Stopped in looking for a late model low mileage pre owned vehicle. Salesman (Rich) was very interested in what I had in mind to purchase. He showed my wife and I a 2014 GMC Terrain Denali which we drove and Also purchased. I appreciate the fact that I was allowed to decide to purchase without being pressured. Finance officer who wrote the paperwork was also very accommodating and professional as was everyone at the dealership who we came into contact with. I would like to say thanks to everyone at Ray Chevrolet for a pleasant shopping experience. I will definitely buy here again.

Blake my salesman was the greatest. He went above and beyond to make my buying the truck easy. He gave me personal emails while I was offshore for 21 day's. That meant a lot to me knowing that he had me in mind the hold time. All the rest of the dealerships just sent computer replies gives us a call so we can help you. BLAKE TOOK AND WENT THE EXTRA MILE FOR ME EVEN THOUGH I WASN'T BUYING A 100K TRUCK HE TRATED ME LIKE I WAS. Went in thinking I wouldnt get approved for any car so I wanted to try for a used one but my salesman Chase suggested I try for a new one. I WAS APPROVED FOR A BRAND NEW 2015 CHEVY MALIBU. IT WAS MY salesmans CHASE 1st day BUT HE DID NOT SEEM NERVOUS, Ms. Cappy a senior salesman assisted him and they were a dynamic duo. They answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable with my buy. Mr. BULL Dawg was awesome as well I signed my papers with him and by that time my 1 year old son was irrearetable so Mr. BULL Dawg gave him a fox toa l play with and keep as a souvenir . Oh did I mention all 3 of them stayed 3hrs pass closing time to ensure I walked away that night with my ride. THANKS YOU SO MUCH TO THE TEAM AT RAY'S CEHVERLOT IN ABBEVILLE FOR MAKING MY CAR PURCHASING EXPERIENCE SO PLEASANT. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM AND I WILL DEF BE BACK THE NXT TIME I'M READY TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE.

Came in looking for a truck and knew what I wanted. The sales person ( Mike), greated us immediately. It was all about me and what I wanted and he immediately started looking for my truck. Mike was very friendly and helpful. He wanted to introduce me to the service department,but, I had already been using the service department for the past 7 years with my other truck. The service department was one of the reasons I wanted to buy my new truck from Rays. Mike got me in front of the finance people to close up the deal and (John) was very friendly and provided me with several options with no pressure. Probably the best closings I have participated in. The entire buying process was an excellent, no stress experience.

I RECENTLY PURCHASED A 2014 CHEVY IMPALA LTZ. FROM THE FIRST TIME I CONTACTED MY SALESMAN DONALD HE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND INFORMATIVE THRU THE ENTIRE PROCESS. THE DRIVE FROM NEW ORLEANS WAS WELL WORTH IT. THEY BEAT EVERYONES PRICE ON THE MAKE AND MODEL I WAS LOOKING FOR. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE DEALERSHIP. VERY NICE AND CLEAN. I purchased a 2015 Silverado. The day I went in (to showroom) I was pricing vehicles. I had no intention on agreeing to purchase anything. Ray was the 4th placed I had priced a vehicle (I was shopping for Chevy,Ford,GMC). After going over some vehicle prices, my purpose for being a Ray Chevy was done. Before I left, Joel (sales) asked me what could he do to get my business today. He almost got exacly what I wanted on everything I asked for, and by the end of the week I was in a new truck. It was a good experience. We plan to shop at Ray in the future and if Joel is still there when we buy a new vehicle for my wife (next year), we will buy from him........it also helped that Ray had the lowest price!!

Everyone was so inviting. I test drove the best truck in the world and then couldn't get it without a co-signer. But the rep that was dealing with me was awesome! I would recommend them to anyone. All the vehicles were cleaned and looking good waiting for there potential owners. Hopefully real soon I'll be meeting up with him(whose name I wont mention)again and sealing the deal. They've got a great selection of cars and trucks!
