Purchased a 2019 F250 from them. The buying experience was perfect. Friendly staff and professional showroom. Only issue I have is definitely double check the vehicle you are purchasing for all the items listed on the dealers window sticker and advertisement BEFORE you purchase. Mine read that it was equipped with a back up camera, however after the purchase, I discovered that it didn't come equipped with that feature. Not a deal breaker, but was a disappointment from what I expected or thought I was getting. Other than that, it was great.

Not enough good words to be said about this dealership and the car buying experience! I purchased my first new car, a Ford Explorer. Dawson took us for a test drive and explained all the awesome features it had to offer with a no pressure demeanor. He made it as easy and as quick as possible, we were in and out in just a few hours. He has been extremely helpful even after the fact with answer my questions, helping me figure out how to use my app, get my spare key, set up an appointment with the service department for my first free oil change, etc. Highly recommend Dawson and Randy Marion dealerships!

Own a 2014 ford focus. Came in with studdering in the transmission. Ended up being a recall, but had steps to follow. Nick did an amazing job explaining everything to me. He got the vehicle in quickly and the reset and TCM was fixed quickly. He called and kept me updated every step of the way. Ended up needing a new clutch. We were traveling and had a catastrophic electrical and overall power failure on I-77 in the construction zone north of Charlotte. We planned to stay overnight in Statesville and took the vehicle to the dealership in the morning. The service advisor accurately and correctly diagnosed the issue and determined the part was not in stock. Immediately they located a part at another dealership, sent a driver, and had us back on the road sooner than originally estimated. They even delivered the vehicle to us at our hotel. The service didn't meet the standard, it set a new level. There are dealerships in Detroit that could take lessons on the right way to deal with customers from Randy Marion Ford.

Had oil change, tire rotation, and recall repair for power steering bolts. Had 3pm appt and service took approximately 2 hours, which seemed a little long for someone to wait for this minor service. Have been waiting for about 1 year for Extended Service Plan paperwork. Was promised again that it was on it's way.

Took the car in on a Saturday morning, engine was missing. Nick took great care to ensure us that they would try and get the car fixed that day because we were from out of town. He even had a young man take us to a fast food restaurant to get breakfast. It was determined that the computer had to be changed and had to be ordered Monday to be installed Tuesday. Again Nick kept us updated as to the progress. The only problem is the fuse that controls the front seat blew just after we picked the car up, which never happened before. Back to the dealership Johnathan replaced the fuse and we were on our way again. The next day the fuse blew again. Called Nick it was determine that the two issues were not related, but Johnathan was out for 2 weeks. I wish to talk to him once he returns. Otherwise a great experience. Thank you

I have a 2010 Lincoln MKX. The 60,000 mile service was due. They flush the transmission and radiator and put new fluid back in. I left it in the hands of Lonnie Burgess. He saw it through gave me the complimentary car wash that comes with all Lincolns. I was very satisfied with service and price.

I would prefer to schedule my service appointment online. The Central scheduler was courteous but online is faster and more efficient if I can't speak to a local person. There are apparently at least 3 people with my name who have their car serviced at a Randy Marion dealership. Also, I did receive a reminder/confirmation call prior to my appnt, again email would be more efficient.The service team at Statesville's Service Dept are awesome and I enjoy working with them They keep me informed about my car and its progress during extended service appnts. And they keep me updated on future needs so I can allow sufficient time when scheduling future appnts Also I feel they are objective about my car's needs and are dedicated to keeping it running and safe, not just trying to sell me "stuff" to get more $$$

The Service that I have had has been great. I had to bring my 350 back multiple times to get the alignment right and in 2000 miles my new $1500 tires went bald in the front due to the service department not knowing how to align a truck properly. Nick did have the front tires replaced free of charge and took care of me in the end, it was just a innocence all together.

We took our 2014 Escape in for the 20 k service. Also we had a problem with the front brakes, we had a 10:30 am appointment. The service was not finished at 1:30 pm....the tech working on the brake problem, was not informed that our car was to be inspected for the brake problem after the regular oil change and rotation. We were very disappointed about the time involved.....
