Derek worked tirelessly by calling over 25 dealers in one morning to get me the perfect vehicle, (even in the right color!) This rating is not lightly given. I have been leasing vehicles for about 16 years now and this is by far the BEST service I have ever received from a salesman! Matt Sutermeister is the BEST hands down! From the time I told him what I was looking for (choosing between two vehicles) it took him two days to get my car and that was because the dealership in Indiana didn't want to dealer trade with him. He kept on them though and I got the car I wanted with EXACTLY what I wanted on it. He had me drive different vehicles and then went to his computer to see where he could locate the car I wanted. He went through all the options with me and explained things on the vehicle that I didn't know about. It was so awesome! I've never ever done that before. I've always just picked a vehicle the dealership had on the lot. Matt could've done that with me but wanted me to be happy and have the MKZ I wanted. When I went to pick it up it was in a room right next to the showroom all by itself. I felt special and Matt made me feel that way through the whole process. Since I have leased the MKZ from the dealership he has checked on me to make sure I didn't have any questions or problems. I did have questions but didn't want to bother him. He said to call him any time on his cell phone. I know nobody could ask for better service than I received from him. Although he was the best salesman, everyone at Randy Wise Auto Mall were very nice and the place was very CLEAN! The Service Dept. was even clean and very nice. Hopefully Matt will never leave here and I will definitely be getting my next vehicle from him even though it's an hour and a half drive there. Keith Farris gave me a great car buying experience! The best word to describe him is accommodating. I live in the Cedar Springs area which is about an hour from Flint. I called Keith and told him the car I was interested in and he told me he would have it ready to look at for when I got there. I decided it was too far and not to go. About two hours later, he called and left a message saying the car was ready to look at and was expecting me sooner but hoped I was in route. I called him and told him I had changed my mind because it was too far and he told me he would either bring the car to me or at least meet me halfway. I was impressed, since no other dealership offered this wonderful service. He personally met me the next evening halfway and I test drove the car. We struck a deal on the vehicle and he once again arranged to have the car delivered to me at the halfway point. What an awesome dealership and what a great price on such a nice ride!

I cannot believe the childishness that was displayed when I said that the car has problems, after I test drove it. Was instantly looked at as a total waste of time instead of potential sale. Our experience was amazing at Randy Wise today. We made an appointment and came in specifically for a certain vehicle. Upon arriving, we were told the vehicle had been sold. We were working with Keith Farris and he made the announcement easier. He found us a different car that was actually better than what we originally came in to get. Wife took our Malibu in for a oil change a tire rotation, 1st time they did not do the tire rotation said they would do it next time. This time they can't find wheel lock key (which was in the car the 1st time the car was taken in). The service writer tells my wife they can take the wheel locks off but it will scratch her wheels but it's not a big deal and she can just drive with 4 lug nuts instead of 5... Then blame the salesperson for never giving her the wheel lock key (funny thing was I bought the car from myself when I was selling, it was in there) We have called the service manager 5 times and he is never available and does not call back.. Clearly avoiding the situation! I will never be back to any Randy Wise Dealer because of this 1 experience

I didn't pull into Randy Wise Auto Mall thinking I'd be leaving with a new vehicle but after all the lengths the entire staff, that I dealt with, went through how could I not leave with a new car! I must say it's the first time I've ever purchased a vehicle and felt more like I was just having an afternoon with friends then buying a car! The cars there have allot of problems take them to get them scanned, and to boot they wont reduced the prices that they are asking which are at perfect market when the cars need expensive work done to them, they are also selling cars that gm has asked to be put on hold till the recalled parts are able to be fixed. They give bs excuses to customers about the cars and loan process all the sells people are concerned with is there pocket book on how much they are going to make off each sale, over all the Worst experience i have ever had Go to Al serra or lasco ford they at east have moral decency.

This was by far the easiest transaction I have ever experienced while purchasing a car. This is our fourth car leased from Randy Wise Genesee with the famous J J Jones as our salesman. We would follow J J Jones to California if that is where he was selling cars. We like the dealership but we love J J Jones! My whole family comes to J J, he has earned our trust and respect. My husband and I recently lost our 21 year old son. J J was so sweet and respectful of our loss. I told him what I wanted and what I could afford to spend (over the phone), he did the rest. I didn't have to trudge through car lots or wait around for anything including financing. When I arrived J J was waiting with a smile and a warm hug. He then took us in and surprised us with the exact car of our dreams, complete with 4 purple balloons (my favorite color and number)! He had called my daughter in advance for that information. He sat with us and went over every detail, made sure we understood and even tested us by calling me while sitting in the car. I am proud to say I was able to answer his call! :) He asked me over and over if I was happy and encouraged us to call at any time if we had questions. He does this every time I lease a car but this is the first time he gave my A DOZEN RED ROSES! He knew we were in pain and just wanted to put a smile on my face. Who does things like that today? Had my vehicle on craigslist and got a phone call that they wanted my Jeep and had some cars they thought I'd be interested in.(reason for selling the Jeep was for a car instead) they had a 2011 Malibu Ltz with a great price i ended up getting. There was no push at all trying to sell me the car. Simply just showed me the cars and let me choose, said if i didn't buy it someone else would.they even gave me above trade in value for my Jeep!! Also they gave me the car for the weekend to make sure that's what i wanted. If i didn't like it just simply trade keys for my vehicle back. Great place to work with!!

After just a few minutes we walked into the dealership with Andrea where she answered our questions, and did everything possible to make the best deal for us to purchase our certified pre-owned Lincoln MKZ. From the time we met Andrea Stead (and "JJ" the manager), we had NO problems....just smooth transactions! Many service centers provide decent and satisfactory service but don't necessarily compel you to write a review. However, I do feel compelled to write a review in this case because I feel the service experience was excellent. So much so, that I had them work back to back on all four of my vehicles. Although my employer offers a concierge service to get your car serviced while you're working, that option wasn't available the day I needed it because that slot had already been taken. My need for an evaluation was imminent, so I took a chance to call the Randy Wise Auto Mall service department anyway. Andrew was eager to help me out and readily offered to have me driven back to work if wanted to drop my car off to him on my way in. Not only did they fix my car at a very reasonable rate and timely fashion, they dropped the car back off for me at the hospital. That was a HUGE benefit to me and very appreciated. Coincidentally, I had another vehicle at home that needed servicing, but it would be a whole other week before I would be back to take advantage of the same service arrangement. "No problem" said Andrew, "if you want, I can just send my drivers to your house, pick up your vehicle, service it and return it to you!". Holy cow, that was an ENORMOUS benefit. I did that with my remaining 3 vehicles, one right after the other. Andrew stayed in constant contact with me explaining the problem and the cost to fix it. I always felt very confident that the information was accurate and the prices were reasonable. At one point, when I had them inspect all of my brakes, I was quite surprised and pleased to learn that there was nothing wrong and nothing needed to be fixed or replaced. Lastly, in a side conversation, Andrew learned that I needed to have the brake system on a different vehicle checked out because of repeatedly low brake fluid levels. He also knew from general conversation that my wife and I were going out of town in a couple of weeks to Las Vegas. He offered that, if convenient, he could arrange for his drivers to take us to the airport (and pick us up) if I wanted to drop the car for evaluation while we were gone. What a great idea! Not only do I avoid the parking fees at the airport, I get dropped off and picked up from the most convenient location at the airport, but I get my vehicle serviced at the same time that I needed to have done anyway! So, as you can see, the across the board 5 ratings are well deserved and happily provided. One last thing that is subtle, but appreciated as a customer, is the personal and trust relationship that I developed with Andrew. Whenever I called, it was always the same person that answered the phone (Andrew) and he always knew exactly what was going on with the car, what needed to be done and how much it would cost. I have since told many of my colleagues and friends and suggested they take advantage of the same great services that Randy Wise has to offer.

Our experience was excellent! From Keith Farris who "listened" to what we were looking for and showed us appropriate cars to Nick Porritt who arranged our financing and filled in almost as a salesman when Keith was out to Scotty who programmed my phone into the Bluetooth system etc. Every effort was made to accommodate us especially since we now live 400 miles away. We had to wait for an outside mirror to come in and be painted. It felt like they expedited everything. Everyone we came in contact with at Randy Wise was helpful, friendly and genuinely seemed pleased to be of assistance. We never got the feeling they were just doing their job. I brought my Ford into Randy Wise for 2 separate issues. I spoke with Todd about the problems, He assured me that he could do the work and at a fair price. I then checked with 2 other repair shops, the price was nearly the same but Todd Matheson made me feel comfortable with having the work done there. I brought the truck in for the repairs, everything was done in a timely manner, but the big thing to me was that everything was done at the price quoted by Todd Matheson. I was very satisfied with my experience with the service department and the ladies in the office were very friendly and easy to work with.

I have had my Lincoln in for repairs have made more than one trip in and it is still not fixed. I actually have more wrong with my car now after they worked on it. Say they will call me back but never do just a BS story all the time. Don't go there for service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

From the first visit all employees at the dealership were friendly and helpful. Howard walked me through every step of choosing and purchasing a car step by step. I had never bought a car on my own before, and he explained every bit of the process to me in detail. He followed up by text after my initial visit and rearranged his schedule so that I could come in for the second visit on my time. The mechanics seem to figure out the problem on my cars very quickly so I can be in and out at a reasonable pace. They have excellent prices and are willing to work with me, whether I cant afford something or have no transportation in the meantime. I just need to start out and say that the sales lady Andrea and JJ were to amazingly fabulous sweethearts! The dealership is pet friendly as I was able to take my doggie Buttercup in and they even had dog treats. I get my car serviced there regularly and I started to get some miles on it and the Service guy got me in touch with Howard and he was able to get me in to a new car for about what I was currently paying for mine. He hooked my cell phone to my car and showed me how easy it was to use my phone with my Hyundai. From service to the sales department everything was great. Great service from begging to end. I had credit issues and I was not sure I could get out of my trade in. The Staff starting with Howard and Going through the Manager Joe helped me save money by lowering my payment and saving me around $900 a year in gas. They demonstrated how that money can impact my payment and broke it down in easy to understand terms. I took my Hyundai sonata in for a loud clunking noise in the front of the car. I was greeted by Andrew and I told him what was going on. In no time he had my car in the shop and came back with what was wrong. I had taken my car to another shop and they quoted a much higher price for the wrong repair! The team at Randy Wise had my car fixed in no time, the right way, for a reasonable price. They were very friendly and informative. I highly recommend this dealership for repairs.

This is the second vehicle I've purchased from Randy Wise Auto Mall. The high level of customer service demonstrated from both the sales and service staff was the primary reason why I considered Randy Wise for my latest new car purchase. A loaner car was promptly provided when I recently had service done on my older vehicle which I ended up trading in for a new Hyundia Tucson. After the purchase of my new vehicle, I was again given a loaner car to use while my vehicle was fitted with accessories. The service staff was prompt and courteous in assuring my every needs were met.Unfortunately, I had to return to the dealership to provide the title for my trade in which should have been communicated to me during the sales transaction. Although this was just a minor error, I felt that it should be noted in this service review to help streamline the sales process in the future.The friendliness of all the Randy Wise staff was second to none and my overall experience was excellent and as a result, I will continue to consider Randy Wise for my next car purchase.Finally, I settled on what I considered was a fair price for my new car purchase. My trade-in value given was slightly higher than the KBB excellent rating while Brandon worked closely with me to help me get a fair price for my new vehicle.Excellent Job!

I went into Randy Wise Auto Mall and was looking through what they had. Eventually I was talking with Russ and we began looking through their inventory at possible vehicles. Russ was very laid back and not pushy whatsoever. Throughout the whole process he spoke to me on any and everything not related to cars while we were waiting for financing and so forth. I purchased a used Lincoln Mkz from randy wise dealership back in November with the help from Russ Confer. I've purchased many vehicles in my life but I've never had a better experience and it was all because of Russ. I went there the night before thanksgiving right before close, Russ took his time with me to find me the right vehicle. After I settled on the MKZ, it was too late to sign the paperwork. That following Friday I went to the dealership signed the paper work that was waiting for me and off I went; I literally was there for 20 minutes. After I purchased the vehicle I had notice there were a couple of scratches and the heated seat didn't work on one side. I called Russ up and he didn't hesitate to set up a time to not only take care of both issues, but he came out to my work and picked it up. Both issues came out perfect and was done in a timely manner. Overall, my experience was great and I love the car!

Russ Confer = patience and honesty. Russ never made me feel rushed. After searching for a new vehicle at 4 other dealerships, feeling defeated and as if I was not to be taken seriously I finally found Russ :) I explained my budget and that I wanted to test drive a few different vehicles since I was not familiar with the Hyundai line. It was cold, late in the day, and I was not the most pleasant girl after 4 previous bad experiences with salesmen in the same day. I ended up driving 3 different cars 2 new and 1 used after Russ helped me so patiently and listening to my needs I drove home a new Elantra to test for a day. I decided it was a bit small for me but was impressed with Russ and the car, so 2 more visits and a few test drives later I decided to lease my Sonata which I NEVER thought I would do! Russ went over every detail with me and answered every one of my MANY questions and concerns. Then he had to have the car delivered because I had to have a white car with black interior. Now I knew what I wanted :) I put poor Russ through the ringer and spent many hours and a few days in the dealership, everyone there were so professional and genuine. I now live in Florida but I contact Russ from time to time and will stop to see him on my trips home, he's not only a wonderful salesman I consider him a friend as well :) I will be back to Michigan when my lease is up so Russ can help me with my next Hyundai. Mr. Bright was amazing! I came to the lot with no credit and a couple hundred bucks, trying to see if there was a car i could possibly get. I was over in the used lot looking at some 2002-2005 cars to see if there was one i could afford. Mr Bright comes out and ask me what I'm looking for and i told him my situation and how much money i had. he chuckled and said "come with me". Walking over to the newer cars and showing me a car that i really wanted. I didn't believe i could get it but Mr Bright reassured me he could make it happen. So took the car for a test drive and loved it, then returned to see if he could actually get me the car. He asked a couple questions, talked to a few people, then came back with a smile and said "you got the car!!" I couldn't believe it! He made signing everything very easy and understanding. He then handed me the keys and said "told you i could". Over all a great first time experience buying a car that wasn't a 1990 car that fell apart every other month. The one thing I had great experience with was Mr. Hazelwood. He helped me out so much by fitting my car in on such short notice and I thought he was a very polite person and very helpful. However the service that I received from the mechanics is what I am very disappointed with. I drove my Hyundai home and noticed no problems with the car. The next day I was moving back to campus for school. On the way there I instantly noticed that the alignment was off. My dad, a mechanic at Mercedes Benz, figured that an alignment was not done when the car was put back together. My dad also noticed that the front fender was covered in grease marks, he felt that the car should have been cleaned up. Driving it around town the following week I also noticed a terrible clunking noise when I would shift the car. I returned home to have my dad check out the noise. He quickly discovered that when the car was shifted the back part of the engine would raise up about an inch. He looked around and noticed that a bolt had come out of place. Luckily when he was measuring the hole to buy a new bolt, the original bolt fell out from under the car. My dad purchased a new nut and put the bolt back in properly. He then checked out everything else and noticed that the froth bolts were loose so he also tightened them. I feel that this is very dangerous when jobs are not completed and this could have lead to more dangerous problems. I understand that this job was free to me because of the parts being on recall but I do not think that should mean that the job can be rushed through and possibly cause more damage. I am sad to say that I will probably not be bringing my car back just because my car was not completed in the way it should have been.

I needed to purchase a car as quickly as possible. Mine gave up the ghost. My stepson suggested we go to Randy Wise Genesee Valley Auto Mall. Daniel Eickhoff was the person who helped us.He was knowledgeable, and personable and led me to the car that fulfilled my needs and was in my price range. Before I knew it, I was the owner of a 2011 HHR.My overall experience was tops and I have nothing to complain about.Daniel was friendly as was the man who handled the financing.It couldn't have been a better experience and that is why I rated the service as great.

Scott Tell was very helpful and not at all pushy. He asked questions prior to looking at the models and directed us to WHAT we wanted, not trying to sway us into another direction. We truly came in to check out the models we were interested in and for the "FACT" of his sincerity, it led us to purchasing the vehicle within one hour of us being there.I am truly happy with Randy Wise service department and ecstatic with our new vehicle. This is the first and last vehicle i will ever buy from this dealership. Before even making my first payment on the vehicle, i had a $900 repair bill for 2 new U joints and having all the pads and rotors replaced. One of my break pads was not even clipped in and was falling out when i got it home, along with a nice oil leak. I called JJ and he basically told me there was nothing they could do. Then 2 months later, the entire rear end went out. When i took it to my local repair shop they informed me that the dealer had loaded it full of a lubricant to mask the noise for a few months. I took it back to Randy wise and it was fixed but they still charged me another $900. All in all ive paid more in repairs on the vehicle than i have on the actual loan. Then i find out the woman i bought the vehicle from left this dealership because she was fed up with quality of vehicles being sold. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Kevin Bright spoke to me in a respectful and friendly manor. I stopped by the dealership on a Sunday when they were closed and Kevin happened to be driving by. He stopped to talk to me even though it was his day off. I wasn't able to make it back to the dealership for a couple of days and when I did it was near closing time (8pm). Kevin was more than happy to stay late to give me a chance to test drive a couple of cars that I was interested in. I have purchased several cars in the past and Kevin was by far the best salesman that I've had. As a moderately young buyer, some salesmen treat me like a waste of their time. This wasn't the case at all. I am very happy with the respect given to me during my time at this dealership.

I was just driving to the mall and diced to drive through the parking lot as i had already left a deposit on a car at a different delership. Stephen came up and talked to us and because of his honesty and condreation we dicied to buy a car from him. Not knowning what a wanted her talked to me and found me a nice car. He was honest and never promised he anything on the price but worked with the team to make the numbers work. It was a great experance as much as I hate buying cars if not for him I probley would still be driving my 1999 blaser

Joe promptly greeted us when we arrived on Saturday to look at new vehicles. He introduced himself and welcomed us inside after we'd looked at the 2012 Tucson. I told him I needed to trade in my Saturn and he got my keys and got that process started. We then took the Tucson for a test drive while he gave us a wealth of knowledge about the features of the vehicle. We had looked at a Honda CRV earlier in the day, and in fact submitted a credit app. Joe was never pushy but really went to great lengths to make sure I got a fair trade in price and even gave us a military discount. This meant a great deal to both of us, particularly my husband who is a disabled veteran. We met J.J. who took our application and Kevin who reviewed the excellent terms we got via TD Auto Finance. Everyone was very professional and thorough. We made a decision to buy on the spot and by the time we finished the paperwork, the dealership had closed and they had to let us out. We never felt rushed but rather excited about this new vehicle purchase. I would recommend Joe Riley and the whole team at Randy Wise to anyone looking for a vehicle. Great experience!

Lisa Mata is an excellent salesperson. She is honest and very impressive for such a short time in the auto sales business. I would highly recommend Lisa and her manager JJ. In my experience most business negotiations are the 3 Ts tedious, temperamental and tense. Lisa and JJ actually made negotiations fun. They went over and beyond on a small repair that was factored into the cost. The small repair ended up needing a special ordered part and took a couple days to get in. They accommodated me with a ride to and from the dealership and the cosmetic repair are completely unnoticeable. I highly recommend Lisa Mata to be your future car salesperson. I was first contacted by Andrea months ago when I was looking for a trade. She wasn't pushy and contacted me about once a month until i said was ready to shop.Was showed a few different cars, but they seemed to want to push a vehical in a higher price range (since i qualified for a loan). I did end up buying a vehical from Andrea, at a great price that needed some work. At first they didn't want to show me this car! Maybe because it was dirty since they just got it on trade. Maybe it was just because it was the end of the month, but they seemed quite scattered. couldn't find keys, didn't have a vehical they thought they had, all kinds of excuses it seemed, but in my eyes, it all worked out.I had been saving for a few months, was looking for a cash deal and ready to buy something nice asap. They were very pleasant to deal with and Andrea seemed nice, but i felt she was being coached on what to say and what to show us because she had to keep going to JJ.They let me take the car over night once they finally found the keys so I could take the car to the mechanics the next morning. After finding out from my mechanics what it needed and it being the end of the month, JJ and Andrea were ready to make a deal. I was in a time crunch so didn't have time to BS back and forth on a price, JJ gave me a number, it fit my budget and was in line with what i was willing to pay. I feel i got a good deal, but still have to fix the problems myself. I looked at the car late 1 day and purchased it the next. Paperwork seemed to take forever since i was in a hurry, but in actuality it was a quick over all process. Since it was last minute, they only had it quick cleaned (aka garbaged out and washed outside but no real clean), and an oil change, but didn't fill the gas tank which we thought was weird... The next day, i gave it a good scrub and cleaned it all out and filled the tank myself and will soon have a good running/ no problems vehical.

My car was broke into while in their care. All my stereo equipment was stolen, my door damaged and the door handle broke. They never even called me to tell me. I found out when I called to see if my service work was done. I asked about a police report and was told it was my responsibility. The service manager stated that the dealership has been having a rash of car break in's. He guessed about 8 in the past couple of weeks. My question to him was if Randy wise auto mall was having this much trouble with customer cars being broke into, why would they continue to park them outside. Maybe they should hire a security guard. I was also told I needed to file a claim with my insurance company because Randy wise was not responsible for damage occurring to customers vehicles while in there care. How's that for service!

when I first walked in the door, JJ came right up and introduced his-self. I had found a vechicle on line that I really like, but it was at the dealership in Clio.. JJ had it delivered the very next morning (as I went there at 7pm) and I fell in love with it... Joe helped me with getting everything wrapped up....Heard a noise in my car that I didn't like it so I'm bringing it back this wednesday to have it looked at...Everything has gone very smoothly and everyone has been very helpful... We were shopping around for a more fuel efficient vehicle than our 09 Equinox. We had tried the Ford Dealer and our daughter who had bought a used vehicle from Randy Wise suggested we stop there and check out the Hyundai vehicles. We were impressed with the gas mileage of the ones we saw on the lot when Joe Riley came out to offer us a look into various vehicles. I will also say it was the evening just before the five inches of rain we got that flooded most of the county. He didn't hurry us along and made the decision to buy easy and painless. He went out of his way to explain all the uses of all the gadgets on our new Tucson. Over all the Tuscon we purchased was less than the prices of other vehicles we looked at but better quality. We did have a small problem when we checked out the Tuscon with the key in the ignition that one of the wipers streaked badly and it was fast and efficiently fixed. I can't say enough about how friendly and helpful all of the people we talked to and Randy Wise were during our purchase of the 2012 Tucson. Thank you all and we'll definitely be going there for all our oil changes and auto servicing!

From Joe's first phone call to me after i had applied from a website looking for my genesis coupe. Joe was and has been very friendly courtesy and professional in helping me track down and getting me my car. I had actually came in 3 weeks prior to get the ball rolling and through the whole process between Joe and Brad getting involved to get my car up here from another dealer out of state was a very great experiance. When it was time to pick up my car the other dealership messed up and had not delievered my car to Randy Wise Hyundai. But between Joe and Brad stepped up and we made the deal and i was given Joe's new lincoln to drive until my car showed up so i would not be stranded without a car. I can not recommend highly enough how great everyone has been and will tell everyone my experiance i had. Im sure i will be back to buy my next hyundai or who knows maybe a lincoln next time..lol

Randy Wise and GM team up to make me a satisfied customer:I was set on purchasing a used Saab. I wanted a specific year and specific transmission among some other things. My search led me from my hometown of Westlake, Ohio to Randy Wise in Michigan. I called a week prior to inquire about the car; right off the guys at Randy Wise were good communicators. Emails responded to and Joe was always reachable by phone. The two gentleman, Joe and Joseph both made sure I had all of my questions answered and I was completely comfortable and ready before i made the trip to Michigan. I was greeted in Michigan to fun, friendly, and most importantly knowledgeable staff. I was out the door with my new-used car in less than an hour with directions for lunch. The drive home was great - all that was expected. the Saab drove beautiful as the one I had driven in Ohio the week before to get a feel for it...it was all I was looking for. The next day while running some errands the clutch cable gave out - an issue neither myself or Randy Wise could have diagnosed previously. My frustration gave through to relief the next day when the guys did all that was necessary to make everything right. I was sent to the nearest GM dealership, which was great considering the 3,000 / 3-month warranty states it must be repaired at the dealership (of purchase...I believe) Either way GM took great care of me in lieu of Randy Wise - they hadn't even spoken to Randy Wise yet and they gave me a loaner vehicle free of charge until the part came in and the Saab was repaired. It is now a week later and it's driving as well as it did on the way home from Michigan. Here's to years of trouble-free use ahead!Thanks to both Joe's and thanks to Randy Wise and GM

All three employees spent time on the phone (twice) and in person (3 visits)to assist us in the purchase of our first Lincoln.The showroom was clean and pleasant and we were offered refreshements while we waited. Our experience with this dealership was exceptional. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgable about the vehicle and all it's equipment, warranties and pricing. They were more than willing to spend extra time with us to make sure we understood all involved. We received great rebate offers. The navigation system is a challange, but Jeff (our salesman) said he would be with us all the way while learning it. He was very knowlegable with the navigation system and computers as well. Kevin Bright made my buying experience easy. I started the search process with the uncertainty of what vehicle I actually wanted. He spoke with me on the phone initially and questioned me about my wishes in finding a used car. When I came to the dealership that same day, he already had the perfect fit for me waiting to test drive. Five minutes later, I was in love with the vehicle. It usually takes me weeks to make up my mind, but this one was just right. My trade-in vehicle was in rough shape, and the team there worked their magic to get it off my hands with a more than reasonable deal. Then, Kevin Wilkinson worked to find me a loan that met my budget. He handled the paperwork and explained everything to me very clearly. One day later, I was dropping off my trade-in and driving home with my certified vehicle.I ran into Brad Miller while my vehicle purchase was in process, and he was very friendly as well. I felt like the people I encountered here actually listened and showed concern that I would make the right choices for me. They weren't like those I have encountered at other dealerships who would try to sway me into something I didn't want, wasn't practical for me, or I couldn't afford. It has been a few months since then, and I am still so happy with the experience and purchase. I have told my family and friends about this wonderful experience and said if they ever need a new/used vehicle that this is the place to go. :)

I normally do not enjoy the car buying experience because as a woman, I've either been totally ignored or high pressured. Both things are enough for me to walk away from a dealership. At Randy Wise in Flint the opposite was the case. I was treated with respect and kindness from the moment I entered the dealership showroom. We had a three month conversation that ended in me trading in my GM vehicle and purchasing a Hundai from Ron Zerka. I was very impressed with the common sense attitude of everyone invovled in my experience. It was a true team effort by the staff. What a great group of folks. I have already started singing their praises to my friends and co-workers. You can't buy that kind of advertising! and the group in Flint is worth it!

This is the best customer service I have ever experienced! I was looking to purchase a 2012 Elantra. The sales person at the first dealership I visited was rather rude. I went to a second dealership and was told I would be contacted when a model came in to test-drive. After a week and multiple phone calls, I called Randy Wise just to see if there were any 2012 Elantras in stock. Jeff Jaruzel happened to take my call and told me there were 2 models in stock. He asked me if I wanted to come in the next day to test drive, and I explained I was just curious about inventory as I lived over an hour away. He offered to drive a car down for me to test drive. He came right to my house on his own time (7pm) to make sure my husband could be there also. He answered our questions for over an hour, and never made us feel pressured to purchase. We decided to buy before he left the house (he didn't know that, though!). The next day he made sure to call me and walk me through all of the details. If he didn't know an answer to my questions, he was honest about it, and made sure he found out for me. Two days later he brought our new car to our front door. He even put the plates from our trade in on the Elantra before coming in. The whole process was enjoyable and stress-free. I really felt like a VIP! I appreciate the little touches (like when he saved the new car sticker just in case we wanted to keep it). My husband and I will recommend this dealership and Jeff to all of our friends and will never purchase anywhere else!! Thanks guys!!

I always look up Ron when I take my car in for service and when I told him of the car's trouble he asked if I would like to buy a later model. The car he found for me was a Buick Lucerne with low miles and very clean. I needed to have my wife try getting in (She is recuperating from a broken hip and dehydration) so Ron let me take it home and pick her up. She had questions for Ron about the car's color and he reassured her that it was a very popular color. Since my old car had to remain overnight for repair he let us use the Lucerne overnight and even bought some gas. The next day we completed the paperwork, which Ron made very fast and easy. Ron is a very warm friendly person and very honest. Definitely not in the media image of used car dealers. These are some reasons why I am a repeat customer for many years.

Jacob and I had a fantastic experience with Randy Wise Auto Mall. Everyone there was pleasant and helpful. Andrea was more than willing to help us find the perfect vehicle. I contacted her and she sent me emails with cars to look at, she was even willing to come and pick me up from my job because I had informed her that my car had died. It's great to see someone so willing to go above and beyond what they have to. I truly appreciated ALL of her help. Jacob and I walked into Randy Wise with very little hope of leaving with a car, we were sure we'd need a co-signer to be able to get a vehicle. Kevin found us a loan with Financial Plus at a great rate (for us) and that helped us get a car that was just a dream when we test drove it. We test drove the Hyundai Santa Fe first. It was a 2011, and way over what we were even thinking about with price. And Andrea informed us that the Hyundai were really good with having a low payment. So we went inside and it was a little more than what we really wanted to spend. So we went back out to the lot to look some more. We test drove the 2005 Pontiac Montana, which was one of the cars I was really interested in before we got there. But it was As-Is with no warranty, and of course it just wasn't as nice as the Santa Fe. So we decided to test drive the 2011 (or it could have been a 2010) Hyundai Accent. Much smaller, better on gas, but it also didn't have anything extra like power windows or locks, and I as a single mother, have come to find those VERY handy. So I wasn't head over heels for it. So we went back inside to see what could be done with the payments on the Santa Fe. JJ helped make this car that was just a dream a reality for us. We are so grateful for everyone there at Randy Wise, they were courteous and friendly. And very willing to help. Andrea was fun and friendly, JJ helped make the car fit our budget, Kevin found us a loan, Earl was helpful with giving us some information about cars, and Cedric helped clean the Santa Fe up so we could take it home. (Thanks for getting the sticker off the headlight for us!) Thanks again for making a dream car a reality for us!

I waas just looking into a car for my gentleman friend, and I was not originally there to purchase a new car for myself. I looked at all the cars in the Haundyi line before I went and I still felt my old Durango was a good deal. Than Scott let me drive for the first time a Hybrid Car and it was a game changer when he could get me into the new car for the same payment I was paying on my 06 Durango (the gas milage is terrible with a hemi). He knew I was attached to my Durango...in my family a car is part of who you are and that Durango is my all time favorite for many reasons-but gas milage is not one of them. Anyway, I was surprised when he made an honest pay off ammount for my Durango and a good deal on a new car and so I bought and left with a new 2011 Sonota Hybrid. She may not have 4 wheel drive, heated seat, nor towing...but she will have better gas milage so I can visit family out of state and have more money to do the things that matter. After all I'm a grandma and I wanted a roomy car with gas milage affordability.. Scott delivered exactly that when I wasn't even looking. He also made the transition quick, so it wasn't an emotional decission for me as I was attached to my Durango. Thanks for my new car and for the savings!!

I was helped by Andrea Stead, who was friendly, helpful, and not pushy at all.I visited on a Saturday, and they stayed open late to help me, but didn't push me to sign that day. Then on Monday, we closed the deal over the phone, but I wasn't going to be able to make it up until the weekend - so Andrea volunteered to come pick me up (in Ann Arbor) so I could drive home that night!All in all, it was a great experience. I bought a clean '06 Equinox at a fair price,and walked away completely satisfied. I highly recommend Andrea and the dealership.

I needed to find a vehical because my other vehicle's transmission went out. The first 3 days I looked at Honda's, GMC's, Buick, but wasn't sure which vehicle I wanted. I happened to drive past Randy Wise and decided to go in not even knowing much about Lincoln, Mercury or Hyundai. As soon as I entered through the front door I was greeted by Mark Van Stee. He was very friendly, professional, and not at all pushy. I let him tell me about Randy Wise and how he could help me to find just about any vehicle that I wanted and how I wouldn't be limited to just one brand. That day I had expected my visit to be about 10-15 minutes (just to see what they had to offer and compare with the other vehicles I had driven over the past 2 days. I ended up spending over 4 hours with Mark, test driving several vehicles. He even took me to the Ortenville location to test drivce a Ford Explorer that I was very interested in. Before leaving I set up an appointment for the end of the week so that my husband could test drive with me. Mark set aside his whole day for us and was a huge help. I ended up purchasing a Lincoln MKX which my husband and I both love. Mark was probably the entire reason that I chose to buy from Randy Wise. I also had the pleasure of working with Joseph (JJ) Jones was helpful as well. I will definately refer my friends and family to Randy Wise.

The dealership worked hard to get a loan approval for me- I figured I would never gt approved. I was tied up with my job and was having a problem finding time to get to the dealership to sign the final papers so Randy Wise offered to bring everything to me if needed. It is nice to have people remember your name when you walk into their business.

We were very pleased with our first time visit to your place of business. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. We really like our Terraza. It is easy for my wife to get in and out of as she has major back problems. When we brought the vehicle back for service, we were given a wonderful hybrid car to use. The when we came in for an oil change, the service department people were very nice and helpful. We have had an all around good experience with Randy Wise.

Scott was very friendly and seemed to be very honest with his information. He reviewed all the information about the car. I did not go in to buy a car, just to look. Went to Genesee Vally Auto Mall (Randy Wise). This experience was great and my Salesperson was awesome. Kaile Clark made this a experience a smooth transaction and the professionalism of the team was 100%. Kaile Clark was honest and informed me every step of the way of what was going on. I applied on 7/29/2011 and was driving away in a vehicle I was totally satisfied with on 7/30/2011. I found Randy Wise when looking for a new car, most of the dealers I visited before this offered sub compact cars for the price range and mileage I was looking for. I had resigned myself to getting a sub compact because I thought that was all I could afford but then I found a listing for a PT Cruiser from this dealership so I tried my luck and visited them on my lunch break. I was very pleased with the service, they were down to earth and very honest. They all treated my like an old friend and explained any questions I had, I went back the next day and in a few hours I had my new car. they handled everything and made the entire process effortless, all I had to do was sign my name.I have had my Cruiser for about a month now and I love it, I will certainly return to Randy Wise when its time for a new car again.

I was treated with respect and kindness. Charles, listened to what I wanted and was determined to make sure I was completely satisfied. I would also like to say that the manager Brad was also kind, polite and very determined to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Ron Zerka was another very kind and helpful person. I could go on, but I think you get what I am saying. Randy Wise has very kind, polite, respectful sales staff, that make your buying experience very enjoyable.

Everyone at the dealership is great! I have been coming to them for over a year & have gotten great service in every dept. They have worked hard to get the car and payments that I want without pressuring me. The service dept has always been friendly and helpful every time I have called or stopped in. During the time I spent with Kevin, he made suggestions on cars to fit my budget while still giving me the features I would like. He is great at what he does!

I was in the market for a new vehicle, heard that Randy Wise has a good selection, stopped by to see what they had and spotted a 2010 Hyundai Sonata--it was exactly what I was looking for. Has all the features I need (power windows/locks, AM/FM/CD/XM, good trunk space, etc.), the staff is friendly and easy to deal with, had a pleasant experience.Would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new vehicle...stop in anytime!

I was wanting to buy from a local dealer. I had no previous experience with this dealership or Hyundai. Both Kaile and Randy were very helpful, as well as allowing the product to speak for itself. I was not in hurry to buy and they invited me to compare and test drive other competitors models in same classification after test driving the Elantra, as they were confident in the product. The buying process was painless, good price on a great product, and NOT hours of haggling. I would buy there again.

I had a great experience at the dealership. I would highly recommend Randy Wise Auto Mall. I went in after initially looking at another dealer, they showed me the carfax on the car I was looking at which was great because it had been in an accident. I found a car that I really loved. Everyone from the salesman, Kevin Bright, to the manager Joe were wonderful. They answered all my questions and dealt with all my concerns in a very professional manner.

I was a first time car buyer and i wasnt sure what to expect. I was working with Scott Tell. I was originally looking at a pt cruiser but when i decided thats not what i wanted, he was very helpful at trying to fulfill my wants/ needs.With me being a first time buyer i had tons of questions, and i think he did a good job of explaining things to me. He always, always had a smile on his face, as well as the rest of the staff. I would deffinetly buy from this dealer again! :)

We were very happy with the work done on the vehicle. The service person noticed a noise in the front whell when my husband drove the vehicle into the shop. The problem was taken care of right away without having to come back at a different time.

My wife and I wanted to buy a new Huyndai Sonata, so I provided the information on Edmunds web site. In less than 10 min I had a call from Joe Jones. He answered all of my questions and we set up a trial ride the same afternoon. We liked the car so we decided to buy it. Joe and his boss, Brad Miller, gave us a very good deal and excellent financing (0.9%). They were not pushy, but tried to be as accommodating and understanding as possible. We left the dealership very pleased with the paperwork signed and picked up our car two days later. We also got some good deals on service for our new Sonata.

I have purchased many new cars from many dealerships (Chevrolet, Lincoln, Dodge, Jeep, GMC, Saturn and Hummer). Randy Wise Genesee Valley Auto Mall is by far the best store I have ever dealt with both in sales and service. I have purchased 3 cars from them and service all five of my familys cars there. All the employees are great from my salesperson Joe, the sales manager Paul, to Todd in service, Terry in parts, and Dave the service manager. I would recommend this dealership to anyone that need a new car, used car, or great service.

I purchased a used Hyundai from Randy Wise after researching the manufacturer; I'd owned Chevy products for the last 20 years or so & with the change in my budget, I needed a car that was absolutely reliable & had stellar performance -- after a lot of research I decided for myself that Hyundai was it. Well, the sales people at Randy Wise were patient, pleasant and answered all my questions, gave me time to make my own decisions without any sense of pressure, and gave me a good deal on top of it. Since then, I've taken my car back for every oil change, tire rotations, the works -- not only do they have an enjoyable atmosphere to wait in, but the service is fast, dependable, and thorough. The sales manager & staff /listen/ to you, they give you reason to come back, and they are completely focused and dedicated to excellent customer service each, and every visit. I highly recommend them if you're looking for a Hyundai or a used car in the Genesee County area, not only for the car itself but for regular maintenance or service. I've worked in customer service for nearly 15 years now, and I can say with full honesty I'm a huge critic of good customer service because that's my area of work, and I expect to be treated just like I treat every one of my own customers; Randy Wise meets these expectations, continually.

Facility, showroom, clean, inviting, staff greeted me warmly upon arrival, vehicles displayed for easy access and review, no pressure from sales staff to purchase, staff worked with me to choose the best fit for my needs, price negotiation was straight forward, fair and clear, business manager was well prepared and effient, all aspects of operation of the vehicle were explained, car was delivered in great condition, follow up by service department offering their service and help, follow up by owe asking about my experience.
