I brought my GLK in for service and had an appointment with Rob Carlson there. I was taken right away by Rob who has returned to Rallye Motors. He was his usual friendly, charming self. We talked about what type of service I would be getting that day and the time frame. I needed the car back by mid afternoon - he put it in for service as a wait and it was ready 2 hours sooner. He communicated by text with me which was quite efficient. When I returned to pick up my car it was an easy transition. All was terrific with the car and it was washed and ready for me. I would highly recommend Rally and working with Rob Carlson, in particular!

Rallye Motors is devoted to quality service and customer satisfaction in assuring their cars are maintained. I can't credit them enough. Kudos go to my expert service advisor who continues to shepherd me through keeping my C300 2010 on the road with high mileage. Couldn't do it without him and Rallye's attention to quality and customer service satisfaction. Above all, customers want reliability. What good is any car, luxury or otherwise if it constantly needs repairs? Rallye is there for its customers and is assiduous about providing reliability and is accountable to this end.

Robert Carlson is a genuine man who went above and beyond for me and my family. We are from NJ traveling to Farmingdale for a funeral of a family member. On the LIE, we got a flat tire. We drove to Rallye for some assistance. We were immediately greeted by the Service Advisor, Rob Carlson, who after hearing our story quickly got our service paperwork completed and lent us a loaner car and we were able to get to our destination. AND, he offered to bring our car to the Funeral location and swap with the loaner so we didnt have to go back to the dealership. The amazing part of the excellent customer service is that we didnt buy our car there and he knew we were not likely going to be a future customer being from NJ. He had no financial incentive to help us the way he did which really highlights what a genuine helpful person he is. Highly recommend Rallye Motors/Mercedes. You will be floored by the customer service.

Mr. Chicotelli was a superb representative who went out of his way to accommodate my schedule and needs when I arrived to get my 80k maintenance. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The service technician, Mr. Falletta is efficient and excels in his duties. I never felt so relaxed in dropping off my vehicle for maintenance. I would highly recommend this dealership and service department.

Have brought my car in for service twice thus far and service has been pleasure. Rob Carlson in their service department was great both times. Vehicle was finished on time and as promised. In addition, Rob kept me updated as the work on the car progressed. For the job that required more than a day to complete, Rob made sure that I was able to get a loaner car for that period. He is very friendly and professional. He made sure I was completely happy with the work performed before I left. I have never received this high a level of quality of service before at any dealership.

I leased an electric SmartCar from Rallye Motors in Roslyn, NY two years ago. Right from the get-go, Tony, who was my sales rep, was just very, very good and efficient. No nonsense, no pushing, no pressure. He arranged my test drive at my convenience, had all the documentation ready for me at the time of delivery and made sure everything went smoothly through the entire process, It was all done at his desk and I didn't have to go from door to door to do minor details like in many other dealerships. My car was delivered with all the promised bells and whistles, on time. Following that, I have had a couple of service issues with the car (it's relatively a new electric model) and everything was handled and solved efficiently and courteously by John C., who is the service rep for the electric SmartCars. he's always available, helpful and able. Thanks, John, for your assistance and courtesy every time. The service department is very efficiently run, and everything in the reception is spotless. They have great facilities for customers who choose to wait for their cars, and the staff are happy to oblige with all requests as best they can. I would happily recommend this service center for all.

I have been going to Rallye Motors for over 15 years for both purchasing and servicing and have never been disappointed. The purchasing was easy I always work with Jerry Sherry and he's always helpful, and never rushes you through the process. Service is equally outstanding, the facility is kept first class and my service manager Kenny Vakaris always take the time to explain what is needed at that particular service. He truly a pleasure to work with.

I am very pleased with the way she handles everything from the morning I met her on February 22nd, 2016 to the time I picked up my vehicle approximately two weeks later. She is a very welcoming person; not pushy at all. She answered all the queries I had. She is also very knowledgeable on the vehicle she sold me. She stayed past her regular business hours the day I picked up the vehicle. She sat in the SUV and patiently explained all the features. My experience was extremely satisfying. Trisha was a pleasure to deal with. She is cordial, honest, and thorough.

Having a problem with your car is never a good thing, but the service department at Rallye Mercedes in Roslyn is a notch above the rest. They are always friendly, always on time and never look to gouge you on unnecessary repairs. I have worked with both Ken and Joe and both are fabulous. Highly recommend this dealership for service and sales.

I only go to Rob to take care of my cars because I trust him and know he will look after them. He texts you updates on your car, which is great. Fast service and quality work. We bought a C300 in year 2011 for daughter. That's the forth car we purchased. Lou of sales team brought us a wonderful experience of car shopping, no push just information needs. From year 2012 till now, we did annual car maintenance with John Cicotelli of service. Like a friend, arrange proper services and check warranty coverage. I always drop car in the early morning. John helps to set up maintenance and get a loaner within short period of time. Let me go to work on time, no interruption of job. The experiences were great, totally different from other three car dears we had before.

I purchased my C300 4MATIC brand new in 2008. The buying process was easy. I was treated either the utmost respect and friendliness. What has impressed me most is the Rallye service center. I will only bring my car to Rallye and not only have they kept my car in tip top shape, but Rob Carlson has been a pleasure to work with over the years. He is friendly, respectful and honest. He keeps me updated on te status of my car throughout the process. He briefly left Rallye and I worked with Joe DiGregorio in the interim and he was also wonderful. I also love Rallyes new text based service update system and the ability to pay online before i pick up the car. Makes things much faster. Overall, Rallye is the absolute best and I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else to service my car or to buy a new Mercedes when I'm ready!

Finally a dealership service center that treats you as though they value your business and value you as a person! Most of the time when dealer service centers see you have a nice vehicle they treat you like you don't have a problem in the world, like you don't need attention or savings because you may have a few bucks, its insulting and just bad business. Allow me to say the experience I had at Rallye and with Rob Carlson was nothing short of amazing! It was easily one of the best customer service dealings I have ever had. Rob was super courteous and super professional and extremely informative, as far as I'm concerned he deserves a raise. He told me what my car needed and how and when it was going to be fixed. No games No upsell ! A true gentleman. I will always be a customer of Rallye as long as Rob is there.

We were with another MB dealership from 1964 until 07 and the change in ownership changed the conditions such that there is no way that we would ever go back, nor would we want as a result of our relationship with Rallye

I had purchased a 2004 Chevy SSR with 5400 miles on it. I have been searching for this car for years. When it came up at Rallye Motors I bought it. Just recently I noticed this chirping sound coming from the blower when the heat is engaged. Having a 90 day used car warranty, I contacted my guy Victor who set me up an appointment with a loaner. Got the car back later that afternoon. This is why buying a car from a dealer makes sense. The car is inspected before being put up for sale. If you have an issue within those 90 guys, they make good. You may pay a little more at a dealer but I think well worth it with much less aggravation. Victor and Walter from Rallye could not have been more accommodating, helpful and concerned about the problem. True professionals they are.

My car was acting up, and I didn't want to take it just anywhere to be serviced. My father-in-law recommended I go to Rallye Motors because he's bought a few Mercedes from there and has used their service department. I have to tell you, these guys are great. They can fix just about anything (not always easy on German cars), and they're honest about pricing and what needs to be done. I got my car back quicker than I expected and am very thankful for this.

I brought my M-Class to be serviced at Rallye Motors this week, and I glad I did. Very few shops near me can fix a Mercedes, but these guys really know what theye doing. The car was in and out the same day, and it now back to normal. I even paid considerably less than I was expecting to. From now on, I will only bring my SUV to their service department.

Rallye Motors has one of the best Mercedes selections around. I recently bought my first car from them, and because it my first time purchasing a luxury car, I was very anxious about choosing the right one. My sales guy, Jimmy, was incredibly helpful and patient with me as I looked around and asked a million questions. He definitely helped me find the perfect car without pressuring me whatsoever.

I worked with Robert and he is a great guy.
