A professional and accommodating staff. Very satisfied with the quality of work. They provide a comfortable waiting area for you enjoy while having routine maintenance work on your vehicle. Pricing of their work appears to be competitive. I have used them several times with same great experience. I am continually impressed by the courtesy and ease of being cared for when I bring my 2014 Edge in for service. Everything is always explained before work beyond what I have expected is needed. Great team!

I have been coming to planet ford for 5 years. Luis Martinez has been taking care of me and doing Service on my work truck. He is very knowledgeable on ford diesel trucks. I live in Missouri City And I could go to any ford dealership but I rather come to Luis and have him work on my truck being he is trustworthy. His new facility is great. Gabby and Mike in the counter are real professional and nice when Luis is not around. Definitely would recommend and definitely will be coming back because all I would ever own is a Ford.

Excellent service.. I Bought my 2021 F-250 from this dealer. The salesman all the staff were great. I had my cat stolen a few months later, took back to Randall Reed and they had me repaired within a week. Service writers were excellent. My mom had a recall on her 2013 Flex, was in and out within a day. Again service was excellent. I highly recommend buying a vehicle and getting service from this dealer.

Buyer beware!! This dealership will take your money! Everything seemed great at first, my sales person was very helpful. He was able to find me the truck that I was looking for and he had me put a deposit on it so he could get it ordered. I was initially told that the truck would take 6-8 weeks to come in (I was good with that). However, the truck came in much sooner (which was great). I went back to the dealership to finish signing paperwork but of course the pricing of the truck wasn’t adding up to what we originally discussed when I pre ordered the truck, they were getting ready to close so told me they would deliver the truck to me the next day. That did not happen! Instead they sold the truck to someone else and still have not refunded my deposit! Obviously my credit card company will assist with getting me my deposit refunded but this was just bad business all the way around.

Alanna at Randall Reed went above and beyond in helping me take home my dream car. She was super helpful during the entire process. This was my first car and she and the team at Randall Reed made it all go very smooth! Alanna was able to work out a deal that worked for me and didn’t give up! Was able to drive home that same day with my new car!! Thank you Alanna!! If you guys are looking for someone who speaks English/Spanish and are not so sure if you’d be able to take home your car, checked out Randall Reed with Alanna! I came in that day to look but ended up going home with my 2021 Mustang!

I visited this dealership after I lost a car to the meyerland flood. Nathan Gordon put me in an Escape that day for a reasonable price. My daughter and I love this vehicle, even my fiance (whose a chevy guy) says it's not bad.

very bad and rude service advisor Amanda wadeI purchased Ford fusion from you and whenever I came for some problem in my car she will behave very rudly and unpolitely and without properly listening the customer's problem she says you have to leave the vehicle and if you ask for how many days she says I don't know 3 , 4 or more days.

My experience was great at Planet Ford in Humble. My Sales Rep. Jonathan Baldwin was very informative about the vehicles I looked at, helped me find exactly what I want, and had a smile on his face the whole time while doing so. I couldn't have asked for better customer service!

Went in to buy a 2016 F250 and my salesman wanted to show me the 2017's that just hit the lot. I wasn't real sure about it until I saw them and I was sold, he was very knowledgeable about the truck and never tried to force me one way or the other but let me make the decision, which was very important to me. I would definitely recommend Bryan West as your salesman.

I purchased a Limited addition Ford explorer from these jokers. At 30k miles it started having issues with the shifter (or at least that's what these jokers said it was). I brought it in several times with them unable to reproduce the problem. I finally had to video the problem so they would warranty it. They replaced the shifter, and it reduced the problem from happening once a week to once a month, but they kept saying they would have to repeat the problem to fix it. Fast forward 10 phone calls and 1.5 years and now it's 1000 miles out of it's warranty and surprise surprise, it's happening all of the time now and they won't warranty the vehicle. Stay away from Ford as a company, but if you have to, don't get one from this dealership or I promise you, you'll be sorry.

I have never met an entire group of the most dishonest people in one place. My experience was horrible at best, and outside of all the mistakes, they won't make it right. They have lied to me, and I bought out of exhaustion. I have never posted anything negative about any business, but people need to know the sheer dishonesty behind these folks. From the sales rep, to the 2 sales managers, to finance....all lied to cover up mistakes and empty promises.

We went in just to look, we never purchase on the first trip. They showed us the vehicle in detail and although they did get a manager to speak to us they weren't pushy at all. We are going back tomorrow to finish up, all the numbers are agreed upon so we are excited. It wasn't the lowest price we found but it was very competitive and the salesman did great.

When we went in to purchase the vehicle we had inquired about online the truck was not on the lot, it was on one of their secondary lots and it was a little frustrating having to wait 20 minutes for them to go get it. Once the truck was there it was actually a very nice experience they showed us all the features on the vehicle, some of which we didn't know about, and a sales person really took his time to help us. The offices where they do the paperwork for financing went really well also overall we are very happy with their purchase.

My wife and I have bought many cars in our years and the technology gets harder and harder to understand. Planet in Humble did a great job explaining and even offered us a special class if we needed more help. The overall sales experience was great as well.

We figured this would be a bad experience due to reading some of these reviews but they had the best price and we were paying cash. VoLTE in delivery did a great job explaining all the features on the car and we were also very pleased with sales and finance, we ended up financing with them after all and no games.

I am going to buy a new Ford Edge Titanium but I will not be buying it here. I am eligible for several Ford Discount including loyalty (purchased a car here in 2012) and Family/Legacy plan. Why was my "offer" for the car HIGHER than the internet price??!!! The same offer included paying $16k in interest on a $39k car over 72 months. Excuse me? I have excellent credit- my score is above 800. That's a 15%+ interest rate!!! I wonder if they thought a petite woman could be easily duped. That was not even a reasonable start for negotiations - it was an insult. After I estimated the interest they suggested in a 72 month payment plan, I left. And I informed them it would take an "Act of God" for me to come back. In 2012, when I bought a Ford Focus, I was shopping with my husband. Maybe that was the difference. I will show them some loyalty when they show me some honesty and respect.

Had finance in place and thought i had reached a deal with salesman he texted me a copy of Buyer's Order and I sent him email address for the lady I was dealing with at credit union so to complete the deal all he had to do was email her the Buyer's Order. Which after 1 & 1/2 days he couldn't seem to do.

Purchased base care warranty on Used Dodge truck which a grave error on my part. After four days with two days in Planet Ford shop was advised I had to take truck to Dodge dealership. I called Dodge dealership and made appointment but after talking to service rep. the whole situation looks very bleak. Again I made a $1,900 mistake in purchasing warranty. It's been a real hassle.

Attempted to buy a used vehicle from this company. We agreed on the price and they agreed to send me the buyer's order. When they sent me the buyer's order, it had over $700 of additional fees that the dealer "requires". The dealer, not the law. When asked what these two line items are, here was there response:Vehicle DNA: If your vehicle is stolen and unrecoverable after 30 days, $3,000 is paid to you and an additional $2,000 is eligible at your selling dealer for a replacement purchase. Consumer Benefits Package: Is a coupon book that comes with every purchase that includes service coupons and discounts. So they added $700 to every customer's bill for a coupon book and if your car gets stolen. That is unethical and unprofessional. When I pressed them on it, I was challenged for "negotiating". They said they would get back to me and then when I followed up, they sold the truck in the meantime.

On Friday 1/22/16 I had a disapointing experience with this service department. I took my issue to this forum. The next morning I was contacted by the service manager. He explained that customer satisfaction is his first priority and offered to correct the issue immediately. I needed my truck but set up an appointment for the next Frisay (1/29/16). The agreed on work was preformed with a discount. I never expected this from a large dealership. In my case customer satisfaction was number 1. I would certainly recomend the Randall Reed Humble service department to my friends and family.

This is my honest review of planet ford 59 in Humble Texas. First off let me say I will do my best to keep my emotions out of this review and just state the facts. I know this is a long review but please read to the end and determine if you want to do business with people like this.On January 1st, I found my dream truck in PlanetFord 59s lot and decided to buy it. I wasnt looking for a truck but this thing was close to everything I ever wanted. As a past customer who had bought a car from them three years ago, I did not expect this fiasco. We agreed on the price, a down payment of $10,000, my trade in value, replacement of the front windshield, and then signed all the paperwork about 3 hours later. We were told by Matthew Rhead that due to the holidays they would run my card for the down payment within a few days; I agreed to this. A few days later, I receive a call from Matthew that they were only able to get $2000.00 on the card and it stopped working. He asked if there was a limit on the card and I said I did not think so but he agreed to run the card again the next day. He called back the next day saying the card would not work anymore. As my bank is out of state, I asked him if we could wire transfer to PlanetFords account and he agreed, but did not know what the account number was. I asked him to call my wife to set this up as she handles the finances. Matthew called her and because Matthew still does not have an account number for us the bank issues an $8000 cashiers check and sends it in the mail. The $8000.00 is taken out of my account and the check is mailed on January 7th . On Friday January 12th and Thursday January 14th I receive calls inquiring when the check will arrive. To both I respond that it is on the way and that my bank insists that the check should be delivered no later than January 19th. However, on January 14th, I am beginning to worry as because of the length of the process as well as the fact I have $8000 missing from my checking account. I call the bank again and ask to speak to the manager. She confirms that the $8000 has been withdrawn from my account and should be there no later than January 19th, but there is a potential issue with the check. Apparently on instruction from Matthew Rhead, the check name is filled out with Attention Matt. While PlanetFord 59 is listed in the address, they could have an issue cashing the check. I ask my manager to leave early in order to explain the situation in person at PlanetFord. I arrive that afternoon to speak with Matthew Rhead but he is not there so I am directed to Chris Griffin. I tried to explain the potential issue to Chris Griffin but he responds that he wants for me to sign a new contract for $2000 down or for me to return the keys to the truck. At first I almost agreed to hand over the keys, however they brought out my old car with no plates or stickers. It was not in a drivable state. At this point neither of the options were acceptable as PlanetFord already had $2000 down and with the direction of Matthew Rhead had a check for $8000 dollars on the way. He kept saying something to the effect that the contract was not consummated and I kept telling him I dont understand him and asking him to clarify. At one point I asked to speak with his manager but he refused. I become very frustrated and start making phone calls to find a connection to resolve the situation. I have a friend call over there and calm things down so I can leave with the truck. I agreed to come back on Friday but was unable to due to work. On Saturday January 16th I got a voicemail from Chris and return the call. I tell Chris I have made a decision and he replies that I cant make any decision without listening to what I have to say. He keeps telling me the contract is not consummated, and I say I dont understand and tell him I think a lawyer will tell you that the contract is valid and I owe you $8000 as its not delivered yet. He will not give me the time to even speak so I tell him give me a few hours as I think I have a resolution. After I get off the phone with him I head over to a local bank to speak with their manager and ask if there is anything he can help with and he calls my bank. Next thing I know I am walking out with another cashiers check for $8000. At this point I now have $18,000 withdrawn from my account just to give PlanetFord $10,000. I am happy thinking with this check and that the drama and stress will be over. I head over there check in hand and the first words out of Chris is We got your money so I say great you received my check? It turns out he re-ran my card and withdrew another $8000.00 from my account. He never called me to tell me what he was doing. I inform him I now have $26,000 withdrawn from my checking account and I am upset. I asked him for clarification because I was told the card would not work after the $2000.00 was run. Come to find out the $2000 was from some other persons card and the reason for the card not working was they could not read the validation number that Mathew Rhead wrote. I am in this huge mess and my account is missing $26,000 because of Planet Fords lack of attention to detail and shady practices. There was no apology for not validating the card number, no acceptance of any responsibility for withdrawing money from another persons account, or any attempt at compensation for the mishap. I am still waiting on them to call me back to let me know that my $8000 check has arrived to begin the refund process. I am still waiting on my second key. I am still waiting on the replacement windshield.I have always prided myself on being a loyal customer of PlanetFord and even had all my brakes and a full air-condition replacement done on my Freestar there. Heck I paid more for that job there then the bluebook value of the van. I have always had at least one ford in my driveway but after this experience I think when it comes time to replace my next vehicle, Planetford will not be on my list.Summary, while the financial guys at Planetford need training, I still love my new truck. Read below as I hope I have real and valid suggestions.(Manny and Daniel in sales no issues, you agreed to my issues, Manny with the windshield, Daniel with the key when I got the truck. No issues with the price, or the trade in.)Edit 1/22,I am totally not upset anymore, and still love my truck.... My bank verified the $8000 check was delivered on the 19th to planet ford" attention Matt, "however for 50 bucks they got a stop payment from the bill pay company. (Waiting for the the balance of 8k to post back to my account) Still no call from planet Ford about my check, key or windshield. So my advice for planet Ford;1. When a customer keeps saying he doesn't understand you, and asks for your manager. You need to get another person involved. Or actually your manager.2. When your fiance guy can not write legible, have someone else read and verify his writing as that was the entire cause of this issue. What I learned.(other then ensure I have a ton of money in my account)1. When I ask for an employees manager, I should insist as a car dealer employee will not comply.2. If I think there could be a problem, I should not try to resolve it before the dealership knows about.3. When both myself and someone else cant understand each other and I am telling them I cant understand you multiple times, I think that is the time I need to get my wife involved.

I should have heeded the warnings of the reviews but against my better judgement i decided to give them an opportunity to prove them wrong; BIG MISTAKE.I was looking for a '15 F150 King Ranch at a dealership closer to my residence in Conroe and in the process a virtually identical vehicle on their online inventory. After several emails back/forth with the junior salesmen I decided to wait and go the Conroe dealership the next day. A couple hours later one of the "managers' phoned me and assured me he would give me the 'best deal' possible and top dollar for my trade in since it in high demand. I mentioned to him the other dealerships offer for my trade and after a few minutes of discussion and against my better judgement I decided to take the hour drive over there to see just what they were willing to do.As soon as I arrived I was greeted by the manager and he introduced me to the few more salesmen. I handed them my keys and they were supposedly going to immediately begin the appraisal on my trade in. After looking for several minutes they finally found the stock number of the truck I came to look at and went to go bring it up front for a look and test drive. They said as soon as I completed the test drive they would have my trade in appraisal done and we'd look at some numbers. All seemed to be going well. I walked outside to look at the truck and it looked as though it was parked under a tree full of birds for an extended period. I've never seen an automobile on a dealers lot in worse condition. The vehicle was so filthy it was impossible to inspect the exterior. They said the truck was on their storage lot but at this time it's been 3 hours at least since I spoke with the manager that knew I was coming to look at this specific vehicle. Nonetheless, I looked at the truck the best I could and we took the test drive. The truck interior and test drive was as expected and it performed well. We returned to the dealership and went back to the salesman's desk we were at prior to the test drive. I sat down and the salesman said he was going to get the appraisal. 45 minutes later I flagged him down to ask him what was going on and he said they just started the appraisal! So he got me a soda and sat down and waited another hour before he finally appeared with the appraisal and offer for my trade. Bear in mind they knew what the other dealership offered me, their offer was $1,500 less. I couldn't believe they were so audacious to offer me less than my other offer. I was immediately irritated and asked the junior salesman to get my keys as I was not going to play games. He asked what it would take to get my business and I told him add $2500 to my trade and few other odds/ends for the one I was buying and we have a deal. I was really expecting them to not meet my requests and would just leave. He came back in just a few minutes and said they have agreed to my terms. So at this point it became a financially better option to stay and go through this process. So we start on the initial paperwork and only later finding out he couldn't save any of the documentation. Also he asked me about some of these "dealer options" that were possible to install on the vehicle. I told him no thank you and that I wasn't interested in their added options; he said ok.When i finally got to the point of seeing the finance person they told me that I couldn't get all of the rebates I was originally told were available if choosing 0% interest. There was suddenly $1000 difference they were expecting me to pick up. After more irritation I told them I would split it with them and the general manager agreed to this. Then when sitting with the finance person going over the paperwork he showed me all of the costs which included all the dealer added options that I told the salesman I wasn't interested in, I told him the same thing and that we'd need to remove these items from the invoice as iI wasn't interested in them. He excused himself briefly only to return with another one of the managers who explained that these options were pre-installed and that the junior salesman said that I agreed to........I was shocked and told him that was an outright lie and evidenced by the fact I refused to sign his document for these extras. He apologized and said this must be a lack in the new saleman's training and he could reduce some of the cost but I had to choke up another $600 or something. By this time, nearly 5 hrs later, I should have just got up and walked out but again, against my better judgement I accepted this to finish the deal and leave. The failed to give me the nav card for the vehicle and it was nearly dark when i left there so wasn't able to inspect the truck and the next day I found a fresh chip in the drivers door.I should have heeded the reviews and also after being lied to and taken advantage of I should have left but my only recourse now is to tell this story in hopes it will actually help someone in the future. This was the absolute worst automobile buying experience of my life. Most all dealerships can be aggravating to deal with but when you're purchasing a $55k vehicle the game playing needs to stop and a little respect and courtesy should be extended. These people are crooks, liars and very unethical.....STAY AWAY.

My experiance with Planet Ford in Humble was the worst car buying experience I have had. I would warn everyone to be very leary of these people. They not only mishandled my deal, they ended with a very unethical note. Everyone I came into contact with, with the exception of the finance manager Matt Reihd lied to me or misled me in some way. After a few visits, I picked out a truck but the dealership did not have the color I wanted. I was assured they could do a dealer trade and find what I wanted. They appraised my trade in and we began to negotiate. After an hour or so we came to a deal on a particular truck at another dealership. I then waited roughly 2 hours to see the finance manager. I completed all paperword (finance, warrenty, etc) with the exception of the odometer statement forms which I was told we would sign upon delivery since the truck would have to be driven in. Finally, they told me to expect the truck on Tuesday (this trade happened on a Saturday).By 4:00 pm Tuesday I had heard nothing so I called the salesman. He gave me the run around. He called back about 20 minutes later to tell me the truck we traded on was sold, there was no resonable replacement at the price we traded on, and that I needed to come in to pick out a new truck. I was obviously ticked so I drove to the dealership right away. I couldn't find anyone involved in the trade except the finiance manager. He seemed confused and said that "we (being the dealership) sold you a truck".... I think he misunderstood and thought I was backing out on the vehicle Im sure he though had been delived at this point. He went and got the new car and truck manager for the dealership. The sales manager led me to believe that everything was fine but that he may need another color to make it all pan out. I expanded my color options and went home thinking we had another truck lined up but that they wanted to make sure it was nailed down so that the same ordeal did not repeat it self. The next day around 4:00 PM I recieved another call from the salesman. He explained that the used car appraisal for my trade in was no good and that they were lowering my tradein $2000.00. He then had the nerve to offer me a truck with a $800.00 lower MSRP for $1,800.00 more than our origional trade.Throughout all of this, the salesperson told me how much HE was out over this. He argued with me multiple times. At the end of the day he blamed the General sales manager and the main new car and truck manager. So do I!

I have driven Ford's for 30 years. They are well made and dependable! We recently moved back home after living in Florida for 17 years. Our Ford needed maintenance work. We took our vehicle to Randall Reed's Planet Ford. It started as a bad situation and turned out to be the best decision we made by taking it there. Once I pointed out my disappointment to Jeff the Service Director things began to happen. The Service Adviser's, Mechanics team and the Detailing Department bent over backwards to take care of our needs. We got a rental Mustang for free and they detailed cleaned it for free. I think the repair and service department contain hard working and honest people! They turned the situation into a very positive experience! I highly respect and appreciate all of them and would recommend the service department to anyone! Thanks for reading my review. Sincerely, Traci ??????

Called about a truck listed online. Guaranteed us it was there and ready to show. Made it known we were serious buyers. Drove an hour through rush hour traffic and were told it had just sold. They called three times to confirm our appt. in a two hour period, but couldn't tell us the truck sold. No one at the dealership really cared! I agree, I think it is definitely the policy of Randell Reed. I have purchased 3 cars in the past 4 years and have had amazing experiences through other dealers!

I usually am not a Ford guy but once I test drove the 2015 f150 Platinum FX4 it really got me thinking why not? Kevin Norris had went up and above to get me into this truck and I actually test drove the truck twice on two different days as I was on the fence about it. Throughout the process Kevin was there to answer any questions I had. This was my 23rd vehicle purchase and first with Planet Ford in Humble so I've been thru the process of buying many times but this one was one of the best ones and glad Kevin Norris talked me into the truck. We even had the windows tinted there so when I pick it up its road ready and they did an excellent job.

I have bought many vehicles in my lifetime but this is the only way I will do it in the future. I found a vehicle online, negotiated online, they brought me the car and the paperwork to my house and that was that!!!

Randall Reed has his employees writing positive reviews to cover up all the REAL BAD reviews of actual unaware customers that were scammed, cheated and lied to. Ford Motor should really put a stop to Planet Ford damaging Ford's reputation and SHUT DOWN this horrible place by pulling Randall Reed's license to sell. Reed and Kramer(manager/part owner) tell their employees to use every dirty trick in the book to make a sale. They tack on expenses that they just make up and try to HIDE from you in all the fine print. They wrote in a "Customer Appreciation" charge on my financing paperwork for $895 and did not tell me about it. When I ask why the price was higher than agreed, they said it was "Standard" and everyone pays that. When I ask what it was they told me is was for $12.95 oil changes and "things like that". !!! It is a STRAIGHT RIPOFF. The FACT is if you go to one of Randall Reed's dealership's (I-59 or I-45 or any other of Reed's dealerships) you are going to pay way too much more than a reputable dealer. Typically ONLY customers that have the WORST credit go here and what Randall Reed does to them is criminal. Take a LAWYER with you to look over the papers BEFORE you sign them, or just AVOID the HASSLE and go to another dealer.

We are a huge fan of this Planet Ford. They gentlemen we have worked with in our several purchases have always been kind and without pressure. Then we have returned for oil changes and service and again, could not be happier with our service. We have purchased 3 vehicles from them and will return again when we need to make another purchase!

My second car purchase from Planet Ford Used Auto is one of the worst consumer experiences of my life. I returned because my 1st experience was time consuming, but I can say that the internet sales manager at the time was attentive and listened. He wasn't pushy and I believe his professionalism allowed me to make the right purchase. This was why I returned; however Victor no longer works there. The 2nd time around I had to deal with pushy over zealous salesman. We almost walked away to go to Tejas Toyota 4 times. The salesman named Trey promised things that he could not bring to fruition. He constantly tried to up sale my wife. It took Mark a finance person and Richard the Use Auto Sales manger to finally get me to sign a deal. The salesman had no real concept of numbers and could not give me any realistic answers, which is why Mark stepped in. After Richard offered an ok warranty and convinced me that it makes to buy a Ford vehicle from a Ford dealership. There are upholstery issues that they agreed to fix. We came at the agreed upon time and date for repairs. Once at the dealership we were constantly put on the back burner. My wife had to miss a day of work as a result. After all this time the upholstery is still not up to par. There is still a stain on the back seat and visible sub-par patch work to a cigarette burn. We had to call multiple times and no one returned our calls to establish a time to being the SUV in for repairs. Also I left a message for the president of the dealership and never received call back (kwilliamsatplanetford59.com). It is several weeks later and my is complaining the A/C is not working correctly nor has she received her plates. A couple of weeks later I brought my pre-owned Ram 1500 from Enterprise Car Sales and had much better experience. My salesman was Jim Winkle and he had me in the truck with financing in less than 2 hours. I've also received my plates in the mail a week ago. Don't waste your time or money on bad customer service. Ironically if I had asked around prior to my purchase I would have know what expect. Four friends and similar experiences.

I went in with the intention of test driving a truck that I wasn't sure I could afford and walked out paying several thousand dollars less than the lowest price I saw on true car. They were very friendly. Of course they applied some pressure, but it was less than the several other dealerships that I visited in the preceding week. If I had one complaint it would be that they keep calling asking if I'm satisfied.

Unfortunately these people really are crooks. Went and looked at a used vehicle which was marked $3,991 on the window. After test driving ect I said i wanted to work something out on the car. Once they took all my info they came back and said the vehicle was $4,991 and they are losing money at that price. After me standing up to leave the guy said he needed to talk to the manager. He came back with a lower figure but still a lot more than what the car was marked for. I asked him if he realizes he is now asking me to pay more than they have the car marked for and he said he understood that but there was nothing he could do. No one should do business with with these dishonest people.

I could not recommend this dealership to anyone. First off, the vehicle that we were interested in (high mileage truck) could not be financed and it was leaking oil and should not have been on the lot in the first place. It also had smoke coming from the engine when my husband opened the hood. Second, we were passed off to another salesman who could not get financing for the price that we stated we needed another (new) vehicle for. The salesman and another salesman stood around talking to each other and that was a bit uncomfortable. They have something about being able to get financing for everyone or guaranteed financing on their doors, but they came back with numbers higher than we are already paying. This was not a good experience for us. Another thing is that they have inadequate parking at the dealership and its super crowded.

I was a return customer (2012) who had a Base Model 2103 Ford Escape, that I traded in to the Ecoboost 2013 Ford Escape 10./2/13. Not even 2 weeks after the purchase, that moon roof console broke. I was told to bring it back the next Friday for it to be fixed. I brought it in at 8am to service and dropped ot off. They said a few hours, it will be fixed. After calls from us (that weren't being returned) we finally got a call at 4:39 that afternoon, and stated my truck would not be ready until the next Tuesday. Eventually they got the part in but on THUSRDAY! 2 days past the original date. I called corporate after the first incident to see if I could get anywhere. When I got my truck the next day after returning the most disgusting rental I have ever been in, ever! My truck was out in the heat and none of the dash buttons worked at all. Nothing worked not even volume. That's when As I was drving the truck more I noticed that the transmission slips between 1-2 and 3-4, which is a MAJOR Problem for me. Also there is smoke coming from somewhere that seeps into my truck, even with AC starting at 60-65mp, everyday! I have a 8.5 month old daughter and we felt we were being repsonsible by buying a new vehicle, but with the smoke and her developing lungs it is unacceptabke!!!! Also, affer specifiicaly asking for NO GREASY figers to touch my almost white interior, there were prints from the passenger side all the way to the sunroff conpartment. We were wating to hear a call from Wendy Pinson to discuss the fact that we want this truck taken back, bought back, or traded for the same vihcle. I am not loooking to make any gain from this situation, I just want to be made whole! I got my truck back today after it being at the shop since 10/18/`13, the interior was cleaned up. They fixed the moonroof compartment and the right rear fender. No sooner as I got to 65 on the HWY it was still smoking. I went back to the delaership and spoke with the sales guy NOE who sold us the truck and told him he had another truck on the lot that was the same as model and all I wanted was to made whole. I told him that he knew 2-5 days after us buying the truck we were unhappy and he did nothing with that information when I feel like if he had I would already be in a different truck. Here I am paying $761 for a truck that keeps going into the shop, and nothing besides cosmetic stuff has been fixed, I couldn't duplicate the smoke with Todd the Shop Super, so they just let me take the truck. I got no paperwork stating what has been done and mt CC. I understand that if this truck is bought back you, you can't re-sell it, and the same applies this gets to the point I have to file a Texas Lemon Law Suit. All I'm asking is for the same truck, just not this one. I don't feel safe in it for me or my family and I don' t think it's fair this Randall Reed Planet Ford on Hwy 59 is acting this way to a repeat customer. I'm taking it back on Monday and I do not want the same truck back. I don't believe a NEW truck should need to be fixed and I do not want this truck anymore based upon: 1) due to it being a new truck having work done on it should not occur and has never happened with any new vehivcle I have bought. 2) the smoke that comes into the cabin when I'm on the Highway is a true issue and concern for me and my daughter 3) the transmission should not be slipping, and I do not feel safe. If someone with some type of Authorization and Title to take my truck back and put me in the same or equalvehicle could call me and get ne out if this horrible truck, that would be greatly appreciated. At this point I'm ready to call the bank and just give the truck back to Ford because the issues are major ones.Today I returned a call to Wendy Eisehower at Ford Corprate who said them GM did not want me back at their dealership.......VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER RELATIONS AND ETTIQUETTE!I had one employee Giovionni who rode with me and smelled the smell and they completely dismiss what he said, and now state that he thought he smelled it!!!!

We shopped the Humble store during a "Red Tag" sale. Truck came equipped with all the trinkets, it was a platinum with a lift kit. Price was $57, 000. Once we got paperwork signed(wife signed) I noticed the extra $14, 000. I went to them and they say too bad you already signed. I showed them sticker, paperwork, red tag sale price, etc. they told me I could have made that at home. I'm attempting to file a suit against them but that takes time and money. The GM Chuck Kramer just swept it under the rug and says "we did nothing wrong so go ahead and sue us". They lie, sneak, and worst of all they advertise that 100% customer satisfaction. Who buys an F-150 for $75, 000???? No one in the world would.

I was very unhappy with our purchase. At first we got the run around about how much we would be approved for and they told us to take the truck we wanted but only to be told that we were not approved for it and would have to pick out another vehicle. We did and they tacked on 2k to the sale price and called it a acquisition fee lol and i verified with the bank and there was no such thing. THEN on top of that they charged 199 for "Consumer benefit package" for a oil change, wipers and flush and said its standard on all cars whether you want it or not AND 399 for etching and insurance in case the vehicle gets stolen! I ALREADY PAY FOR VEHICLE INSURANCE. These guys are a rip off and I will NEVER recommend this dealership.

I went in to the 45 store after emailing back and forth with David Mena for a week. When I walked into the office, someone was there purchasing the vehicle I was there for. I was very disappointed, but Eli tried to find something else for me, I just wasn't interested. So I drove to the 59 store to look at their trucks, and Michael Peoples actually remembered my name from an inquiry. Roel drove me around the site to see if there were any other vehicles I would be interested in, but again, I wasn't.Yes, I was extremely picky because I didn't want to settle for anything less than I had imagined. Both locations were very friendly. Not once did anyone act overbearing, rude or sarcastic. I read so many of these reviews, and so many are negative, but I did not experience ANY of that! Of course, we never got to the negotiation part so I can't speak to it, and I had my pre-approval from an outside party so I didn't expect that to be an issue anyway. If they have something you are interested in, go check them out...just don't wait a week like I did. 20 minutes sooner and the truck would have been mine.(Unfortunately for them, and fortunately for me, I bought brand new at another dealership 5 miles from my house)Last thing, I am a female that was searching for a '12 F-250 Lariat 4x4...MANY male salesmen become arrogant and obnoxious when dealing with women buyers (and this is my 3rd truck), however I never felt that with any of these guys.

These guys seemed to go out of their way to conform to every negative used car salesman stereotype. I never write business reviews bad or good but this was absolutely the worst car shopping experience of my life. I cannot caution strongly enough against ever doing business with them because you will most certainly regret it if you do.

Got me a new Chevy Spark yesterday, went to Planet Ford and was walking around for 30 minutes and nobody even said hi to me let alone helped me to try and buy a car. I then went to the one on 45 and was going to buy a Fiesta but the finance manager handling my transaction had and attitude about him that made me feel like he was superior to me and I was nothing and the salesman wasnt very helpful until I said I was leaving. Thats when attitudes were changing. I already had financing but nobody wanted to give me any customer service, they just wanted my money. Thats when I went to Munday Chevy and actually got excellent customer service and wasnt treated like xxxx. Im sorry but I will never buy from Planet ford and will never recommend them to anyone. They talk about them wanting to help the customer as much as possible and the customer is #1 but I never had that experience.

I did not buy a vehicle here, but I can tell you it would be the second to last place I would look for another Ford (Kinsel Ford-Beaumont being the very last). in my opinion, Planet Ford ("PF") is not the place you go if you are an educated person looking to make an educated decision. On day 1, I arrived in person and asked for someone REALLY knows something about the Ford super duties. Instead of leading me to such a person and perhaps working the deal jointly, the salesperson (Harold) represented that he was just such a person. However, he did not have a clue regarding facts that a person who actually knows about a vehicle would know. For example, he had no idea how much the disel emissions fluid ("DEF") costs, how far the truck can generally travel on a tank of DEF, etc.--nor did he offer to go find someone who did. However, Harold was a very nice salesperson and permitted me to inspect and drive an F-250 and an F-350. He was also very understanding with my intent to just use the experience as information-gathering. On day 2 of my experience, I traded a couple of phone calls with Harold, and I told him I would get pre-approval for a loan, line up insurance, etc. and call him back Monday. On Day 4 (Monday), I called the dealership three times, leaving messages for Harold. No response. On Day 5, I leave one more message. No response. On day 6 (Wednesday), I give up on PF and go to a competing Ford dealership. As I am working with them that day, I contact a sales manager directly at PF, who tells me that Harold has been fired (although later, another representative informed me that Harold quit, so who knows). Of course, none of the operators or other employees I spoke with on Monday and Tuesday told me that. This manager says that he will call me in 15 minutes. 30 minutes go by and still no phone call. So, I called PF again, and again I asked for a sales person who knows about Ford super duties. The operator just sends me to a random sales person. Again, I ask the salesperson for someone who knows about Ford super duties, and he says that he is such a person. This second salesperson knows that I am not just a "cold call" because I told him I had been in there with Harold and that I had spoken to the manager. This second salesperson keeps calling me by the wrong name ("Mike" and my name is "Ben") and promises to get me stock numbers on trucks that he thinks may possibly work. I never ask for promises over the phone, and I think that is fair. This second salesperson says he will in just a few minutes, and hours later I finally get them--after numerous additional requests. This second salesperson also tells me that he does not think it will be possible to work the numbers like I want. This actually suits me fine because I appreciate his honesty. After all, I don't have an issue with someone saving me hours of my time by just being upfront with me. Had our relationship ended there, I would not be writing this. But it is what comes next that warrants attention.Following the second salesperson's candid (and highly appreciated comment), I continue to work with the PF competitor and we come to terms on the numbers I wanted. I contacted the second salesperson at PF and thanked him for his candid remarks and informed him that I had reached a deal with the competitor and would just go that route. Suddenly, it was no longer impossible to reach my numbers. All I needed to do was drive all the way across town and give PF a shot in person. I thought about it long and hard and the cheapskate in me really contemplated going just in case I could actually beat the deal I already had. With all the red flags already raised, I decided to stick with what I had gotten, which is actually a very good deal. After all, one in the hand is worth two in the bush. Plus, based on the fact that PF had already stated they could not reach my figures, I determined that wasting four hours there would have been an exercise in futility. The reason I am giving PF a bad rating can be summed as follows: (1) when I asked for a salesperson with a particular knowledge regarding the product I did not get it; (2) when the salesperson I was working with quit/was fired, no one bothered to tell me voluntarily or when I called the dealership asking to speak with him; (3) my second salesperson was way to "wheeler-dealer" for me even though he initially (and probably honestly) said that PF would not be able to do the deal; and (4) the failure of PF employees to make call-backs and to supply information in the time frames promised. It's simply not a place I would risk using to make a $50,000+ automobile purchase.

I was contacted by phone by a female to let me know the vehicle I was looking for was in. Was told the price on the internet was negotiable and they will work with me. After driving all the way out there, the salesmanager wanted to give me nothing for trade-in, way less than blue book and said they would not negotiate price of the vehicle!!! The time I had spent there was a waste. They did not want my business as they were so busy and I guess it didn't matter to them. I was very dissapointed and received way better treatment elsewhere!

I see many bad reviews over good ones but I must share my experience.I HATE buying new cars but Marcus paid attention and respected my "lack of patience" in ref to buying a new vehicle. I spoke with him over the phone expressing I will not sit around and wait all day for this to transpire, nor do the back and forth" B.S.. He took down info, found the vehicle I wanted in the price range I wanted, etc. I went in after work on a Friday, drove one I wanted but when ready to take the next step I was told RR no longer works with the finanace company I was already approved thru and I figured it was over. Marcus introduced to me another gentlemen I can't remember his name and am sorry because he made the effort in telling me they could do better than the other finance company and keep all the numbers as requested so I said ok. I waited about 30 mins and told them if they needed more time I would leave and they could call me if everything came thru. WELL, I truly did not expect a phone call (maybe 2 hours later) much less being approved, getting my payments less than I budgeted, finance charge lowered and enought to pay off the last two payments on my previous vehicle!!! I was so excited my husband and went back to the dealer and spent maybe 45 mins waiting our turn with Mr. Sturgis to finalize all the documents while it was being washed and tags put on. And the last good item was my first payment was not due until Jan 14, 2013... waaa hooo, extra money for Christmas and bills. They truly did make this buying experience a good one.THANK YOU RANDALL REED HUMBLE. This is the 2nd time it went well at Randall Reed Humble.

Classic bait and switch tactic. Advertised 1 price online through vast.com AND on their website. Changed the price on the website due to having 2 interested parties for the same vehicle. Shocked when shown the price on vast then proceeded to come up with the excuse that " thats a cash price" despite it saying that NO WHERE on the listing. Im not surprised that this was what happened as ive had horrible experiences with dealerships in the past, but when the explanation for what happened was simply " everyone does it" meaning the actual verbal admissin that they did use a bait and switch is absurd. Save yourself time and go to carmax, excellent experiences.

The experience went smooth at the beginning. We made a great deal on the car but I shouldn't have expected the dealer to actually to do what they said. The car just got off the truck and I saw it in "raw" form. The front left of the white 2009 Malibu had a cracked bumper from a low speed impact and it went from top to bottom. The gear selector trim had a broken clip and would not set all the way down and could be lifted with a finger. The rear of the console had either a flap or cup holder assembly that was broke; there was remnants of it laying in the back. The interior and seats were filthy. Other than being dirty, I didn't mind any of this, simple fixes. The sales man Michael Peoples was real reassuring, as any typical sales man at a Stealership. He was leaving for vacation the day I signed papers and came in just to see me. Michael was so friendly because I do work at a credit union and explained he wanted to create a good relationship. After that Saturday (8-11-2012), I received a phone call that the car would be ready late Wednesday. As I was walking out the door to take one last look and test drive, the bumper wasn't fixed, the seats were still filthy, and every piece explained above was not fixed. The deal was off and this is ok except Michaels' conflict of interest put me in a bind because he bought my car cash with his business partner (fellow employee) in order to sell it for a personal profit. This was explained at his desk in low voices and his wife sneaking cash to us. The worst part is the GM, Chuck Kramer, refused to deal with the situation and stood up for this type of behavior. Watch out for the shady business happening here because they will say and do anything. Not to mention my Fiance's family is personal friends with Mr. Kramer's. Shows a lot about his character and the culture he supports in a business.

CHUCK KRAMER THE PARTNER OWNER OF THIS DEALER SHIP TOLD ME TOMY FACE THAT I AM A USED CAR BUYER AND I MEAN NOTHING TO HIM.I AM NOT A SATISFIED CUSTOMER AND WILL NEVER DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN.I bought a 08 Nissan Pathfinder for $20,000 correct me if I'm wrong but that's a lot of money. My wife and I were expecting our third child in three days so we were looking for a much biggervehicle than our 06 Honda civic with 70000 miles currently on it that we traded which was a Vehicle that was in perfect condition besides a small dent in the driver side door. So we test drove the Nissan Pathfinder and it drove wonderful, it was big and roomy with 3 roll seating and my wifeand I loved it. But keep in mind it was like like 100 degrees out side so we didn't roll the windowsdown or even think to check them to make sure they worked. We didn't think to check the auto doorLocks either or check the windshield wiper resivor that hel the wiper fluid which we found out later it had a huge hole in it and that's why no fluid was in there. The dash lights and tire pressuregadge were on but the sales person said, "I will make sure these gages are off before you drive this off the lot.OH Wait I forgot to mention that after we bought the car and drove off the lot. We realized the Nissan Pathfinder wasn't even inspected before it was sold to me. So I drove around for 2 days with out an inspection stickeror registrasticker or windows or door locks or wiper fluid. I then called the dealership totalk to my sells person Mr Peoples and asked him why after the fact that I purchased a 20,000 dollarvehicle I am realizing that there are things wrong with it. His response was, I didn't know or think to check for these issues, I assumed that the car was inspected and ready to go. Let me tell you something Mr people was the onlycarding and professional employee that worked there. I had no problem with him besides te fact he sold me a vehicle that he didn't know about. So I drove to the dealership to persnaly talked to the managers ERIC BARBOSA, ALLEN OWENS AND THE OWNER CHUCK KRAMER who were all total jerks ans didn't want to correct there mistakes or fix my vehicle. The owner told me to my face when I explainedto him what was going on. " I will only fix the windows and nothing else because everything will be over 700 dollars to fix and I am not paying for that." I asked for a reason why he isn't fixing anything else and he said "this conversation is over and I am not doing anything else for you."THESE GUYS LOST A GREAT CUSTOMER FOR SURE!!!!!

I purchased a new Ford Fusion from the Humble store four years ago for my mother in law. The purchase went exactly as I expected and she has never complained about any service issues from this location. And so it made good sense to return to Randall Reed's Humble location for the purchase of a new vehicle for my daughter. I used the wealth of the internet to research this purchase. In the end, we narrowed our selections to three cars including a 2012 Ford Escape LX.Mr. Richard Fuller answered my internet request. And then he did the impossible ... he found a number of LX vehicles in a market other Ford locations found empty (July is the model change month ... 2013's are out). He met my price expectations and demonstrated an impressive initiative to meet all my expectations. Unfortunately, my daughter absolutely desired a black exterior. And so Mr. Fuller found several black EX vehicles that approached our price expectations. Price and value were my criteria. My daughter was more interested in color, features and in the end, a different style. Although I wanted the Escape, she chose a different brand. The experience was a very good one for me. I will return to Randall Reed Ford Humble and seek the services of Mr. Richard Fuller for my next purchase (next year).

BUYER BEWARE!!!! WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!We negotiated a price on our F250 Super Duty of 51K plus TTL and a trade in value of 25K. We got to the dealership at 4:30pm but did not sign the papers until midnight. The finance person quoted us 7.29 interest rate and tried to sell us an extended warranty for 2600 and a maintenance package for 650. We did not agree on the interest rate. He promised that if we would sign the papers (it was the last day of the month) that he would speak to Ford Credit and get us a lower interest rate on Monday. We trusted him to do this because we had bought 5 other vehicles from Planet Ford in the past year. When we got home that night, I reviewed the paper work and saw that the selling price of the car was not 51K but 63K ( which was 3000 over MSRP). I also noticed that the trade value of the car was 23,500 instead of 25K. Monday morning my husband left work and we went back to the dealership. We were told that the deal had to be written this way so Ford would accept it. After 2 hours of negotiating, they agreed to take $1770 off the selling price and give us an interest rate of 5.29. We reluctantly agreed, signed the papers and went home. At home I was looking at the paperwork and noticed that the price of the extended warranty and maintenance package had gone from 2600 to 3400 and 650 to 1650. These CROOKS had added 1800 dollars to the back end of the deal!! We were furious, went back to the dealership and refused the maintenance and extended warranty. They reluctantly drew up a new contract which dropped our payment 100 a month. We left swearing never to return. A couple of weeks later, we get a letter from Ford that says the Maintenance and extended warranty are part of the deal. We call Ford and tell them that we canceled. They told us that planet ford needed to resubmit the corrected contract. Now, Fred, the finance person says that cant't happen. All he can do is refund the cost of warranty and maintenance but our payment must stay the same. Meaning we will pay 7200 dollars more! Also, they will not give us a check, they will take it off the balance owed. I am so upset and confused. The way I see it, I will still be paying 3000 for something I don't have over the life of the loan! I am so dissatisfied and upset. I WILL NEVER BUY A FORD AGAIN MUCH LESS GO TO ANY RANDALL REED PLANET FORD DEALERSHIP....BUYER BEWARE!!!

This dealership does not care about their customer service, once they get your money if you want anything done, they rely on "that is not a safety issue, it works". Owen was the worst, i came in because windshield needed replacing which i am sure they knew about, i was just lucky that it rained and i was able to see that it leaked. In addition the price that was listed on the internet was not the price that the finance manager said it was. Working with this group of people was very frustrating, i did write a letter to the Attorney General and the board members for Ford Motor Corporation. Worst company ever does not care about making things right!!!!!!

Ouch. Hold on tight to your wallet. If you think you have a deal with the salesman, this is only your first hurdle, then you get run over to the "finance" manager and he will really suck the money out of you whether you know it or not. Then READ EVERY LINE of the papers you are about to sign and look for all the unnecessary add-ons that you cannot even recognize. Especially look for the "Customer Benefits Package", which is an unnecessary add-on of $450 - $850, which essentially gets you an oil change for $6 disposal fee. Save yourself the grief, do business elsewhere.

I drove from Galveston to Humble to look at a 2011 Mazda 6. They told me it had gone through their 106 point check. I took the car to a company Called Auto Exam where they discovered a oil pan leak. It cost me time and 100.00. I returned the vechile and they would not fix it. They wasted my time. The salesman was Paul Stroud and his Manager was Allen Owens. Stay away from this company. After all was said and done I called Allen Owens and all he could do is say that he was sorry. Well they sure are.

Bait and switch. Dishonest sales staff, a great reason to buy elsewhere! Crooks! Simple dishonest sales techniques. I tried to make things right with the "Manager" and I could not do it. The web ad said this vehicle for tis amount, when I showed up to buy it, whoops, that was a manual Fiesta not automatic, we cannot sell you that car for that amount. I was told that there is a disclaimer but this sales team uses that often to up sell poor fools that call there. I am contacting the Attorney General as well as the BBB. The sales team at Randal Reed Ford in Humble are crooks. Verifiable crooks.

Mr. (MANAGER), 11-29-2011Your employees do not stick to there agreements and try to defraud customers. I drove 100 miles all the way from Katy to your Humble store only to be lied to and was being pressured to pay a hidden charge of about $1200 more than agreed. Someone over there should be fired. Your staff is awful. ALL these guys made me a promise to sell me : VIN # 3FAHP0HA7CR224386 for a competitive matched price of $18595 +$295 +TTL including adding backup sensors. ALL three of the bad internet salesmen above swore to me, on the phone, and in email before I drove 100 miles, that we had a deal and that there would be no further price discussion. Before I went to the dealership, I called the main number after the internet salesmen said it was a deal in an email, at $18890, and they agreed they would include the additional backup sensors and I asked to speak to the Sales Manager to confirm the deal. The sales manager confirmed the deal. When I got there and sat down with the internet salesman, he started with a 18755 price? and then said the TTL + documentation fee of 149 total additional would be $2651 (should have been closer to $1487), and wanted me to sign a piece of paper agreeing with a total of $21406. He got upset when I ask him how he got the additional $2651 and he said "That was the deal". I told him to show me how he got that $2651 and he said I would see it on the papers when they were drawn up after I signed his paper. They tried to add on and hide the additional $1164 saying it was standard fees!! They knew that they were going to try to pull this trick on me before I ever left home.I went to the Manager in the main building to talk to the manager on duty. The sales manager did the same thing, He knew this was a scam and would not give me a break down of the TTL and other charges making up the $2651 add on. The other four supervisory employees sitting at the desk with sales manager were smiling and grinning and chuckling. They all knew this was standard practice of cheating their customers. I wonder how they would feel when they get treated the same way. Shame on Randall Reed Ford in Humble Texas. Is this what you want your dealerships known for?

DO NOT BUY HERE. INCOMPETENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. HORRIBLE BUYING SYSTEM. VERY SLOW FOLLOW UPS. THE GENERAL MANAGER AND SALES REPRESENTATIVES ARE NOT ACCOUNTABLE. POTENTIAL BUYERS MAKE MORE MONEY THAN ANY OF THOSE WORKERS. I WILL BUY ELSEWHERE. THEY ARE NOT THE ONLY CAR DEALER.

I had a problem with my moon roof and through the recommendation of Enterprise (whom I bought my car from) took it to Randall Reed's for repair. They gave me a new vehicle to drive while attemtping to solve an intermittant problem with my roof popping up. It turned out that it wasn't a Ford problem but the people who installed the Lojak transmitter interfering with the wiring! They contacted the Lojak people in which they traveled to Randall Reed and repaired their mistake.I will never use anyone but Randall Reed's service dept. to work on my vehicle! They went above and beyond the call of duty!

I had a very unpleasant experience today 6/1/10. I waited six hours after I found the truck I wanted we finally negotiated the price as we worked on the paper work my credit was ran all that was left was for me to do is to sign the finance paper work for us to purchase the truck another customer came in and the sales people there were trying to sell him the same vechile that we already had agreed upon that customer was not there even for an hour finally after waiting soooooooo long Mr Eric Barbosa brought me and my wife to a desk asking us if we were going to finance the truck and the amount we had negotiated had not been cleared by him but the sales person Victor had discuss the price with him. Mr Eric Barbosa stated another customer was wanting to give them $1,000 more for the truck and that they would not sell us the truck he gave us the money we had already put as a down payment which was $6000 back to us I immediately told him that all they did was waste my time, he was very rude, had no customer satisfaction and I am going to take my business some where else as I was walking out the building I returned inside to get a business card because I was going to report that place of business and Mr. Eric Barbosa walked right out side to the front of the pre owned building to tell me whats the problem in a very rude manner infront of my wife and daughter and several customers I told him all they do is bad business here and they dont care about customers satisfaction and there job is to satisfy the customers he stated " Its just business" and that they were not going to loose money on that truck since someone else was giving him more I dont know who Mr Barbosa thinks he is but he has no respect for there customers and made me feel like my sale was not important to PLANET FORD I will make sure I tell everyone I know about this horrible experience I had at this car dealership when all I was doing was trying to buy a truck from them it is money that PLANET FORD makes and which they turned away just to make a couple of dollars more. I am really disappointed in the type of employee they have working there Mr Eric Barbosa. On the other hand Mr Victor Martinez and Mr Lalo Guerra (which helped me with my purchase) very helpful and patient. there employee Mr Barbosa has made me feel very unsatisfied, disappointed and most of all a very unhappy customer.

My salesman was Chuck Lockwood and he was fantastic; I am a person who detests "pressure salesmen" -Chuck allowed me to decide my purchase without any pressure; he answered all my questions, walked me through all my options and was there every step of the way through my purchase; I am pleased with my Fusion and the excellent treatment I received from Chuck.

I have never been treated more rudely at a dealership than I was at yours. How dare you lie and then refuse to wait on a paying customer that is coming to buy a car? I hope others think twice about buying a car from you. First of all, you baited me with a FALSE advertisement and then I was refused to be waited upon. How can a dealership expect to do business like this? Why would you turn down.a person who was going to buy a car cash in hand? It is just beyond me that you would.

I came in to see how much I could get for my truck with their National Buyback Event. They immediately tried to sell me another car and took little interest in my truck. I did see an expediton I liked and asked them what the price was. They told me the expedition was 24,995. I told them that that was too expensive for me, the sales person told me to wait and he would do his "best". The came back with the figures 22,000 for the expedition 3500 for my truck and 3000 cash down. I told him no then went back to the little enclosed glass area to do his "best". (I was already another deal with a dealership with same expediton/trim just different color for 19000, 5500 trade in and 2000 cash down). When i told the salesman if he could beat that deal i would buy today. He went back and forth or about an hour and a half telling me each time that that was the lowest but I declined because of my better deal elsewhere. Finally they came down to 19000 after every excuse in the book ( "we are losing money""your credit is bad"(I was already approved for financing)"the other dealership is bad"). But they would not beat the trade in. I asked for my keys 3 times to leave but they would not give them to me so they could do their "best". Finally the sales person called me where the manager (bald guy) was in the glass enclosed place and he started giving me every reason why I couldnt get more for my trade (kbb, nada, edmunds dont sell cars). I had printout from 3 appraisal companies kbb, edmunds, nada and all were 7500 for a rough trade in. My truck was not rough. When I started telling the manager that I was not comfortable and my trade in was worth more the person next to him started laughing. I asked for my keys from him and left. The whole evxperience was frustrating and unprofessional. They tried there hardest with every stupid car salesman trick/excuse to screw me out of some money. I will never go to this dealership or recommend to anyone.

After driving 83 miles in rainy/cold weather I discovered that "Stephanie" was not a sales person and that that the dealership was not interested in honoring what she said they had at my price and what I wanted, a Limited Escape. I spoke with other dealerships and visited several and even though I did not purchase a vehicle from them I was not lied to and would have returned to any of them for what I wanted. I would NEVER return to or recommend Planet Ford. I purchased my Limited Escape from Hillcrest Ford in Huntsville. Had I known that it was owned by the same people (the Reeds) I would not have even visited them. This was the most unpleasant experience I have ever had at a car dealership. I have contacted Ford Customer Service and given them my report of this incident. While at Planet Ford, I saw several people leave and it didn't appear that they were "happy" customers.

Service department is the worst I've ever experienced. Customer service is a term they don't understand or care to understand. Rude, even malicious service advisor allowed to "steal" key ring with house and office keys and was not reprimanded. No quality control to ensure that requested work is completed or done properly, i.e. after having tires rotated, a lug nut was left off of both driver side wheels and I was allowed to leave the dealership with two missing lug nuts. Total incompetence in the entire department. Would not recommend taking any vehicle to this location for any type of repairs/service.

Randall Reed forces consumers to purchase a discount program(Planet Citizenship) and pass it off as dealership service fees. If you refuse to purchase the dealership will refuse to sale you the car. The cost of the Planet Citizenship varis from location to location. Their Spring location costs $689 and the Humble location charges $389.
