my 3 kids all purased ars from ralp and ad te prie set before going to te dealersip.Wen eer ars went in for serie tey always ame out wased innside and out.we purased a used Odyssey elsewere and Ralp still added te extended warranty and seied ar foe us.Great People !

Very friendly staff! They were not pushy like other dealerships I have been to. Neat clean and inviting shopping experience. The service center is nicely kept and once again very friendly staff. If you need service on your car you should take it here, they listen and do the job right!

Stopped in just to look at the new Civic Si, the salesmen wasn't pushy and he knew all about the Si. After a brief road test we sat down and talked numbers, again he wasn't pushy. I felt so comfortable that I made a purchase. I never thought buying a car could be this stress free. Nice dealership to do business with, and I recommend the salesmen that helped me, ask for Nathan.

I was concerned about my car and the media scare regarding air bags. I contacted the dealer, without hesitation they checked my vehicle id number with Honda's data base and determined my vehicle was not included and I would be safe while driving it. I haven't been to Ralph Honda's dealership yet, but with care and service over the phone at that level certainly sparked my interest. I will be looking for a new car in December and plan on going there first....

They're friendly, reliable and dependable and I highly recommend them if you're looking for a reason to buy a new car, their service is it!

I made an appointment to see a pre owned Honda Pilot. When I arrived it was ready and waiting- they let us test drive it alone and without much fuss. When we came back there was a slight shimmy in the vehicle. We sat down and talked numbers. It was pretty easy to come to an agreement. They were very understanding that I wouldn't sign anything until the shimmy was looked at and fixed. They took it out for a test drive and back to the shop- only a wheel weight that and loose from the tire. They washed and detailed the vehicle beautifully which was a nice touch!! Reasonable prices on Honda extended warranty. I would definitely return in the future! Only complaint is the cubby "offices" are closterphobic! I would suggest just taking them down-

TJ and the Body Shop Guys at Ralph Honda - awesome job everytime TJ as well as Chuck and Tom in the Body Shop did a great job repairing our CR-V . TJ was great at calming us down and helping us understand and navigate the system with our insurance company. He is very patient, reassuring and knowledgeable. Tom and Chuck have made our car look like new!! We are always confident in leaving our vehicle at Ralph Honda for whatever work is needed!!

I started looking for a car by inquiring at dealerships first through their internet sites as I did not want to waste an in-person visit. I wanted as much information as possible via e-mail. Dave Moffett got back to me and gave me lots of valuable information even before I was seriously thinking about getting a new car. His easy style and no pressure brought me from virtual internet shopping to actually going into Ralph Honda. Other dealerships could learn a lot about how their internet reps get back to potential buyers. I had an awful experience with another dealership so there was no hesitation when I went into Ralph. Since you don't get a second chance at first impressions, Ralph Honda and Dave Moffett excelled. Bad luck for the other dealership I contacted but good luck for me as I think I got an amazing deal.

I'm a little OCD when it comes to my CR-Z, and I really appreciate the service team looking into the little nuances I notice about my car. Such as, my outer driver-side door handle creaking and me not being able to open the door when the sun has been shining on it. I have one month left of the bumper-to-bumper warranty, so they replaced the handle for me. And then I noticed that my inner weather strip on that door had become wavy, came back the next day and they tried to get it to lie flat but it would not. So now they are ordering a new one of those. Thank you for accommodating my pickiness! I know you must deal with a lot of complaints every day. Steve, you probably know who this is! You guys have definitely earned my continued business. Even after most of my warranty is gone, coming to Ralph Honda will be worth the extra $$$ because they stand behind their work.I bought my used Honda CR-Z from Ralph Honda almost 8 months ago. I have visited the service, parts, and body departments too many times, as I am recognized by first name now! I have had the oil changed, transmission fluid changed, transmission inline filter changed by request, both door handles replaced under warranty, had help with a paint problem and warped front bumper problem. Everyone is helpful, informative, and friendly! There is another Honda dealership 3 miles from my house, but I choose to go to Ralph Honda which is about 20 miles away. One negative thing (because I am picky!): I have had my doors worked on several times (door handles, weather strip) and afterwards I find dirt, grime, and handprints on the interior of the door. There is usually an area on the outside paint that I can see was wiped clean. But the inside is important, too. Especially since some of the fabrics corporate Honda chose to use in the interior are extremely hard to clean. Next time I will ask that the tech working on my car wash his or her hands first :-)

I was in the market for a used minivan and found one at Ralph via Cars.com. The saleman and sales manager were both very low key - no pressure. I felt that I got a very good deal with my trade in and the final price of the van. I've been buying cars for almost 40 years now and I can truly say this was the best cafr buying experience I ever had! I would recommend them to anyone.

I was looking to buy my first car, used or new. But it had to be a Honda CR-Z. They happened to have a Certified Pre-owned one, one previous owner. It having such low mileage and being Honda Certified, they were offering it for a super great price. I bought it, and they allowed me a couple days to gather enough money from relatives for the down payment I wanted to make. I worked with salesman Dave Moffett, who has been Salesman of the Year every year since he started working there, and the head of the financing department, Dan Maher. Both were very friendly and did not rush through the paper work. I was also able to get 5-year/100,000 mile Honda Care for a great price from Dan. Overall a great first car-buying experience.

This is the second time I have bought a new vehicle from Ralph! Tony has been my salesperson both times and he is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. The process was a No Stress purchase! I have had the vehicles serviced there also and get an appontment when I need it! I'll continue to buy and service my vehicles thru this dealer!!

Sales person and finance manager were very tuned in to my needs. Felt comfortable dealing with them. Didn't feel like I was forced in to a deal I didn't want. Service department is very organized and knowledgeable.
