rallye Lexus. The overall atmosphere in their showroom, was exceptional. It was warm and friendly, no pressure of any kind. Jeff Olson, my sales professional made It an enjoyable and happy experience. This is what buying a new car should be like. Even the rest of the staff that we dealt with, all were wonderful and they added to the terrific experience that I had. From the moment I pulled into the paking lot I felt welcomed. The parking attendant was very nice helpful on directing me where to go. The recepionist was very pleasant. Leo Cruz was my salesman. He was very professional. Not once I felt pressured to purchase the car. But he made me feel comfortable by going over the history, details, and the value of the car. Everything from there on out was smooth. I was so excited about my car, that I picked it up a few days early than expected date. Leo was off that day. From our very first visit to Rally Lexus, there was an immediate sense that we were being handled in an absolutely professional manner. We were considering three different models and our sales professional, Neil Fogel, was informative and more than happy to take us on a test drive for each one. He educated us as to the attributes of each model and thoroughly answered every question we had. Our first visit ended with a warm hand shake, zero pressure and a welcome back at any time. Leo Cruz and Stuart Brenner were very helpful from the beginning. My husband, Pete, located the first car on the internet and dealt with Leo at first. He was right there to answer all of my husband's questions regarding the car and how we would do the trade in with our Denali. Stuart then drove the Lexus SUV down to our home in Cranbury, NJ and the whole thing couldn't have been easier for us. Since Leo and Stuart were so great with the SUV, when Stu told Pete about the second Lexus (LS600) car, Pete said he was interested. Stu let us know what the worth of our 2004 Lexus trade-in and once again, he drove the LS600 down to our house and he took our trade in. We had a fabulous experience both with Rallye Lexus but more importantly working with Neil Fogel. From the time we walked into the dealership everyone was very friendly and nice. Neil came right over, introduced himself and from that point on we loved working with him. He was helpful and knowledgable about the car. When we arrived at the dealership we already knew for what we were looking so the actual "sale" was easy but working with Neil was just a joy. He explained all the paperwork and made sure we knew exactly what we were signing. When we came to pick the car up, everything was ready to go. At that point, Mike Montijo came over and showed my husband and me all the features the car had and made sure we knew how to work everything, he even set up our bluetooths on our phone. The whole experience was easy as can be and quite enjoyable.A couple of days after we brought the car home, my insurance company contacted me to say they needed two things they had not received. I called Neil and within 10 mins the insurance company had received everything.I cannot say enough great things about dealing with Neil and getting a car from Rallye Lexus. This is my first car review ever. I don't write reviews usually but I felt compelled to do so in this case. Yesterday, I purchased a slightly used Toyota Prius from Pre-Owned Sales Manager Stuart Brenner and Pre-Owned Sales Representative Kevin Losee. Bottom line: Guys were great. Treated me like a person (I am a young woman who came in without my dad or fella and they never talked down to me or treated me like a child which happens far too frequently in car dealerships). I got a great deal. They couldn't give it to me for what I asked but they met me in the middle without slamming me with non-sense fees. Honest guys, doing all they can to help. I did a ton of research on Edmonds, TrueCar, CarMax, eBay Motors, etc... before I came in with my "out the door price" cheque. Stuart Brenner and Kevin Losee stayed after hours to help me get my new car, filed all paperwork without all the "dealer fees" that everyone else throws in at the end (just doc fee was included, which is mandatory by law). Because I was coming from NJ, Stuart even gave me a ride to the direct LIRR train station, waited for me to buy my train ticket, and then let me wait in his car for another 15 minutes so I wouldn't be cold on the platform. This is the best customer service and care I have ever received (and this is not my first car purchase -- I have owned a Range Rover and Toyota Camry XLE hybrid in the past 10 years).

i had a very bad experience at the Massapequa Lexus. Was referred to the Glen Cove Lexus by my brother-in-law who purchased a used car from Kevin Losee. He collected all the necessary data and after a few minutes of more conversation, he promised to get me into a leased Lexus. I left feeling good but after receiving no word from Kevin for two days, I lost faith but soon thereafter, Kevin called with the greatest news ever: I was approved! It was only later, while in the finance department, did I discover just how passionate Kevin had worked to "close the deal." Rallye was the third Lexus dealership I visited. I was shopping for a 1-2 year old CT but was fed up with dealers who have a car but try to sell me something else or put pressure on me to buy without giving a good deal. Kevin was the first dealer in my car shopping process who did not put pressure and used his sense of humor to make the experience the least scary and painful as it can possibly be. He also established customer relationship that did not end with the sale. He encouraged to stay in touch and helped out when I encountered problems with the car or paperwork. He followed up on how I was doing after few weeks of driving. That is how he was with me: humorous and helpful. He is a very good salesperson and a very nice person that I am not afraid to call when in trouble.

A good salesman should be able to adapt to the type of client they are dealing with. If I know the car and want to get in and out, do that. If I have a million questions, then spend time and answer them informatively and patiently. If I am looking at one vehicle and you think you may have something that is a better fit for me, then by all means suggest it. Kevin is extremely knowledgable about his product. Many of you know this is sometimes rare among car salespeople. Kevin patiently answered all of my questions and then some. He took care of all the paperwork and details quickly and efficiently. My wife and I were extremely satisfied how Kevin helped us with purchasing our Lexus 350, he made the sale a very pleasant experience . He was professional and friendly. The day that we were suppose to pick up the car, the machine that creates NY registration sticker broke. He notified me about this issue early in the afternoon and said he will let me know that we could pick up that car on that day. He called and told me that the issue is not resolved yet but he assured me that if the machine gets fixed he would let me know. Well, the machine did get fixed but it was late in the day. Kevin told me he would stay late if we want to come and pick up the car. We got to the dealer after closing time but Kevin was there waiting for us. He took care of the paper work and then showed us all the feature of the car, it was very late by the time we were done. I would recommend Kevin and Rally Lexus.

When I came in to pick up the car Kevin was very professional. He was organized and had all the paper work ready for my signature. Once we entered the car Kevin showed me how to work every thing. It was raining when I picked up the car. Kevin did not like the sound of the wind shield wipers so he brought the car back to the shop to have them changed. This is my third Lexus. I have been pleased with all of them. When I asked Kevin to pop the trunk so I would know how do it he noticed my net and first aid kit were missing. Again he went back in the rain and saw to it that I had these items. I can only say excellent things about the way I was treated by Kevin. He knows every function of the car and how to explain it to a novice.

Long Island was hit with a devistating storm this month. Many lost all their possessions including their homes and cars. My husband and I were among them. Having to deal with getting our lives back in order, we needed transportation. Both of our cars were lost due to flooding. A dear friend of mine recommended Rallye Lexus in Glen Cove. Through total cell phone communication I was introduced by the receptionist to Kevin Losee. He couldn't have been more understanding. He explained Rallye's extensive inventory. My husband decided on an RX and I we t with an HS hybrid. With gas issues and prices I'm looking to save on fuel!! This whole transaction was done through texts, emails and phone conversation's!! Between my husband and I, we have owned new cars, owned certified pre-owned, or leased new with a combine of six different cars over our lifetime. We have dealt with Toyota, Honda, BMW, Infiniti dealerships and though most had good to very good service(especially bmw manhattan & infiniti of great neck), none compared to the EXCELLENT service we received at Lexus Rallye recently.Dave, our salesperson was very polite, warm, professional and respectful. We liked his suave, non-pushy, not overly aggressive style. Just a real nice guy to deal with. He was great from start to the very end.While most sales people are the pleasant ones to deal with, sitting with the finance guys is usually the painful part. But not with Gregg. He was very friendly, very funny, very sharp, with very good manners. He made the process painless and fun.We were very pleased with our experience with Dave and Gregg. They were both very attentive and nice. The overall energy at Lexus Rallye is comfortable and pleasant. After the deal was done, we left feeling very happy with our purchase and will probably be customers for a very long time at Lexus Rallye dealership.

I have been a regular customer of Rallye Lexus in Glen Cove since 2007 when I purchased my first Lexus from Dave Tubens. Dave was not only very knowledgable about the product, he was very kind and considerate when I called afterwards to ask him any questions or to discuss any concerns I had. My 2004 RX 330 was always dealer maintained so I became familiar with the above named service representatives. Cynthia, Andy, Pam... you're all great! I came to Rallye Lexus to look for a used sedan for my 92 year old mother. I had the pleasure of working with Kevin Losee who inspired confidence from the get go. Kevin's background as a mechanic as well as owner of his own car repair shop makes him unique among salesmen. Kevin was friendly and direct and guided me through what would have been a sale, but for my mother's intransigence! Kevin had me sold on one of the used ES 350 s but my Mom was determined to buy another Subaru which was more familiar to her. This was the 3rd Lexus that I have purchased, the 1st from Rallye Lexus, and by far the best car shopping experience that I have had. I saw the car advertised on Cars.com and when I saw it in person at Ralley it was even better than it had been described and nicer than I had expected. David went out of his way to accommodate our schedule as we were driving from about 2 hours away. He was very kind over the phone and even nicer and more knowledgable in person. Overall, I am very happy with my lease and my new CT200h. I feel like I received a great deal. The only reason why I rated overall experience as good instead of great was that I received a suggestion about installing side and bumper moldings (which everyone probably wants) after we had agreed to a negotiated price for the car without the moldings (which I did not realize were not standard). The final negotiated price for side and bumper moldings seems high to me and erased some of the value I received on the lease agreement without the bumper moldings, but overall still think I received a good deal.

I have been in retail operaitons my entire career and my family members have been loyal customers to the rallaye family of dealerships for approximately 30 years.My parents who had purchased a GS 300 from Rallaye previously had asked me to assit them in leasing an new Lexus. Kira Baldwin was my sales advisor and I can not say enough to compliment her on her professionalism, knowledge of your product, understanding of my parents needs and handling of their tradein. She made this transaction so seemlesss that they simply went to the dealership, met Kira, completed the transaction and left more than totally satisfied. Mind you that Kira handled this with me 100% over the phone. Her delivery details more than exceeded expectations from any previous vehichle that my parents have ever purchased/leased.Thanks Kira for making this a great experience!!!

David made me feel at ease as soon as I walked in the door. I had been looking for a car for about a week and visited many of the dealers on Long Island trying to decide what I would like to buy. Most of the salesman I met were preoccupied with other things and seemed to not have time for me. But at this dealership it was just the opposite. David listened to what I would like and then proceeded to show me the cars that might meet my needs. He then told me of a ES350 that was about to be traded and thought I might like it. When the car came in David called me and it turned out to be exactly what I wanted. I cannot recommend David enough. He is honest, intelligent, and listens. I would recommend him and Rallye Lexus to anyone looking for a car.

While looking around the island for a used certified Lexus, I came upon Rallye Lexus on the internet. Their prices were the lowest so i payed them a visit. I was introduced to Kevin Losee. He was very friendly, great sense of humor and to the point. He found just what my husband and I were looking for. The most perfect RX350. The whole process was very smooth from beginning to end. I highly recommend Rallye Lexus and especially Kevin. I will be returning in the future when its time for an upgrade.

I must say that Kira went above and beyond what any sales person is required to do. My schedule is very busy and I appreciate that Kira accomodated that. Basically almost everything was done at my conviennce and I really appreciate that. Most of all I never felt that pushy sales pitch whatsoever.l Matter of fact I felt nop pressure and felt part of the Lexus family. I highly recommend Kira and Rallye Lexus for all your Lexus needs. It was smooth sailing!

Buying a pre owned car is usually a scary and risky proposition, but Kevin Losee and Rallye made it a stress free and easy decision. From the moment we stepped into the showroom we were wowed by the level of service we were shown. Kevin's honesty and professionalism was a welcomed breath of fresh air. Hope to have this vehicle for a while but in case I need another there is no doubt which dealership I'll be visiting. May not be the closest to my house but worth the trip.

The dealer, Andy, was very friendly and negotiable. He gave me a very decent trade-in value for my 2002 Toyota Camry. The deal and transaction went very smoothly. However, on the day of the sale, I was only given one key because the secondary key was missing. I was ensured that my second key would be mailed to me via Fedex. After a week of waiting for the key, I was told that a second key would have to be ordered from Lexus and I would have to bring in my new Lexus RX350 back to the dealership to have them program it to my car (the drive for me would be 40 miles one-way, and the dealership was aware of this). The dealership offered to have someone from their company to drive my Lexus to have the key programmed, and loan me a car for the day. Overall, I was very disappointed in how things were handled after the deal was closed. Prior to closing, the dealer was very good with following up and meeting my expectations. But how does a dealership lose a key to one of their cars and then expect their customers to inconvenience themselves to pick it up?

As someone who has dealt with a fair amount of dealerships during my life, my experience at Rallye Lexus was outstanding. I was treated with respect and professionalism throughout my experience. I ended up purchasing a CPO GS 350 from Rallye even though I had to drive 2 hours to get there. Specific individuals who I would like to acknowledge:Lauren Hu - Lauren was my initial point of contact as I did extensive amounts of research online. She patiently answered every one of my questions and returned all of my phone calls on the same day. I had very specific questions and she responded to me with honest, specific answers. Very pleasant to work with.Kevin Losee - Kevin is a car guy and I consider myself more knowledgable than most so it was a pleasure to work with someone who not only knows cars but knows the Lexus brand. Kevin Losee exemplifies what a salesperson should be. Kevn spent time with me, demonstrating the features of the car. He was extremely pleasant and patient, repeating things whenever I asked. He is prompt with return calls which I very much appreciate.Tony Costanzo - Tony is a first rate sales manager...very straightforward and honest. The price which I agreed to on the phone with him was honored when I arrived at Rallye. No back pedalling nor any games which I have experienced at many other dealerships. He met my aggressive request for delivery date and the vehicle looked simply outstanding on the date I needed.Given how the things stand, I plan my next car purchase to be at Rallye. I will recommend this dealership to friends and family. Nice job to the Rallye team

Mr. David Tuben quickly took a process that i do not enjoy and made me very comfortable. Being fearful of leasing a pre-own car gave me nightmares but Mr. Tuben won my trust and led me to a car that I fell in love with. The deal on my old car and the new payments fix perfectly into my budget. Mr. Tuben calm nature and no pressure style relaxed me and made the whole experience alot of fun. I was looking for a certified pre-owned ES350 for about 2 weeks. Finally found the perfect car at Rallye Lexus in Glen Cove. David caught my attention when we first spoke over the phone with his straightforwardnes and honesty so I scheduled a test drive and fell in love with this car. David was a true professional, took his time explaining the features of the car and walked me through the sales process and also followed up with me after the purchase. Also, David did not pressure into buying as most of the salesman do. Because of this great buying experience I will highly recommend this establishment to family and friends. I can't believe that I actually enjoyed the whole process!

I had driven my car about 2 weeks when I decided to use the CD player. The first 3 CD's went in fine. Then it jammed. I was sure I had done something wrong. I called Dave Tubens, who had sold me the car and told me to call if I needed anything. He told me to bring the car in. The next day I drove my car onto the lot. Dave met me and went into service while I sat in the car. In a matter of minutes, he returned with Joanna who arranged for the CD unit to be removed from the car. She calmed me down and said she would call me when the new unit arrived. About a week later, Joanna called me to tell me the unit had arrived. I brought the car in, Joanna greeted me and took me into the waiting room where I could be comfortable while waiting for the car. In a very short time, Joanna came in to tell me my car was finished. she also told me the CD's which I thought were lost to me would be mailed to her and I could pick them up when in the area. Joanna did get the CD's and called me. I forgot about the CD's and did not get back to the dealership for about 2 months but there were the CD's sitting on Joanna's desk waiting for me. Joanna is the person every service area should use as a model on how to treat customers when they come in with problems. She is friendly and professional. The mechanics are also fantastic and the work was done as soon as the car was received. Thanks

After months of looking we saw the car we were looking for at Rallye Lexis. We drove 3 1/2 hours and went to three dealerships that day and the first two I was very disappointed in. They didn't even have the one we came to look at. The last stop was Rallye Lexis. And I couldn't have been happier. The car was there and waiting. I was introduced to Dave Tubens. He showed us the car and was very knowledgeable about all the features that it had. Of all the years we've been buying cars I never experienced a salesman like that. He was very honest, friendly and not pushy. Even after we purchased the car a week later he called us to make sure we were happy and to answer any questions. Rallye Lexus did a great job from the beginning to the end. I would like to thank Lauren Hu, Tony, Mike in finance ,and especially Dave Tubens. This is my second lexus I have bought from Dave Tubens. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicles he sells. For a car salesman he is honest and to the point.I was looking to purchase a LS460 for the past year and the first one I test drove did not really grab me. I saw a used car on Autotrader.com and visited Rallye Lexus. The first experience was less than stellar, as the salesman seemed annoyed and bothered that we were looking for a car on a Friday evening. He didn't want to show us the car and then did not want to go for a test drive. I got the feeling that he was miserable in his job. I left and was very disillusioned. However, the car was the right car for me, so I decided to go back. I asked to see a different salesman, which turned out to be Dave Tubens. He was extremely friendly and helpful. We came to an agreement on a price, which was a little higher than I had hoped. I gave a deposit. I had a mechanic look at the car and Dave agreed to drive it over, despite this not being the typical policy. I asked for a few things to be done. When I came to pick it up, everything was taken care of and the car was detailed. We communicated before I picked the car up. I have had a few questions after the purchase and Dave returned my calls and provided the answers. My experience with Dave was excellent. He was friendly and seemed interested in helping me. My original experience with the first salesman was awful. I would have to give Rallye Lexus a good to very good rating. If I had met with Dave to begin with, the rating would have been excellent.

Marc Kimmel was my sales person and he was by far the best I've ever bought a car from. He's smart, hardworking, caring -- and very accommodating. I would absolutely, without doubt, recommend him -- and because of him --the dealership to my friends. Without question Marc deserves a promotion sooner than later. I'm sure he'd make an excellent manager. I generally don't like sales people, but Marc knew exactly how to handle me.I also was very impressed with -- and liked Gregg Weiss very much. Clearly knows his stuff, informative -- and not high pressure. In fact because of both of these people I am very, very impressed with the entire Rallye Lexus experience -- far more than other Rallye car brands I've worked with.

Buying my CPO Lexus from Rallye was almost effortless from the time I found the car on Autotrader.com until I drove it out of the Rallye lot. The reason I gave the review I gave was because, Rallye Lexus was an amazing experience all around! Marc Kimmel was GREAT he treated us like family and was very positive the entire time, answered all of our questions and then some. Gregg Weiss was very helpful and friendly as well it felt like we knew him forever, treated us with respect. All in all being at Rallye Lexus was like not being at a car dealer, no pressure very friendly they did everything and anything to make the experience a breeze. We got the car we wanted and walked out with a great price and a fabulous experience to go with it! Moral of the story, I'm not and wouldn't go anywhere else.

My experience at Rallye Lexus was great from the beginning. I was greated by Keviwas showed me exactly what I was looking for. He was very knowledgeable about the cars. Kevin took me for a test ride. During that time, he spoke to me about the car. AS soon as we got back to the showroom, Kevin offered us something to drink. He was patient and answered all of my questions. Kevin worked with me on price and helped me to decide how to finance my new car. When I picked up my car, both him and Greg not only remembered my name, but remembered my daughters name as well. Kevin sat in the car with me and again went over the few things that I would need to know to make my ride a good experience. He even set up my navigation system so that I would not get lost on the way home. A few days later, Kevin called me to see how things were going and asked if I had any questions. I have already recommended Rallye Lexus to a friend who will be buying a Lexus in the spring time.

Lauren and Dave were great in helping us purchase our RX. We walked into the dealership to view one that had just come into inventory but ended up not liking the color combo. Instead of pressuring us into that particular RX or giving up on us, Dave took the time to sit with us and check through all their inventory. On his suggestion, we viewed an RX in a color combo that we hadn't previously considered and ended up loving it. The buying process took less than a week and the dealer was in constant communication throughout. Definetely a great experience with Dave and Rallye Lexus overall!

When my husband found this car on the internet, he called to the Rallye dealership and spoke with Tony Costanzo, Certified Pre-owned Sales Manager. Tony offered us a price we could not resist. We came to the test drive right away and met with Tony and Dave Tubens, pre-owned car salesman. The GX 470 exceeded our expectation and we decided to buy it . David Tubens was very patient, helpful and knowledgeable with no pressure approach. He explained us all the options and when we decided that we needed a small loan, David introduced us to Gregg Weiss, Financial Manager, who was also a very knowledgeable and professional.In a few days our car was ready and we came to Rallye Lexus to pick-up our new baby. Our 2006 GX 470 was waiting for us in the front of the dealership and looked like a brand new car, just came out from the plant. Whatever we wanted and whatever we asked for, everything was done just perfect and without extra cost to us. This is the second Lexus that I bought from Rallye Lexus in the last year. The first was an RX350 and more recently the ES350. For both transactions the sales person was Leo Cruz. I went back the second time because of the professionalism and excellent customer service that I experienced the first time. The second time was no different. I did visit the other Lexus dealerships on Long Island where I live and I can honestly say they do not come even close to Rallye Lexus in terms of service quality. Leo Cruz is to Rallye Lexus what Victor Cruz was to the NY Giants.

Dave was able to find me a vehicle immediately. The entire process of buying my car and trading a car in took less than a week. When I picked up my certified Lexus it looked brand new. Before I left I noticed 2 chips in the window shield. Dave immediately got approval to bring the vehicle back the following week. The service I received when I came back was very impressive. No dealership has ever treated me with such service. Very happy with my Lexus.

This is the first time I've ever rated anything, had Kira not been as great as she was, I would never have taken the time to do this. There were many things I liked about Kira:she was friendly, patient, very fair with pricing and extremely knowledgable about the SUV we purchased. Her no pressure approach was exactly what I was looking for in a salesperson, had she pushed at any time I would have run for the door and purchased my vehichle at another dealership. When the sale was done she could have said "thanks for your business" and moved onto the next customer, she didn't. Not only did she personally deliver the car to me at work( I was extremely busy) but she actually offered(and we accepted) to come to our house a few days later to show me and my wife how to use some of the cars technology,(we're technology dopes). Kira also helped us to set up the garage door opener through the car. I would absoluty purchase another car from Kira and would recommend her highly is you visit this dealership. Thanks, Ted

I recently purchased a 2011 RX 350. I had visited several other dealers before making my way to Rallye Lexus. From the moment I arrived everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming. This was in stark contrast to other dealers I visited. I was lucky enough to be introduced to Kevin Losee, my sales consultant. Kevin never made me feel like he was using any high-pressure sales tactics. Instead, Kevin took the time to thoroughly explain the vehicle and its options and answered every question in a straightforward manner. Kevin and other Rallye staff also took the time to follow-up with me after my purchase. Hello, My experience with this dealership was terrible, at least. After I read about a posting in this web site I contacted the dealer and a their representative agent told me over the phone and via email that I was welcome to visit them and take a close look to the car of my interest. She also implied that the price was negotiable.. and I didn't even asked for it, but I liked what she said and I drove all the way there. Please note that she called me several times to persuade me going there. So, I did go and I spend half day of my life for it... I saw the car, I liked it and when I asked for the price the salesman gave me a different quote than what advertised, obviousily it was more expensive and it was not negotiable. The salesman was also obnoxious and very dismissive. t the end he was not respectful. Even worse is the behavior of the rep I was dealing with before my visit. After that episode I sent her a couple of emails with no replies and I spoke once over the phone asking for a simple explanation. She said she'll call back soon, but she never did. Frankly it's not a civilized way of dealing with a potential customer or any human, I find it offensive and deplorable.

I just leased my second Lexus with Josh and Kira at Rallye. I moved to Ct a few years ago, but the prices at Rallye and overall customer service experience keep me leasing out of New York instead of closer dealers in Ct. Josh and Kira gave me a great deal on my new Ct200H and were able to take back my old IS250 a year early with no penalty which was really great. Kira has been incredibly helpful throughout the process of leasing the car and continues to be helpful with questions I still have. I also really love my new hybrid ct200h...it's a great car so far...I'm excited to be saving on gas and on parking!

From my very first call the experience with Rallye was exceptional. There is a young woman who works on Saturdays who handles all internet calls. I had called on an IS250 which had just been posted and was not even cleaned or ready yet for a test drive. After explaining that I was leaving town early that week, she made every arrangement for me to see the car. She called me back within a half hour and said that they would arrange for me to have a test drive that day.Kevin Losee, my sales rep, did an excellent job by providing me with all the information I could ever want. He was very patient and put no pressure on me for a decision. I believe we negotiated the best deal possible and Kevin went out of his way to research an alternative trim switch for me. All of the rest of the staff was friendly and professional. Hello, My experience with this dealership was terrible, at least. After I read about a posting in this web site I contacted the dealer and a their representative agent told me over the phone and via email that I was welcome to visit them and take a close look to the car of my interest. She also implied that the price was negotiable.. and I didn't even asked for it, but I liked what she said and I drove all the way there. Please note that she called me several times to persuade me going there. So, I did go and I spend half day of my life for it... I saw the car, I liked it and when I asked for the price the salesman gave me a different quote than what advertised, obviousily it was more expensive and it was not negotiable. The salesman was also obnoxious and very dismissive. t the end he was not respectful. Even worse is the behavior of the rep I was dealing with before my visit. After that episode I sent her a couple of emails with no replies and I spoke once over the phone asking for a simple explanation. She said she'll call back soon, but she never did. Frankly it's not a civilized way of dealing with a potential customer or any human, I find it offensive and deplorable.

My wife and I worked directly with Kira Baldwin when we purchased our new 2012 Lexus RX 350. We felt that Kira was very professional. She took us through the entire process, answered all of our questions, was very familiar with the features of the vehicle and continues to service us and answer all of our questions, after the fact. We would recommend her and the Rallye dealership as we were quite pleased with the experience.

Given my age, I am very confused with the technology in today's cars. My wife and I went to Rallye Lexus in Glen Cove recently. We had a family gathering in town and had some time to spare. As we looked for a parking spot we found out they have valet parking. Boy were we shocked. What a treat! As we entered the showroom we were greeted by a very polite receptionist. When we told her we were in the market for a used car she put us in contact with a young man named Kevin Losee. He greeted us, introduced himself and asked for our names. (Which he didn't forget) He asked us about our driving habits. After a small conversation he suggested an ES350 without Navigation. He explained what the car had. He explained the warranty. He explained everything in simple terms that we actually understood him. We test drove it and loved it! My wife and I were very impressed. We went inside, sat at his desk. He made us coffee! then he introduced us to his manager Tony. What a pleasant man. We were so impressed we ended up buying the car. Kevin introduced us to Greg who made the financing as smooth as the sale. We highly recommend Rallye, Kevin, Tony and Greg. They made our car buying experience a true pleasure.

Kevin Losee was very courteous, informed, helpful and friendly, when we visited Rallye Lexus to look at several 2009 Certified IS250s. He patiently showed us the available models and assured us that any of our concerns as to vehicle preparation on the 3 vehicles under consideration would be taken care of. There was no pressure to buy and we left to consider the choices. Tony Costanzo, the CPO manager, provided a great trade-in value for our old vehicle and an excellent price for the certified IS250s. With our decision made, Kevin made the entire experience seamless from test driving, final car detailing concerns to closing the transaction. Both Tony and Kevin and made our car-buying a no-pressure, enjoyable experience.

This was the best car shopping experience I have ever had. This is my third car and I regret not going to rallye Lexus sooner. Rob Meyer was my dealer and he listened to my needs and as a female I did not feel as though I was being had. The car is amazing and I plan on having it for a long time. I highly recommend Rob Meyer at Rallye Lexus!

I found Rallye Lexus online after having a bad experience at another Lexus dealership. I met with the sales manager who listened to my needs and referred me to a sales woman he felt could help me best. Kira was polite and not pushy, she listened to everything I had to say and presented us with options we were unaware had even existed, needless to say she knew what she was doing! I didn't go home that day in a car, but after "checking up" on her information, did return to purchase my new CT200! I would strongly recommend her and really appreciated the whole experience of buying a car-for the first time and not just the ride hom in my sweet new ride!

Anthony Piccirillo was extremely friendly and helpful when it came to purchasing a 2008 Certified IS250. Everything was handled extremely well, and the whole transaction went smoothly. Greg Weiss the finance manager helped with the closure of the transaction and was a great help as well. Both were extremely helpful and made our car-buying experience a pleasure.

I was looking to lease a pre-owned Lexus RX350. I wanted something 2008 or newer. I knew I was looking for a needle in a haystack because leasing preowned cars is difficult. I knew if anyone could do it Stuart Brenner could. He knows the pre-owned luxury car market like the back of his hand, and had come highly recommeded. I had called him in advance and told him what I was looking for, and within a very short period of time he found me a pre-owned 2008 Lexus RX350 with only 20K miles on it...looked like it was never driven. He took my Audi 4 off my hands and I drove off in a beautiful luxury SUV!!! Stuart is the best! I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new or preowned car.

I would never consider speaking to anyone else besides Anthony Piccirillo. My lease was maturing and I went to visit Rallye Lexus to review my options. I asked for my previous salesperson and was informed that he was no longer in the business and was introduced to Anthony. He actually listened to what I wanted in my new car and answered all my questions. We went over lease options and I did something that I normally don't do, I made the deal on the spot. Anthony handled my insurance and even took a look at my lease return to check for any issues that might need repair before turning it in. But there is more- when I got there on the day of pick up the car was spotless and ready in front of the dealership. Anthony had the paperwork in perfect order and exactly what we had agreed to. The lesson on how to use the car was amazing and I found out things that I never knew my navigation system could do even though I had one in the old car. I will service at the dealership and stop in to visit Anthony and tell as many people as I can about "my Lexus Guy".

First off I dont write reviews, but I had to write one about my experience at Rallye Lexus. I was looking for 2011 is250 awd, it would be my second Lexus that I own. Bought my first one a 2006 rx 400h which my wife drives at another Lexus dealer, were the last experience was awful. Heard about rallye's great reputation and gave them a shot. First of all when you get there you can tell its a class operation. They valet park your car, everybody is super friendly and then you walk to this beautiful showroom. You are immediately greeted by the friendly receptionist, unlike other places were I have been ignored for 10 min. She asked if I needed assistance, and I explained I was in the market for a new IS250. There was a young gentleman sitting next to her who introduced himself as Leo Cruz and that he would be glad to assist me. Leo was very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable explained all the features and latest technology. He suggested we take one for a test drive to make sure I'm comfortable with the ride and I agreed. Once I drove it I was pretty much sold on it, what a great car ! Once we got back, we sat down Leo offered me something to drink and now I knew I found my home. He worked out a fantastic deal on a lease and even gave me loyalty rebate for being a current Lexus owner. After I met with there finance manager Gregg weiss who was humorous and polite. When I came back to pick, my new Is 250 the car was perfect and parked in the front ready to go. I cannot say enough about my experience at Rallye Lexus, it was truly a pleasure doing business with Leo Cruz and the team at Rallye.

i went to rallye lexus because i had heard about how professional there staff was and that this dealership was an elite dealer for many years in a row , once i arrived i was greated by wayne foisy , he was such a delight to deal with and made us feel very comfortable , we had been to other dealerships , and nothing compares to the level of service like at rallye lexus, we purchased the vehicle that we wanted , we were given a great deal , i would recommend rallye lexus to anyone who is thinking of a lexus Rallye Lexus is truly # 1

I just picked up my fourth car from Richard Repanes. Over the last 9 years I have also recommended at least 20 family members and co- workers to Richard. He makes the car buying experience painless and he is always one phone call away. On his day off he even came to my house to help program my garage door opener. Would not buy from anyone else!

Kira Baldwin is a very nice young lady. She dealt with my family and our complicated minds to be made up for 3 days. She took the time out to change the situation of trading vehicles for a GX 460, to then trading in another vehicle and getting my daughter an is250. We changed the deal we had originally made completely and we were interested in buying a completely different car. This is why all our paper work and time to process everything took a few days, and Kira worked with us very well. She is an honest and genuine person, and did not pressure us at all. She made our visits as easy as possible. Rallye Lexus in Glen Cove has a wonderful staff, and everyone is extremely nice and welcoming. The service is great that we get from the lexus we have now and I'm sure it will be the same for the is250, and we love the free car wash deal! I recommend buying from Rallye Lexus located in Glen Cove, their great!

I recently purchased my new IS250 from Andy M. at Rallye Lexus in Glen Cove after a few terrible experiences at some other local Lexus dealers. I usually never go out of my way to write reviews such as these but the buying experience at Rallye Lexus was so extraordinary, i had to post this. Andy was honest, knowledgable, patient, and very pleasant to work with. He took the time to get to know us, and help us select the right Lexus at the very best price. Every one of the staff members at Rallye from the valets who parked my car, to the receptionist who greeted us, to the sales managers were terrific. Big selection, friendly staff, best service and most importantly, the very BEST PRICE!! We would never go anywhere else.

While looking for a Certified Preowned Lexus, I came across Rallye through the internet. I have to say the RX400H that was advertised was even more than I expected. The salesman, Kevin Losee treated me with utmost respect. Actually he made me feel so comfortable during the whole process that I felt like family! Not only did he explain the vehicle in detail, but he took the time to show me the whole Rallye facility. I've never seen such a well run and organized business. Definitely the best dealer experience of my life. Highly recommended Rallye Lexus in Glen Cove.

The dealership is very friendly and did not pressure me at all. All the cars on the lot were very well maintained, clean and were free of accidents. They seem to take their reputation very seriously and does well to make sure all the cars are in top shape. I took a long test drive with Do Chang and he was helpful in answering all of my questions. However, I was told the prices are non-negotiable. Given that their prices were a little higher than competition, I decided to shop around. I was respected for my decisions and was told to contact them if I needed any help.Two weeks later, I call and find out Do Chang is no longer with Rallye. The manager I spoke with did not seem particularly interested in my business. Given their higher than average prices, I ended up purchasing my car from another excellent dealer. These guys are friendly and nice, but they don't seem to work hard to earn your business. Give them a shot. They could've been but wasn't my last stop in my car search.

My wife and I were looking for a CPO Lexus RX350 and went to many dealers before going to Rallye. Hands down the most pleasurable experience from start to finish. Our salesman David Tubens was professional and patient and Bart Marconi made the financial process most pleasurable. Highly recommend!

the car was just as it looked in the pictures or even better. staff was very helpful and the buying process was simple and a breeze. I had to service my car the other day for a battery and the wait time was not long even though i was a 10 15 mins late. the staff said it was no problem and got me settled. i love my car and this dealership. you even get a free car wash when you service your car. :)

This is my second Lexus that i purchased from Rob Meyer. He is a great person and a wonderful salesman to deal with. From the moment i met him, he was nothing but courteous, honest, and very upfront. My first purchase was at Lexus in Queens, which is a terrible dealership and not even an Elite of Lexus dealer! Service is horrible(not to mention they stole my change of about $3.00 in my cupholder), and the finance manager tried to inflate my interest rate on a lease when i have an 810 credit score! My 2nd purchase from Rob came at Rallye Lexus(which is an Elite Lexus dealer, and has been for 15 years in a row i believe). What a difference. It s like being at the Four Seasons compared to a Days Inn. Rallye even came to my house and picked up my car for service. Lexus in Queens refused to that for me. Be sure to see Rob Meyer at Rallye Lexus and make sure to service your Lexus there as well! You ll be very satified and happy that you did.
