Ramsey Mazda created a smooth and easy process purchasing a vehicle. Even though their facility was under renovations they ensured we and other customers were greeted right away. Eric T. is an awesome sales associate and we highly recommend him. He explained each step of the process and never did we feel the pressure of having to give in to certain sales or warranties. From the first phone call to the last I dotted, the experience was great. I drove from Florida to Jersey for this purchase and I do not regret it. Wow what I difference ,you think after you bought 4 cars for a dealership you go back to buy the 5th and they will take care of you but this was not in my case when I went to Wayne Mazda basically they try to take advantage of my trade and giving me $ 3000 less for what was worth , so I left and went to Ramsey Mazda and turn out exactly the way I want give me the price I ask for my new CX-5 and pay my trade what I ask for ,Rocky Dunn and Donovan Lau were very helpful, they help me with all the question I had and didn't give me any pressure , they give me the price I ask for the new car and the price I ask for my trade and the and the lowest interest rate , I definitely recommend this dealer to friends and family. Was between Mazda and another Manufacturer. I walked in to Ramsey Mazda on a Saturday, in between my daughters' soccer games. Thinking it would take HOURS...I was greeted immediately, shown the exact model I was interested in and was given a fair offer. It literally took an hour AND I made it to my youngest daughter's soccer game with time to spare. What made me go with them instead of a competitor is that they allowed me the convenience of making the deal almost entirely online and via email. This really takes the pressure off. Other dealers wouldn't give me any pricing information unless I came in to the showroom. That is a deal breaker for me. Who needs to sit at a dealer while a salesman goes back to talk to his manager. I made the deal. Came in to sign the paperwork and now I got a really nice car at a price that am comfortable with.

My car was totaled in the middle of the night on a street outside my house by a hit and run. Left frustrated and anxious about what I was going to do without a car because I commute far for work, I took a chance at Ramsey Mazda and I am so glad I did. I went to look at cars last Friday and left with the car of my dreams that day. I could not have done it without the help of the amazing staff here. Donovan Lau, Jim Sabini, and Joe Guadalupe went to extreme lengths to make sure I was happy and satisfied in all aspects of this process. They were very kind, very knowledgeable about their products, and overall made my experience at this car dealership a pleasure. I went in that Friday morning with tears in my eyes wondering what I was going to do about a car and left with a huge smile of my face. They worked with me and my budget and didn't jerk me around to try and squeeze extra pennies out of me. They were honest men and I know I made the right choice by going to Ramsey Mazda. I have had my 2016 Mazda 3 Touring for a week now and I fall more and more in love with it everyday. Thank you to the three men who did everything they could for me.

My wife and I recently leased a CX-5. Rocky our salesman was a pleasure to deal with. Professional; Honest; No Pressure.... Donovan in finance advised us of the additional coverage and its costs, but didn't give us the hard sell that you often get at other dealerships. Overall this was a terrific experience. I had the most wonderful experience buying my first car. I was extremely undecided about the type of car I wanted, but decided to look at the CX-5 in person and ended up falling in love. Victor at Ramsey Mazda was the nicest salesman and extremely helpful to me during this process. I originally was going to buy a pre-owned CX-5, until Victor informed me about the new 2016.5 model that comes standard with navigation. I had no idea about this feature and it changed my decision to buy a pre-owned car into buying a brand new CX-5. It was a breathe of fresh air working with him. Victor was patient, informative, available to talk at any time, and thoroughly explained all car options and packages. Victor was especially extremely patient with me when I was undecided with what color to get my CX-5 in, but the whole time he was giving me helpful information to guide my decision. I truly could not have done this without Victor. If I could buy 10 more cars with him I would! I 100% will recommend to all of my family and friends to buy a Mazda car with Victor after the amazing sales experience I had! Thank you so much Victor! I love my black CX-5!

It was our first time checking out the Miata and we were just going to take a look, and it was his personality and knowledge that sold us the car on the spot!Also, we have never purchased any warranties on a car but Donovan made us very comfortable knowing that it would be to our advantage to do so and we happily did!Adonis also followed up leaving a very lengthy message that he would be more than happy to assist us with any additional needs or to answer any additional questions. I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional salesmanship Rocky Dunn exhibited. I had been to a number of auto dealers in the past month and I was disappointed by their hard sell practices. My experience with Ramsey Mazda, Rocky Dunn and Brad McGowan was the complete opposite. Rocky was an exceptionally patient salesman. I was first time leasing a car and I had many questions, all of which Rocky answered with great patience. Brad was very helpful when the deal was made. Finally, the finance person, Donovan, was helpful and explained every aspect of the deal and what to expect. This was my first time dealing with Ramsey Mazda, it certainly won't be the last.

I could not recommend this place enough! My first visit was just to test drive a Mazda CX-5 and I stated as such up front with Glenn, the sales person I worked with. He heard me loud and clear! After taking me on a great test drive where he highlighted the vehicle's strong points (both through the route and conversation about features), he asked me "Is there anything else you wanted to test drive?" He did *not* try to throw numbers at me or rope me into something that day. He gave me his card and said "You have any questions at all, call me." After test driving a couple of the CX-5's competitors, once at a dealership where I had my worst sales experience ever, I came back to Ramsey Mazda to talk to Glenn about some numbers the next day. I was not marooned at the dealership for 4 hours like some other experiences I've had in the past. I think settling on a specific vehicle, talking numbers and locking everything in took an hour and was concluded with "Come back in 2 days and we'll have your vehicle all ready with the additional remote starter you asked for." Very pleasant surprise and huge improvement over my last new car experience! I'm back 2 days later and the car is ready. Now I'm ready for the finance/numbers person - sometimes a trying experience in and of itself. Donovan could not have been more accommodating. He even took the extra time with me when I made note of a discrepancy in what we discussed 2 days prior and the number I was getting from him - the window etching was left out of our estimate 2 days prior and that was throwing the numbers off. But that discrepancy was the only thing that came up. I was not pressured into buying ridiculous expanded coverage options. I had a couple explained to me. When I said "No," there was no hesitation in moving on to wrapping the whole thing up.Long story short - Ramsey Mazda did everything they could to combat the stereotype of the "dreaded car buying experience," and they succeeded. This was my best experience at a car dealership by far and really could not recommend them enough to my friends.

Price is important, but courtesy and professional comes first. Yes. I said that. I bought my second car at Ramsey Mazda (2013 Mazda 5 via Truecar and, now, a 2016 Mazda 6 as a walk-in.) Both were pleasant and easy transactions and, truth be told, fairly equally competitive pricing. I'll keep driving past the nearest Mazda dealer to buy from these guys again. Charlie (sales rep) was attentive and professional, while Donovan (business mgr) was equally so, plus quick with no hard-sell BS. I'll be back.

Just picked up a brand new Mazda yesterday and couldn't be happier. I travel all the way from Manhattan just to deal with this dealership. As a matter of fact, I've done so twice in the past three and a half years. Why? No curveballs, just straight talk and honest deals. I have dealt with sales consultant Rocky Dunn twice since 2013 and every time he has been a perfect gentleman . He is fair and always followed up with my concerns . For example I scuffed up my rim on my Mazda 6 and Rocky set up an appointment for the repairs and in 2 days the rim was repaired .. I have also had good experiences with Donovan Lau the business consultant who directed me to what extra protection coverage That worked for me . And within a week that coverage came in handy when I scratched my rim and the repairs were done flawlessly . Also the new service manager their who's name I don't recall and I apologise . He was awesome I had my car serviced and he personally set everything up .

Ask for Victor! I prefer to buy cars via the internet and Victor at Ramsey Mazda understood my preferences immediately and perfectly. While long discussions with other dealerships mostly left me frustrated, Victor was extremely responsive and we came to an agreement in a couple of emails. Victor even offered that I could call him any time on the following day, which was Sunday, to clarify the closing process. We picked it up a couple of days later where Victor and Donovan did a great job getting us introduced to the car and completing the paperwork.

Those guys there are amazing, friendly and take the time to explain the car, help with couple of long test drives and assist with both car details and finance options.Special mention goes to two gentlemen. One is to Charles who spent phenomenal time to make me at ease with the car features, very long test drives and price options. I just purchased a very gently used 2016 Mazda CX-5. I had already done a ton of research, found several interesting cars, emailed several dealers for more information but was most interested in a 2016 CX-5 on the Ramsey Mazda lot. The email exchange with manager Brian Wallin was surprisingly (for me!) straight forward. There was no hard sell, just an offer to come out and look the CX-5 over. I drove to Ramsey Mazda, looked the car over and was then greeted by Brian. Again, no hard sell. He gave me the key fob and let me continue to look over the car and said when I was ready for a test ride or if I had any questions, simply ask. Joe Guadalupe accompanied me on the test drive. He directed me to a nice twisty area to show off the CX-5 handling. We then hit the some open highway to get a sense of the car's punch. All the time, Joe answered questions. He knew the CX-5 very well. He was not "selling" in the classic sense but letting the product-the CX-5-sell itself. Brian, Joe and I then huddled in an office and we talked pricing. I pushed. They pushed. I explained. Brian explained. We found a reasonable middle ground. I was satisfied. I called my wife, explained the situation and we agreed to purchase the car.We picked up the CX-5 two days later. Again, no hard sell, no additional charges, no excuses, everything went very smoothly. We went over the pricing with Donovan Lau and all was good. Joe then spent a considerable amount of time going over the car with me and my wife. I very much appreciated the insight and the experience he brought to the walk thru.I am a guy who takes his cars to 100k+ miles so I do not buy cars very often. Brian has put together a good team and it shows. This was my first Mazda purchase and Brain Wallin and Ramsey Mazda made it very easy.

Great price on a great car and financing was a breeze. Last week I inquired as to the purchase of a 2016 MX-5 Miata, detailing specs and price. I assisted my daughter as she wanted to get a CX5. The buying experience was excellent. Her salesman (Victor) was very thorough in explaining the car in detail. And at the time of delivery he again was exceptionally thorough in going over everything about the car. The actual contract signing was handled by Finance Manager Donovan Lau. I am eighty one and have had many experiences purchasing cars, most of them a hassle before hitting upon a dealer that was professional and understood how to make customers. I worked in sales and marketing for fifty years and at all levels and trained/managed many sales people. I'm a good judge of sales talent and like most sales executives appreciate talent. I also abhor the silly games many car sales people put customers through. I had a good experience twenty years ago at this dealership and went there with confidence in their reputation but not knowing the salesman I was to meet, Rockstone Dunn is a very capable and likable salesman who at a relatively young age has obviously learned from colleagues how to make a customer want to buy from him. If I hadn't retired twelve years ago I would try to hire him for my business. The contrast between dealing with him and the same day visiting another Mazda dealer that performed abysmally made Rockstone look really good. Donovan Lau continued the good work. I am a happy customer.

I called the dealership and spoke with Brian Wallin. Brian was very helpful in explaining the details and purchase options of the Mazda 6 I was interested in. I made an appointment the next day to check out the car. From there, I met Joseph Guadalupe. Joe and I went on a great test drive on highways and back roads. I got a really good feel for the car. We went back to the dealership and Joe showed me everything there was to know about the vehicle. Lastly, I met Donovan Lau. I've been driving my Miata for 19 years, but all the buzz about the new 2016 version was something I couldn't resist. Not having bought a car so many years did make me nervous about the process. The team at Ramsey Mazda made everything so simple for me. Glenn Toker, my salesman, was a true professional. Being in high-end sales myself, I know what kind of treatment customers are expecting. Even though I was already interested in a specific car, I never felt like I was getting a sales pitch. Glenn and I discussed the features and upgrades, and he helped me make my selections wisely. The car I wanted had to be made overseas, and took almost 4 months to get. I was informed every step of the way, and don't regret for a minute on waiting for the new car to arrive. The day it came, Glenn spend time going over all of the features of the car with me. He introduced me to Donovan, who reviewed various coverage packages, and helped me find the one that worked best for me.These are really nice guys to work with, relaxed and knowledgeable. My current lease is due in April with Hyundai. Prior to this lease I had a Mazda 3 and loved it! I wanted to go back to Mazda but stay within my budget. I knew exactly what my budget can be and walked into the dealership to work with Rocky. I have worked with Rocky prior to this and didn't make a deal so I knew I was in for a negotiation right off the bat. Rocky is a great salesman. He knows his stuff and numbers. He even said to me at one point " I'm being aggressive." Which fortunately I knew that ahead of time from last time. But this only meant he was good at doing his job and me doing my homework, knew a deal can be made. Rocky answered all my questions, always responded back quickly, and was very patient with me even when I knew he was challenged to sell me a car. I also worked with Donovan Lau at the end and he couldn't have been any nicer! I felt very comfortable with him and didn't feel the pressure to buy more packages available. He was very informative and professional and quick! Overall, I ended up with my CX-5 that I always wanted with an amazing price and Rocky made the deal happen! My advice to the costumer is to go in knowing your numbers and do your homework. Everyone was happy in the end! Thank you Rocky and Donovan!

I was not looking forward to shopping for a car but after having my Toyota Celica for 16 years, it was time to let go and get something new. I had a few cars in mind but the Mazda3 was on the top of my list. We took a ride to Ramsey Mazda since I saw there were a few cars in their inventory that matched my needs. We went in expecting the worst, the usual numbers game, the hidden fees the "let me talk to my manager" etc etc. Instead, we were introduced to our salesman Victor. We told him what we were looking to spend and that I didn't want anything "extra" beyond what I requested. Victor said no problem, he showed us the cars that I had looked up and took us for a great test drive. He made a point to take us on side roads and the highway, curved roads and sharp turns, I felt like I got a true feel for the car. Once we said we were interested, Victor showed us the breakdown on all the numbers and explained any fees on the invoice. He checked out all the available rebates and offers available and told us about the 0% financing that was available. We were at the dealership for a few hours because the car I wanted was at a different lot but the time flew by. He made us feel comfortable, offered us coffee and hot chocolate and had a great talk with my fiancee about car stuff while we got all the details taken care handled. He then introduced us to Donovan from Financing, another great experience! I told him straight out that I'm not one to buy "additional warranties and third party offers. He made it clear there was no pressure to buy anything and he would just explain what was available. He explained both offers in detail and I actually ended up buying the 5 year Allstate package which he built into my financing (Bonus- all at 0%!!) Just like Victor, he went over every line of my financing and showed me the breakdown, the difference in payments with and without the add on package I had purchased. We left Ramsey Mazda in shock over how pleasant the whole buying experience in up being...my fiancee was so jealous since he had just bought a Nissan Maxima a month earlier in Hasbrouck Heights and had a horrendous experience from start to finish! Needless to say, I have already told a few people to go to these guys if they are in the market for a new Mazda! Oh and just when we thought our great experience was done, Victor offered to program my favorite radio stations, paired my phone to the blue tooth and helped me adjust the drivers seat. He gave us his card and said I should feel free to call him if I had any questions about the car! I also got a followup call the next day to be sure everything was good. And just today I got a call (not even a week from buying the car) from the dealership telling me my plates and registration are ready! Wow Wow Wow all around!

I'm so grateful to have met with Willy and really appreciated his assistance in purchasing my new car. He explained everything that was offered and tailored the visit to my specific needs. He went above and beyond to make sure I drove off with the perfect car for me (and I did - my Mazda CX-3), and I was beyond impressed with his caring nature, professionalism and respectful manner. However, my experience with the financial department was different. Key points regarding insurance were not explained to me, even after asking for more detail. I was told one thing before the purchase, and another thing after. I expressed my concern and I was literally shrugged off with no explanation, leaving the impression that the deal was done at it was my problem now... including a higher bill.Even though the last part of my experience was distasteful, I still give a 4 star rating because my experience with Willy far outshone any negativity that I experienced. The financial department could learn a lot about customer service from Willy.

As this trek started for a new car I went Back to the dealer where I bought the Mazda i was currently driving/going to trade in to see Willy Elkammary and was informed he was no longer there, as a courtesy i still looked around the dealer and listened to what they had to say but felt the need to look further. After getting nowhere with another Mazda dealer (or 2) which surprised me by being a prior Mazda owner 2 times over I started to look at other brands of cars. I happened to be driving on RT 17 North and caught/remembered there was a Mazda dealer in Ramsey en route to where I needed to be so I pulled in for a real quick look thru. The receptionist asked me my name as I said my last name - Willy came around the corner because he recognized my name. I am an experienced sales person and I do not like the back and forth with price haggling in car buying. Here is how simple this was - because of WillyI traded in a 2011 Mazda 3 isport (6 speed) and said what $$$ amount I was also going to be putting down on a 2016 CX5 grand touring and said the dollar amount I wanted the monthly payment, ( i finance) that was it. I got top dollar for my trade in - (way more than the others wanted to give which kept extra dollars in my bank account which is a first for me on a trade in.) Done - that simple, no back and forth at all. Just like the last car that I bought thru Willy at his prior dealer. Also honorable mention to Business Manager Joe Guadalupe - he took care of the final paperwork, no pressure to get anything extra with warranty coverage and did a true financial breakdown of everything and much to Willy's word, the payment was exactly what I said - no games. If you're getting an upper end Mazda with the larger wheels, tires etc get the tire/wheel protection package. (this comes from my neighbor/good friend who owns one of the top garages in Bergen County) if you use it once in the 5 years it's will pay for itself many times over.Go to Ramsey - go see Willy and it will be the most painless car buying experience you've ever had.

Brian Wallin was a perfect gentleman who made me feel very comfortable over the phone before I even went to the dealership. When I arrived Brian turned me over to Willy Elkammary who was a great person to deal with. Brian, Willy and I finished the deal in a very short time and it was all nice and easy. I tried to make a deal in the Mazda of Lodi dealership and didnt get any of the great treatment I got in Ramsey, so I am so glad I went to this dealership and I will probably lease another vehicle for my wife this month all because of the way I was treated. They are total cheats they use classic bait and switch method. Once you go there they say the car is gone and try to sell you another one.Their service is total rip off and liars- on my first 45K service they had me change front suspension and even recommend to change the back one. I checked with my local mechanic it seems nothing was wrong.Second visit - they said initial charges will be around 80, after a while the guy comeback and said the light is going to cost 266 + service charges. When I refused the service, they behaved arrogantly. And charged me 60 for me diagnose and were calming that they already put the bulb in and had to take it back. This all happened in 15 mins. The mechanic who bought the car out threw my keys on the front desk and had this disgruntled look on the face. The women cashier had rude face expressions. I hope their boss was watching them on the CCTV.

One of the best and easiest experiences I have ever had at dealership in which I have had over 30. The sales rep, Adonis Antonick and Donovan Lau of the finance department were great. There were no gimmicks, hassles or pressure. I first went to Wayne Mazda and told them where I wanted to be and what I was trading in. They later changed the price with an excuse once I went to finalize the numbers. I then called Ramsey Mazda and spoke with Adonis Antonick. He was honest and even suggested that if I can get the deal with other dealership after running numbers I should try and get it. After I did not feel comfortable with the other dealership I called him and he gave me a price that was exceptional and worked with me. I was in and out of the dealership in no time. My experience at this dealership has been the worst I have ever experienced. The people working here are unprofessional, unfriendly, and rude. I was not treated fairly as a customer and felt as if my business was not wanted. To be honest, the nicest employee at this dealership is the lot attendant. Even when I got a price is was higher than what I would pay for a BMW! If you are considering Mazda, please do yourself a favor and go to Wayne Mazda.I even spoke to a Manager of this dealership who provided zero customer service whatsoever. I will be contacting the corporate office to report what happened. I honestly wish I had a better experience.

Great people. The car i bought is a used 2008 mazda 3 hb and the previous owner wouldnt give up the head rest. The minute we walkedin the door we were greeted warmly and professionally. The Mazdas are really nice looking cars and we were ready to turn in our van. Adonis Antonick was our salesman and he was very friendly and knoweledgeable. he was able to answer all our questions and very very patient. when we did the test run the Mazda was smoothe and we knew we made our decision to lease a grand touring. Ramsey Mazda was not the closest dealership (about the 6th closest), but was the best. I was a little hesitant when I wasn't provided Internet Pricing. We planned to visit a few dealerships that day and come home with a deal, but we made a deal at our 1st stop. Based on his previous reviews, I requested Willy. We had been looking for a good year-end deal on a Mazda3 iTouring for my son. We initially tried the dealership we bought my daughter's car at 2 years ago - offer good pricing, but high turnover in sales staff. Willy quickly recognized my priority ($'s) and went to work. I was looking for an out-the-door price, so he didn't waste my time by showing me affordable monthly payments like several other dealerships. Willy gave me the best deal, included the rebates I knew about, and even got me an extra incentive I wasn't aware of (Joe in Finance was kind enough to contact me and move our sale up by a day to meet the deadline for it). I worked with Victor Jacobson as my salesperson. From the start, he was willing to do his best to offer a good deal and gain my business. He was able to beat a competitor's price and he did it in an honest, no BS sort of way. I didn't get a "sneaky salesman" vibe from him...Victor just seemed like an honest, nice guy who was willing to work with me to get a fair deal done. What turns me off the most about salesman is when they try to pressure me or get one over on me...I didn't feel that at all with Victor and, in the end, feel that I came away with a good deal that I was comfortable with. When I signed the final paperwork, I worked with Donovan Lau. He also struck me as an honest, no BS kind of guy. The closing process was quick and easy and he was able and willing to honestly answer whatever questions I had. Overall, I'd recommend Ramsey Mazda to anyone looking to buy a new car. Thanks guys!

I stopped by Ramsey Mazda to see if I could get the car that I wanted... a Red Mazda 5 Grand Touring.My experience there was a great one. I especially wanted to mention that Adonis was terrific. I stopped in on a rainy Thursday afternoon where he had me test drive a Mazda5 Sport. It was that test drive that made me set on the Mazda5, but I did have my heart set on a Grand Touring trim in Red. Adonis worked very hard to find one in the region and he could not. So with that, and with his permission, I went elsewhere and will be going all the way to Maryland to pick up the car.His efforts were a reflection on the courtesy and professionalism your team there at Ramsey Mazda give to their customers, even if at the end of the day, we don't purchase the vehicle from you.

I was very interested in a car available at Ramsey Mazda. After test driving and doing some initial number crunching with the very helpful Rocky Dunn, I started comparing prices between dealerships. When I returned to Ramsey Mazda looking for a better deal, I was yelled at in front of the whole store by General Manager Brian Wallin and told that they didn't want my business in an extremely unprofessional manner. This whole experience was very embarrassing and I will not recommend Ramsey Mazda to anybody.

I went with my son to look into leasing a Mazda 3. The salesman Danny was not only knowledgeable but gave my son a test drive that really showed him how this car performs. He did not pressure him at all. We did not decide to lease the car until the next day (Danny was off). Victor assisted us the next day and assured us that Danny would get the commission. Victor treated us as if we were his customer as well. Every employee we dealt with was so incredible including Jim the Sales Manager who worked out a great deal for my son. Donovan made the whole financing transaction painless and comfortable. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Great sales experience. Unfortunately, we discovered a mechanical issue with the car shortly after we picked it up. The service department simply did not respond to us on this - did not have time to speak with us - and we are now working with another Mazda dealership to resolve the problem. Still not resolved. Several emails to Ramsey Mazda reps seeking call backs to discuss this matter were not returned. I am baffled. I can not recommend them.

My car buying experience started in 2011. I live in Rockland County NY and went to a Mazda dealer about 10 minutes from my house. They were treating me as if they had never heard the words "customer service". While I was waiting at the salesman's desk, (he got up and left me sitting there several times) I checked my phone for another dealer and found Ramsey Mazda. I gave them a call (still sitting at the salesman's desk) and was connected to Rockstone (Rocky) Dunn. He assured me that if I went over to Ramsey Mazda it would be worth the trip. When my salesman finally returned I shook his hand and said "goodbye". Of course he tried to make me stay to no avail. I drove about 40 minutes to Ramsey Mazda and met up with Rocky. I not only buy cars for myself, I also buy cars for my wife, my mother and my sister. Needless to say I have purchased over 15 new cars in my lifetime and know a good dealership and salesman when I see them. Rocky is the best. I walked out with a new car in just a couple of hours and have since bought a total of 3 cars from Rocky. My latest just last week. I spoke to Rocky and Donovan and told them that I would be back for a forth car from them. I would recommend this dearler to anyone who wants to have a great and honest new car buying experience...

My husband and I just signed our 6th lease with Mazda last night. We started our journey way back in 1999 with the lease of the first of two MPVs. We decided on that car because at the time, we were new parents and needed the room for car seats, strollers etc. As our childrens needs changed, we leased the Mazda 9 and then the Mazda 7 because they went along with the changing demands of our growing children... sporting equipment, friends etc. Soon after, my husband needed a small car to get back and forth to work so we leased the Mazda 3, which is a fun little car. Now that our children have grown older and we are no longer in need of a "mommy van" we just drove home with our brand new sporty Mazda 6 which I am loving!!! Its great to feel like a young driver again! As you can see, we are very pleased with not only the Mazda vehicles but the friendly service and customer support that we have received. We highly recommend exploring all of the diverse cars that Ramsey Mazda to offer.

Here's the bottom line...Ramsey Mazda made it worth our while to drive 200 miles to buy a used car from them. That's saying something! My daughter's car was totaled a week ago. She might chime in with a review as well. I am an aggressive car shopper. She knew exactly what she wanted...a Mazda3 to replace the one that was totaled...so that part was easy. I shopped for cars within a 250 mile radius and found two that would work well for her. They were both Certified (very important for her), had the features that she wanted and were priced well under the dozens of others that we could see within that radius. One of the two cars was a mile and a half from where she lived. The other one was at Ramsey Mazda...200 miles away from where she lived. I talked with Rocky on the phone and he told me that he would submit an offer to his manager if I made a $100 refundable deposit with my credit card which I agreed to do. They came back with a price that made it well worth our while to NOT buy the car that was in the same town but to spend the day driving to Ramsey, NJ to buy the car. Along the way, we gave them every bit of information that they needed to process the loan for my daughter. We walked in the door and were sitting down with Donovan within two minutes to sign the paperwork. Fifteen minutes later, everything was signed and Joe took some time to show us the ins and outs of the car and got us on the road back. So we were in and out within 30-60 minutes. There was a minor problem with the battery that we discovered when we were filling the tank next door and within another half hour, the other Joe had arranged to have the battery replaced and we were on our way home. It simply could not have gone any better. We did our part to have everything done for the loan and insurance before we got there and they did their part by having EVERYTHING ready to sign and the car ready to go when we got there. Virtually no waiting for anything. Very, very impressive!

I dread going to any dearleaship but we were impressed with Victor's no-pressure approach. My wife and I decided in the morning to start looking for a M3 for our 17-year old son. We chose Ramsey which is the second closest to our home. Thank god we did because right from the initial sitdown through the test drive to negotiations, it was a pleasure to deal with Victor, never pushy and straight foward. There was no need for us to keep looking to save a few dollars but who needs the hassle or pressure. After we made the deal, Victor took the time to show my son all the features and gadgets. My son was happy and I was thrilled that I didn't have to go to another Madza dealership. Thank you Ramsey, Victor and Donovan!!!

I was blown away by Ramsey Mazda's no-nonsense approach to what has traditionally been a painful experience for me. I dreaded having to replace my old car because of the headaches with negotiation and finance. These guys made the whole process super easy and enjoyable.Rocky made sure I fully experienced the Mazda 6 during our test drive, He was super knowledgeable about all the features and was able to compare them against the Toyota and Honda I was considering. When it came time to talk numbers, Rocky broke everything down for me, including invoice. He gave me a great deal without all the fuss.Donovan is a real class act. He was really patient as I decided on finance options and felt comfortable with the arrangement. Donovan was able to cut my monthly payments for practically nothing. Amazing.When it came to drive away with my new car, Red filled in for Rocky. This guy's a tech guru. He helped set up Bluetooth and gave me a detailed overview of the technology.I love my car, and I love this dealership.

We had already checked out both this and the neighborhood Toyota dealer three months earlier but we returned to Mazda, and more specifically to Willy, because he had made such a great impression. He was very helpful answering our questions (and we had a lot), honest about pricing, and very-very patient. Donovan helped us with our paperwork. I actually went to this car dealership to check out a Mazda CX5 for my mother to lease. She had already met with Glenn once and she was hoping to make a deal that day. He was very patient with my whole family, answered all of our questions, survived a test drive with us and was very honest about pricing. The negotiation was a smooth process, no hard sales tactics or gimmicks. Glenn and the sales manager (who never came over to hassle us) were very upfront and honest about what they could do for us. After my mother finalized her deal, Donovan came over to explain the financial aspect of the deal. Again, he explained everything thoroughly and made sure she knew what she needed to in order to finalize the deal. Everyone was so great! SO not the normal car buying experience that you would expect. I was so satisfied with how they handled my mother's lease that I decided to do the same for myself. We went last night to pick up our cars. Glenn went through every button of the vehicle with both of us. Donovan was great, he explained everything to us again and got us out of there very quickly. Overall, I have to say that this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who is in the market for a new vehicle.

I wish I could recall the young woman and older gentleman I dealt with while servicing my CX9 here for the last 5 years, as they were great. While they do not have control over their pricing, the work was always excellent. They were always thorough with their explanations of everything. The service was always timely as well. I put over 100,000 miles on my vehicle and up until this weekend it still drove exceptionally well. And I believe due to their excellent service, I was able to get full value for it as a trade in. My needs for a vehicle have changed and I decided on a non-Mazda vehicle. But if you do own a Mazda, I highly recommend Ramsey as your go to place for servicing your vehicle.

Getting into another Mazda lease was becoming a hassle. Brianna helped me out over the internet to get an agreed upon deal and made the process less of a headache. Mike was great. He had the paperwork ready to go and overall timing on getting the financing done and paperwork was minimal. Unfortunately, the prep time for the car turned out costing us an extra hour due to back up in the service area. I don't blame Mike for this, but it was an inconvenience that everything but the car wash and prep was so quickly done and this cost us a bunch of extra time that was not necessary.

I recently just hit the 6 month mark on my new 2014 Mazda3 i-grand touring and I for one couldnt be any happier. While the car is amazing and I recommend anyone looking to buy an extremely affordable car that is fully equipped with everything but a microwave on the inside, what really sold me on it was my car salesman Mike Depaolo. Although its been six months since my date of purchase, what triggered my memory to post this was Mikes attentiveness to call me a week ago just to wish me a happy birthday! Who does that?! I thought it was such a nice gesture that i thought Id write my first ever online review. If youre looking to buy a car then go to Ramsey Mazda and ask for Mike Depaolo! Less then 12 hours before I went to Mike, I had the worst experience ever at Wayne Mazda. The salesmen there were fine, but it was the finance guys and managers that were rude, condescending and made closing a deal anything but possible. After spending almost 6 hours there, testing the vehicle i wanted, and quibbling over a couple hundred dollars, my father and I left the store outraged and decided to head to Ramsey Mazda the very next morning. Mike had come highly recommended by a friend of ours. We walked inside, asked to speak with Mike and told him the horrific experience we had just had at Wayne Mazda. We put the same numbers that were shot down at Wayne Mazda on the table in front of Mike, Mike looked at them, and after being at the dealership for no longer than 5 minutes he told us, you ready to take the car off the loft today? We couldnt believe it! Ive never experienced such an easy going, laid-back, yet extremely knowledgeable salesman like Mike Depaolo. We were in the dealership for an hour tops before I was driving away in my brand new car. Mike is wise beyond his years, and knew full well the ins and outs to all the high-tech gadgets that came equipped in the car. Being a first time buyer, Mike knew exactly what this kind of purchase meant to me and made it fun and enjoyable the entire time I was there. Even before my birthday, Mike would call me every now and then just to check-in and see how both me and the car was doing. If you want to buy a car, theres only one person I would recommend and thats Mike Depaolo of Ramsey Mazda!!!!

We have been buying/leasing cars for 30 years and this was by far the best experience. First we were given the details of the vehicle that were important to us. The salesman had a lot of knowledge about the vehicle and cars in general. Next came the greatest test drive ever! The salesman explained that he's going to have my wife push the car to highlight the cars exceleration, handling, and breaking. He made sure that she was comfortable before the test drive. This was much better than the usual drive around the block test drive. We were sold at the end of the test drive. Then the dealership worked quickly to get us a good deal. We already had worked up a number that we would want and they beat it. At that point it was a quick finish of the papers, setting up the bluetooth, and we were out the door. We recommend Ramsey Mazda and ask for Charlie to get the test drive of your life!

I found Ramsey Mazda through an online search and Brianna in internet sales contacted me promptly with the quotes I had requested. She was pleasant and professional. The prices were extremely fair, and we went ahead and did a lease on a Mazda3 hatch. Charlie, our salesman, was a pleasure to deal with. The transaction went very smoothly and he did a fine job of explaining the car's features to us. He took plenty of time, and nothing that we asked was too much trouble for us. I will definitely use Ramsey again if I'm buying another Mazda.

I called ramsey mazda and asked to speak to a salesman about leasing a 2015 cx-5. The receptionist put me through to Jimmy. I proceeded to tell Jim what i wanted. I asked him if he could get me a base lease number for the car. He proceeded to tell me that he couldn't and that i HAD to come in in order too even talk numbers. I told him that another dealership had given me a base price over the phone, so he should be able to as well. He proceeded to bash that dealership, saying that they lie and treat their customers like crap and that I was the only customer to ever have a good experience at the other dealership when i bought my last mazda. I would never work with a salseman who is ready to burn and slander their competition. Jimmy needs to learn respect and professionalism before i ever deal with ramsey mazda.

I bought my 2014 Mazda3 last December from this dealership. Today I took my car in for 10K service and dealt with Kenny and Henry. The flyer I had said the service was $89.95 but the dealership jad it crossed out and wrote 109.95. It was fine. After an hour I got a call and went to get my car back. I noticed there were scratches where the air gun goes and pointed it to service manager Henry. He saw them and did not offer any apologies nor did he say anything about it. When I got home I called them and told them I noticed they did not wash or vacuum the inside, which was listed as part of the package I paid for. Instead, Henry insisted they washed the car and vacuumed it too fast they did it in a hurry. Poor excuses and lies. This is the last time I am having my service done with this dealership. Poor attention to details and insensitive to customer needs makes this a bad place to have your car serviced.

My boyfriend and I were shopping for a Mazda 3 to lease. We went to Ramsey Mazda for a test drive. It was the WORST experience I have ever had at a car dealership. The salesman was so pushy about driving the car aggressively and going above the speed limit. I was extremely uncomfortable during the whole test drive. After returning to the dealership, I had no desire to purchase a vehicle from Ramsey Mazda. We even called to complain about our experience. The sales manager said he or the general manager would call us back the next day to see if they could work out a deal since we had such a horrible experience. However, it has been almost a week and we have not received a call back. Today, I got a generic e-mail from the general manager. Our issue was never addressed. The experience almost ruined purchasing a Mazda at all. But I've decided to take my business to a different dealership that doesn't bully me into driving a vehicle out of my comfort zone.

My family and I have been Mazda owners for quite sometime, well out of those years, 4 Mazdas have been bought at the Ramsey dealership. Since they very first car we bought there we have always been treated with respect and never once did they make us feel like they were trying to "take our money" (Unlike other dealers did - Wayne Mazda) I just recently leased a 2015 Mazda 6 and I cannot stress how happy I am with the whole experience. John Torres has always been the one to help us out and along with his teammates they always make sure we leave with the car we want. Brought my Mazda in for the first time since purchasing the vehicle at Ramsey Mazda with an Emergency repair as my sunroof exploded with no direct cause. Sitting in the car at a stop light and BOOM ! After researching online I saw that this was a common issue and I called Mazda USA for help. They said to bring the car in and they would deal directly with the service center. I assumed it was covered. They fixed the car quickly and charged me 650 to replace the glass. A little high, but who cares if its covered right ? Well the service manager tells me my car needs the following work: Front pads and Rotors - 490Flush Brake Fluid - 159Flush Trans Fluid - 279Flush PS Fluid - 159Cabin Filter - 89Wheel Alignment - 89.95 Another 1265 worth of work ??? ..... Look at the pricing here folks.... over 600 to Flush Fluids? If that's not a money grab, I don't know what is. Knowing I just put 4 new tires on the car less than a week before, I asked the service tech how he could tell it needed an alignment and he told me he could see the wear real bad on the insides of the tires.... really? after about 40 miles of drive time? Come on.So I tell them I don't need anything else done, pick up my car and before I even return home I get a call from Mazda USA telling me the sunroof is not covered that the service center said it was caused by something while I was driving. Not sure how they came to that conclusion, but I'll assume it had something to do with me refusing the additional 1265 of work they felt I needed. I walked away with the feeling that I was dealing with some sleazy Rt. 46 used car dealer, not a major service center. Bad Experience all around, will never go back.

thieves..liars..dishonest.....describes this place..during the week i emailed this place in reference to a 2013 mazda 6....roughly 8000 miles on the car..stock number MZU2344....the veh was listed for $16,000...no haggle pricing....doing my own research the car is over priced around 500 bucks...in contact with the internet girl...she stated the price is the price....nothing will come off the price.....hence the term -no haggle price....this car is for my son..not myself....i'm just doing the negotiating..he"s 19 and he"s paying for it.......so we go out there on the 1st....we meet charlie the salesman.....we go for a ride....son likes the car....i like the car.....im ready to buy this thing.....so we sit down to do the numbers.....i tell him the car is over priced ..u have to have some wiggle room...he tells me no....no room.....i then give him a ad from the ramsey web site.....$250.00 coupon off from the web site....he takes it ...makes a face( the face one would make after drinking a glass of sour milk) and tells me he"ll work with me....he goes to his boss and comes back and saids he"ll take off the 250......(now comes the fun part).....charlie starts to do the math.......15,750 for the car.....$500 for the CPO.........WAIT WHAT......THATS RIGHT 500 more because the car is a CPO....im driving BMW CPO..from across the street...Ramsey BMW......the cost of the CPO is always built into the price before hand...not after.....he doesnt think i know this....i basically laugh and walk out.....with charlie nipping at my heels going out the door.....now they have the same car listed on their site for 15,500....still not telling people that their CPO car will cost another 500 bucks on top of the advertized price...what a bunch of dummies....they could have sold this thing last week and made a sale....and now it still sits there.....so now i take off for Palisade Mazda in Rockland CO.....1 hour later i get a Mazda 3 fully loaded with 50 miles on it(not the *8000 that the ramsey car had on it)..heated leather seats..heated mirrors....power sun roof.....265watt 10 speaker Bose radio system..navigation system...for $17,000......so the moral of the story is..stay away from ramsey mazda or go there if u want to be ripped off....or go to Palisade Mazda and get a great deal.....see Chris....

Mike DePaolo was friendly, professional and well informed. He listened to my needs and found the CX5 that fit. We test drove it, then he took time to explain every feature on the car. He made sure I was comfortable with it before I drove off the lot. Both he and the manager have called to be sure all is well with my new car . Very pleasant experience.

I have purchased many cars during my lifetime and this dealer ranks at the top of the list for both sales and service. The purchase expertience was very straightforward. The representative with whom I dealt provided me with his bottom-line price for the car and even revealed how much profit he was making through the sale. When the car came in with an option that was not part of the negotiation, the dealer still delivered the car at the negotiated price. My experiences with the service department have also been quite positive. I have taken my car there for routine, scheduled maintenance and for bdy work. On every occasion, the work has been completed quickly, professionally, at reasonable cost and with smiles. I do not know whether I will be purchasing another Mazda in future, but if I do, I will not consider going anywhere else.

I had a really great experience with Rocky in Sales. I found a CX-5 that I wanted at a good price and got a really fair offer on my trade-in. I was trading a Jeep with both a hard and soft top and asked at closing if I could leave a deposit and bring the hard top back the next day. A simple "no" would have been better than what transpired. The Sales Manager got involved and was insulting and offensive. He then said that I had to put the hard top on the jeep or they wouldn't do the deal. I told them to hold the car while I tried to see if I could get my Jeep dealer to put switch the tops but he said, "check your contract, we have to hold the car for 48 hours and I have someone else very interested in this car." The only reason I gave this Two Stars was Rocky, who was fantastic. Good deal or not, I will never, ever return or recommend this dealership. I work too hard to be insulted, offended and re-traded in front of my family. Goes to show you how one bad representative can destroy loyalty.

I usually deal with Amanda, however Ken has assisted me from time to time.... I have a 2001 Mazda 626, and Amanda knows the history of my car better than anyone... She and Ken are always very friendly and knowledgeable. I have bought 3 cars from Ramsey Mazda and will probably be buying my 4th one in the near future. Amanda has been very diligent to make sure I am taken care of when my car goes in for service. She always makes sure Orlando, the mechanic, is available to work on my car, as he is most familiar with it's problems. I can always count on quality work from the people at Ramsey Mazda.

Clutch and suspension expertise on Mazdaspeed six were astonishing - many mechanics drive the mazdaspeed cars - last month, transmission issue with my speed MX5 was handled as professionally and promptly as I have ever seen - within half an hour I was on the road and safe - and not even broke! the techs and Amanda simple "get" the idea of why people drive interesting cars, and the quality of service is equal to the exotic dealers. Unequivocally the most competent but also fairly priced(not to say cheap) service imaginable. For mazdaspeed owners, the place to go. Service amenities are also first rate, although, in spite of internet, nice waiting area, and so on, talking cars with the staff, and they love cars, is a lot more fun, and most of all, one way to realise sales and service by people who like cars and like to drive will always be superior to that of people who simply have jobs at car dealers.

Even sync'd my phone to the car. I was moving out of state and needed permanent plates. The turn around time was only 3 days!

My experience at Ramsey Mazda was a great one. When I pulled into the parking lot I was not attacked or pushed to look at a certain car. After settling in, Willy approached me and asked if I needed help with anything and I responded I was just looking for now. He unlike other salesmen I have dealt with at other dealers left it at that and walked inside. This was already a good sign for me. After selecting the car I wanted to purchase I went in to talk to him about doing some business. We test drove the car and my father and I decided this was the car for me. Throughout our conversation with Willy we felt extremely conferrable. Willy respected everything we had to tell him, interacted with us in the most friendliest and professional matter, and was willing to work with us. At the end of the day I was glad to do business with the dealership. I walked out with a great deal and low APR. This was an overall great experience. Willy and Ramsey Mazda earned my business and future business.

Buying a car has historically been one the least pleasant experiences in my life. Naturally we did not have high hopes this time around either. My husband and I were happily surprised by Ramsey Mazda. Our salesman, Willy Elkammary was friendly, knowledgeable and professional and made the whole process seamless for us. We purchased a new CX5 and everyone went the extra mile. Super efficient, we were there about 2 hours and left with our new car. They could have made us wait for Monday to pick it up but they cleared the showroom and got it ready for us. Talk about a pleasant surprise.....if you are looking for a Mazda, this is the place to go. FINALLY a dealership that didn't make me want to scream by the time I left. Thank you all so much!

Friendly atmosphere. Not too much haggle for a fair price. I am happy with my purchase. There was a scratch on the bumper upon delivery. They tried to fix it but it's in the plastic. They have offered to replace the piece. I am hesitant to do so since it is a new car and a small scratch. I have emailed them to see if they could give me a year or two of sirius radio in lieu of bumper replacement. I am waiting to hear back. Overall was a very good experience.

I did buy a Mazda CX-5 on August 19, 2014. I had got pricing through USAA from several dealerships and actually Wayne and Sansone beat Ramsey's price by $500. I asked if they would beat those, as I live in Allendale and would rather buy closer to home. Stephanie in Internet Sales emailed me saying yes, they would beat that price- the price they gave was $258 lower than the other dealer's. She said I could also print the coupon on the website and get another $250.00 off. Each time Stephanie got back to me she said "I spoke to my manager Lee" making it clear she was speaking for him. When I arrived, I was met by a salesperson I will review separately, because I really liked him and it was not his fault Lee would not honor what they told me in writing. It turned out they did NOT have the color I asked for, even though they said they did. They had my color but not with "tech" package. This worked out as I did not actually want the whole tech package, just the nav and they installed that in the car in the color we wanted, without the rest of the tech package and this brought the price down BUT where Wayne was going to install the nav only for $600 they wanted $895 and said thats what it cost them at service. Since the doc fee at Ramsey is 299 and at wayne was 399 it washed a bit. That part I ok'd. However, at the end, when I was signing the papers, I saw they did NOT take off the $250 coupon and LEE said he couldn't because I was already getting a great deal. So what! I had pre-negotiated my deal! I had the printed out email from Stephanie. He TOOK IT AND CRUMPLED AND THREW IT AWAY. (Duh, I still have the email.) AND THREW AWAY THE COUPON (that I can still print again). I believe LEE STOLE $250 from me in this way. I could have walked away but this was literally at the end when all papers were ready and I had spent 3 hours already and was bringing the car home for my son. I WILL NOT RETURN TO RAMSEY UNTIL LEE IS GONE. DO NOT TRUST LEE.

They are trying to rip you off in all the ways possible.The approach is "you are dump and we are smart". It took about an hour for me to get the residual value on Mazda 3 I wanted to lease.They are trying to hide the actual numbers behind the car, just giving you "your best deal ever" which is about 70%-80% higher that you can get in different dealerships.I would suggest to stay away from this dealership if you are looking for honest prices.

This service department has been nothing but a nightmare.When returning the car for the first oil change I asked them to look at a gasket hanging out of the dashboard which was there the day I bought the car. I was told I couldn't have that done as this a an oil change and I needed to make an appointment for service as the dashboard would have to be taken apart. I made the service appointment today only to be told they cut the piece out and did not remove the dashboard. I also have an issue with the brakes pulsing which shouldn't occur at 17k miles. Finally able to get service done at 22k (because they never got my online appointment) and brakes are wearable part. I understand this but this is a defective part that needs to be looked at. They wouldn't look at it because I said I will not pay if it is not warranty.I've sat in the service department and watch them try to scam a young family who got a flat into buying four new tires because his car is All Wheel drive so he would need to replace all the tires. I really like the sales department but the service department is awful. Steer away from these shady people they are just trying to bilk you for money.

I have been driving a Mazda 3 since it first came out over 10 years ago. I'm on my 3rd one, which I leased from Wayne Mazda. It turned out to be a mistake, and a very costly lesson. I swore off leasing and Wayne Mazda. I chose to start bringing my 2011 Mazda 3 to Ramsey Mazda because it was closer to home and I was unsatisfied with my experiences at the Wayne dealership. Overall the difference of the Ramsey dealership compared to Wayne was impressive and reassuring (since I had a 3yr lease I was stuck in). I enjoyed the entire staff there, but one employee in particular stood out: Amanda Ciborski! She is the perfect example of an employee that goes above and beyond! I am so grateful to her for turning my Mazda frown upside down. Recently my car was hit and needed repairs that were quite costly. She made the entire experience feel effortless. I preferred dealing with her instead of my insurance company or Enterprise, not because they were unhelpful, but just for the pure ease of being able to trust her and know that my car was in capable hands. The fact that I could deal with only one person saved me any further hassle (we all know insurance claims are a headache)! She took care of all my needs, keeping me posted and reassured. My car came back good as new! When I had dealt with Wayne Mazda more often then not, I had to bring my car in more than just once to have the same issue completed. That was how I let them convince me to lease in the 1st place. Buyers remorse had me originally thinking I'd never purchase a Mazda again. Thanks to the wonderful quality of service at Ramsey Mazda I have changed my mind. I trust Amanda and that is more important to me than holding a grudge. She has made some great suggestions after taking the time to get to know me and my needs. I rely on her opinion and cannot say enough positive things about how because of her I am going to stick with the Ramsey Mazda staff. I want them to be the one's to perform any further repairs on my current and future Mazda's! Thank you to Amanda Ciborski and the entire staff of Ramsey Mazda for an excellent customer experience!!!

I visited Ramsey Mazda after having finishing researching inventory of the car I wanted to buy. I walked into the dealership and was immediately led to Rocky. After a brief chat about what I was looking for he arranged a test drive within minutes. Rocky was friendly, customer focused and knowledgable about the car. He knew that I wanted the car and gave me the best price possible without having to go talk to his sales manager 1000 times. He knew that didn't have a lot if time so we wrapped up the deal and I had a sales order in my hand in an hour. The entire process was painless and Rocky was extremely professional. The sales manager John and sales rep Joe Guadeloupe were both kind, courteous, and respectful! I can only assume that the discrepancy in reviews is due to the individuals or circumstances you're working with. I went to trade in, and lease a 2014 Mazda6 and it was an absolute pleasurable experience!

I have purchased two Mazda's here-mostly for the service. Everytime I come here I regret the many years that I owned a Audi and had such bad service. The staff is always friendly and nice. Amanda always go out of her way to make sure that she describes the problem or just what needs to be done for the maintenance of the vehicle. I am always offered a ride or a loaner car. When a time is quoted I have never been disappointed. Extremely timely. Overall the total experience has been positive on all points. Highly recommended.

We bought a certified used CX-9 Mazda 20 months ago, as well as leased a smaller Mazda at the same time. Having the cars serviced for routine maintenance has been such an easy experience. All the employees are wonderful. I usually deal with Amanda who is always helpful and friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. She goes above and beyond...she once even drove to my house when I thought something in my car was not fixed! Of course, it was my error and she showed me what I was doing wrong on the spot. We had a wonderful experience with our salesman Rocky who knew the answers to all our questions, took a great deal of time explaining everything in the car, never pressured us on the spot and also had a great senses of humor! The manager came over and spoke with us asking us what we were looking for, price, etc. When we went for the mid-priced car we were asked what our "wants" were and they had our heated front seats! We love our Mazda 6 and the grey/blue color is incredible - everyone thinks so. WE got the car at the price we wanted too. My lease was up on my mazda 2010 and went in and leased a 2013 from them. The car is very good, however, the sales manager indicated to me that i would get my $500 back from my previous payment to the bank that I had rcently made on the 2010.After the sale, and when I did not receive my money, the "story changed" and that the $500 was part of the buyout , even though he called the bank twice to get a final payment but never thought of asking them if my $500 cleared or not. After I tried to discuss it with him, he gave me a short period of time to discuss it with him and told me that it was my error and he could not help me any longer and if need to get legal advice. Great customer service!! Be very careful dealing with him but would not recommend going there.

I went there to test drive a Mazda cx5 for my daughter. She drove it with no problem and loved it. We were going to test drive other brands but she loved it so much we started to talk price (we leased). With very little pressure, our salesman and sales manager wanted to know what our needs were. With about 15 minutes of talking (negotiating) we came to an agreement that we were happy with and they were happy to sell a car. They were friendly, not high pressure and very accomidating. We traded in a car and within 3 hours we had the car. While they got it ready, we went home, cleaned out the car, got the title and returned with only some paperwork to fill out. I leased 3 vehicles in the past 3 weeks and this was the easiest and comfortable experience I had. I would definintely recommend Ramsey Mazda if you are interested in purchasing or leasing a new vehicle.

I had gone to several dealerships and just happened to be driving by Ramsey Mazda and pulled in. The service, friendliness, and honesty I received was unmatched. I dealt with Rocky Dunn and I feel very lucky to have done so. First he took me on a test drive. We hopped in the 2014 Mazda 6 and we went on a nice ride. It wasn't your typical uturn after uturn test drive. We went on winding roads and into Parking lots to go over every feature. Then when it came time to negotiate he helped us find every rebate and cost savings there was. I have bought several cars and this was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. I HiGHLY recommend going to see Rocky and the management team at Ramsey Mazda. They were all extremely helpful.

The salesman was good knew about the cars and explained their features well. He was patient and answered my questions. When it came to making the deal they would not negotiate price and the finance rate was very high. The friendly atmosphere completely changed when dealing with the finance people. NOT helpful or interested in me, even when I pointed out that the rate was higher than most banks they said "Well finance it through them". Poor customer service, cancelled the deal on the spot.

Bill was a very thorough and knowledgable salesperson, very different from other experiences we've had. His priority was to make sure we knew about Mazda and the car we were interested in, not just about making a sale. I am still waiting for something to go wrong because it just went too smoothly. I never write these reviews, but I had to express what a good experience I had at Ramsey Mazda. My husband and I own our own business with a small fleet of cars so I am no stanger to purchasing vehicles and the offensive salesmen that come with it. I was buying for myself this time and braced myself for the usual bravado. But at Ramsey Mazda I did not have to deal with that. Bill Rajner is the most professional, thorough, respectful salesman I have dealt with. He did not treat me any differently as a woman and I appreciate that. I got a great price right off the internet, and then also got more off the car when I got there. Nothing was hidden and the sales manager and financing manager were also easy to deal with. Bill continues to follow up with me and has met every request I have asked of him. Go Bill! Ramsey mazda was over 50 miles away but well worth the drive.

It's funny how people have had such varied experiences here. I've been to at least 10 dealerships (several brands) over the past month, and like people, have had bad experiences. It's amazing how 1 person can make or break a whole dealership, and it's luck of the draw when you walk in.I'm sorry that some of you have had bad experiences here because of a couple of dodos. I had a wonderful salesman, and my experience was nothing but a pleasure. He was hands down, the most knowledgeable, courteous, personable one I have come across. He showed me every button & feature in the car- never happened any where before. Seems like a no brainer, right? How else would you sell something? So little, but so much. Brought my cx-5 to Ramsey Mazda when the brake light came on for no reason. They squeezed me in at the end of the day and were able to find what was causing the problem. It was a '13 with 2000 miles so it was an issue they probably never saw before. Amanda at the service desk was very nice through all of it, she had printed out all of the service reports for the tech before I even arrived to speed along the process. In the end they had to order the part but they assured me it was just a sensor and is safe but I could leave the car and take a loaner if I wasn't comfortable. I took my car and they called a week later when the part arrived, they arranged a loaner and it was all fixed within a day. I will be taking my car back here for service from now on. Unfortunately I bought it from a different horrible horrible dealshership in Wayne, but if I decide to buy another Mazda it will be from Ramsey.

We had a horrible experience at Ramsey Mazda! This is the most underhanded, sleazy operation I have ever encountered! We made an appt. with the Store Manager to view 2 cars we were interested in. While test-driving 1 of the cars, another customer came into the store and was interested in 1 of the cars we were interested in. We were assured that since we had made an appt. and were there first, that we had 1st choice. While our backs were turned, they wrote up a sales order for 1 of the cars we were interested in purchasing!!!!! They were afraid of the other customer who was obnoxious and out of control. So, they went ahead with the sale. To top it off, the Store Manager insulted us and apologized and said that he could give us a better car - $4000.00 more than our original budget! LOL!! Are you kidding???? Stay away from this dealership!!!!!!! Save your time and money!! They have NO IDEA WHAT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE IS!!!!!

We had a horrible experience at Ramsey Mazda! We called and made an appt. to look and test-drive 2 used cars. While we were test driving 1 of the vehicles, another customer asked to see 1 of the cars we were interested in. They assured me that we had 1st choice, "because that's our store policy." Yeah, right! The Store Manager had the odasity to try to convince us that the Mazda we were interested in was not a good car and that it was in bad shape. He manages a Mazda dealership! LOL! He knew the other customer wanted the car we were looking at and did not give us the opportunity to choose which car we wanted and wrote up a sales order for the other customer BEHIND OUR BACKS!!! Apparently, the other customer was obnoxious and biligerent and they were afraid of a scene. So, because they liked us so much they offered us a more expensive car at their cost! $4K more than we wanted to spend! LOL! I have never been so insulted and have never experienced such sleazy salesmanship! STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER!!!!!

The salesman was an encyclopedia of the Mazda product, whereas the other dealerships we visited couldn't answer a single question. At one particular dealership, the cost of the 39 month lease, (not a Mazda) was almost the price of the car. With the buy back, the car would have been $8000.00 more than the sticker.Ramsey Mazda came in with one price, and there was no need to go anywhere else.I highly recommend Ramsey Mazda to anyone.

I contacted several different Mazda dealers in order to explore the purchase of the Mazda 3 for my husband. William (Bill) responded to my internet inquiry promptly, but most importantly, was the only one of the dealerships I dealt with that was candid with me that unfortunately the Mazda 3 ISport could not be gotten anymore around here. The other dealers strung me along, pretending they could get me the car, when all the while they could not. I appreciated Bill's professionalism and candor. In addition, when we began discussing a different model (the Touring), Bill was honest about being able to beat one of the other dealer's prices, and by how much. He was also thorough about how explaining how the car differed from the ISport, which we had initially wanted. Bill did represent that he MAY be able to get me an even greater deal than the initial quote he made, but as soon as he found out that he could not get the better of the deals, he immediately telephoned me, informed me of the fact, and inquired whether I was still interested in him running my credit card through to hold the car at the initial deal of $5 below the other dealerships I had worked with. Indeed, it was primarily due to Bill's candor and responsiveness that my husband and I agreed to purchase our new Mazda 3 Touring at Ramsey Mazda. Bill followed up with us by phone, but was not too pushy. Once we decided to purchase the car from Bill, he handled all of the paperwork with us over the telephone, including credit checks and insurance documents. Upon arriving at Ramsey Mazda the next day, all that we had left to do was visit with the finance manager, then have Bill show us all the wonderful attributes of our new car! Bill personally brought us to Service, introduced us to the Service personnel, and explained how the Service Department worked. We couldn't have asked for more individual attention from Bill than we got. We are so pleased with the car we purchased as well as with the customer service that Bill gave to us. While purchasing a car historically seemed like such an uncomfortable and difficult experience, Bill changed all that for us. It was a pleasure working with Bill; we give him the highest of ratings!

It was refreshinging to go to a dealership like Ramsey Mazda after my previous attempts. I had gone to multiple other dealers prior to Ramsey Mazda to look for a car and I found the salesman to be bold faced liars. They lied to me about everything from what was covered under the warranty, to what the price of the cars were. I had dealers quote me one price and I would on to their website only to find out that they were asking 20% less online.At Ramsey Mazda Bill was 100% honest and trust worthy from the beginning. Bill was extremely knowledgeable about the Mazda I chose to lease. Bill took the time to explain every detail of the process out to me and there weren't any unexpected surprises. After going to Ramsey Mazda and working with Bill, I would solely recommend working with Bill. If when my lease is up, I chose to lease from a different dealer in the Ramsey Auto Group, I would ask that Bill assist me.

Dealing with Bill and the rest of the staff at Ramsey Mazda was a pleasure. We were never pressured and they took their lead from us. While we decided between a new and a used Mazda 3, we were given the information we needed and plenty of time to think it over. We were in no rush and put of the purchase for several weeks. When we needed help they were there, when we wanted time at home to think it over, nobody called to push us. I will definitely look to Ramsey Mazda for future purchases and will recommend them to my friends.

It is very unprofessional and uncomfortable to outwardly ask your customer to give you an excellent rating on your customer satisfaction survey, then never call them back and have them chase you when they have an issue. It took a month for me to get an unsatisfactory answer to a question about an agreement that could have easily taken 20 minutes if they valued their customers. I feel burned and upset that I have to continue on with my lease with Ramsey Mazda. I had been a loyal customer to Mazda for yrs and they did absolutely NOTHING for me when I had an issue except make me call them time and time again. This is by far the shadiest and worst car experience I have ever had. You cannot trust that they are looking out for you. Beware

I knew I wanted a CX-9, it was just a matter of finding the right features. I missed out on two vehicles before finding Ramsey Mazda. I walked in knowing what I wanted...and I knew all there was to know (I'd been shopping for fifteen days for this vehicle)... until Rocky! He took me on a 15 minute test drive and told me about features I didn't know existed! He told me more about this vehicle than the previous four Mazda dealerships. Yes, I traveled almost 90 miles (I live less than 6 miles from another Mazda dealer), but I would do it again for this kind of service and buying experience. I can't express how very pleased I am to have found Ramsey...and more importantly, Rocky! He is an amazing wealth of knowledge and clearly knows the Mazda product. Ramsey Mazda is lucky to have him...and now I'm looking at neing a loyal, lifetime Mazda owner!

This dealership is great. Respect for customers. Willingness to deal without feeling like you are at third-world bazaar. They went out of their way to get the exact Mazda3 I wanted and even got it delivered to me on my birthday. In addition, I left my EZ Pass in my trade in, and the sales guy was nice enough to drop it off at my house. This was 3 years ago and I have been very happy with all of the dealings I have had with them. My next car won't be a Mazda, but if it were going to be, I would not hesitate to visit Ramsey again. He was very upfront and honest about the charges that will be applied toward the purchase of the vehicle.When we were negotiating the price, sales manager John Torres was very flexible during the negotiations.The business manager, Jim Sabini advised us on the advantages of financing with different banks and acquired for us the best financing available. He made the process of signing documents pertinent to financing very simple and stress free. I went to Ramsey Mazda and had already been shopping around for a Mazda 3 for 2 months. I just wanted to test drive the car and wanted to get an idea of what it would cost me. I went to a few dealerships before i stopped here and no one was interested in giving me any information knowing I was not ready to buy at that time. It was a completely different experience walking in to Ramsey. From the receptionist to the manager to the salseperson they were all friendly and welcomeing. Rocky my salesperson asked me a few questions then asked if I would be interested in taking a test drive. Finally someone who understands you have to like a car before you buy it. The test drive was fun and I learned a lot about the Mazda that I was interested in buying. When we got back to the dealership from the test drive Rocky asked me what else I wanted to get accomplished. I told him I got enough information and I left to go to the next dealership on my list. My voicemail was and is still full from all the dealerships calling me nonstop but I decided I wanted to return to Ramsey to purchase my Mazda. The Managers were upfront about everything and John the store manager at one point took me to his desk and showed me the different options since i had a very tight budget. i got the car i wanted wich made me happy and for the price that made my dad happy. Me and my dad were talking about all the fun we had when we picked up the car i love my new car.

With a family of five, I have shopped for quite a few cars from different manufacturers and through many dealers. Ramsey Mazda is a local dealership for me so convenience was a given. What impressed me most, however, was the friendly, professional and knowledgeable service I received from the sales person, James Zaku. James greeted me at the door when I first arrived. He was polite and not pushy. In little time, he understood my needs and was able to answer all of my questions about the car I was considering. oh I don't know where to start..The beginning, I contacted the internet salesman via email for a quote, his name was Robert Wood. He gave me a quote back and we emailed back and forth a few times, I told him I was paying cash and no financing was needed and the price that I wanted. He said come on in and assured me we can do it. So I went down, I went into the showroom and asked for Robert, he shook my hand and immediately blew me off to Mike and told him "she has a budget show her the options she has or something used". I was huh? I should have ran then but stupidly enough I sat down with Mike who asked me what I was looking for. Are you kidding me I thought I went through this in 10 emails I exchanged with Robert, I thought oh wait I brought the email yah! I showed him the email and what I discussed with Robert, that the fees would be added in the price not tacked on, at this point there were 2 fees. He says ok let me see what I can do and he got up and when over to talk to a very loud man who I would have sworn was gov. Christie at first. He comes back with a peace of paper with a list of fees and tells me that he can sell me the car for 1,560 over the quote Robert gave me plus tax and tags. Seems these were the fees added to the one time online quote, dest fee, AD fee, loyalty fee, cash fee,+250 coupon fee..LOL coupon fee? loyalty fee? cash fee? ok they were nice enough to deduct 250 if I print a coupon LOL I hope so they charged me for it.. and they were so kind to deduct the cash fee..there we were still 1600 above the quote, I said no this is the quote I was given not that. So the sales manager comes over and starts raising his voice yelling give me a price, ugh I gave u one. He says we can't do that....well then why did u tell me to come in! He starts showing me his fake invoices and making me feel about 2 feet tall, and funny, making me question what I know, I know..I had enough I walked out..I had 2 emails from the other day from 2 other dealers all same quotes with no added fees, so I went to Middletown Mazda I was in and out with the new Mazda3 for 1,600 dollars less than Ramsey. I was treat like a human being a valued customer offered coffee and hot chocolate for my daughter. I have bought a lot of new cars and never in my life have I experienced such a sham..BUYER BEWAREIn closing I would like to say Mike(sales manager) was a very nice guy I felt bad for him, the manager blew his deal

He was very thorough and knowledgeable about the car, and spent as much time with me as I needed. Back in the showroom, he asked my timeline ("within the next couple weeks," I said, and, "that I was going to check out other makes"). He worked some numbers, and I drove away from there that day in a new Mazda3. Bill was never pushy. He was very courteous throughout. I was a loyal Mazda customer for 7 years now.I did love my car and was looking for a new car to lease then buy.I went into Mazda Wednesday evening as that same day I received an email stating the appraiser was there to give me a quote.I met with a sales man James? My story is similar to customer who was there 11/21/11.But it was much worse actually I felt like the most worthless person leaving this dealership.No words can describe this experience.So, I tell James what I was looking for specifically as I wanted to lease then buy later as I am putting myself through school.He says okay I will be right back and brings over the branch manager, John Torres.This guy starts off with giving me a problem about the options I wanted.I told him I was leasing then buying and this was the car I wanted and would buy.He refused to give me a quote or any estimate.When he learned I had a trade in he told me that because my Mazda 2005 had 118,000 miles on it that it was valueless.I told him that I was offered $5,000 on the spot from ford with a quote of $183 a month for a lease.He asked for me to go get my registration which I did.My car is in good condition and was a former show room car so it basically has everything included being the sport edition it also has custom wheels added.My carfax shows a car accident as last year an old lady rear ended me with minor damage. This guy tells me he will not accept my trade as with an accident it will sit at the auction and will not be able to sell.The website states any trade in accepted under 6 reason's to buy at Ramsey Mazda.So, I inquire about the lease for $148 a month for a new Mazda 3 and the guy tells me it's more like over $200 telling me the website is not accurate.I said I have a Jetta waiting for me Saturday for $199 a month.He then became unprofessional saying that I was being low balled and that Jetta has a horrible engine that the car loses value as everyone knows these cars are horrible.He says the lowest lease is $219 a month and he is unaware of the dealer special happening right now.He also said with a Jetta you have a 50/50 chance of getting a good car or really bad car.He asked me if I was willing to take that chance.He ranted about the plant in Europe and parts and more bad stuff about Jetta.I just looked at him like he was crazy.He said I am here to sell you a car but it's obvious you don't want that right now.He tried to get me to commit to a number or give him a price.I said I would not do this as I need that information from him.He said your the buyer not me.It was really disrespectful at how he was talking down to me.He refused to give me a quote on any car lease or buy.He said you want to shop prices then go ahead but this is not how I do business.I sell cars and that's it and if you want to run back to my competitors will lower numbers I am not doing business like that.He said everyone comes running back to him when they see the prices going up.I told him I knew someone at Autosone in Woodbridge and that I could get a discount but thought I would stop here first.He said that the dealership is a wreck that it is a mess over there barely moving 38 cars a month.He refused to again give me a quote on the car I wanted to buy or lease.He got up and said I am sorry but I can not sell you a car and walked away from me.His sales associate looked at me said my name and then Well?I will never buy a car from Ramsey Mazda!In fact I think I am done with Mazda as if I can not even trade it in at the own dealership that says what types of people you have to deal with to own a Mazda.It's not worth and wait until the warranty runs out at 60,000 miles and you will have problems with a newer car.I do not know how this dealership won awards this year probably because the economy is so bad people are lowering their standards.I had my two young sons with me and one of them says to me Mom you got dumped!He said Please buy the Jetta.I can not wait until Saturday morning comes and I get my new keys.I was asked what I would like for breakfast from VW and if my family would like to join us as well.

My wife and I came in looking to lease a 2012 Mazda CX-9. This was one of four cars we were looking at and wanted to get an idea of what the CX-9 would run for. Called a few days prior to showing up and got a range of $350-$400 from John Torres, who I later found out was a sales manager. When we showed up, unfortunately I did not remeber the name of guy that I spoke to so I was helped by the next available sales rep, James (really nice guy, knew the car and the options but unfortunately didn't seem to know much about the pricing, fees, etc.). Test drove the CX-9 and liked it and wanted to get a more concrete figure from them, but still had the Highlander to tets drive afterwards.James got his sales manager, John Torres, involved - and unfortuntely for James that's what cost his the sale. This guy absolutely refused to give us a concrete price unless we were committed to buying a Mazda right there. Forget about pressuring to buy, I can deal with that, but its tough to make a rational decision when you don't even know what's the number you're negotiating. After a heated 15 minute conversation he comes back with a figure of $429 per month and I was like what happened to $350-$400. He said I was just shopping and obviously was not interested in buying the car right then and there and since all I wanted was a price, his $429 satisfied what I was looking for. Am I out of my mind or is the whole point of trying to sell a car is to give a competitve price that would entice the consumer to buy the vehicle? Apparently this genius (with 28 years of experience I might add, as I was told to me on several occasions) had a different approcah to selling cars and customer service. I later found out that he's been at this dealership for just a month and has bounced around several Mazda dealers in NJ over his 28 years. Point proven that just because a person has been doing something for a long time does not mean he's good at it. I really felt bad for James, the sales guy, because he couldn't do anything but stand there and see his manager absolutely kill his sale - mission accomplished.Anyway, we were so disgusted by our experience at Ramsey Mazda and the way we were treated by the Sales Manager, not the sales guy, we had no choice but to leave. We ended up test driving the Highlander afterwards and hated it, but absolutely refused to go back to this dealer to get the CX-9, which we ended up getting from Mazda of Lodi. Don't waste your time at this dealership, go somewhere where they actually care about you as a customer. By the way, I'm not alone here - I highly encourage you to read other customer reviews from 2011. It appears that my experience was similar to someone else's who interestingly enough also dealt with John.

I had come to Ramsey Mazda for looking at the pre-owned Mazda 3's they had. Bill Rajner in Sales was patient while we shortlisted one to look at and explained the features and the car history while I was test driving it. Jim Sabini in Finance helped me setup financing and tried different options to get me financed even though I had a light credit history. Bill and Jim were prompt to answer my calls and even though I couldn't buy the car due to personal reasons, I recommend the dealership for their professional and courteous manner.

I found out about this dealer because they came up on truecar.com (Zag) as having a very competitve price for a 2011 Mazda CX-9.I called in advance to confirm the price, and asked to speak with Robert Wood, Internet Sales assistant as indicated on the coupon. Well, what do you know, they suddenly "did not have any more 2011's" in stock, even though I had just made the quote a few hours earlier ! Asked how come they still get listed there for that price, he admitted that they use that site to advertise.This is called false advertising - advertising that you have a certain product and you don't. I asked them to please give me the price for a 2012 Mazda instead - he said he couldn't do that, that I had to come to the dealership. I explained that I live 1.5hrs away and that I didn't want to drive all the way over there just to get a quote. He was completely inflexible.There are reasons that there are laws against false advertising. Places like these break them, and they should be reported to BBB and fined / not allowed to operate.

I am a super easy customer when it comes to buying a car. I determine what car I want ahead of time. No going to the dealer to talk and think about it. I call or email a few dealers with exactly what car I want and ask for a price. It's usually a 5 minute conversation, we agree, I go in sign and pick up the car. Really, it's that easy.HOWEVER, I called them about 2 weeks ago, spoke to a John, told him I was ready to lease a CX9 with certain options and asked for a price. This is what he says "you are looking at a payment of mid 400s". Typically Car Salesman talk. I asked him to narrow it down and he tells me that's the best he can do on the phone. Invited me to the dealer so we can discuss. WHY WOULD I WANT TO SPEND MY ENTIRE SATURDAY SITTING IN A DEALER WHEN I CAN GET THE SAME THING ACCOMPLISHED WITH A QUICK PHONE CALL?Called Palisades Mazda, asked the exact same question, gave me a price on the phone of $360/month. PERIOD. I thought that was fare, didn't haggle. Went the next day to sign and the following day to pick it up.

When buying a car they tried to charge an extra $1000 in charges. $500 dealer fee, $300 document fees, $200 in etching fee. Even thoyugh it said optional for the etching they force you to get it. They will try to rip you off with all these fees. So expect to pay no less than $1000 in extra fees. There were more fees that say optional but do not be surprised if they charge you for them. If you think you have a great deal think again. I checked 4 or 5 other dealers in the area and they all do not charge those fees except for the document fees that was universal.

Last winter I had a nasty encounter with an icy exit ramp and a snow packed median. Ramsey Mazdas service department was invaluable in helping me process the insurance claim, often letting me know what the adjuster was doing before I heard from my insurer. They helped make a frustrating experience far more palatable. Id like to call particular attention to the Service Advisor, Amanda. She was proactive, encouraging and communicative, e-mailing me periodically to keep me updated. She is an effective ambassador to the brand given the sense of goodwill she cultivated for the Service Department. Ill now factor in their service in any future decision to purchase a vehicle. The repairs have held up well, and my out of pocket expenses were not that bad.Its easy to view service at the dealership as an extravagance. Though I cant say Im completely sold yet on having all the work on my car done there, this experience was overall very positive.

On Tuesday 7/5, I went to see a 2002 Ford Focus and was offered a great price. I had to discuss the deal with my parents and contacted the sales rep and told her we would speak on Wednesday morning. On Wednesday morning I called to schedule a road test and acknowledge I was coming to purchase the car and I was told the car was whole saled. I was reviewing the Ramsey Mazda website this evening and saw the car listed, called and spoke with Ashley and she checked to see if the car was still in stock and came back to advise that it was sold.This was the first time that I was purchasing a vehicle and the first time our family had an experience with this dealership. We strongly believe in customer service excellence and I would not recommend this dealership at all.

This was my first time going to finance a new or used vehicle. Went here not knowing if I was going to buy a new or used car. We found a car that was classified as a loaner vehicle. It was a 2011 Mazda 3 and it had only 7K on it. The price was 16.5K I decided I wanted this car.I went into the dealership and was greeted by a salesman named Steve. Right away he seemed like he did not know what he was doing. This is besides the point. Steve had some help. I forgot the two gentlemen's names. All i know is one looked to be running the joint. He looked like Gov Christie. The other had glasses and short hair. I informed the gentleman with glasses and short hair [seemed to be the 'finance guy'] that I wanted this car and I had a trade in. To make a long story short, I went to two other dealerships after this one and got double the money offered for the car. Already knowing I was low-balled, I asked him to come up a little. He declined. After voicing my opinion I was approached by Gov. Christie and he started going on and on how his service dept has professionals with 30 yrs in the business. When I heard this, I knew it was all down hill from here. I had a deal in place and left a deposit. They told me they would run my credit with the bank. Since it was the 4th of July, I wanted to leave. So I left my info and I told them we can talk on the phone the next morning to hammer out the rate after they dealt with the bank.The next day came and it took me 4 hours to get an answer from them. After my 3rd phone call they told me someone else was interested in the car and the only approval I could get was if I put an additional 3K down with my trade in, which was low balled anyway. That means I would have had to put down 8 K for this car. I knew something was wrong here and I am so happy they did not want my business. I went to Wayne Mazda. I got approved and I am picking up my car Friday. It took an hour and a half. I got double th rate for my trade in than what Ramsey was offering.To do this to anyone to get more money out of them, you have to be a classless, souless, awful bunch of human beings. Last time I checked, business in the car industry is not good. I guess this hasnt affected the wonderful town of Ramsey.

This is the 4th Mazda I purchased from Ramsey Mazda. Each time I had purchased a new car they were always very accomodating. The last time I was ready to purchase a car, I had a friend who had worked for corporate Mazda, who was going to get me a discount. However, Ramsey Mazda did better than her friends and family discount.This time my salesman, Steve Moore, couldn't have been nicer. He was extemely helpful, very laid back, and not at all pushy. He walked me through all the models I was interested in and wanted to make sure that I would be satisfied with my purchase. I ended up buying a 2011 Mazda 3 hatchback, which I was able to go home with the same day. I was fortunate that they had the color and model I wanted right there on the lot. My timing was just right, they had great deals, fair prices and 0% financing. Every person I worked with was very kind and helpful. I would highly recommend Ramsey Mazda and my salesperson, Steve Moore, and John Torres, the manager and Lou, another manager, who was also very helpful. Thank you all! He asked me what I was looking for and I was able to tell him that I was looking for a Mazda 3 hatchback, but I really wanted a manual shift, which are hard to come by now a days. I also wasn't sure if I was going to lease or buy a used car. I explained to John D, and later to John T how much I was able to put down and what I could afford monthly. John T thought it was best for me to lease and worked within my budget. I have never leased a new car before, and had a lot of questions. Everyone was very patient and answered all my questions. I am glad to say that they went above and beyond to find the car I wanted, with some extra bonuses, in the color I wanted. Overall, I was very satisfied with Ramsey Mazda and would recomend them to anyone who is looking for a new car.

By far, bar none, hands down - the BEST experience I have ever had purchasing a car (and I have purchased 6 cars in my lifetime, 4 of them high end luxury). I found Ramsey Mazda doing research on Mazda dealerships in the Tri State area (I am from NYC) and was initially impressed with the positive feedback I found on them on various websites. First, they are a BBB accredited business and while I was initially impressed that they only had 4 complaints against them (versus how many cars sold with positive experiences), the BBB had marked those complaints as resolved. My head was already spinning from the various dealerships I had been dealing with up until that point. From the moment I spoke to John on the phone, I decided right there and then that I would be buying my next car from Ramsey Mazda. John was courteous, professional and straight forward - He gave me a more than fair price for the car (over the phone and he detailed the fees upfront - unlike other dealerships who quote one price over the phone to try to get you in and then add over $2000 in fees when you go in person). Once we agreed on the price, I dealt with Jeffrey in finance next who was extremely friendly and knows his stuff. Jeff and I went over the numbers in more detail and he told me exactly what he needed - I spoke to him several times on the phone and he answered every single one of my questions each time I called (again unlike other places where I was told the finance guy "can't get on the phone" and I'd have to come in to see him to go over the numbers). Picked up the brand new Mazda 3 a few days ago and couldn't be happier. Have already told my friends and family about this place and just had to come on here to write up my review. If you're looking for a super smooth transaction to buy a car with no headaches, go to Ramsey!

Me and my wife found a car online called about the availability of the car and spoke with a salesman named Peggy she was very friendly advised that there was a fair amount of interest and we could leave a refundable deposit so no one could test drive or be shown the car. OUTSTANDING in just one word----after shopping multiple car dealers in the last few weeks & looking at many different "suv crossovers"--I wanted to trade in my 2007 Nissan for what i finally decided i wanted---a 2011 Mazda CX9--I was fortunate to stumble onto Ramsey Mazda via the internet and received a prompt reply from Robert Wood who was extremely polite & willing to help me--no pressure---he then put me in touch with John Torres--one of the sales managers who I liked after just a short conversation--I spoke to John a 2nd time a few days later before making the drive to the dealership which was just over an hour away from me. I was greeted by Bill Rajner & from the moment I walked into the dealership everyone could not have been nicer. We took the CX9 out for a test drive & Bill sat in the back seat and was a wealth of knowledge regarding all of the vehicles features. John gave me a price on the car right away which was far better then the other 2 Mazda dealerships i had visited (even after the other dealerships did their "check with the boss" back & forth routine that we all hate) John also gave me the most for my trade--no smoke & mirrors here, just good honest car salespeople--I would not hesitate in recommending Ramsey Mazda--its the first time I have ever had such a good experience in buying a new car

This experience with purchasing our new Mazda 6 was handled via the internet. It was handled with professionalism and we were quite surprised to admit that is was an overall pleasant experience. Jason finalized a price which was far better than our original quote from a dealer we had purchased our previous two Mazda's from. Once the deposit and the financing was squared away, he turned us over to Peggy. We went in on Saturday morning to meet Peggy and Jason for the first time, sign the paperwork which was all set, took the car for a final test drive and drove it home. Peggy took the time to go over everything with us and made sure we were comfortable, happy and had no further questions. It was an overall very pleasant expierience and made buying our car "easy". Miss Peggy Witkowski was very, Very, VERY helpful. She was super friendly from the beginning as if I was talking to a friend I've known for years. I only came in to inquire about pricing and car performance with no intention of purchasing anything. She was kind enough to show me the cars, crunched the numbers, and was very informative to each question I asked her. Unlike the other Sales Consultants I've been speaking with, her intrapersonal skills are far better. I didn't feel any pressure, didn't feel uncomfortable, and didn't feel intimidated. When I got there, Peggy was extremely nice, very upfront, and didn't pressure me at all. She went out of her way to accommodate me and helped me get the best deal! I was dreading the experience of buying a new car and left feeling much better about my brand new car!

I went to this dealership because my father wanted me to get my new car there because he had gone to Ramsey mazda with my little sister to get her a car and he said he got a fair price and had a good experience. I had the worst expereince of my life there. Not only was the store dirty, every sales person in that store looked at you like a piece of meat. I waited for 2 hours in the show room to talk to Bill about the car I wanted. I wouldn't have minded the wait if he had actually tried to spend time with me when he was free. When he finally had time to talk to me about the car I wanted, he seemed uninterested in what I wanted and didn't explain any of the additional packages or options for the Mazda 3 5-door. When he did take time to sit down with me, he kept getting up to go talk to other people looking at cars in the show room or going outside and smoking cigarettes. Everytime I had to fill out another form it meant I would be sitting alone at a desk for another 30 minutes. All I knew was I wanted White with black interior and a moon roof. He tried to talk me out of the car I wanted because they didn't have that color in stock, when I refused to be manipulated and settle for a car I did not want he refused to offer me a discount for anything (I am a recent college graduate and a first time buyer) but he did try to SELL me yankee tickets. He made a huge deal about how difficult it was to find the car I wanted and it took a week for him to locate it--the wait was not the problem for me. When the car finally came in I had an appointment to pick it up at 7pm. When I walked into the dealership to finish my paperwork I had to wait another 2 hours to sign the financing papers. The car was there and ready to go accept Bill noticed that there were all weather mats in the vehicle; while I was still sitting in the car he opened all the doors and took all of them out telling another guy that worked there about "HOW SCREWED HE GOT ON THIS CAR." It was UNPROFESSIONAL to say the least. The finance guy ( I do not remember his name ) was very nice and was the only person to appoligize to me about the wait. I gave them a $2500 cash down payment and finally got to leave.About a week later I recieved a phone call at work from the dealership telling me there was a problem with my paperwork and I had to come back to the dealership to resign the papers. I work and live approximately 40 miles 1-way from the dealership (I went there because of my father) and asked them if they could fax me what needed to be resigned and they refused. I drove there after work to find out that THEY had written the wrong amount on my MSRP by $200 and the bank would not pay them because of their mistake. They would not compinsate me for the miles I had put on my vehicle to drive there out of my way. When I walked into the dealership I was treated with disrespect. It has been 2 months since this has happened and they STILL call me to take surveys after I told them I will not be returning to that specific dealership and please not to contact me. Bottom line, the Mazda 3 is a wonderful car and I would recommend getting one. However, I would never recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. This was the largest group of unprofessionals I've ever had to come into contact with.

About 2 Weeks ago i had the Honor, and Heart warming privledge of purchasing a Brand New Mazda CX-7 with Peggy. Ramsey Mazda succeeds in providing a level of customer service that I thought was no longer possible to find. My Sales Consultant, Peggy Witkowski, put her entire focus not on the car itself, but on my satisfaction and comfort level with the car and the entire car leasing experience. To me, it's the little things that create that EXCEPTIONAL customer service experience -- little things like offering me a bottle of water, providing a professional introduction to the Finance Manager, cooling off the car while I was completing the paperwork so that I wouldn't have to get into a hot car, offering to pick me up if getting a ride to the dealership was inconvenient for me, thorough explanations of the car features, a true concern that I knew how to get to the dinner I was attending that night,.... I could go on and on. I have never been overly impressed by the service I received with any car dealership, the service levels are mediocre at best - but THIS experience was quite different. The service at Ramsey Mazda blew me away. Congratulations on raising the bar when it comes to service. Who knew that car buying CAN be ENJOYABLE!!

The manager, Jason is by far, the most professional and courteous person I have ever met in my 15 years of buying cars. Normally, I hate the thought of shopping for a new car...and the hard sell, sleazy, stereotypical car-salesman treatment I recently received at Wayne Mazda is exactly the reason why. I really had my eye on a Mazda 3 though, so, undaunted, my husband and I drove over to Ramsey Mazda. WOW...what a difference. We worked with Peggy, who was an absolute pleasure. No condescending sales rap, no hard sell, no effort to try and do anything other than answer our questions (and there wasn't a question we had that she didn't know the answer to), and help us decide if the 3 was right for us. Honestly, if you drive one, the cars sell themselves, so Peggy's low-key approach was exactly what convinced us to spend our money at Ramsey rather than Wayne.Rick, in finance, was every bit as accommodating and pleasant to work with. In fact, as hard as this may be to believe, I would actually describe our experience at Ramsey Mazda as fun. And that's not something you are likely to hear every day.Kudos to Ramsey Mazda for getting it right. In fact, kudos to the group that owns all the Ramsey dealers. In our search for a new car, my husband and I also visited Ramsey Jeep and Ramsey Subaru, and while we didn't ultimately buy a car at either, we got the same excellent service both times.

I just recently bought a Mazda 3 from this dealership and the whole process from beginning to end was great! When I walked into the dealership, I was greeted right away, but not in the "vultures on the attack" way. They were very friendly and professional. I had explained to the salesperson, Peggy, what my situation was and the type of car I was looking for (as I was only up in NJ for a year and was looking for a short term lease). Peggy helped me narrow my search quickly to the model/make of car that fit my needs. The color of the car that I wanted was not at the dealership. Peggy didn't pressure me in selecting a color out of the ones that were available at the dealership that day, and to me, that is a very significant quality to have in a salesperson/dealership (not feeling pressured). Luckily, they were able to find the color I had wanted. The price they provided was better than I had expected as well. Since I was moving up to the area for work, I had a rental car and didn't know how to logistically have two cars at the same time. I thought my options were to either a) drive to dealership with rental car, but then unsure how I get two cars to my home at the same time, or b) return rental car, but then somehow cab over to dealership. I explained the dilemma to Peggy and she went ahead and picked me up at the rental car company after I dropped off the car. This was going above and beyond in my mind considering she may have had other customers she could have been trying to get more sales from. The rest of the process was easy, as they were very organized with all of the paperwork. Peggy also took a great amount of time to go over the car features again when I picked up the car, including setting up the bluetooth with the phone to my car.

I would guess that the previously written positive reviews were written by Ramsey Mazda employees. I visited Ramsey Mazda this week interested in leasing a CX9. I was quickly approached by Peggy and we test drove a CX9. I told her that I was not able to make a decision that day but would be in later that week to sign papers if we could come to terms on a deal. I told her what I wanted to pay and she gave me a price on two CX9 models. I called another dealership later that day and they told me over the phone they could beat the price by $10 and probably more if I came in. I called Peggy at the end of that week and told her the offer I had received and what I wanted to pay. She asked me if I was ready to do the deal and if I would give her my credit card to put a $100 deposit down if her manager agreed. She called me back shortly and said it was a deal and asked me if I knew what color I wanted. She also said that she didn't need to charge my card and that the next morning would be fine. I told her I would look on-line at colors and she said she would call me back with what they had in stock. We agreed that I would be at the showroom around nine the next morning (today) - she then left the available colors on my voicemail. We arrived this morning and Peggy said she had to check what colors were now available since last night they were busy. She came back and told me that the deal was now different - it was $5 more a month and that they wouldn't be picking up my last two lease payments on my current vehicle. I was surprised since my understanding was that we had come to terms yesterday. I asked her if that was all they could do and she said yes - I asked to speak to a manager - I went over to the manager desk and the manager could care less what I was saying and reiterated that we never came to an understanding yesterday. At this point, I was pretty irate, and another manager came over, Joe, and he also didn't care what I was previously told. At this point, I was angry and started getting a little loud (very uncharacteristic) - also started telling them I would stand outside all day and tell people not to shop there - oh well for professionalism on my part. They started saying then that they would call the police. It was all pretty comical at this point. The issue being not the money as much as the fact that this business establishment in 2010 when the car industry has taken such a black eye in the last two years would enter into a dialogue with a customer the way they did. It was unfathomable. Although, I agree that perhaps they should protect their sales rep not at the expense of the customer. I would never enter that establishment again - I ended up leasing a Mazda at Mazda of Lodi for a much better deal and will recommend them to everyone I know in the market for a new or used car.

Purchased a Mazda5 yesterday. Our sales person was Peggy Witkowski. We had experienced a very frustrating day of car shopping. Went to a different car dealership that promised they had Mazda5 sport on lot ready to take that day. Got to dealership to find they had no such car. Another dealership promised a price over the internet, when we got to the dealership we were informed the salesperson made a mistake and it would be and additional $1000.00. Discouraged, we left and went to Ramsey Mazda. Peggy approached us kindly and professionally. We explained to her our displeasure with the other dealerships. Told her what we were able to spend, and what we were promised at the other dealerships. We drove out with the car we wanted at the original price we were promised at the other dealership 1 hour later. Had we known what we were in for that morning we would have started the process at Ramsey Mazda. We would definetly go back to Peggy and refer anyone to her.

I contacted Ramsey Mazda after having a HORRIBLE experience with Wayne Mazda on rt 23. Peggy spoke with me on the phone and set up an appointment to meet. the meeting was punctual and pretty quick. We discussed what I was looking for and what I could afford. She also had someone appraise my trade in and I was able to leave in about 1 hour. I will have to return once they get more veichles in stock, but this experience was very plesant. I did not feel as though Peggy was pushing me into getting something right then. I visited this dealership looking to explore purchasing a Mazda. It's my first car purchase so although I did some research beforehand I was still in an "exploratory" phase. Once I explained this to the salesperson, he/she completely lost interest. The salesperson was not effective at describing the product and had a horrible attitude. I knew within the first 5 minutes that I would not be buying from this person. The funny part of all this is although I was in an "exploratory" phase, I traveled to a competitor's dealership up the road and ended up buying a car later that day. I've heard great things about this dealership in the past but was amazingly shocked at how horrendous the service was.

After shopping with 5 Mazda dealers I would have to rate Ramsey Mazda the most professional and courteous. I negotiated with the usual team members when purchasing a vehicle (sales person Peggy Witkowski, manager Joe Simone, and financial person Steve Smith) all whom were polite and respectful. My purchase with Ramsey was straigth forward without any games or pressure to buy and most important not a time consuming experience. Wanted to purchased my lease return was told there would be $895 dealer fee added to the price of the residual. Asked what the 895 was for was told it is what the delear charges to the paper work. What I don't understand is if the delare makes money when I buy it (lease it) the first time why do they have a right to charge an additional amount not on the contract. Why can't they make it a reasonable amount? I have seen dealers charge anything from 395 all the way up to 995. I guess they are just money hungry. It doesn't seem like that much paperwork.

My first time I bought a new Mazda it was in 2007 at Giuffre Mazda in Brooklyn but the experience was terrible. I never thought that I was going to find a dealer like Ramsey Mazda, this dealer is amazing, the way they treat customers is very professional, polite and honestly. I bought a pre-owned Mazda CX-7 with 20,000 miles and I am very happy with the car. I bought the vehicle from Peggy Witkowski. She is the internet sales manager; she is a very professional sales person and she was making sure that every detail was met. I recommend this dealer 100% because they will never insist you or pressure you to buy a car. If you go there dont doubt to see Peggy, she is wonderful!!!!!

The paper work went so smooth and the leasing department answered all of my questions. They really made the whole transaction a pleasure. What makes this experience even better is the service I get after the sale. Sita Goss and the service department work just as hard to make sure my CX-9 receives the best attention and I am completely satisfied when I pick up the vehicle. These people are a dream come true. Emailed this dealer with specific needs for a Mazda CX-9. Peggy emailed back within 48 hours and 2 days later had the car we wanted. The deal was fast and painless. She was a pleasure to do business with and I would highly recommend to anyone that they use Ramsey Mazda and especially this wonderful sales woman. She made the experience easy and stressfree. The only thing that was a negative was that they did not budge on the price saying that these cars were selling a lot and they did not have many in stock. I have yet to use their service department so I can't comment, but when I returned for my plates Peggy was there and was super friendly and got one of the guys to put the plates on without any wait what-so-ever which was another plus in my book. We had a good experience and hope you do too.

Ramsey Mazda got my business because they were attentive to me from the very start. I'm a USAA member and the minute I chose RM online (USAA car buying serivce) I immediately got an email from Peggy and then before I could click on it she was ringing my phone to offer her assistance. We hit it off immediately. It is important for me to note that I chose a total of three dealerships and the second one not only didn't call me after I chose them online but they didn't even return my phone call(s). I called the salesperson three times! Peggy answered all of my questions and assured me that even though my credit was in the toilet she would work something out for me. Let me also say that it was the last week of the cash for clunkers program when I first dealt with Peggy and Rick in the finance department and they were extremely busy at that time. As busy as they were both hung in there with me. I told Rick my situation--that I was about to start a new second job and I absolutely had to have a car to get there. There is no mass transit to that particular location. Rick scoured the earth and found me some financing and I am forever grateful.I started working with Peggy on Thur. 8/21 and on Mon. 9/1 I drove off with my cute 2005 Ford Focus ZX3 hatchback. My new job is great and I'm now working nearly 11 hours a day. And I wouldn't be in this position if it wasn't for Ramsey Mazda! Thanks Peggy! Thanks Rick!

Ms.Peggy Witkowski was very knowledgeable about the Miata I was looking to buy and answered all questions I needed answered. It took me several months to make up my mind about the color and features I wanted and she remained patient throughout the buying process. I've been buying cars for more than 30 years and this was the EASIEST purchase I can ever remember making. This was all due to the sale associate that I worked with, Peggy Witkowski. Peggy knows the vehicles inside & out and was completely prepared each time we spoke. There was none of the typically back and forth negotiations to go through, I knew what the bottom line price was and she hit it right from the beginning. There was no hard sell and the "what can we do to get you in a car today" nonsense. The day my husband and I were in it was raining very hard. Peggy, in her high heels, was jockeying cars back and forth because I couldn't make a decision. We went on 2 or 3 test drives. We finally decided on the base model CX-7. (Which I love!)It was 11:30 in the morning and I had to be at work at noon. We went back at 2:00 that afternoon and our new car was ready for us to take home. Our daughters were shocked when we picked them up from school in a new car. Their faces were priceless. Simply put,I would not do business nor recommend others to do so....my experience was not good. My wife and I were just stopping by to see a new CX-9 and when we mentioned that we hadn't much time we got a cold shoulder. I wish not to name names but would just say I think the salesman lacked product knowledge, integrity, tact and was rather evasive when answering questions. We simply wanted to know what a monthly lease payment would be. I will also add that I feel as though I was being misled and/or being taken advantage of. The salesman perhaps prejudged us and made us feel as though we were wasting his time and bothering him.

I purchased my new Mazda 6 this past January. I have been going to this dealership since 2001 when I bought my MPV. This dealership has come along way baby as they say. First and most importantly, I bought my car, I repeat I came back to this dealership because of the way my salesperson Peggy treated me. She makes the customer feel comfortable and not intimidated by the usual car dealer tricks. She is personable, knowledgable and funny. Peggy made it easy to purchase my car. She is an asset especially to women who are the largest representation of the car buying market. I plan to buy my next Mazda in 2012 from Peggy!!! Keep up the good work Peg!!! I would like to receive coupons via email which I know Sita addressed with me and made sure my email address was correct. Yet in the 8 years I've been with Mazda, I gotten maybe 2 coupons and nothing changed when I bought my new vehicle this year. I just bought a 2010 Mazda 3 Hatchback Sport 6 Speed from Peggy just last week and I couldn't be happier with the service I received from her and the entire dealership, from her to the service department.Very quick responses back from my email questions, knowledgeable, and just overall a pleasure to work with.Went down there to discuss a price a month ago, gave her the amount I was willing to spend and the deal was done, and I got the exact car I was in the market to purchase.They even did a port switch for me so that my car would not be driven by anyone else across the country. I picked it up and it had 8 miles on it, that's it!!!When it came time to pick up my car, she came in on her day off just to meet with me and walk me through everything with the car. Explained how everything worked, even connected my blue tooth phone for me.... She made my fiance and I feel like friends instead of customers. Overall she took at least 2 hours out of her own time just to hang out with us there...I will recommend her and Ramsey Mazda to anyone in the market looking to purchase a new or used car.Overall I am a very, very happy customer and when it comes time for either me or someone I know to buy a car, this will be the place I tell them to go.

SO I SAID NO THANK YOU AND SHE SAID "HOW DARE YOU COME HERE TELLING ME YOU WERE READY TO MAKE A DEAL AND NOT DO IT" WELL EXCUSE ME WHO IN THEIR RIGHT MIND WOULD PAY MORE FOR THE EXACT SAME CAR!!!!!!! THEN AS WE WERE LEAVING SOME MAN WHO WORKED THERE CAME OUT YELLING AT US THAT "SOMETHING WAS PSYCHOLOGICALLY WRONG US" ARE YOU KIDDING ME????? BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH ANYONE. NOT TO MENTION THAT IN AN EMAIL SHE TOLD US THE PRICE OF THE CAR WE WANTED WAS GOING TO BE 17,800 AND THEN WHEN WE GOT THERE IS WAS 19,500. Peggy was a delight to work with. I would recommend this dealership to friends/family. Although I had to bring back my new car within days for service the service department stayed open later on a holiday weekend so that I could pick up a rental. Peggy even installed my car seat. Peggy and the rest really go out of their way to ensure you have a good experience. Was apprehensive to buy a new car out of state, but ended up being really easy!

Please take the time to read this review as I will try to accurately account what happened today (7/22/09) at Ramsey Mazda in an attempt to make sure they never sell another car.I called up Ramsey Mazda today to ask if I could come in for a hassle free test drive of a Mazdaspeed 3. By hassle free I mean, I didnt want to wait for 2 hours in a dealership showroom idly knowing the games dealerships play. I was upfront and honest on the phone with the salesman (Bob) about being in the market for a car but was still researching cars and just wanted to test drive the car. Bob kindly responded saying that it shouldnt be a problem and to come down at my earliest convenience. I stopped by at 2:20 PM (told Bob that i'd come b/w 2PM and 3PM).I walked in, found Bob and introduced myself. He was all ready to get the keys to have me on my way for a test drive when the manager (still working on getting his name) told me that if I wanted to test drive the car, I'd have to work out a deal first to buy the car. My first reaction was "Excuse me?" Thinking to myself...did this guy really tell me that I have to sign for a ~$20K car AND THEN I'd get to test drive it. Suffice it say, I kindly reminded him that I was in the research phase of car buying and looking at a bunch of different cars and that no one hands over $20K to anyone without first knowing what you are going to get. He then informed me that if I was not ready to buy today that I wouldnt be able to test drive the car. With Bob the salesman there, I explained that I called ahead of time to schedule a test drive, was up front about what my intentions were and drove the 15 miles to get there just for that purpose. He finally agreed to let me test drive the car but not before sitting me down with another salesman to get some basic information. Relieved a bit, I started to chit chat with the new salesman as he was gathering some basic info and making a copy of my license.Just when I thought I was ready to go, the manager interrupted several times and asked me some questions from 10 feet away.Manager: "Will you be financing this car?"Me: "Probably finance, but I am really not ready to talk about that until I test drive the car and do some more homework"Manager: "So, what is your budget?"Me: "Around $20k, but again, not really interested in talking price until I know that I even want this car"Manager: "Well, just so you know, its $22K, is that ok with you?"Me: "Again, I am really looking to drive this car before I talk about the price, I think that is reasonable"Just when I thought he would stop harassing me with these questions as I was with the new salesman, he butts in again.Manager: "So, what is your time frame in buying a car?"Me: "Relatively soon, probably within a week or two"Manager: "In that case, you can't test drive the car because it will be gone tomorrow"Me: "Well, that isnt my problem, i am here now and just want to test drive the car as promised"Manager: "Well, it actually IS your problem because you arent gonna test drive this car and you can leave now"I think my jaw actually dropped at the rudeness of this comment. I couldnt believe what I was hearing. For absolutely no good reason (I SWEAR i am not exaggerating or making any of this up), this manager asked me to leave and was not going to let me test drive this car. Before you start thinking, well maybe this kid writing this review is a 17yo punk who wants to beat up on cars for fun, rest assure that I am 26yo, extremely responsible, clean cut, college educated, fiscally conservative, well mannered guy who can easily afford a $20K car WITHOUT the financing.In the next 7 or 8 minutes a shouting match ensued with excessive profanity that I will leave out. I told him I have never been treated worse by a store owner or business owner in my entire life and I would make it my mission to let it be known that this guy was a complete and utter D!CK!It is my prayer and hope that this guy does not get another dime in business for the rest of his life. If you are reading this review, please consider this story and head over to ANY OTHER Mazda dealership and do not give Ramsey Mazda business, you will thank me.And yes, I plan to launch a formal complaint against him and make it known that customers about to drop $20K as well as human beings should never be treated this way.If there was a way to give negative stars to this Ramsey Mazda, trust me i would.If you made it to the bottom of this review, thanks, and good luck with your next car purchase.

my salesperson, Peggy, was a real delight. She helped me install my child's car seat "actually she installed it herself" even though i bought my car from another salesperson. Peggy has always been super helpful and goes out of her way to help all her customers. she always has a smile on her face and a great attitude. If you are in the market for a Mazda, see Peggy.

I bought a 2010 Mazda 3 I Touring from Nick Salvemini on Saturday 6/13/09. I had heard about Mazda of Ramsey only from Dealerrater.com, and was impressed by their perfect 5/5 score. Having just dealt with Maxon Mazda in Union, I was afraid that all car dealers were the same - crooks who rather than becoming lifelong gangbangers, just got jobs as car salesmen instead. I say lifelong because who knows, the Maxon guys might have been former gangbangers - one of them even did that dog-bark "whoo-whoo" sound that you hear in some hip-hop songs as he greeted his coworker - no exxageration!I had seen a Ramsey review on this website that said someone had made a deal over the phone, and since I live an hour away, figured it was worth a phone call. I shopped Ramsey's price around to a couple of dealerships, and the closest I got was still "a couple hundred dollars more" according to one of the dealers who said that Ramsey's price was so low it must include Mazda owner loyalty cash. I double checked with Ramsey over the phone, speaking to John, since Nick was with clients at that time. He told me the price was the price. The other dealer's best offer was still over $400 more than Ramsey's. I was also able to print a coupon from Ramsey's website that lowered the price even more.When I got there, everything went so smoothly, I felt like I was dealing with friends. It took all of 3 hours, including a short wait because Nick was delivering a car to another client when my mom and I got there, the test drive, and me asking a zillion questions based on my awful experience at Maxon. I just wanted to be sure that none of the nonsense that Maxon did was going to happen at Ramsey. The way my questions were answered left me feeling so at ease, and basically the whole time I felt like Maxon and Ramsey existed on two different planets altogether. Even Ramsey's Finance & Insurance rep (Rick) was so comfortable to work with. After the deal was done, Nick spent about ten minutes in the car with me going over every aspect I needed to know. He even set up my cell phone with the car's Bluetooth capability. I would recommend this dealer to anyone, and I made it clear to both Nick and John (who turned out to be the sales manager) that I was so, so happy that I found them. The least I can do is sing their praises on this website. This is how car-buying should be. I was able to drive away in my brand-new car feeling so excited and happy, whereas with Maxon, I felt a pit in my stomach, like I had just been bamboozled in a major way. I wouldn't even send my worst enemy to Maxon, but Ramsey's going to be the only place I go from now on. I am still just in a state of bliss over the whole experience, and would've posted this review sooner if I wasn't out enjoying my car so much! Thank you Nick, Rick, and John so much!!! P.S. I just checked out Ramsey on the Better Business Bureau website, and was surprised to find they had a C rating, while Maxon had an A+. That blew my mind until I saw that the grade was based on a lot of things, including whether the business provided the BBB with their owner's name, for example. What's much more telling is that whereas Ramsey has only had 8 complaints in the last 36 months, 2 of which were closed in the last year, Maxon has had 23 complaints in the last 36 months, 11 of which were closed in the last year. That says a lot. Go to Ramsey, I cannot stress this enough. They're the only ones with only positive reviews on this site - it doesn't matter that they're not as big as the others. If you want your experience to be smooth and headache-free, just go to Ramsey. Good luck!

This by far was the best experience I've ever had purchasing a car. Peggy was very knowledgeable about the 2009 Mazda 3. I wasn't expecting to make a deal right away but after I took a test drive and Peggy explained everything about the car I couldn't resist. When I went back to finish my purchase, Peggy took the time to go over the the car and the functions(which I'm thankful for). The transaction was fast and easy. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

I picked up a new 2009 Mazdaspeed 3 GT for my son from Ramsey Mazda yesterday. The negotiation on price was short, to the point and very reasonable and I bought the car for the exact price that I wanted to pay. I made the deal by telephone in the morning, received an email confirming the deal and picked up the car the same evening. It took the business manager all of five minutes to have me sign the paperwork and then Peggy went over every facet of the car before I left. The entire process took only twenty minutes from the time I arrived until I drove away. I have purchased over 20 new cars for my wife and I over the years and I have never had a purchase experience quite like this. I would recommend this dealer, and Peggy and John, to anyone. My wife and I will definitely give strong consideration to buying our next two new cars here.

I had gone to Ramsey Mazda to Lease or Finance a new car. Peggy and John were MORE THAN ACCOMODATING in obtaining my new vehicle. They tracked down the color and type of car that I wanted, and I couldn't be happier. After having my car for a couple days, my Auxillary Jack for my iPod didn't work - it just so happens that I didn't plug it in all the way. Go figure - even with an owner/user error, they were more than happy to help! I am so happy with my Brand New 2010 Mazda 3, that I will reccommend Ramsey Mazda to everyone I know!! Thanks again!

Very good dealership. I leased a CX-7 from them.They were very friendly and did their best to accommodate me.The person I dealt with seemed new and even though she did not know much about the car she was very friendly and tried to get the info I needed about the car. Also I received a thank you card something I never expected from a dealer. I also recommend their service dept. Went in for an oil change and while I was waiting for my car they discovered a problem with my car. It was under warranty so it was no big deal for me but the great thing is they offered a loaner car on the spot instead of me having to come back again. I would recommend this dealer for anybody looking to get a Mazda.
