Mr. Ed Thompson in the Service Department is the EPITOME of customer service! He done the research and went the extra mile to assure I had all the information pertaining to my vehicle that allowed me to make an informed decision about repairs! He also worked diligently with my vehicle's extended warranty company to attempt to get my vehicle repaired in a timely fashion, and at the cheapest cost!
