This location's service center is absolutely amazing. My mom was an extremely loyal customer to this location and told me to always go here for service. She passed away in 2020 and I brought in her car for some work. I can now understand her loyalty to the location. I worked with Mike and he was amazing. This is a great spot, I highly recommend.

Wow! This dealership is great! My husband and I were looking for a used or new. vehicle. They had a beautiful collection of both. We needed more room as I am in a wheechair. DEVIN and PAUL were great! They were so nice, explained the cars and we really appreciated all there help. Everyone was so very nice and it was a real pleasure to purchase our beautiful Subaru Outback..its awesome.

Bought my second vehicle through this dealership today that turned out to be my very own first car, and I left the dealership being nothing but pleased! Paul and Michael were the greatest help with my visit today. Paul was very patient with me and my pickiness. He listened to what I wanted and delivered all that I asked for. Michael was and is nothing but great. He listened to all my concerns, was honest with me, and answered any and all questions I had. Such a sweet sweet man. Rapids Ford Lincoln is a great dealership on its own, but Bradley Makuski sure knows how to sell a car. I went in just to look to see if we could find something within my range and right away Brad found me my perfect car. He was nice, had an answer to all my questions, and made the process as quick and painless as possible. If you’re in the market for a new vehicle, I highly recommend this dealership.
